I own domains and manage it via registrar namesilo.com This is in-regards to my Eaternet.com, while the registrar namesilo claims renewal grace period of 31 days and while I tried to renew my domain on 31st day they seems to have sold my domain in a auction in a fraudulent way for higher amount. I have lost my domain, though I tried to renew the domain on 31st day. For no mistake of mine, I am made to suffer and they have clearly stolen my domain name eaternet.com and sold it for higher cost. Though their policy states upto 33 days or 31 days one can renew the domain post expiry.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I was charged by this company a few months ago and have been going through my bank statements for the past year and noticed they charged me twice. Once for around 1k and another for 600. I contacted them to ask them to refund but they refused because they said the charge was legit. I have reiterated to them that I have not participated or authorized these transactions and they refuse to refund me. I have also asked them to provide me with information on what I supposedly bought from them but they refused to provide that also. They're very shady and don't have a phone number and do not seem like a legitimate business
I believe that namesilo is in the business of stealing Domains
I believe that namesilo is in the business of stealing Domains. Why do I know this?essentially I transferred a domain to them a year ago using a credit card.A year later I paid for 5 more years of registration but they refused to let me renew because I owed them an additional $100 for "charge back". The original charge was around $8.75.The fact is that my credit card's number was compromised and my credit card company may have ccancelled the charge and not me.The fact is that namesilo never contacted me. In fact he only communication I received from that was a "last notice" that my domain was expiring without any previous communication. The fact is that namesilo never disclosed any additional charge.I believe they have someone who wants my domain and they are stealing it.I have filed a complaint with Icann and I am considering a criminal complaint at my local police department.
