I paid for some eyeshadow and the address auto changed by itself to a place i dont live at anymore. i had been trying to get in touch with them for days but they have terrible customer service. when they finaly did get back to me i asked them to cancel order but instead they shipped it anyway so some stranger is going to be enjoying my package smh.
Claimed loss: 17 dollars

Too Faced eye and face palette Dark Pink Bow Holiday Collection.
I have never received a product from Glambot in this condition. I realize there are flaws and swatched but an entire eyeshadow missing.
I would like this palette replaced please.

I purchased 2 of the Pink Out Specials, however I only received one packet. Could I also be sent the missing packet.

I want my money back from the them plz assist on that no actions from them or answer about my requests for the refund money I sent thousand emails unfortunately no one is getting in touch with me I contacted PayPal already about this case they Can't reach them also

I've ordered a couple of times from them and the last two times I have had both orders missing something that I ordered as well as broken products. I have emailed them many times, as I am not able to return the products due to being an international customer. So I was just hoping for a refund for the products that are missing and a partial refund for those damaged. I unfortunately did not pay through PayPal

Horrible company
My friends gave me several cosmetic products, but I already had some of them, so I decided to use glambot to earn some money and to share the products I had with someone else.
I sent ten pretty expensive items (Such as mac, bobby brown, yves sent lorent, urban decay, chanel, dior and so on) that were closed and packed as needed. However, these [censor] offered only fifteen dollars for everything. Can you imagine? It's ridiculous! I feel like I was robbed...
Bad experience
Best advice you can get from me is to stay away from this lousy website. It's not worth your money.
In a nutshell. My expensive order never arrived. Moreover, it's absolutely impossible to contact them via phone or email. Not responsive at all. Don't know what to do.

True scam!
I've made quite a big order on Glambot and when I received it there were many items missing. I immediately contacted Glambot and asked them to send the missing items as soon as possible. They claimed they sent me everything I've ordered and they refused to believe me! They said I had no proofs.
Then I asked for a refund and they said that in order to get a refund I had to send everything back. And since there were some items missing I wasn't even able to return! True scam! Stay away from them!
Do not order from Glambot!
I noticed an extra charge and contacted Glambot customer service to ask what was I charged for, but they did not reply. When I received my order there was an additional product which I did not order. And the worst part was that one of the items had its expiry date over a long time ago! I'm shocked how this company is still allowed to operate! This place needs to be investigated and shut down! Do not waste your money here, you'll be nothing but disappointed!
Extremely slow
This company is extremely slow to fulfill your order but they are really quick to take your money. When I say too slow I'm not talking about couple of days. I'm talking about weeks and months! It took them four months to deliver my order. When you request a cancellation or a refund they start to ignore all of your messages. Sometimes they agree and promise to cancel the order, but they will ship you the product anyway. Customer service takes up to 7 business days to respond to messages and there is no phone number to call. It is useless to write negative reviews, because they are deleting them all. I absolutely do not recommend this dealing with Glambot. But if you decided to order something, make sure you use Paypal.
