Gale Force is the way to go! I had the pleasure of dealing with David N. and Billy R.. I had storm damage on my roof and these guys were a huge help in getting my insurance claim rolling. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to move the whole process. I was in a race for time to be able to keep my home insurable, and these guys got me back right in no time. The roof looks amazing and the installers we're able to remove my old roof and replace with a new one, all in the same day. Thanks Guys!

I am very happy to recommend Gale Force Roofing, and Josh K, specifically for the wonderful service. Josh K went out of his way to update me, and explain to me the whole process of repairing my roof from the initial visit, the inspections to the install. He was always available to answer my calls. The roofing was done extremely well, I am so happy. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there - all the debris had been removed! I have no hesitation recommending Gale Force Roofing Company.

Gale Force Roofing is the best at any angle you look at it. Cost, quality, courtesy, workmanship, customer care and so on. Joshua guided me each step of the way from start to finish in the most friendly and courteous manner. Their crew is the most sincere and hard working people. They started early morning and everything was completed by 8 pm the same day on my 2 story home. All around my house there was not even a speck of dirt. Now my roof looks so beautiful and royal. Gale Force Roofing replaced my roof last month. The service was amazing from the beginning with Ricki to the end with Josh K. They always gave us an update on materials. When the time came the crew arrived early in the morning and was finished by early evening. They clean all around the house - it was spotless. They even got all of the little roof scrapings from my pool. We are very happy with their hard work and will highly recommend! My roof was damaged in a storm. Josh K. of Gale Force Roofing and Restoration, LLC, inspected the roof and confirmed the damage. He then explained the process of an insurance claim. He did everything with the Insurance Adjustor. The claim was paid. A short time later the crew arrived and tore of the old roof and installed a brand new roof on the same day. Everything about dealing with Gale Force Roofing and Restoration, LLC. went smoothly and efficiently. The work crew was meticulous about the clean. I would hire them again.

The professionalism of Josh K. and Gale force was refreshing. I noticed parts of shingles around my house. I called Gale. Force and met Josh. He was honest and straight forward with me. I found that the recent wind/thunderstorm was responsible for the damage and that my home owner's insurance would cover that damage. I was cautious about making a claim. Josh guided me and I found the whole process was easy and painless. In two day after the shingles arrived the roof was on and my house looks great. I highly recommend Gale Force and mostly Josh. .

During the installation, the crew worked timely and professionally. They took just 1 day to complete the entire roof restoration, and after the job done they cleaned my driveway and all the sides. I was very satisfied with Gale Force Roofing and Restoration! I had a total of four quotes from various companies for a roof replacement. Gale Force was the only company who took the time to review all my options! August Weber spent a lot of time with me to explain my options. Force Roofing is the right company to call when you need your roof replace and for the right price they work with the insurance company to get your money back. Thanks to their project manager *** for overseeing my roof replacment project and his crew for a wonderful job well done. During the last heavy wind and rain from the last hurrican i receive no leak into the house. They made sure that no additional damage was made to other parts of the home and surrounding yard areas and all old roofing materials and garbage were all taken away. My wife and I chose Gale Force Roofing & Restoration in May, 2022. We received several quotes, but Gale Force stood out the most to us because of quality, cost, time, and customer service! Being new homeowners, and selecting such a lofty home project can be daunting, but luckily Josh K provided excellent customer service. Through walking us step-by-step throughout the entirety of the project and answering any question we may have had, we always knew that Gale Force and Josh K had our best interest at heart. During the installation, the crew worked timely and professionally. The cleanup afterwards, was absolutely excellent, which having children and pets put our family's mind at ease. Our new roof looks fantastic and you can tell a huge quality difference in our roof to others! Overall, we highly recommend Gale Force Roofing & Restoration and Josh K to handle any and all your roofing/housing needs, 5 stars!

After a storm we noticed some roof damage so we contacted Johnathan B. with Gale Force roofing & restoration. We scheduled a time for a inspection, and to our surprise he was able to come out the next day. Once he confirmed damages he helped us get our claim started and was there for any questions during entire process. Once our claim was approved Johnathan once again came the next day to go over samples and options. He was very knowledgeable with the product and was able to help us pick the perfect fit. The day of installation they arrived at 7am on the dot with a full crew. They graciously tarped over our bushes and gardens and even moved our grill and patio furniture out of the way. The entire process was so fast and they were finished with our 30 sq roof and cleaned up by 1:30pm. They even put the patio furniture and grill back where they belong. They did an amazing job every step of the way and the new roof looks unbelievable and completly transforms the house. I have recomended Gale Force and will continue to recomended them to everyone.

I selected Gale Force Roofing & Installation in late April, 2022, after receiving several quotes to replace my 23-year-old roof because John, my Sales person, was very knowledgeable, professional, and affable. He provided a clear and thorough review of my roofing project needs, and provided several company options for the roof replacement/installation. It would have taken several months to obtain the necessary supplies (Shingles style and color I selected due to the current supply situation). Luckily, in late June, John notified me another roof project with my same shingle color (Amber) had been cancelled, and my new roof was installed within a week. As promised, the 9-person crew showed-up on time and immediately got to work. In 8 hours, I had a beautiful new roof. Byron, the Roofing Crew Supervisor was present at various times during the installation and was easily contacted when I had questions about the installation process. The Crew and installation process was very organized. The Cleanup was very thorough, and since then, I have not found one roofing nail or other garbage on my front lawn or walkway. The Permitting and Inspection went smoothly. Follow-up communications to Byron and John were responded to within a day. I am very pleased with my new roof and the operation of Gale Force Roofing & Installation from start to finish. I have already recommended their business to a friend looking to replace his roof.

So, back in Feb 2020, this guy Zach from Gale Force Roofing came to me about my roof getting messed up in a storm, just like my neighbor's house he was working on. But now Zach's gone and my case got sent to some law group on 9/4. I've been trying to get in touch with both the law group and Gale Force, but they ain't updating me on my claim.

I talked to Greg, Jacob, and the boss at Gale Force Roofing. They said they ain't gonna send no check to the mortgage company for repairs. I sent them a check, but they said it got lost in the mail by FedEx. They won't even sign another check and send it to the mortgage company. This ain't right, and it's stopping me from getting my roof fixed. Gale Force Roofing said the money for fixing my roof was theirs, even though they ain't done nothing yet. They keep making excuses and won't give me an estimate for the cost of fixing my roof. They're sneaky, dishonest, and don't do business right. They ain't done no work on my place, but they say I gotta pay them the insurance money anyway.

I hired Gale Force Roofing and Restoration, LLC for a roofing project in March 2022. The contract was signed for $7550 and the project began in July. However, I was surprised to receive an additional charge of $2325 due to labor and plywood. I reached out to the company to resolve the issue, but Bobby only called me to inform me that I owed the extra amount. Here are the issues I faced during the project:

1. The crew onsite did not have any English-speaking personnel to communicate with me about the flat roof. When I approached a worker to discuss the 2 x 4s going up on the roof and the number of sheets of plywood being put up, they claimed no one could speak English. It was only when Byron (CM) arrived on site that I was informed about the plywood and inner 2 x 4s being completely removed from the flat roof. I was told it was because it would not pass inspection, but I have had inspections on this roof in the past year and it has passed. I also saw pictures of the wood while intact and looked at the wood inside of the dumpster and it was solid. The only portion that was bad was the front lip of the roof where the 2 x 8 had been chewed through by squirrels which I already knew about.

2. If the wood was indeed rotten (which it was not), there should have been someone onsite to discuss this change with me and provide an estimated cost for the additional work.

3. I went on the roof with Byron (CM) who came back the following day and I showed him how the Trim work (black trim) under the drip trim edge was put up the wrong way.

Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency during the project. I hope the company can improve their communication with customers in the future.

Gale Force Roofing and Restoration LLC ain't good. They said they'd put a lien on my property and charged my insurance company too much, then wouldn't let me cancel the contract. They came to my neighborhood on January 21, and offered free roof inspections. I signed a contract with them, and they said it was just to talk to my insurance company. They quoted me $11,000 if I had to pay myself. My insurance company said yes, but when I went to their office on 2/26, they said they might put a lien on my property for a year. I called my insurance company, and they said they'd pay upfront, so no lien. But then Gale Force Roofing and Restoration LLC wouldn't agree on a price and raised it from $16,250 to $27,839.66. They kept calling and texting me to send a check to my mortgage company, but no work started. So I sent a letter to cancel the contract, but they said I couldn't because they'd already started work. I don't trust them anymore.
