I believe Galadari is the worst school in Dubai. These people attract by giving some kind of discounts and than they will keep failing you unless you will pay the whole amount to them. This is worse than cheating. Because you will also loose a lot of time. These people are cheaters. Especially in nahda brunch. The examenator from Galadari test couldn't even explain to me what I did wrong because he failed me in purpose. He was very rude from the beginning. And told me "why are you upset I failed everyone today". I suggest you to go to any other school rather than this one

I totally agree with you. By the way, did you get your DL already? I've been trying to get mine since February and spent a huge amount of money already, more than enough to buy a second hand car. Now I am trying to go to EDI and avail the unlimited package. You pay a fix price until you pass and get your DL. I am willing to do that as I cannot stand this institute anymore. Worst customer service. Call Center no answer, when you go to the branch especially in Al Quoz and look for the manager, she will just look at you and talk to you in a manner that she is like the Madame and you do what I what I asked you to! like seriously?

Its the worst ever school with uncivilised RTA examiners.
They are crooks and they fail for no reason.
On their website they will only show the comments which is good but not the actual real comments.
Ive lost a lot of money and i fell for the trap of discount voucher.
CROOKS is the real word for them and not god fearing at all.

Dear GMDC,

It has been a very disappointing experience with my VIP classes and to add up the customer service has been even worse. My concerns are highlighted below for your prompt action. I have also registered my complain with Dubai Consumer and RTA.

No proper communication was given for my classes, infact I have to chase Kasim or Maiza on daily basis, not once they have contacted me directly for my schedule.

I have taken VIP classes but the treatment given to me is below normal levels.

The driving instructor Kasim has always been rude while teaching or communicating, whereas there are 2 other instructors like Arshad and another Hamad who are so humble, friendly and kind hearted.

The pick-up drop has never been properly arranged and at times I had to wait for over 30 to 40 mins until the driver arrives for the pickup.

Customer support in Galadari is not good, any concerns given have never been answered and responded on phone or even the WhatsApp support.

My classes where stopped and suddenly I get a call from Maiza for the payment, my question here is:

A. Was I given the dates of payment when I signed up?

B. Did the mobile app, SMS or email notify me with the payment reminders?

C. Did I ever delay or said that I will not pay?

D. How can they just stop the classes without any communication only yesterday
Maiza asked for the payment and I told her I will come today and pay it.

E. Last 3 days I have been sending messages to Kasim and Maiza for my classes why
were they not responding? They could have informed me for the payment earlier.

RTA directed me to call the RTA supervisor at GMDC and explain the issues to resolve it but unfortunately Al Quais customer support Rayna mentioned RTA supervisor does not sit in Al Quais brand and asked me to call on [protected] Al Muhaisna Branch and when I called there Usra answered the call and she said that she cannot connect me to RTA supervisor as there is no extension available.

All I need is an apology for their mistakes, and I need regular classes with Arshad and want no further communication with Maiza or Kasim.

Galadari is the worst driving school in uae customer service is poor the people are rudes from examiner, instructor, even front desk people are not human, they keep failing you for no reason so that they can earned money this is haram i spend a lot of money already that i can probably buy a good car, , pls people in galadari specially in alquz have mercy on other people as we are getting out
Money pay check to pay check only we are only workers here dont play dirty tricks so that you can full your stomach… waste of money waste of time from april until this moment I haven’t have my dl and they ask me to get i another classes which cost mest 710 and if i want special day like friday i must to pay another 210 without assurance if same day i can get my final
Exam… god is watching karma is real

I am writing this email with a heavy heart and so tensed, I would like to bring to your attention the problem I faced during my visit to Galadari office. I enrolled in Galadari Institute for driving license, but due to some problems, I stopped the classes. Now I wish to resume the classes as I came to know that Galadari is offering a lump sum package . I asked to change my normal package to a lump sum. They told me that I have to pay around 7500 AED plus 5% VAT, although I already paid 2800 AED during my previous classes. I asked them to convert my previous package into a lump sum but they gave me the above amount which was very high for me.
I checked with other institutes who offered me a very lucrative package but they told me that I need an clearance from Galadari.
For the clearance I sent an email to Galadari customer service and got the answer that I can come with my emirates ID from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 am ID.
I went to Galadari institute around 3:00 pm on Saturday, it was a normal working day, all the employees were working there. I asked at the front desk about clearance and he referred to Mr. Nasir. I told Mr. Nasir the whole scenario and he told me that he was not able to give me clearance and advised me to meet the manager, I went to the manager office but Manager was not there due to weekend.
Again I went to Mr. Nasir and told him that the manager is not there, please help me. He told me that there is no work on Saturday. I said if there is no work on Saturday then why are all the employees there, why do they give the courses and deposit the amount and do all the work & I informed him that I came there after receiving the information form Galadari customer care if it was not working day why they have provided me a wrong information, , He said he does not know anything and I have to meet with the customer care supervisor. I went to counter number 19 where a gentleman was sitting whom I asked to help me but he was not even interested to talk to me and told me I have to meet with Mr. Nasir. Nasir. It was like going from office to office, like a bureaucracy in a country where transparency is paramount.
How it is possible to a person working in normal days form 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM to visit in normal working days.

As a reputable institution, Galadari must be proactive in ensuring that the customer does not have to suffer by taking full responsibility.
As a reasonable customer, I ask you to look into the matter and resolve the problem.

Am speechless.

i feel like they think everyone is having a nice job.

each time i fail a test, i have to wait for a month.

am on my 2nd final test and already more than a year in this institute. i feel like am in prison. i feel like i put myself in jail with any option to pass the test one day.

i had and even making me going depressive.

Each time the examiner tells you that you will make it and then fails you with a smile.

am soo stressed.

i hate myself for starting the journey with Galadari.

My friends from different institute got already their DL and but here is all about money especially for those who pay each time they fail.

My instructor told me am good to go cause my driving is perfect. but the examiner tells other thing.

the last time, it was writing on my report that she did emergency break. but this never happened when i was driving. IT NEVER HAPPENED it was totally a big lie.

God help us the poor in this journey before we die of heart attack!

Very bad experience here:

- Trainers not teaching well

- assessment is just to make money. They fail you for no reasons

- Join some other school even if it’s comparatively expensive because end of the course you will pay more here.

Nowadays its a Trap on Behalf of Galadhari Driving school they give the Discount Card for new admission and tell to provide the existing student who is undergoing driving. They are selling the coupon. Through their different marketing agents. I called Galadhari customer care and Confirm the Agent's Name. "SAN Sikandar and Nitin" - They are taking money from a lot of new commer and selling there discount cards in exchange for AED: 109. There all phones and mail IDs are fake.

Beware of this fake coupon and Galadhari, They should take action. I belive they know still they are promoting in fake things.

I also hold Galadhari accountable and many of Galadhari employees are involved in this scam

Completely agreed. Me and 2 of my colleagues have also fallen for this scam. Please be aware.

Many of Galadhari employees also are involved in this scam.

Better don't go for Galadhari many other better reputed driving schools available in UAE.

Employee of a company named SAN Sikandar and Nitin are selling discount voucher on roads in Sharjah. They provide you wrong information. After registration they will ask for your documents on what's app and start ignoring your calls. If they receive your call then talk with you very rudely. They are making money and its a FRAUD. I do not know galadari knows about it or not but they are looting people in the name of galadari driving school.

In sharjah NA***** and IHT**** these two persons fooling the peoples. I am looking to file a police complaint in sharjah against them.

UAE License seekers in Sharjah and Dubai please do not trapped with SAN Sikandar and Nitin filed workers. they will fool you and get 109 AED from your pocket and later will not answer your calls and whatsapp messages.

Hi, I got approached by 2 people from Sikhandar and Nitin Marketing management and they told me they are giving an offer of 50% discount. They told me I can register by paying 109 dhs. I told him I will pay if I see your emirates id. He didn't have an id and told me he's on a visit visa. He sounded very desperate and wanted me to pay him 109 as soon as possible. I clearly told I will not pay unless I see his id and he left. I am happy that I took the best decision of not paying them.

I have bad experience with galadary, I regret to start to study in galadary. They are still keep failing me on purpose. When I failed first exam they schedule my driving classes after around 15 days. They failed me 3 times ...Now again they called me and told your driving classess will start after 10 days, every time Im paying ... Im wasting my time and spending my money in galadary. There is one instructor from Egypt old guy and he was very rude person, he doesnt know how to treat to people especially with ladies. I never ever suggest this galadary school to anyone.

I talked to some people in Galadary but no one didnt care and didnt hepl me. I dont want to continue with this Galadary and asked return my money...Lets see...

Please avoid becoming trapped with SAN Sikandar and Nitin field employees if you are looking for a UAE license in Sharjah or Dubai. They will deceive you into giving them 109 AED, but subsequently they won't return your calls or respond to your WhatsApp messages. One of the field worker Name is AWAIS. full of Fraud.

If any one bought coupon from Sikand and Nitin. Here is their Trade license # (Sikandar and Nitin marketing Management) Trade license 865837 (Mr. Nitin) Owner # +[protected] Invoice # (Put your invoice and all the WhatsApp msg or any evidence of the package and raise a complaint in consumer rights.

I am suffering because of the since 17/05/2023 and finally got a solution that DET (Dubai Economic tourism) block their license. They Cannot renew their license until they give me either my money or the package.

Please raise more complaints against these scammers to get the justice.

They took money from me yesterday. Luckily they came back for collecting the second installment and by then I had read the above reviews. Took my money back. Alhamdulillah 100 received back from 109 which was paid. I almost paid the second installment which was 1200 something. Please take care guys. They have website they have valid Emirates i'd from this company.

And take from me 109 aed and they told me for license 1800 bc i have qatar license ,after that they told me you have to pay 2700 again for license and they don't have any offer on this payment
