This company offers compensation for writing honest reviews. While that is completely normal, what is questionable is the fact that they do not actually give out these rewards. I have submitted a review, and it got approved as per their terms, yet I have not received my 10$ gift card. I have waited more than a week after my review got published, which is way more than their advertised 2 business days.

They emailed me offering a $10 Amazon gift card for each review I did, up to 5. I did four, and each was denied. They denied it for not showing proof, which I had done with a screenshot. I also used my business email, like they asked. I asked my friends who also did this, and they all said they were denied for the same reason. They also used valid LinkedIn/business emails and showed screenshots. It's clear they have no intention of actually paying out. I want my $40.

I received an invitation to write a review about some programs I use and get a reward of $10 in gift card. (Max *** I did so and they replied that they could not verify my professional experience. I wrote them through the technical support what information they needed, attached captures of the use of the program and I did not receive a response. I don't know if your system has errors to validate the reviews but it is tedious to receive invitations, take the time to do them and not get any response.

Hi ComplaintsBoard.com, G2 has been running a campaign where they invite software users to review the product and they award the user with gift card. I was invited multiple times to share some reviews which I did. I have posted 6 reviews and have received gift cards for 5 of them. However, on the latest one, they accepted the review, published it but I received an email stating that 'this is not one of the first' and hence not eligible for the gift card. My concern is if they have such eligibility criteria then: 1. it should have been stated in the advertisement. 2. When I clicked on the ad and landed on my g2 profile, the review should not have should under the rewards section. Could you please elaborate on the ' was not one of the first' criteria for issuing gift card? There was no mention of such eligibility criteria for the award in your advertisement or on the landing page of the advertisement link. Despite being logged in, my review appeared under the 'rewards' section, suggesting that I'll get the reward once the review is approved. This was misleading. I took the time to write a thoughtful review and I expect my reward like the campaign promised

On April 20, I received an email from PDFelement, which is a vendor on G2, requesting to review their product on the G2 platform, and in
On April 20, I received an email from PDFelement, which is a vendor on G2, requesting to review their product on the G2 platform, and in return, they would provide me with a $25 Amazon gift card (I can provide the email as evidence). On that day, I filled out the review thoroughly, which took me at least 30min. My company has just started using this PDF editor recently, thus, I had a lot to say in regards to its features and potential improvements. The email stated that I would need a minimum grade of A- to qualify to get the $25 gift card. After reviewing the product, I earned a A+ grade. A few days later, my review was approved. I waited a couple of days to receive my reward but nothing came through. I tried contacting customer service multiple time but no response for several weeks. I even contacted the sales team and spoke to *** I asked informed him that I tried contacting the sales team on multiple occasions but at no success. Not only did he keep refusing to help me, he was very rude and unprofessional about it. He kept copy and pasting the same response. Finally, on May 3, a customer service agent named *** responded to me (request # ***). He kept saying to verify the status on my rewards tab. I informed him that nothing showed up there (which he could verify himself if he did some slight due diligence). I've sent him multiple screenshots showing him that I completed the review for the product and that my "My Rewards" tab was empty. Finally, he informed me that unfortunately, he is unable to retroactively add rewards to reviews and that unless a review comes from a specific link sent by the company, it will not qualify for the order. He also said that my review does not quality. This is absolute *** since I have the email proof from PDFelement that says that I will receive a $25 Amazon giftcard as long as I meet their standards, which I clearly did. This is the most unprofessional and unqualified people I've ever dealt with.
