I have been with glamco for 17 years now , and have purchased Fanola S.1322 anti yellow superlightner , which you have stopped supplying .
I suffer from trauma and PTSD , under going therapy .
I went into your Kawana store two weeks ago , and was told you aren't stocking it anymore , and they did not have any other products they said that did the same result .
I asked why , and was told it wasn't sold enough , so it was stopped , but talking to other hairdressers , they are pissed off as well this product is stopped , and I know from Townsville store as well as Kawana , there has been a lot of complaints about not being able to purchase it anymore . It is the best anti yellow Lightner , and you stop it .
I went back into the store yesterday , and spoke to management , to see if they could help me order it . As soon as I told the manager about what happened , she turned it back onto me , and stated that the person that served me two weeks before , told all the staff members that I hated her , at that I broke into tears . A beautiful soul that works at Kawana store , Sarah , she was the only one that helped me try to order it from the website , and still couldn't get it from glamco , so I had to order it from another website . While we were doing this I could hear the manager telling her , she shouldn't be doing it .
Well thats customer service , duty of care . Your rude management and staff , except for Sarah .
I want you to start stocking this product again , and train your staff on mental illness and some duty of care .

Request for copy of drivers license
I placed an order it was confirmed and money debited. An email then asked for additional ID, drivers license "for my protection" and that I was randomly selected.
I declined, as supplying this to an unknown online company gave them ownership of too much personal information - enough to steal my identity.
On refusing they stated that it was in fact because they have had many fraudulent purchases for the item I bought (so not so random and totally for their protection - as it does not serve my personal protection to send ID info over the internet). I even advised that this was against the guidance of the ACCC... I got no response. Days had gone by and worth nothing they had credited my account the day I purchased.
So they own my money for days - and then ignored my ACCC comment, when I chased again - they emailed back saying they have deleted the order and refunded my money. It is not back in my account.
Why cant they contact my bank - and then have the bank confirm my identity. This would be the safest method for all parties.
Customer service was a disgrace - they are not putting their customers security first.
They accuse me of potentially being a crook - yet continue to email me promotional marketing info to entice me to buy more. I will never buy from this company again.
napoleon perdis foundation stick
Hi, I called glamaco mermaid beach this morning at 9:43am(phone record) and I believe I spoke with an Angel or Angela regarding stock of Napoleon Perdis look 4 foundation stick.
The assistant told me they had plenty of stock and were still the clearance price of 40% off.
I drove up to glama co (40min drive) to grab 3 of the discounted foundation sticks. Upon paying the assistant then told me they were full price and refused to budge on the price after I told her one the employees there had told me a different price over the phone.
I just want my three foundation sticks for the price I was told by the sales assistant before I made the lengthy drive up to the store.
I called especially regarding the stock levels AND the price.
I never would have made the drive knowing they were full price.
Please keep up your end of the deal!

hair colour and eraser
I phoned the store on Tuesday 14th May spoke to Ros, asked about a hair colour eraser to get out the build up of old hair dye. Was suggested a product for only $4.95. I went to the store later, and was served by Jade (beauty therapist) I told her I wanted to go a shade or two lighter to match up with the roots and cover greys so she showed me the product, and gave me two sachets. She also gave me two separate hair colours instructed me how to use it all. I asked her to write it down which she did. Went home and proceeded with the products. My hair turned out darker, and the roots weren't completely covered. So I phoned back and spoke to a different Jade (colourists) she offered me advice which I followed, and my hair was still dark but the roots covering worked. By 8 pm at night I finished. So I rang the next day and spoke to Jade (colourists) and told her the lightening didn't work. She was surprised then I told her on the sachet for $4.95 it recommended another one. She then realised I been sold the wrong product for lightening and probably a colour too dark. She apologised a few times, I asked about getting my money back as shouldn't have been given advice if the other Jade didn't know and how I didn't achieve what I went to the store for. Jade stated they are a bit funny on refunds of used products. I understand if someone bought something without advice from staff and it didn't work but my case is different. The staff were friendly however I feel I am entitled to a full refund of $31. I look forward to hearing from someone.

Hi thanks for replying quickly. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt or sachets packets as I didn’t think I would need them. However they are in the rubbish bin I will endeavour to find them. I still have the hair colour packets and the transaction is on my banking statement.

On sunday afternoon I bought a wahl super taper from glamaco northlakes store. I opened it up on monday morning to do a client and when I picked it up it sounded like a baby's rattle. It must have lots of loose bits inside the body so I did not even plug it in incase the loose bits go inside the motor and break it. So on tuesday morning, 48 hours after I purchased it, I took it back for an exchange.
I was told that they do not exchange, refund or replace the product! I asked what do I have to do now, I was without money and without a tool I desperately needed to work and I was told just to get in contact with wahl and sort it out myself. That is absolutely absurd! I was sold a broken product and I have to sort it out? They take absolutely no responsibility for selling a. Broken product. That is illegal! Why isn't there any signs up warning people that if they buy this product they can't return it to your store. If that sign was up I would probably have taken it out of the box in the store and check if it is in tact, or at least the staff should have warned me and check it out too before I walked out with it. Absolutely appalling after care.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Slow delivery
I have ordered some products from www.glamaco.com.au and several day later I received a message stating that my order was ready for shipping and that I'll get it within 7 days. 7 days later nothing arrived.
I gave them another chance and waited patiently for another week and still nothing. My order finally arrived three weeks after I received the message about it being ready for shipping.
Like everything, products were great, but still I'm very disappointed that I had to wait for such a long time.
Maybe it's not their fault but they sure need to do something about that delivery. Very slow.

The company has serious problems with the delivery
The company www.glamaco.com.au has serious problems with the delivery. I placed the order and paid for the standard delivery, which took approximately 7 days. I have already waited 3 weeks and didn’t get any news from the seller. I emailed the customer services, but their agents insisted that I waited a little and need to be more patient. The company definitely must change the way of treating customers and their delivery methods.

Rude staff!
My sister went to buy some bleach as she regularly does. When she arrived glamaCo manager told her that they need some additional time to take the credit card payment. My sister asked what exactly they do for an hour because I know taking a payment literally takes five minutes. The manager said „Because we have other things to do”. Clearly they don't care at all about the business they are working for. My sister was a customer for a long time now, but she will never order anything again from them, and so do I. You have just lost two customers because of your unprofessional rude manager!
I ordered a product 2 weeks ago item shows as ready to ship but its still not shipped and no replies from customer service glamaco hire someone to actually respond to chat your bot is useless.
