Unauthorized credit card charges
Monday 16 November 2020. On this date a charge appeared on my Altitude Platinum Mastercard on my Paypal account for $594.44. I don't recognise this site. I therefore request a refund for the above amount. I haven't received any service for this charge. What should I be entitled to ? I am 74 years old and can't understand why I would have signed up for something like this.

steam gift card
I just tried to buy a Steam gift card from this company. They completed the transaction took my money out of my account and then send an email asking for all kinds of pics, phone numbers, and of course email verification. That is fine but I will not send pic of my ID. That is flat out wrong to ask for. Now they are giving me the run around about me wanting a refund. Very bad Very suspicious business practice. I will never trust a company asking for that info. Then they say they don't sell your info. Then why ask for that personal type info. I was already using PayPal and a credit card

psn game cards sold were already used, they provided no remedy
They sold me already used cards for Sony PSN. When I contacted their Customer Service, they asked me for proof that I have not redeemed the cards myself. I contacted Sony, who confirmed that the cards have been redeemed one month prior to my purchase on another account. I even got Sony to send me an official email confirming that. But no matter how much proof I provided, GameCardDelivery continued to ask me for more. I have tried to comply with every request they had and provided what information I could, but after a while it became clear that they were not acting in good faith. I ended up losing my money.

They wanted me to do their job. My card was redeemed and I contacted their support. They didn't help me at all, said that my issue was under review, but if I want to make it fast I should call psn. I shouldn't do all of this stuff.
You'll never know about the way they work, they delete all of the bad reviews, but thanks god there're many options.
