The seller shipped my order, but it has been lost in transit
The seller shipped my order, but it has been lost in transit. Scheduled delivery was November 7 and today is November 24. My package is clearly lost and the seller refuses to work with the shipping company to either locate the lost package, or to send a replacement. I have contacted via email four times and have received two responses. Their responses stated that the problem is resolved, because they shipped the order. I paid for my order and have not received it. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered, not mine.

Notified company 12 days later and they said that shipping was just delayed, but USPS has it. 20 days later USPS still says they do not have that package. Notified the company again that USPS still does not this package. Superbrightleds said USPS has the package and they are not going to do anything. Purchased LED hardscape lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality .

Purchased a LED motion sensor flood light on 06/20, *** intergrated LED motion sensor light. Light has malfunctioned and is under warranty. This model is no longer available so they offerd to replace it with one that has a much less motion sensor distance which will not work for my application. I need at least 70' distance and the one they offered only has 30' detection. Through many emails they wont honor the warranty for the product I purchased and will not give me a refund. This light I purchased continues to go on and off at night no matter what setting and adjustments I make. It also has a faulty time duration adjustment. It will stay on from 30 seconds to over 5 minutes with no in between.

I ordered two separate items on Dec 10
I ordered two separate items on Dec 10. One item indicated that is was back ordered and one was in stock. The in stock item shipped out right away. The back order item was received on Dec 13. The item that was in stock has not been received yet. We called on 12/21 and were told that it was shipped and we should receive it by Christmas. It did not come. We called 12/28 in the morning and were told that for some reason it got returned to the originating store. My wife was told that we would have to wait for them to find it in their warehouse and then they would ship it out. This is unacceptable as it could take another week. I called in the afternoon of 12/28 and was told by a gentleman named Jamal, that no, that was incorrect and the package was still with the shipper (USPS), and there was nothing they could do about it. I ship items for work and I know that is not true. I asked to speak to a Manager, and Jamal said they would have to call me back as there was no supervisor was there.

On May 4th I ordered online 2 sets of Bright Lights and immediately after I received a confirmation and a few days later I received another confirmation stating that shipment was at the UPS center. After that, I received nothing else. I understand that they stated that due to COVID shipments would be delayed by a few weeks but by early June I was concerned. I called them and they stated that it wasn't up to them but UPS because the product was in their center. I didn't accept that answer and so told them that I wanted my refund. They accepted and said they would refund me and that if I received the product to just return it. To date (6/27), I have not received my $115.43 refund nor have I received a product. I don't want the product any longer. I just want my money back. I've called them many times and they always say that my refund is in process but nothing more. It's been over a month and a half. They took my money and are not returning it and no-one is accountable. This is horrible. I don't want to ever deal with a company like this again. I want my $115.43 back.

I ordered a certain LED light strip from this company, along with some other items. The ordered strip cost $339.00. They sent a similar light strip with a different part number. The light strip retailed for $249.00 on their site. I called and they sent out a second light strip with the wrong part number. I called again and we worked out an arrangement to send a third strip. Again it was incorrect, but I needed to do the job and the strips were similar enough that the incorrect one would work. I sent the other two incorrect strips back, but when I reached out to get the difference in price from the $339 strip that I paid for and never received, and the $249 strip that I ended up having to use, it became apparent they were going to fight me on it. It took three calls and an email before I finally got any type of response, and their claim was that the strips were labeled incorrectly in the packaging, and I actually received the correct one. In my opinion, that is a "bait and switch". I am not happy with their response in this matter as I feel it is a cop out. There is no way to prove it either way, because the part number is not on the strip. It is only on the packaging. How many other people ordered one thing and received a similar, cheaper item from this company?
