We bought two of these in March of 2023. They are easy to use and the battery lasted without a charge on both for a month while traveling in Italy. I setup the subscription to receive refills in 6 months. Instead they setup for 8. I emailed multiple times and called once leaving a message to get the subscription moved up to six months for replacement. Weeks later I received no response to my emails and they did not return my call. I decided to take it upon myself to cancel the subscription and restart. Instead of 6 months out it picked March of next year for replacement. On the website all refills are sold out. I can’t find alternatives. I can understand if the popularity of the product caused a shortage but their lack of response to multiple emails and a phone call is unacceptable.

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Bruush, ya know? So, I went ahead and ordered one of their fancy toothbrushes for my boy on 7/11/23, right? But guess what? The order never got fulfilled! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, Bruush, get your act together!

So, I thought, okay, let me check on my order, see what's going on. But when I tried to do that, I got this weird message that said something like:

"ORDER DATE PAYMENT STATUS FULFILLMENT STATUS TOTAL
#R*** Liquid error (sections/main-account line 53): The format option 'month_day_year' is not a supported format. Paid Unfulfilled $90.00."

Now, I don't know about you, but that sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. Like, what's up with that error message, Bruush? Can't you just give me a straight answer?

So, I did what any frustrated customer would do. I sent them not one, not two, but five emails, and I even left them five voicemails. And you know what? Not a single reply! Can you believe the nerve of these guys?

All I wanted was my money back, ya know? I ended up buying a different toothbrush 'cause I couldn't wait around forever for Bruush to get their act together. And let me tell ya, I ain't never gonna do business with this unreliable company again. They lost a customer for life, that's for sure.

So, folks, take my advice and steer clear of Bruush. They might have fancy toothbrushes, but when it comes to customer service, they're a real letdown. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

This here review is all about my experience ordering from Bruush. So, on March 25th, I went ahead and ordered myself a Bruush toothbrush along with a refill plan for them brush heads. They sent me an email to confirm the order and said it would arrive in 5-7 business days, just like it says on their website. But guess what? It's been over two weeks now and I ain't heard nothin' from 'em. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service and they told me there were some big ol' shipping delays. They said my order would ship out on the week of April 28th. They did give me the option to cancel or get a 20% discount, though. They promised it would arrive on the new date, so I took the discount and held on to hope.

Well, the week of April 28th came and went, and still no updates. I asked 'em again, and they told me I would get some shipping info on May 7-9. Finally, today on May 9th, the package showed up at my doorstep without any warning. Good thing we were home 'cause people 'round here have been stealin' packages left and right. A little heads up would've been nice, ya know? I get that shipping can be a pain, but dang it, they gotta communicate!

Now, here's the thing that really ticked me off. While I was waitin' for my order, I kept gettin' bombarded with marketing emails from Bruush. They kept tryin' to sell me on new offers, new colors, and even suggested buyin' one for a friend. It got real annoying, so I asked 'em to stop sendin' me those emails until I actually got my first order. I mean, why would I wanna order somethin' else before I even got what I originally ordered? And you know what's even worse? They don't mention nothin' about the shipping problems on their website. That's just plain disrespectful to us customers, if you ask me. But hey, at least the package finally arrived. Now I just hope I love the Bruush and that the refill heads don't go through the same shipping mess.

On August 29, 2023 I ordered and paid for a replacement black charging stand, after a month and a half of trying to get my product, emailing and attempting to call on several times (the phone number has been disconnected) to the company without any response, I then decide to submit this complaint. At this point, all I want is my money back, but it appears that the company is out of business, because they have not responded.
