Merton Industrial Park Security Guard.
Hello
Whilst making a delivery to White Light Ltd. I was spoken to by your security guard like I was trash. First of all the barrier for the estate was up, so I drove my artic into the estate, to spin round, park up and ask where my customer wanted me to park for them to upload me. I parked at the only place I could that would keep the roadway clear. Your security guard approaches me and aggressively tells me I can't be there, considering I had to be there this was a bit strange. I calmly tell him I just I want to find out where they want to unload me, to which he grunts and walks off. I didn't go to manoeuvre the truck into place with my hazard lights on, ready to reverse into white lights yard. A car pulls up behind me, which I saw because trucks have mirrors and I have been doing this job for some time now, when your security guard comes out of his shed screaming at me. I tried to speak to the gentleman after the incident, which apparently made him more angry. I asked for his name and this was the one he gave me Baze Soufiane. I don't want the gentleman to lose his job, but I believe he could do with a little bit more customer service training, because it looked like all he wanted to do was have a fight with me. I have been to this site many times but I've never been spoken to so rudely before in all my life.

Rude security staff
I'm writing in regards to 2 incidents involving the same G4S steward at the Courteeners concert at Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester yesterday 25th September.
My fiancee and I were sat in section E4 and were required to show our tickets upon arrival, which we were more than happy to do. Both tickets were on my phone as Ticketmaster would not allow me to print them off beforehand.
After being sat at the seats for a while, I went to the toilet and was asked to show my ticket again on the way back. This gentleman was a different steward to the one previously and I had at this point gone off the Ticketmaster app as I didnt know I was required to show my ticket again. Nevertheless, I attempted to get my ticket up but was struggling due to the poor 4G under the stand. I informed the steward of this and he advised me to connect to wifi. When I informed him there were no wifi networks available, he said "well I can't help you then". I found this to be very rude and unprofessional, as this is the last thing anyone in a customer facing role should be saying.
Eventually, I was able to pull up the ticket and get through. I warned my fiancee of what happened, and sent her a screenshot of her ticket and sent it via WhatsApp in case the same thing happened to her.
A few minutes later, she went to get some drinks and again the same steward asked for the ticket. Again due to poor 4G in the concourse, she was unable to load the ticket. She explained this to the steward, and the fact she had walked past him a few minutes earlier. He again stated "well I can't help you then". This really upset her that she was spoken to in this way and became very emotional in front of a lot of people. She tried to call me and couldn't get through due to the poor signal, but got through on the 3rd time of trying. I immediately came down to help her and showed the steward both tickets. Seeing how upset she was, I told him what he had done and how wrong it was to treat her in this way. He ignored me and carried on arguing with another concert goer over a similar issue.
At this point, I wanted to make a complaint. I spoke to a Lancashire Cricket steward (who was the complete opposite of the G4S steward), who apologised for what had gone on. He agreed it was wrong for us to be treated that way, and then said (to my surprise) "unfortunately as he's G4S there's not a lot I can do, but they're being total [censored]s tonight". He advised me to speak to G4S directly, either by flagging down a supervisor wearing a headset, or emailing. I tried to flag down a supervisor as they seemed to be busy dealing with other complaints, so I have opted to email instead.
I'm not able to give you the name of this steward but he was stationed between sections E4 and E5 of the ground. He was Asian, had short dark hair and a moustache, and was about 5 foot 7, and in his late twenties or early thirties.
This experience completely ruined our evening as we were both unable to enjoy the rest of the music fully, and ended up leaving early. My fiancee now never wants to go to a concert again.

My name is Anthony Reid I have been working with G4s for 6 years & I would like to put in an official complaint on my Line Manager Kieran Cunning,
I put in my notice to leave G4S on Saturday (28/08/21), on the Monday (30/98/21) Mr Cunning rang me saying I was talking about him to another Manager (Paul Stevenson) say I said his man management skill were terrible, I told him I never said anything & that he should not have rang me accusing me of this, he then proceeded to tell me to clear off & hung up the phone on me,
I emailed him to say I will not be spoken to like that & handed in my resignation with immediate effect,
He emailed me back wishing me well for the future but also threatening me that he knows my potential future employers boss very well,
He rang my old work site (Linen mill studios, Banbridge) & said he didn't want me to work on the site with Amberstone security (the new security team on site alongside G4s),
I am now frozen out of my G4s Javelin so can't see what I'm entitled to regarding pay etc after my resignation,
I feel this is wholly unprofessional by him & I will be pursuing this further as I had to resign through his treatment of bullying & harassment.

I need assistance with an issue regarding g4s. I want to lodge a complaint regarding a certain Security Supervisor named Joe Cepeda, who has instigated problems within my staff, used racist language and refused to discipline his own staff for their actions to include sleeping, abandoning post and stealing time. These issues have been reported to the local office and they have been either ignored it or covered up.
Since they have been contracted at Hyatt Regency Saipan they have engaged in giving out information to third parties, sleeping and abandoning post. I need someone to address this as soon as possible.

Unprofessional and condescending
Our culdesac was all sitting out in front of our homes when G4s drove up. They exited their vehicles and approached our group and said they needed to speak to the resident that resides in housing. We all responded stating we did and the security guard made a snide comment saying that we were being difficult and immature and that he needed to speak to an adult and the resident of the community. We again replied that we all lived there and proceeded to point out our homes. We expressed that his attitude was unnecessary as we had been cooperating and answering his questions. That degree of unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. He proceeded to take photos of 2 of our homes still making unnecessary comments. I then proceeded to explain that he was being extremely rude and that it was unappreciated and inappropriate. He replied saying perception is everything before laughing and leaving. Then not even 30 mins later drives back up and takes photos of us and our children. How the company allows someone of this caliber to work for them is beyond me. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the behavior shown by your employee!
Desired outcome: A conversation about professionalism and an apology for his behavior in front of our children would be great.

I put a complaint in on Jason Harris on 28 June 2021. I haven't heard any action on the issue yet. Jason Harris is the site manager at 1 Bank of America Center at Charlotte, North Carolina. Since he has been to 1 BAC, He brought the morale of the office. He promotes his friends instead of the most qualified person for the position which leads to a lot of very good potential people to resign. I tried to present this to the complaint department but haven't heard back from them. I recommend you investigate people who resigned recently to prevent more people from resigning at this post.

Processing and hotel quarantine
I flew in from Qatar to wait 5 1/2 hours to get to my hotel as G4S processes lacked cohesion and any real management. On arrival to Heathrow i lined up for 3 hours to get a passport checked. I then lined up for a bus which lacked decision and correct management by the staff. On the bus we witnessed employees fist fighting and shouting at each other in public view (i have pictures). Whilst waiting a security member was seen sat in a wheelchair lounging around with his face mask incorrectly fitted while members of the public were rudely asked to board vehicles (i have more photos) The driver changed and when he finally came on shift and said he was hungry, so kept us waiting while he ate behind a wall (i have photos of the driver (and his name) and another employee eating when they could have eaten before coming on shift). When he did get on he argued with security and had no respect for other road users. The bus then followed other buses to the same hotels . If organized the process could be swifter and result in faster service, drop off to hotels and turnaround.
It definitely needs to be more professional! Finally on arrival at the hotel, the security guard demanded my passport! This is illegal and he has no rights to take my passport and so he got aggressive with me. The whole process from start to finish lack command, decision and organization, and the security and staff looked underqualified (always playing on their phones)! I have to say i am disgusted to be associated with this organization and feel appalled that foreign nationals were treated in the same way. I am also disgusted that my company has paid good money to secure me under such a disorganized system.
Desired outcome: A full public apology to anyone affected. A refund would be optional. A drastic overhaul of the unprofessional behavior and p[performance of the G4S team.
Quarantine guards at lhr t5/4 & hotel
1. Guards at T4/5 were rude throughout. They offered NO updates as to why we waited 4 hours for a bus.
2. 2 x G4S Security guards were seen fighting with each other 300m from buses departure point at LHR. They were near Holiday in hotel fighting on 26/07/21 at around 1500hrs.
3. At hotel G4S staff tried to take my passport off me to check in-illegal
Note - only police and border control can take passports off people. I know they only wanted to check me in, but I should have been escorted to the desk and when I said No I don't want to hand it over, they started arguing with me. Only police and border control can legally take someone's passport from them, and if I decide or anyone else not to hand over a passport to a security guard, then I don't have too and that should be respected.
If someone hands their passport over and it's damaged or lost etc, whose responsibility would that be? Would G4S accept the responsibility? What is in the G4S policy/Procedure for removing a persons passport from their possession when arriving at a Quarantine Hotel in UK?
Hospital transport
My 80 year old mother was discharged by the Doctor on Monday 8th February from Pembury Hospital at 17.00. Yet returned home past midnight. I made numerous calls to try to find out what was the delay. I was told around 7pm that a crew was going to collect her after a job in Ashford. Then when she did not appear after one hour, then I rang again to be told that her transport was not even allocated. I did not get any explanation in why the crew from ashford did not collect her. She was left in a room on her own with no water or drink and she has only one kidney. I don't understand why when we call the controller that they cannot trace the contracted vehicles. She was eventually collected by a crew coming and returned home just after midnight. My mum has cancer and she was at risk of infection. We cannot accept such delays, this is not the first time. And prior experience has been continual lateness and not plausible reasons for being late. On another occasion, we were told directly by the crew that the controllers has not told the truth. More actions are required to improve this service and I will now detail every journey .

Ive to attend a disciplinary hearing on 26th jan at 11.30 for alleged sworn at to of your staff, angela meek and mathew whithead when I said to them I need the tug they where sat in witch wasnt a g4s company vehicle it is a dhl aviation property they are not insured to sit in this tug or operate it.
They had the key in ignition engine runing heater on butted up to a set of aircraft steps on a 747 boeing aircraft they say that I sworn at them to get out of the to tugs I needed to do my job and as a result of their lies ive been suspended from work till the hearing 2morrow at 11.30 for the alleged threat of swearing at the to of them. With is totaly untrue I am so worried that im going to lose my job and my home in the same day sa I will not be able to affordmy rent. Please can you addresse this as a matter of urgency. They both no that they have made this up because myself asked them for the to tugs and it was raining. Its not my employers ressponsibllity

Good day, the nelspruit g4s branch is the most unprofessional you cannot get hold of them via telephone. We ordered change a week ago and we are still waiting for them, it does not matter how many times you try to contact them it is without sucess.
I must say we as a retail company cannot go without change yet g4s do not care. I want a solution for your nelspruit branch they are pathetic!

This is to inform you that I am filing a formal complaint against one of your security officers named, Eric V, who is assigned at the Desert Regional Medical Center.
He saw me smoking under a tree within the hospital‘s property line, and he immediately yelled at me, got closer and more profanity was shouted at me after I asked him what the problem was. I know that there's no smoking within the hospital's property but an educated and polite officer could have done that. He came forward towards me, in a threatening manner, when I asked for his ID, due his rudeness. He showed me his ID abut it almost got slapped into my face with his attitude together with his filthy language.

Hiring rapists and putting them in positions of power
G4S is well known for hiring rapists and putting them in positions of power. This can be easily researched. You have Google.
G4S is well known for firing staff who file claims with HR. This can also be easily researched. You have Google.
Be very careful about utilizing G4S services.
If you work for this company, don't ever file a claim with HR unless you have physical evidence of any/all communications sent from HR. G4S HR is trained to avoid having anything in writing so that they can abuse staff who file complaints. They will lie, manipulate & then terminate you.
Covid health protocol for g4s staff at airport security: threat for passengers

The 10/07/20202 at 9.30am, I was in Schipol airport with my family coming from Dar es Salaam (KL 580) and transferring to Copenhagen (KL1127). At the security check, the X ray machines did not work. The G4S officers decided to open all hand luggages.
One officer checked the bags of the passenger in front of us and with the same gloves checking all objects inside my wife's bag. I made an observation that she was using the same gloves and it was presenting a risk to transmit the covid from one passenger to the other because she was touching objects that are intensively touched (smartphone, make up, computer, keys etc...). I politely asked if she could change gloves and she asked me to shut up.
Being my turn, another officer did exactly the same. After checking the bag of the passenger before me, he used the same gloves. I asked him if he could change gloves or at least put some sanitisers on his gloved hands. He said that he will not do it. If you do not wear gloves, he told me, why should I change gloves, he replied. I made the observation that it was not the point, he was touching with his possible infected gloves my smartphone, my keys, the keyboard of my two laptops and it was a risk to transport the COVID virus from one passenger to the other. After 10min of arguments, he sanitised his gloved hands. I would also like to mention that he constantly interrupted me despite asking him to let me finish my sentences.
Keeping the gloves from one passenger to another is dangerous! G4S officers are not sensitised to good practices and have the risk to transmit the virus from one passenger to the other with their gloves.
I have also filed a complaint to RIVM highlighting these high risk practices in this airport

Daily operation joke. Policy & procedure made up on a fly. If an employee is in the in crowd he/she has job security. If an employee just want to do his/her job with no entanglement he/she will have a problem. There is no recourse for a victimized employee witnessing the daily abuse of power & manipulation.
No consideration for employees facing a challenge, no discretion, no support, no leadership or the leadership is the one creating the problem. Constantly hiring family & friends, will torment a descent employee to secure a post for friends/family.
Can not imagine other sites offering much difference. If leadership is in shambles it probably is widespread
security guard on a power trip
On November 30, 2019, my family and I were met with a very rude security guard named Sudhakar who refused to listen to our situation and instead insisted on denying us entrance to the building because we simply did not know the last name of the person we were visiting.
He continued to use disrespectful language with us and remained uncooperative until our friend came onto the phone to speak with him.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and someone who conducts themselves this unprofessionally should not have the privilege of working for your G4S.
