Warranty processing issues
I have a Gerber Applegate combat folder, this knife is very special to me as it has been with my own n deployment in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and many other places.
Lost some screws over the course of the years, so thought about contacting Gerber for the so called "life time warranty".
I should've know what they mean is that it takes them a "life time" to answer you back.
First claim I filled 5/25/2022 case number [protected], I received an automated response and that was it!
Second claim I filled approximately 10 months on 03/19/2023 case number [protected], same thing automated response and nothing to follow.
Third claim, thinking "3rs time is a charm", filled on 07/14/2023 case number [protected], this time automated reply came from Fiskars, but with the same result.
As of 05/09/2023 I have yet to hear anything from Gerber or Fiskars.
At this point I don't know who to contact to get my knife warranty fulfilled.
Desired outcome: I want my knife warranty to be fulfilled and for Gerber to make this right.

I ordered a custom knife for my anniversary. The blade came with A LOT of issues. On the website it says you can't return a product that was custom, but the quality of the work was absolutely terrible. All the customer service lines are closed, and they aren't responding at all through email or warranty requests. I just want my money back.

I have placed an order on November 30th for several knives for Christmad presents. As of December 22nd I have heard nothing about my order whether it has shipped or not. I have contacted customer service through email multiple times with no response other than it had not shipped. I now get no answer regarding the status of my order. I tried through *** and their customer service email. They provide no phone number to call.

The dispute I have, is that as of writing this I still do not have my purchased item. Many days ago I was still willing to wait, but felt I deserved a $5 shipping refund, so I emailed the company. I was denied the $5 shipping cost refund. As of 9/16 I got tired of the run around and excuses from this company and demanded a full refund. 25 hours later I have still not heard from the company. I gave the company three chances to resolve the problem, and they chose not to. I do not care what excuse they offer or who they blame. The bottom line is that I was disregarded and dismissed and do not have my item to boot. The order number is:

It has been over 20 days since the period mentioned, and I have not received any communication. I don't wish to cause any issues with Gerber Gear; I simply seek resolution for my case, as I paid $151 for the product that broke within the second week of use. If even buy it if they sold the sheath separately. Nobody could help me with such a simple request. I tried contacting customer service again and got nothing but more spam email. My case number is ***. Its not sep 5 2022 and Ive got nothing but the original email for my claim for communication.

I placed an order with Gerber in good faith. Gerber shipped defective product. In good faith, I reached out to Gerber Customer Service and I received no response. In good faith, I made a warranty claim with Gerber and I received no response. At my own expense I returned the product to Gerber. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund after the product was returned. Included in my return was an invoice for the cost of shipping. Gerber owes me the cost of return shipping, $8.30.

I placed an order and then inquired after 3 business days how long it would take to process the order. I was sent back a generic spam message which states web orders take up to 21 business days. I then replied requesting cancellation. Gerber refuses to acknowledge. I left a message to Gerber through their contact form. They refuse to acknowledge. I called and left a message. They refuse to acknowledge.

I selected it and paid for my entire order with a credit card. The email receipt I received showed the $40 price however as did my credit card company records. I tried multiple times to call then email their customer service department but got nothing but a return merchandise authorization number and no further response. I find this stonewalling as unprofessional and discourteous. I carried Gerber gear when I was deployed in Iraq and find it truly disturbing that this is the same company that I was relying on then. I filed a warranty claim in June and despite several emails sent to them I never received any correspondence back regarding the status of the warranty claim. Finally on October 19th they sent me an email saying that my replacement had been shipped out. The only problem is that due to their extreme lack of communication they were unaware that I was no longer at the address on file because hurricane Ida had destroyed my home. So, they sent a $200 product through the regular post, no signature required, to an address that I no longer reside. I am still without my replacement product and am absolutely furious at the prospect of waiting another several months for this to be resolved due their absolute lack of anything resembling customer service. Beware of these people...beware.

I purchased my Gerber Diesel multi tool in January. Like others, I haven't been contacted back for my warranty claim that I filed on May 28 this year. It is now almost mid-July. Gerber's lifetime warranty, like many others, is why I bought from Gerber. My claim (case #***) was filed due to my tool's blade and screwdriver bits chipped off, while the needlenose pliers have lost grip and the wirecutter didn't hold up. I received an automated email response that I should get a status update within 14-21 business days or by 06/22 at the earliest. I have received no updates whatsoever and their phone lines have been shutdown related to warranty requests. I don't think ignoring your customers and leaving them in the dark is a good idea. I tried calling anyway but I was met with an automated response. Their social media has not been updated in a while. What is going on, Gerber?

I bought the Centerdrive and bit set off Amazon for around $114. I received it a few days later and took it to work with me. On the last day of my 4 day run the snap came undone from around my belt loop and the pouch with the tool fell. I didnt realize it till a few minutes later and by the time I got to where I assumed it fell it was gone. I bought a new one from *** and it was defective from the start. Wouldnt open all the way without assistance and the pliers wouldnt close all the way either. I filed a claim with a picture on the 14th of April to get it resolved and still havent heard a response from Gerber. They have disconnected their telephone warranty claims center so all I can do is email them. Every new email I send they just give me a new claim number. Haha. I ended up buying another one from my local Ace hardware and its the one I use for work now but I would still like to get the second one I bought replaced obviously. Any help would be much appreciated.

After ordering I received an email stating they typically ship within 3 days unless the product was a custom product which mine was not. I waited several weeks before reaching out to the company when I had not received a shipping notice. I received an email back stating they were sorry and would try to notify the warehouse to move my order to the front of the line. Another week went by and nothing. The week of Christmas I reached out to them again and stated my frustration and received back another canned email. I responded that since my item was clearly not going to be here by Christmas and I was having to rush now to find something else last minute, I wanted to cancel my order. They respond that they werent going to do that as there was no way to do that and I would have to wait for it and send it back myself. I then responded that it made no sense that they couldnt cancel it since they hadnt even shipped it, that it was unacceptable to me to have to wait this long only to have to waste my time to find something else and have to ship it back whenever they finally send it. That was a week ago and Ive received no response. I tried to call them as well but they have no phone number listed on their website and where the phone number should be listed it says that the phone lines are temporarily closed.
