Hello, I'm Jean-Luc FIQUET, a French citizen, I found 4 abnormal transactions on my credit card statement for a total of 193, 80 €. I personally never use your services, I am probably a victim of fraudulent use of my credit card.
Can you tell me which services have been paid by my credit card?

So I ordered an ecode for a 3 month subscription for Xbox gold on the 17th of May and I have yet to get a code to redeem. It was supposed to be an instant thing which is why I got it in the first place. Money went through so if I don't get a code then I will be expecting a refund. I understand the 3 to 5 day for billing but there's nothing to SHIP out so can we resolve this as soon as possible?

I purchased a 3 month XBOX 360 Live card on 6/7/18 and paid for this - the amount being £12.18. I have an order number of [protected] and when I have tracked this it says it is invalid. I have not received any confirmation emails and am unable to get my code to redeem. I have now purchased from a different legitimate site therefore I would like a refund.

I placed my order july 2 and they verified and sent my code 7 hours later. The code is invalid as i have tried through the link they sent and through the console directly. I have emailed over and over again and attached photos of what the screen is saying once i put in the code, but have gotten no response. I have ordered from gamesdeal before and had no problem with the code. I want some to respond to my email.

I had recently purchased Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy Order #[protected] for steam and the key I revived doesn't work at all I tried several times and made sure I way entering it correctly the error I got was not available in your region though you listing says region free iv tried emailing support and dont get a response iv tried putting in a ticket only to get this error "Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username"[protected]@gmail.com"using 2 possible authenticators" and I messaged them in facebook all to get no response though they state 24/7 support and has been 22 hours

I ordered xbox live for 12 months package. Never got it. No code no nothing. All I got was an order number. #195100975293. I tried live chat and all that does is give me auto replies. I just want the product. This was games deal website. The charge of 47.62 shows up on my bank statement as glory profit Hong Kong. I would rather have the product. If not I will have to report it as fraud

I ordered an Xbox live gold membership for 3 months from Gamesdeal.com. The order number was #[protected]. After I ordered it, I went to check my email for a message confirming my order. There was no message. Then I went on their website to check the status of my order. It said "NONE". I finally found a link on my gamesdeal.com account that allowed me to see my order. I was surprised and confused by what I saw. Under the billing address, it read:

I was confused because I never input "Armed Forces Africa" when making my order. I tried to email the company about it, but they kept on ignoring me. I'm just hoping that they can send the code to my actual email: [protected]@gmail.com

I don't even know what this site is nor do i care, i just want my money back! 2 x $26.38 was taken from my bank account! I live in new zealand and do not work! I have contacted my bank they have canceled my card and now i want my money back!
I will be going to the bank and blacklisting this site for illegally taking funds without my permission and knowledge! Give my money back you thiefs!

Glory Profit Limited shows on the list of transactions; which is unethical behavior and unauthorized Direct Express charges and I am requesting a full refund for $41.22. I was charged $41.22 on May 4th, 2018 via my Direct Express card issue by the Government. which I did not authorized and have not order anything. Please reverse the charges and email the confirmation the $41.22 was credit back on the Direct Express card ASAP?

I purchased an Xbox live gold 12 month membership on line or my son from gamesdeal.com. It came up at the top of my google search and looked legitimate. I ordered the membership and was supposed to receive an activation code for it. I paid via PayPal and the funds were claimed immediately. I did not receive a code! Instead there was an email stating that they had to verify my order. Why would they need to verify an order AFTER they had the payment? I believe this site is a scam. I am reporting them to the FCC.

Charge many times for a service i don't know about and do not want. This seems like a scam and I need my money back in not sure how my card info was given in this I demand I speak to someone or I will call my lawyer and press charges against this place. I'm not sure what y'all running but put my money back on the card would be appreciated thank u!

Today (2018 May 7th) I payed for a copy of PLAYEUNKNOWN's BATTLEGROUNDS, but I didn't receive anything, since the so called "activation" link didn't work at all. I've tride everything, 3 different browsers, I even deactevated my mobile authenticator, so I can use E-mail, but nothing happened. I've written an e-mail as well, but I still have no answer.

I did not receive the authorization code as it was stated that I would receive. This is the order number. I have attached a screenshot of my order that I did not receive in my email which is [protected]@gmail.com. I purchased on Game Deal.com. Purchase date 12-25-17, gamesdeal.com for a Xbox live gold subscription for a total $48.41 paid through PayPal with my Discover card. I received a confirmation of Glory Profit with a digital code which did not work. There was an email on the bottom of my confirmation with @hotmail address, stating if you had difficulty or questions, . This email also came back as a fake.

There is no customer phone number to request a refund. The only mechanism is to fill out a help ticket. I have filled out two tickets to request a refund and each time I hit "submit" it tells me "your ticket was already created." See attached. A ticket was never created as I never received any email confirmation that my ticket requesting a refund was received. There is no other apparent way to get a hold of this company for a refund. And I requested a refund because when I bought an xbox live 12 month membership using paypal which was delivered through my email but when i tried to enter it I received the message that the code can't be redeemed in my region. On 8/10/2017 I purchased 1 Xbox Live 12 Month Subscription from GamesDeal for $42.83 USD. After purchasing and receiving the digital code for the subscription, I tried to enter it multiple times and it wouldn't work. I contacted Xbox Live customer support and they informed me the code was region locked to Brazil and I live in the USA. My purchase address was in the USA, and billing address was in the USA. So I was confused as to why the product in question was and still is being advertised as a Region Free Digital Code. I was lured in and taken advantage of by this company and I want my money back, however little it may be.
