Woofers, Etc. Woofers etc was supposed to send me a product I bought

Woofers etc was supposed to send me a product I bought. It got lost in shipping (Fedex). 3 weeks later I'm still waiting as they fight it out with Fedex. Supposedly, they found the package and are rerouting it to me, but I only have Woofers word on that. So, it's gonna be another week at least before I get the product. They should've sent a replacement right away & then figure it out with Fedex.

Woofers, Etc. I saw on their website that they had the product I wanted in stock

I saw on their website that they had the product I wanted in stock. I called them after 6 days to check on my order and they hadn't even shipped it yet. I asked if they could give me a discount or expedite the shipping because of their mistake, but they didn't offer anything. Woofers, Etc. The speaker size specifications on the website were wrong, so they didn't fit in my door

The speaker size specifications on the website were wrong, so they didn't fit in my door. The customer service was terrible, the guy who said he's the owner was really rude. I bought 2 pairs of speakers, but the dimensions on their website were wrong, so the speakers couldn't fit in my door. I contacted them and they gave me the runaround, and now they want me to pay almost $80 to return the speakers because of their mistake. They should cover the shipping costs since it was their fault.

Woofers, Etc. I ordered products on July 9th for 2 day priority shipping

I ordered products on July 9th for 2 day priority shipping. But my order didn't get processed and sent to a shipping facility until July 15th. The owner said it was because of Covid 19, but that's not true. Covid 19 doesn't stop someone from fulfilling an order online, making a label for it, and dropping it off at a USPS facility. That whole process doesn't take 6 whole days. The tracking number says a label was made on July 10th, but the actual package wasn't dropped off at USPS until July 15th. So basically, the 2 day priority shipping I paid for is useless because it will take the same amount of time as a standard FREE ground shipment. I want a refund for the 2 day priority shipping I paid for. But the owner says I have to sue them to get any refund.

Woofers, Etc. Woofersetc wants me to pay or buy a part that should be covered by warranty

Woofersetc wants me to pay or buy a part that should be covered by warranty. I got some image dynamics *** speakers from Amazon in July . I paid *** and had them installed in Feb. 2020. They stopped working in March . I emailed the manufacturer and they said the item is no longer made or covered by their warranty. They told me to contact woofersetc for help since it should be covered by their warranty. I reached out to woofersetc because they have a one-year warranty. At first, they asked me to pay *** to destroy the old ones and they would send me a new set. But why should I pay *** if it's still under warranty? I paid *** to uninstall and *** to return them via UPS. Then they claimed the speakers were damaged during shipping. I don't believe that. Now they're saying only the crossover and midrange of the speakers are covered by warranty, not the tweeters. I asked for an explanation but didn't get a clear one. They want me to buy the tweeters separately. How can only part of the product be covered by warranty and not the whole thing? Their website still shows they're selling the same item. Why not just send me a new set? Their responses have made me doubt their honesty as a company. I have all the emails I sent and received from them, as well as the email from the manufacturer. Because of the long wait from woofersetc, I ended up buying speakers from a local dealer.
