I went to this company's web site 2 years ago and they show that they have replacement lids called LID-9 on their web page. My Ninestar automatic trash can lid stopped working. I have called Ninestar at and at several different times and on several different days. All you get is a recording telling you to leave a message. I have written an email to [protected]@ninestarusa.freshdesk.com and had the email returned saying this address doesn't exist. This company sells automated trash cans through a number of different vendors including Walmart. My trash can should be under warranty, but I cannot reach anyone in the company to resolve the issue.

I ordered a trash can on 11/21
I ordered a trash can on 11/21. On 7/10, it stopped operating. The light was green, indicating that the batteries were still good. However I did replace the batteries, to troubleshoot. The mechanism does not respond anymore. I emailed the company on the same day asking for a new unit. I have also called multiple times this week and the company phone message says that they are not available. I left a message. I have not received any response from this company. I would like this product replaced, as I like it, but not being able to contact the company for several days is unacceptable.

I purchased an item over 2 weeks ago and paid for it from their site. I received all confirmations. A week later I received a shipping confirmation. However the tracking number was for a fedex delivery that had been delivered a week before that email was written to an address in a different state. I called nine stars group. I sent emails. I sent texts. I received zero response. Then randomly they refunded my money. Still no response. I have contacted them with all these methods again asking what is going on. Am I getting the item. Asking and pleading for a response. Still nothing. How can they do business like this?

They advertise a two year warranty on all of their products and list several ways in which to contact them but the line is always busy or mailbox is full. I have proven with my receipt where and when the item was purchased per their request and was originally told that my lid replacement was currently out of stock due to covid and they would ship one when it was back in stock, but no one knew when that was. Then I was told they found one and the warehouse would ship it that week and I would receive tracking. This was a month ago and they now ignore any contact attempts. Multiple others have experienced the same run around. They're deceitful and try to run down the warranty clock.

I contacted the Nine Stars Group regarding a failed trash can lid on July 2. *** is the customer representative I spoke to sent me reset instruction via email. I followed the instructions over the weekend and it did not solve my problems. I replied back to her email that requested all of the information for warranty replacement in which my garbage can is still under. I have called at least twenty times and sent several emails to resolve this issue. No one answers emails or phone call. We are going on almost a month with no contact from the company even with multiple calls or emails with a status or even to tell me they will not honor my warranty claim.

Hi, I keep getting the runaround from Nine Stars on replacing the defective part of my trash can and am asking for help. I purchased my Nine Stars DZT-50-6 Touchless trashcan on 1/14 from Walmart and the sensor stopped working about 8.5-9 months later and was going to dispose of the unit but learned there is a 1-year warranty on the unit. I contacted Nine Stars on 11/14, provided receipt and info; I was told the replacement sensor lid is not available at the time and to contact them again when the replacement part is available. I followed back twice and am still getting nowhere. I'm asking for Nine Stars to honor their warranty and send me a properly working replacement sensor lid. I appreciate any support you can provide.

I purchased replacement lid for my motion sensor trash can directly from the company's website. It arrived and it was the wrong model number (which was my mistake). I tried for weeks to contact the company through email, their listed phone number, and their "help & support" form. There was no response to my several emails or my help and support number. The phone number directs you to a voicemail box which is full so no message can be left. No person ever answers the phone during business hours. After about 3 weeks of trying, I finally got a response and was given instructions to ship the lid back to them and get a refund. I followed all of their directions, in addition to paying $13.25 in shipping (about half of the cost of the lid). I shipped it on September 14th and still have not received my refund. I have tried to contact them with no result.

They stated they would have to send out a replace lib. Sept. 8 2020 we stated those talks. Out they stated stated due to COVID they were not able to fill the order therefore declining to honor the warranty. After months of emails and calls. they finally agreed to replace the lid. another few months with the customer Service team telling me they will send out and nothing sent. they finally stated they will just send a new trash can. Jan 19 I sent them my address and Jan 22 they sent confirmation the new trash can will arrive in 8 days. it is now March and they still haven't sent a new trash can after several emails. So it appears they are not planning on honoring the warranty or providing a refund.

I originally placed an order for a lid and made payment
I originally placed an order for a lid and made payment. The order was confirmed on 12/23. It was order # ***. A lid arrived on 1.29.21 but it did not fit our trash can. That same day I sent photos of the size we need, was advised it is the lid for their number DZT-50-23, and I obtained a Return Authorization Number of ***. I returned the item immediately using that number. We did not receive a credit for the returned item. We did not want a refund. We still want the correct lid. We have waited many months for it. Then, on 5.28.21, I received a link to order a new lid. However, it is already ordered (#***). It is paid for. The correct size was photographed and sent and confirmed to be the lid for DZT-50-23. Subsequently, this company stopped answering my messages of 5.30.21, 6.10.21, and 6.15.21, Each message asked them to please send the lid to us and confirm. They have our address, our money, our messages, and our lid. We would like the purchased item sent out to us.

I purchased a Nine Stars trashcan through Amazon and after a few months the touchless sensor stopped working. I tried to contact North Star for the one year warranty. I called them about 9 times, left messages and emailed them about 4 times with no results or replies at all. After weeks they finally responded and asked me to just repurchase a different trashcan since the one I needed replacement was out of stock. I refused to the option, because why would I pay more since my trashcan is still under warranty. I emailed them back telling them I would rather get a replacement, it took them weeks again to reply and to tell me that I had to wait until the item was back on stock. Finally about a month ago they told me that the trashcan lid that I need is back in stock and that they would contact me with a tracking number once they ship it to me. This was about a month ago, I tried to call again and not one single time they've answered the phone and now they are not even replying to my emails

On October 6 I place an order (***) for the Oval Motion Sensor 3.2 gal trash can and 3 gallon trash bags. I received the lid and the bags, but not the can.
