Delivery and charges
When placing my order for delivery I was prompted to enter the zip code for the delivery location. It indicated that they did in fact delivery to that zip code so I completed my order. I was informed the day of delivery that balloons, which was my order, was not available for delivery, although other items were. Then I have been charged twice on my credit card account for this service I never received. Finally, there is not a customer service contact phone number. It would be extremely beneficial to have an actual telephone number to be able to talk to a live human. Horrible service. I still have not received my refunds.

7 Months Delay - Undelivered Item

On 19 December 2020, I made online order and paid in full via credit card for a gift item (pasta ingredients) from giftblooms.com covered by Order No. 272374 for delivery to my sister in Oton, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines. After 1 week, I made inquiries as the items had still not been delivered. On 31 December 2020, I received a call from a giftblooms.com representative saying they would not be able to deliver and inquired if I would be amenable with a full refund instead. I replied in the affirmative. Months past, and I never received my refund. I emailed giftblooms.com many times to follow up on the delivery/refund. Finally I received a reply saying that they would only refund me with 50% as the item was already in the Iloilo Hub. I requested for the address of the Iloilo Hub as my sister offered to pick up the item herself. Last 24 July 2021, I received a 2nd call from a giftblooms.com representative saying pick-up from their Iloilo Hub was not possible. A full refund was not possible either. Instead, Ms. Jagma CS told me over the phone they would re-attempt delivery by 26 July 2021. Up to today, no delivery has been made. When I made a follow-up, they said they would re-attempt delivery if I made some more payment. It had been 7 months. Soon it will be 8. No delivery from giftblooms.com. My card has been fully charged. Thank you.

My friend received the flowers but not the champagne.
I emailed with a reply admitting they didn't send the champagne so refunded which was an appalling amount of $25.00
This is not the price of champagne. They should have delivered the outstanding item they next day. Or I should have received a refund amount that equaled the champ.
This company is a disgrace & I feel scam.

I used Giftblooms to send a package to Lithuania. I paid extra for delivery that same week $50.99. Two weeks later the package was listed as return to sender even though the contact details were correct.
Now the package is listed as being returned to sender and they want me to pay and extra $130 for re-delivery, this is now more than four weeks after the original delivery date.
More than double the original delivery fee.
They say if I do not pay the fee they will consider the package delivered. No refund options, no reason why they claim the package was refused upon delivery.
The person I was sending the package to was at the correct address and received no notice of an attempted delivery or of anyone refusing the package.
There is no viable way of knowing the package was even attempted to be delivered.

My sister placed an order for me for my birthday with gift blooms. It was supposed to be a surprise. Gift Blooms told my sister to provide another address, stating they do not have access to the military base ( I live close to a Military base but not on the base). She told them that my address is not on the base, but they insisted on another address, which I provided. However, the delivery date has passed, and they are yet to deliver the two items purchased.
The company keep going back and forth.

The most horrible customer service I ever had to contact.
I ordered some flowers with delivery in spain... I've put the address, chose destination and paid. Sort after they contact me asking to pay 14€ extra if I want the flowers to be delivered. After declining their „kind offer „ they have answered that flowers were not available and send me another option... Some cheap flowers but for same money i've paid.

Ordered / paid $125.00+ for 2 specific bday balloon boquets for daughter. I sent many emails on delivery day and finally delivered at 7:20 pm. Completely wrong order! I am complaining about an item ordered thru gift blooms website, however I did not received confirmation of my order. Until I came to think to search for reviews about gift blooms complaints online and found all negative reviews and a lot of complaints. It reminds me that the same gift blooms website is the same website that I ordered previously last year wherein the stuff I ordered was never delivered.
So I decided to cancel my order on gift blooms website and found out that there's no way to cancel the order. Gift blooms' contact options and order cancellation options on their website were all inactive.
Please help me to contact gift blooms in order to refund the money debited from my credit card.

birthday cake order
I ordered a balloon bouquet and a chocolate brownie birthday for my grandson's 5th birthday. They were both supposed to be delivered on Saturday 2/6/2021. The balloons arrived. To our shock, the cake was not with it. I emailed the company and get an email back stating their support staff is reviewing and will respond in 24hours. This was Saturday. Today is Monday 2/8/2021 and I still have not received a resolve to the problem. The cost of the cake was $61.74 and the Custom Shipping charge $33.94.
I have requested a refund and have not received a response back for that either.

Of course the gift shops were sold out... so I started searching online and came across giftblooms who does same day delivery and had an 11" wolf plush. Told my wife about it and she ordered it... we waited and messaged and it is now 9:27 pm which is outside their delivery hours. And I am pissed and want my full refund. To whom it may concern,
I ordered the above mentioned item from GiftBlooms on the 20/12/20 as a Christmas present for a friend of mine. I paid $20 to specify the delivery date at 22/12/20, however not only did the item not arrive by that date, I wasn't advised until Christmas day that the item in question was actually unavailable to be delivered to the location i specified and they offered to send flowers instead. The item in question should not have been listed on the website if it was unable to be delivered to the specified location? I advised that this wasn't sufficient as i had paid $68.05 for the above mentioned cake. They advised me that they would send a different cake as a replacement, which I subsequently agreed to.
Another whole week passed before i received an email that the item had been delivered. However I was baffled that my friend hadn't thanked me so I messaged her to ask whether it had arrived to which she advised that it hadn't. I immediately messaged GiftBloom to advise that the item hadn't arrived and by this point was so frustrated that I requested a refund in full. They don't have a proper customer service department so i was just continually replied to with an automated email that advised a tracking reference but didn't specify the address the cake had been delivered to?
I have never received such disastrous service in my life and am very disheartened that not only did my friend not receive her christmas present I have been defrauded of GBP68.05.
Since this has happened I have read reviews on websites and many other people have advised that the same thing has happened to them and indeed the item never arrived so i believe this company to be fraudulent.
