The car arrive at the house and they horn.
I went out to the package. The courier went down and open the lorry's door
and ask rudely of my name and IC! So is it my fault to use your service?
and the whole package is so big and he expect me to carry in to the house?
We have so many courier service company sending stuff to our office but this is the worst experience I ever had!
Terrible service experience.
I want a reasonable explanation from your company.
barang dari go shop
Gdex mentakab, sangat bermasalah since 2015 lagi. Setiap kali penghantaran brg dari go shop tidak dihantar tepat pada masa. Contoh cakap nak hantar hari ni, kita tunggu kat rumah x hantar. Esok tunggu lagi x sampai juga. Bila call cakap akan call semula untuk pengesahan, x call juga. Kadang tipu cakap dah dtg tapi xde org, padahal kt rumah sentiasa ada org. Call pn tidak. No phone yg ada kita bg mcm xde guna je. Akhirnya kita yang tunggu brg dekat seminggu pergi ambil sendiri. Harap pihak go shop tukar company lain untuk penghantaran brg.

I live at Puncak Alam, which the area was cover by Sg Buloh branch. I always make online order and when they using shipping service with gdex there always problem which is late delivery service. Which i need to call and check my stuff, they always update out for delivery but i don't receive my item and have to wait and wait! Please do something, improve your service, I am not satisfy with your service at all!

I have sent the parcal to Kuantan on 19/09/17, consignment note no. [protected]. My customer told me that your delivery man just throw the parcel inside without person received the goods. Your delivery man also does not contact or leave a card to my customer. Somemore is a rainy day, the parcal all wet and the parcal is 'FRAGILE' can't throw. I already hv stick the sticker at the box. If the parcal are cracked or damaged, who to take responsibility of that?
gdex delivery
On 5.10pm this evening I received a call from +[protected] stating that my parcel reached my home. Unfortunately my family members and I were away. My family member expected to reach home by 5 minutes time. The person on call was very rude and didn't want to wait for even 5 minutes. Thus, I made a suggestion to call my oposite house neighbour to obtain my parcel on behave of me. Frustratedly when my neighbour came out, the lorry already went away. It took not even 3 minutes. We are very disappionted with GDEX services. I did call many times after my neighbour out there. The person refused to resend my parcel. The manner is tremendously bad.I have been using GDEX services for so many years and very satisfied with all the services. But today, it is a very bad experience for me.

I am writing to make a complaint.
It was about 12.05pm at Corkjoint Malaysia Sdn Bhd, there was a GDex courier service guy named Fadli and Amir came into our office premise with his lorry ( BMJ 7052). Knowing that the guy did not register himself before entering, the security guard confronted him and insisted him to register himself. The guy in the GDex courier service vehicle refused to do so and became furious. As the argument got heated up, the GDex courier service guy raised his hands to strike the security guard but failed and punched the side glass of his van. This is what that has occurred. I sincerely hope that this guy's behaviour is considered unacceptable and there will be appropriate action given to this GDex courier service guy. Thank you

On 18 August i have order consignment note (acc. no : 3012795) but no one Psg staff reply my email . So i direct call office to order . i call so many times everyday but no ones pickup my call untill today . last week 30 August and 13 Sept i reorder again but still no one reply my mail and untill now i'm not received my consignment note . Almost 1 month and now my consignment note already finish . So how i want do my job . All document really urgent must send to my client . how i can send if i dont have consignment note ! Please do something !
my shipment to kuala terengganu still pending after 2 weeks
I posted my parcel to Kuala terengganu from Bukit jelutong 6 september 2017. COnsignment number [protected]. After 5 days, online tracking indicates the parcel stay stationary at Setiu.
I called twice. Fine. They promised to solve the issue.
Afterwards, i still hear complain form my customer due to parcel still not arrive
Called the third time.
The customer service representative told me that the last 2 call was not recorded int the system. Lousy service

damn late delivery and services
I am still waiting for my parcel about 3 working days. I called up kuching branches many times to check the status but they cant even check where is my parcel. They dont have a proper and systematic system to check where is the parcel now. It makes me feel helpless as I need to deliver goods to my customer on time. Please improve your system and services!
no-show for pickup
On Two Incidences, 26/8/2017 and 5/9/2017, GDEX has failed to come and pickup my Parcels due for delivery, I find is distressing and a huge inconvenience for both me and my customers since I run an online business
GDEX has failed to notify me of any cancellation of pickup or delays, neither have they contacted me to explain the situation, it is as if the matter has been swept under the rug, also at both the times, their staff has failed to give me reference numbers pertaining my Pickup Requests.
Consequently, we are unable to fulfill orders in the timeline given, resulting in delayed shipping and distress.
I would like GDEX to improve their service in their responsibility and reliability sector.
lousy delivery system and poor customer service
This incident happened in Alor Setar, Kedah. My order was delivered on 28 August 2017 but there was nobody at home at the time so we missed your delivery. We called the number on the leaflet that your staff left us to reschedule my delivery. We were promised by your staff to deliver my order on 29 August 2017. We waited for whole day but your staff did not turn up as promised and didn't even bother to give us a call. We ended up wasting our time waiting for delivery that never show up!
Secondly, the poor and rude customer service that we received when we finally agreed to pick up the order ourselves from your office in Alor Setar branch. When we reached your office, we were treated unfriendly by your staff. We were not even approached by any of your staffs to inquire about our request.
Being in a service provider industry, this is an unacceptable attitudes and the lousy delivery system will only hinder your company from competing with other courier company that is improving and giving out much more better service that yours does.

super late delivery
Regarding my order number [protected] that was posted out on 4th of August and today, 10th of August i still havent received it yet! The parcel contains something very urgent and important belonging to a very significant figure! I had to call CS for at least 5 times a day just to get the service going! However, kudos to pn ayuni for her service, helping me with my problems. I still cant accept the fact that you "misroute" 3 times and transitting my parcel back & forth from petaling n subang HQ WHEN CLEARLY IN THR ADDRESS STATED SS 12 SUBANG JAYA. I thought gdex was better as i never had any problems with it brfore this but on my most important parcel, this is absurd!

Saya ingin memaklumkan bahawa ada staff gdex yang tidak mengikut prosesur penyerahan barang yang sepatutnya. boleh ke jiran saya boleh menerima barang yang dihantar kepada alamat saya tanpa sebarang kebenaran daripada pihak saya? bukannya barang saya itu tiada no telefon, smuanya lengkap. adakah pihak gdex akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya barangan saya itu rosak atau hilang sebelum sampai ke tangan saya? perkara sebegini tidak sepatutnya berlaku macam mana jika barang saya itu berharga atau bersifat peribadi? manakala jiran saya adalah orang yang tidak baik? tidak amanah? tidak jujur? cukup mengecewakan perkhidmatan yang anda berikan!

This is a complaint from Teluk Intan. The service that your company is really terrible...Everytime the courier by your company sure said cant find my house but why it didnt happen with other courier company such as DHL, Skynet, Poslaju n etc. Other company not even call n can successfully send things to my home. Im not living in rural area n it is in your company coverage area. unable to locate my location despite having delivered here repeatedly before
I'm frustrated with the service of gdex banting branch for reason as stated in the subject above. The office is only about 15 minutes away from my location and despite that, once, it's taken a full week to deliver an item after the courier's e-tracker states that they can't find my location.
Ever since I just go to their office to pick up any item with them assigned as the courier of choice by any online retailer I buy from. This is unacceptable. I don't resort to a courier service just to pick up the item myself?
I hope gdex improvise their service or these online retailers better switch to a better courier. As it is, gdex is unreliable & very frustrating to deal with.
poor service
Gdex schedule to deliver my good on 6 july afternoon. Waited 4 hours and the goods never arrive nor any call received. I make initiative and contacted customer service they told me my goods is miss when they pick up.. What! You should have told me earlier. I purposely on leave and waiting for your delivery. You never make any efforts to inform me and I wasted my days waiting for blanks.. My goods now schedule for tomorrow delivery. I have to on leave another day for that. Service is so bad..
