My friend was having a celebration and I promised I would send a cheesecake (his favourite). A lot of the local bakeries offered cake delivery but not cheesecake delivery so I forked out the extra money to get a cheesecake from giftblooms- 85 dollars all in. Turns out they sent a strawberry shortcake in lieu of the cheesecake without contacting me and advising me of the situation. I could have had one of the local bakeries deliver a shortcake for half the price. I reached out to them and their solution was 5 dollars off. What a joke.
balloon delivery
I ordered my husband balloons for his birthday on May 9th 2018 and they were not delivered. I should have know better than to order from a company that does not offer a working telephone number rather their website contact tab only reveals an email contact. I have emailed, called the Google phone number +[protected] and texted with no responses. Finally, I texted that I was contacting the police and then I received a text that read "order # please". No other contact, no attempt to call NOTHING! Please do not order from this company, hopefully you are reading this before ordering unlike myself.

I ordered a bear n balloons from giftblooms, to be delivered in geneva on 29th mar but till now nothing was delivered. Nothing was advised either despite I have been calling and sending messages! They asked me to check with my receiver if delivery was made! Terrible service! I want to complain and ask for refund. Can anybody tell me how I can do that please?

I am absolutely sure I provided the right address, but all of a sudden they didn't find my house and blamed me for giving them a wrong information. I thought that maybe they were right and checked my profile on the website and my order information along with that. Everything was right. I've been living here since I was a child, I have no other address.
What's more interesting is that it wasn't my first order from them and they used to never confuse anything. Obviously, it was their mistake, but they preferred to blame me for something I haven't done. Very childish. And unprofessional. You made me feel terrible with your treatment.

I ordered and paid for a bouquet to go to my son and daughter in law in nanterre in france.
I placed the order on sept 19 due for delivery the following day. Nothing! Later I was told tge axdress was wrong. It us correct. I wsited.
Nothing!
I phonsd chat again and gave an alternative address. I explained it was my sons placr of work.
Nothing!
Today we still have no flowers delivered. They needed to have ghdm by thursdsy at the latest.
I am furious!

birthday cake
My parents sent me a cake through GiftBlooms and they had a note to go with it so I knew who sent it but I received a frozen cake which needed 5 hours of thawing and no note. They didn't mention anything about not being able to send the birthday message at the time. The cake was overpriced and the shipping charge was ridiculous. Customer service was very rude and sounded like they had better things to do than to answer my questions about delivery. I will not recommend this website to anyone because of the pure lack of professionalism.

Worst online ordering experience i've ever had. I tried to order a plant for my mother to be delivered on mothers day. A day before, they send an email saying they don't have what I ordered. I specifically ordered a plant that will grow and live far longer than flowers so I asked for a different plant. They didn't have any other plants available. Why even post it on the website if there are no plants at all? They missed mothers day and I had to scramble to find an alternative source. This company is a damned nightmare.

Shockingly unprofessional! Destroyed morhers day! I ordered flowers last week to be sent to my mother on saturday so that she would have them to look at all day on sunday - which is mothers day. They sent an email with no apology or offer for compensation on sunday-actual mother's day saying their "delivery outlet is running over the capacity and we'll not be able make the delivery on selected date 13th. May" and could they deliver on monday or tuesday after mother's day passed!?!?!
I wrote a complaint and 12 hours later and i've still not had a reply. I went on their live chat and still no apology and I had to demand a refund... Nothing was voluntarily offered. Total fraud! They take orders and charge extra shipping fees and say they have a %100 guarantee... Yet they have no flowers to send! I'm definitely contacting the better business bureau! Totally disgusting company that destroys people's dreams.

They are total scammers!
I ordered my balloon arrangement, they texted me 3x's to confirm the address, that they never got right.
Come the day of delivery, they never delivered.
However, they took my money out asap.
I gave them such a hard time via text and email and even getting my lawyer involved... I had to contact our washington attorney general to file a consumer complaint report.
This company was more time then it should have been... But I took the time to a) harass to get my money back and b) contact legal action because they have gotten away with it for too long.
In the end I got my money back but they are not worth it! Do not buy from them!

I have ordered flowers and balloons from giftblooms night before delivery I received a notification that my order was cancelled!
I was shocked because that was a present for my mother and I was counting on that! Next day early in the morning I contacted giftblooms but all I received was "sorry". They said i'll get my money back but i'm still waiting and I don't expect anything.
After I saw the reviews I don't expect much.
Because of them I had to change my plans and they almost ruined my surprise and that is unacceptable!

Actually I am not happy with my order, your website description of Its Game Time boredom and Stress Relief Gift Set (see attached screen print) clearly shows a box of checkers A box game of Yahtzee A pack of Uno Cards and a selection of 14 different sweets.
If you compare that to what was actually sent ( see picture attached ) A pack of playing card a cheap bag (not boxed) of checkers and 4 pack of sweets.
You appear to have removed the California Wines hamper from your website but doubt it looked anything like the attached although it might have been somewhat closer.
My main complaint is about the total mis-description of the of the Its Game Time boredom and Stress Relief Gift Set.
Can you please let me have your response by return as if not I will consider taking this matter up directly with my Visa card company.

valentine's day gift-worse customer service ever
The order I purchased was on Feb 2nd in hopes to be delivered on Feb 14th. We still haven't received the package nor have been getting good confirmation from either shipping company or Gift Blooms. I have repeatedly called FedEx and they report everyday something different. They said the building of the business is too big to go inside and deliver the package. I have asked them finally to just deliver the package to my house since it's too difficult for them. After 2 days of back and forth they still haven't figured out and continue to bring it back to the same building and still not deliver.
I have had 2 different calls today from FedEx asking me the same questions. I continue to repeat everything that has happened.
Gift Blooms response is horrible and they best the gentlemen said he would do is give me a 10% off my next order with your company. You have got to be kidding me. I will never use this company again and I'm beyond disappointed with the services. I will never recommend this company. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I ordered balloons for my sister because it was her birthday;she lives in the Seattle area. After I placed my order, I received a call from a man I could barely understand, telling me they ran out of latex balloons. He gave me the option of all the balloons being large balloons, but I didn't want that. I was then told he would call me back.
He called me back a few minutes later saying they found latex balloons. I asked if they could be an assortment of bright colours, as my sister doesn't like just plain yellow, and he said that would be no issue.
On the day of my sisters birthday, I had not heard from her and it was past the delivery time. I had to call and ask her if she received a delivery (thus ruining the surprise). She then went outside and found the balloons. The delivery driver did not knock, and I know this because my sister was at home all day studying. I called the company and was informed they were "delivered to the recipient at 5 P.M.". This means the balloons were sitting outside for hours and the delivery driver lied about knocking.
Not only that, my sister sent me a picture of the balloons and all of the latex balloons were YELLOW. I also paid extra for more balloons during the order, and asked for bright colours - I was given one extra balloon and it was white. Absolutely ridiculous.
I contacted the company and asked for a refund and was jerked around between multiple employees (Max, Neo, and Dan Shulman). I then said I would write a terrible review if I didn't get a refund as the entire experience and product was wrong. I was then contacted and said my sister had to return the balloons to an address in Seattle in order to get a refund. That is an absolute joke! This company really expected me to ask my sister to drive and return her birthday balloons because of a mistake GiftBlooms made.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from this company. Worst customer service experience I've ever had and I'd advise you to go elsewhere for gift purchases.

I have ordered a cake from GiftBlooms and asked them to deliver it on a specific date. They said that it was not a problem.
Unfortunately order was not delivered and when I contacted GiftBlooms they promised me a refund.
They did not explain the reason and just said that they were not able to deliver to my address (have no idea what was wrong with my address).
Bad news is that they still owe me! Two weeks already passed and I still haven't got my money back!

Be careful and do not order from this site. These people steal credit card details! After I made an order I received a notification from my bank that several purchases were made with my card. I could not reach giftblooms support and was not able to get my stolen money back so I had to make a new credit card and new bank account. These people are thieves! And by the way, order was never received. I did not pay much so I really don't care but the fact that they stole my money makes me mad!

One of the worst experience you can have.. Website shoes they deliver it to my chosen location, they took my order and waited for days and on the night of delivery cancel the order saying they dont have service in that area, and my money will be credited back in 5 days.. Is it a joke? What would I do now.. Person waiting for the gift and flowers on the other end feels left.. Awful awful

I ordered a candy basket for my mother and later received a call from giftblooms customer support saying something about fraud security. Their rep told that they need a photo of my credit card and my drivers license. I did as they said, but later got an email stating my order was cancelled. Since they charged my card I demanded a refund. I never heard anything from them again. They are ignoring all my messages and calls, and I doubt that i'll ever get my money back. These people are real scammers, and it is very sad. I'll never do any business with them again and will tell all my friends and family!

I ordered a cake to be delivered to my house for a birthday. The cake never got delivered and the delivery person said I "wasn't home, so it's your fault". They refused tp deliver the cake and refused to refund my money (which was a lot for a cake !).
They were incredibly rude, I have never encountered such poor service.

Scam, scam, scam. I ordered gift for my mother from the company www.giftblooms.com. I placed the order three days before the mother’s day, because it was mentioned that the delivery would take only couple of days. But they failed to provide it on time, as well as they didn’t communicate with me. I want to get money back, but the seller avoids me all the time. I am really angry and disappointed. Rubbish website.

I ordered gift and flowers from the website www.giftblooms.com. I paid about $200 for them, but the seller provided empty confirmation email. I thought that it was strange, so I decided to reach him. I sent tons of emails, but all of them were returned back, ‘coz the email address was wrong. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money.
