Opposite MOHRE office signal in qusais a coaster driver having vehicle no 91377 triedto deceive me and continuously give high beam lights and while crossing signal come ahead of me and tried to stop my car i was with my family at that time so i didnt stop otherwise i make him learn please take the action against the driver and confirm me accordingly incedent time 11:05-11:20

Im complaining about customer service named SHAHID SHEIKH MOIDEEN
I went to Galadari Branch in Deira City Center to book RTA parking test last August 21 Sunday. He Imediately ask for payment and i paid. He informed he will call me back for the schedule but he didnt bother to call me. Wednesday i called him and he said he will call me back again but he didnt call. I went back again to DCC and he inform he will just call me back again for the schedule. the next day i went to DCC again but he is no longer there.
Then i saw him in Alghurair branch saturday. I Asked him what happen, then he doesnt even know my number then, means he doesnt care. he doesnt know that im waiting for his call.
He wants me to chase him and beg for schedule which is not good.
Desired outcome: Hoping to have some disciplinary action to him so it will not happen to other students. Galadari is a good school, it just happens that the reputation of the company suffers becasue of the staff like SHAHID SHEIKH MOIDEEN.
Test results
The worst school for driving experience. Im not euggesting it to anyone. They failing special to earn more money and wasting your time. Please anyone dont go to this school. I give my exam today 26 July. And they fail me for one mistake, and im not agree with that. I speak with examiner and supervisor, they even cannot provide proper information about my mistake.
this is not good school, only eating money. people are no responsibility for students. i suggest anyone donot go this school.
My assessment on 23/7/2022
I had a driving test and the the rta who is supposed to check my driving skills was rushing me even when there was traffic a head making it seem like its my fault and two times he did that 1st at the T junction second at after T junction where there was a long truck pulling out to the road. He also said that i was driving on a road (two way road) which is for 40kmh at 35 kmh and thats not true (check the cameras) and on the road of (one way traffic) at a speed of 45 which is not correct. Refer to my test cameras.
I would like someone else to go through my driving test on this day because there are cameras iside the car and verify my driving skills I have home experience more than 10 years also you should check with my instructor also.
Now I have to wait almost a month for my next class and assessment which is not fair, kindly look on that and give me a feedback

Not allowing to book for rta test
Hello,
I have been trying to book for a rta parking test from the past couple of days… the rta website shows many slots are available, but galadari does not offer these slots for booking.
They are asking to pay extra for booking of the same test!
They do not allow the student to directly book for the parking as well!
Why promise something, that they cannot fulfil!

Today I had a assesment test with galadari and this is my 3rd test each time they say one or other reason to fail me.. But today I am 100% sure I was right on the road made no mistakes but they failed me purposely with lieing I amde soo many mistakes.. I feel like I am trapped here.. Please take necessary action against galadari motors for cheating people this way..
Driving classes booking issue
Training Classes not being provided to me for 17days.
Asking me to wait till 12th to book my classes
I am already done with my evaluation test and I want to book my classes, when the agent sitting in nahda branch took me I can book my classes anytime.
Now they are making me wait for 15 days just to start my classes
This is a fraud to just delay the number of days and make me renew my file.
You have less drivers in your branch so u shouldn't be taking money and doing fraud to us.

Driving Class
I joined with a promoting guy named Furkan. Paid a 109 AED to register with the offer on 2nd June, next day a guy named Faiz comes to my home for making me the payment of 1399 and too 200AED cash. Till today 21 June they have not opened my file and I am unable to do my theory classes. No one responds once they receive the money. The most worthless driving class in Dubai. Please go join some other driving class.
Classes wrongly booked, Test results not updated
Hi team,
Consider this as an official formal complaint raised by Pinky Felix about a person who has booked my City Classes & Highway Classes.My Highway class was marked as city class on the system and the Galadari system therefore shows I have not completed my Highway Class.As a result my parking test results don't get updated in the system and I am not able to rebook my classes.
I can't be penalised for the mistake that was done by one of the staff of Galadari Driving School.I have lost a lot of time and energy wasted on this issues. I have already lost more than 10 days to get my First RTA parking result updated. And the scenario is nothing different the 2nd time. This is really frustrating that no action has been taken to fix this.
Please look into the date when I finished my Highway classes and today. Its easily more than 2 months.Isn't 2 months more than enough for Galadari staff to rectify an issue that occurred from your end?
Disappointing that there are no supervisors or managers looking into this.

Parking examiner
I had my parking test today, and I closed the door but somehow It remained opened and before even starting my test examiner stopped my test and failed immediately.
Like seriously what is this behaviour,
We are paying here so much money and he didn’t even let me do the parking.
This is very very wrong behaviour and please fear of god atleast. GMDC should do something on this for such examiners
Parking assessments
I would like to write a complaint to one of the examiner that i have today may 21 2022 8.00 schedule at galadari parking assessment. The axaminer is very unprofessional and rude. And he make me hury in the middle of the practice road! When i do my parallel parking, i know i didn't cross or touch the line. And i can see it from my side mirror and i put my head outside im in the middle of parking. And he said inside the car that i fail go out the parking. And i said why im fail. He didn't even go outside the car to check if i touch the line! And when i will go out the car to check. He shouted on me! Like he is angry! He said. Did i told u to go outside ? And hes saying too much! And hes talking in his language! So rude and i know i can see from my side that i didn't cross the line im inside! And he said manytimes that im failed and hes shouting! This is unbelievable! Unprofessional so rude! He fail me without checking the car outside. I pass my other parking before in different examiner. But this person is the worst person i ever met! I hope galadari will do something about this. I can accept my failure. But atleast show me or tell me what my mistake so i can correct it nextime. Thats why where paying too much
To learn driving not to have a bad experience and hearing bad words from examiner!
Good Overall Service
I registered for my driving in January at Galadari Motor Driving Tecom offices, I had plenty of questions and doubts about taking on this driving lessons as i had heard about the high costs of driving licenses, the multiple fails but the young lady at Tecom office helped me explained the whole process step by step and continued to assist all through my driving lessons, payments where flexible and i was able to choose my timings and dates, my instructor was also very good and patient made me confident gave me all the needed details to be the driver i am today, the service i also go in Al Quoz was great i did not experience any hiccups, All thanks to all the staff I am proud to hold my License in the most unexpected way compared to when I came in day one full of doubts...Its achievable with Galadari Motor Driving Centre

First to get the learning permit and now booking the slot for the Theory test
I have Register for the Driving license to the Galadari Motor driving center al quoz office on dated 31st of march 2022. After my payment and everything I attend my theory class on the dated 02.04.2022 at the time of attending the theory class the instructor told me that my learning permit still not register by the person who open my file, I went to the person the same day in the break of theory classes to request to register my learning permit but unfortunately I get very unprofessional response from the person who open my file she said to me she is very busy for the day so she will do my registration later. still I continued to attend my theory classes till the end of the day but my learning permit registration didn't done by the person. after I finish my theory classes and again I went to the same person to request again for the registration, the person replied me that she didn't registered yet and she will do it on Monday as the Sunday. On Thursday 07.04.2022 I received the call and she took my details and visa copy and she start process for learning permit.
On Saturday 09.04.2022 when I go the theory instructor to confirm if my last classes which I attend before will be counted or not. he said as at the time of attending the theory classes my learning permit was not registered so i have to attend all classes again So I did again because of the delay from that first person who open my file i have lost my 10days.
Now Since i finish my theory classes i am trying to book the slot for the theory test and i call two time customer care to book the slot i still not get booked for my theory test slot. it is very disgraceful work by the much know institute in the region.
i was plan to finish my driving classes in the Ramadan month so i get enough time to finish the process. But because of the unprofessional behavior some of staff from the Al Quoz office of the institute i still not able to start my further lessons of driving.
Desired outcome: I want my time to be compensate, which I lost due to above description or company should take actions against the responsible person.
Instructor
On 09/04/22 I failed parking. I paid 147AED for a lesson with an instructor that was new to me.
Today, on 15/04/22 I had my parking lesson. I was so angry and disappointed. The instructor couldn't give any instructions in a clear and understandable way. After 25 minutes of doing parallel parking, I had to ask him to move to the angle parking because with his instructions, we couldn't even park correctly once!
First, he never asked me to do 6 point head checks. There were practically no reference points given. His explanations included "little, little", "move little, little", "when you see the line in the mirror, then you are inside". When I asked him: "Where should I see the line? In the middle of the mirror, at the bottom, top?" His answer was "Yes." I asked him again and he couldn't respond.
I have my parking assessment on Monday, how am I suppose to pass it with this kind of instructions?
Desired outcome: I want a class rescheduled at no cost to me as soon as possible. Not with the 3 week wait.I spent 250AED just to do this class (100 on taxi + 150 on a class), which was absolutely pointless.

My phone number is [protected] im student with your school, on 11.04.2022 I passed the initial school test by 12:30 PM and went to pay for the next step I went to the casher and paid 315 AED by my credit card ( Attached below the message from the bank ) and went to book the classes, There was 115 person before me on the que, After waiting almost 90 min, I left on 14.04.2022 I called to book my classes I spoke to Sanober from customer services after waiting 15 min to get someone answer my call, She said that the classes is only available after 16 days ( Are you serous really 16 days for 8 classes ) then she said that there's no payment the 315 which I paid is not reflecting in her system, Then she checked and said yes I paid but not showing in the system?
She said to avoid me waiting she will call me back, She did after 15 min, I couldn't catch her call I message on the wats app same time they reply me after 90 min ( Attached below the whole messages on the what's app, They just online but will not reply me as im begging from them.
Desired outcome: I want clear and fast respond that my payment is there, Also want my classes to be arranged maximum after one week.IF the school cant do that I want to take my file from the school with my refund.
Weekend rta final road test
I have been calling GMDC call centre 2/3 times and I have been put on hold for 10/15 minutes and there is no response.the person from karama giving a wrong information regarding the weekend exams and now they says that there is not slot available after all classes have been scheduled. I have been texting them on whatsapp, and there is no response again. I have to email them as well just to book one parking test? After all the money we have paid. This is not the service we expect from you. My worst decision ever to chose you for my driving license.
Driving assessment
I was called to arrive at the center at 5pm, which I did. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting until 7:30pm, only for Mohammad Ramada to call me who was training for automatic car at the same time with another student who was suppose to have a parking assessment for a manual car . He was very inpatient and was confusing both the information for automatic and manaul smart yard instruction. Despite waiting my time for over 2hrs, he was not patient enough to explain the details just for five minutes and then he concluded that I failed the parking. I immeaditely complained to Mr Happy who was a withness to the whole situation. Mr. Happy apologized and asked me to rebook the evaluation test Mr. Mohammed just succeeded in wasting my time and increasing the timeline for getting over with the license process.
Desired outcome: They should be more patient and keep the time.
RTA parking test booking experience

Galadari institute is not providing proper services, after theory test student face new issues everyday. Sometimes they booked internal yard test on Friday, and later they changed. No one fucus your call just they play with you to change your date. And there last sentence O sorry RTA changed you test
Driving license
I am writing this with a heavy heart and so tensed, I would like to bring to your attention the problem I faced during my visit to Galadari office. I enrolled in Galadari Institute for driving license, but due to some problems, I stopped the classes. Now I wish to resume the classes as I came to know that Galadari is offering a lump sum package. I asked to change my normal package to a lump sum. They told me that I have to pay around 7500 AED plus 5% VAT, although I already paid 2800 AED during my previous classes. I asked them to convert my previous package into a lump sum but they gave me the above amount which was very high for me.
I checked with other institutes who offered me a very lucrative package but they told me that I need an clearance from Galadari.
For the clearance I sent an email to Galadari customer service and got the answer that I can come with my emirates ID from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 am ID.
I went to Galadari institute 15-01-2022 around 3:00 pm on Saturday, it was a normal working day, all the employees were working there. I asked at the front desk about clearance and he referred to Mr. Nasir. I told Mr. Nasir the whole scenario and he told me that he was not able to give me clearance and advised me to meet the manager, I went to the manager office but Manager was not there due to weekend.
Again I went to Mr. Nasir and told him that the manager is not there, please help me. He told me that there is no work on Saturday. I said if there is no work on Saturday then why are all the employees there, why do they give the courses and deposit the amount and do all the work & I informed him that I came there after receiving the information form Galadari customer care if it was not working day why they have provided me a wrong information,, He said he does not know anything and I have to meet with the customer care supervisor. I went to counter number 19 where a gentleman was sitting whom I asked to help me but he was not even interested to talk to me and told me I have to meet with Mr. Nasir. Nasir. It was like going from office to office, like a bureaucracy in a country where transparency is paramount.
How it is possible to a person working in normal days form 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM to visit in normal working days.
As a reputable institution, Galadari must be proactive in ensuring that the customer does not have to suffer by taking full responsibility.
As a reasonable customer, I ask you to look into the matter and resolve the problem.

I have very bad experience with Galadari Nakheel branch. I am talking about my last incident. I failed in assignment test 28 November in abu hail. Then I went to Nakheel branch and i took the classes after booking it, however for the test again this person name Imran twicely book my test for Muhasinah that's too far from my area and i requested him to keep my test in abu hail itself.
He is always rude and not listening what i am requesting only asking about more money.
Kindly look into this matter and take action or else i have to escalate this issue to RTA/POLICE.
