I have emailed them and left messages and still no response. I received a email stating package was delivered which we checked and it wasn't delivered. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN

I left a review and my review was deleted. It was a honest review and prior to my review there was only one other review. Now 4 total reviews with 5 stars. It will catchup to them. I emailed them about a 50$ pj set that's right 50$ one time wearing thighs and underarms was balled up and nubs all over like I had it forever! They said they would like to look into it. This is my second issue and no resolution. They don't care how much you spend. The quality over all is cheap and overpriced. But the clothes are so cute. Guess it's time to find a new boutique

I placed an order on a mystery bag which I happily paid. I placed an order for a 5xl and a week later I got my package. I open the package and to my surprise I got an XL not a 5xl. I immediately contacted the company and I got an automated response. I waited two days no response. So at this point I was very disappointed. I follow them on Instagram so I sent them a comment to which they responded to send a DM. So I did, I was asked to contact them to email which I responded to them saying I have already done this with no response. I was told they would reach out to me the following morning. Which they didn't, I had to send them another message. At this point I was just asked to provide my order number. Not once did I get a I am sorry, they are very short with response. Did not offer any type of assistance. Customer service is NOT GOOD. Very poor. I feel like this a loss. Very bad customer service. Think twice before you order.

I did not receive any communications from the seller at all advising how behind they were on shipping and order fulfillment (about a month behind). I finally contacted them a few days ago and was told that they were just starting to process orders from the date of my purchase. I have a little less than 2 weeks before the wedding, so I held out hope my order would be fulfilled before the wedding. I receive a refund email and shipping notification email yesterday. The refund? You guessed it. The dress for the wedding. They're out of stock...so I responded to the refund email and told them the entire point of this purchase was that dress. The response I received? "Hi ***, I apologize for the delays in shipping! We should be back to our normal shipping times soon :) Stay Glitzy!" Needless to say, after this awful experience and 0 communication from the seller keeping their buyers in the loop about how far behind they are I won't be giving Glitzy Girl Boutique my business ever again.

I made a complaint a week ago and received an email almost immediately following saying all orders would be sent last week…still nothing. No email or call no package. I placed the order on October 6th. They took my money and have refused a full refund. Why won’t they just send my order? I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company. I will never shop here again.

I have purchased from this company several times. Ive never real;ly had any issues. Even when there is a huge sale. I placed a large order on 10/6 and the order still hasn't even shipped. I've tried calling a dozen times an get a recording saying no one is available. I've sent ten emails and get a generic response saying sorry for the wait & please allow 7-14 days for fulfillment due to sale. The same thing every email. I just want my order. I am so disappointed i8n this company. I never thought I'd say that. I have spent thousands of dollars with them the last few years.

Received an email the order shipped on July 30th but it's still only showing as label created. Multiple emails and Facebook messages to company go unanswered. Sent them a email that I needed to do a return. Got approved to send back and shipped it 2 day priority mail USPS and paid $45. It's been a week and a half and no refund. They have received the return. I have sent emails and they go unanswered. I got one reply asking for Tracking info, sent it and NOTHING. THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. I sent back over half the stuff, and they ARE IGNORING ME AND NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY, AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID SO NOW THEY THINK THEY CAN JUST IGNORE ME. Ordered items that were lost in mail. Never received refund or explanation/communication. I placed a clothing order for $286.60. It was lost in the mail, proof attached. That information was forwarded to the boutique asking for a cancellation of the order and a refund. No response has been sent from the boutique. The business will only reimburse me $100 because that was the insurance on the package. The hoodie that I received had a HOLE in it and also had a double hood which was very uncomfortable. Another shirt also did not fit because it was too large. I really wanted to return all 5 items as they were all cheaply made and not worth my money but I didn't want to spend so much money on shipping so I sent back only the couple shirts I liked the least. Glitzy Girlz claims they never got my box for my return even though I mailed it to the address they told me to and inside the box is my return email with my info and my order number inside. Now I am out the money for the shirts and the shipping and I have no clothes to show for it either.

I purchased a cooler from this company in August. I used the cooler for approximatly 3 day and the latch broke. The cooler is nonfunctional as ice melts within 2 hours with the latch broken. They told me me I could return the cooler but are unable to provide me with a box large enough to fit the cooler. I have personally been to 4 UPS stores for a box and there is not any available. They offered to send a new latch and I could repair it, I do not feel that a 200$ item should require ME to repair it justa few days after it was received. This company has not done anything at all in response to this problem except send me several emails to let me know THEY do not have any boxes to put my cooler in either. So I am stuck with a faulty expensive cooler? This is unacceptableand they do NOT stand behind their products.

I ordered a cooler from this company and paid a lot of money for it for the reason it was different than any other cooler with very bright vibrant colors.. however when I received mine it looked absolutely nothing .. not even close to the picture they advertised online.. mine was a very dull pink-ish brown color and none of the colors seen in the advertising photos. I wrote a email about the quality of my product 4 days ago and have yet to hear from anyone I have also wrote to them on Facebook messenger AND I have also called the customer service number for 3 days sometimes up to 10x a day to try to reach someone, however when you select option 3 to speak with a customer service representative it will ring and then have a auto recording pick up and says nobody is available to take your call and will just disconnect you automatically.. I feel this is absolutely horrible customer service and honestly feel I have been scammed out of close 200.00 dollars.

I ordered a cooler that was on sale via Glitzy Girls Boutique site. Upon arrival, I noticed that the cooler was damaged. It is a rotomolded cooler and had damage to the side. There is a section of plastic that is damaged &pulled away from the cooler. I contactedseller & waited over a week for a response. In the meantime I received a coupon stating sorry they were taking so long. I assumed it was in response to my email. A little later I called and was told they had no record of my complaint. I again sent in photos which the telephone operator instantly received this time. She told me that she did not have any a other cooler to send as they were sold out. She said she would send me a 10 percent refund. I explained that a 15.00 refund didn't help the fact that I ordered a brand new cooler and received a defective one. She explained that she could only do a 10 percent refund because I got it at such a good price on sale. I ordered new condition cooler on sale and should have received it.

Then a week after they received them they emailed me and told me they were rejected for a Smoky odor. Nobody in my household smokes. Then I paid $8 for them to ship them back to me, which they shipped back in the same box I sent with the same exact packaging. I open the box and low and behold there was no Smoky odor. It smelled just like they were right off the rack when I first got them. Nothing not even the box had a smell. I kept two of the items I ordered because they were all that fit. The fact that you all lied about the reject reason is ridiculous. You need to refund the over $300 worth of clothing I have instead of worrying about not wanting to refund that big of an order and making up an excuse. I still have them in the same exact boss and there is no Smoky odor. I had my friend, my mom, brother, and sister in law smell them and they all said the same thing. It's really disappointing that you all lied. I will not be ordering from you ever again and I will be telling all of my friends that use you to stop. You need to make this right.

They do not stand behind the quality of their own products. XXXXXX I purchased 3 pairs of jean shorts from this site. The brand is one I wear often, and I've never had any quality issues with. I noticed when putting up the jeans that one pair was having trouble zipping, it darn near sliced my finger open trying to pull the zipper down and up, it looked like maybe somewhere along the line the round bit had been crushed. I assumed at this point they were probably fine - however - When I pulled them out to wear the next day I noticed the whole zipper split. Since the zipper was flattened on the top there was no fixing it without replacing the whole zipper. I asked the company for a return and what I got back was "Since we sent the item out and the zipper was in tact, you can return the shorts for a refund" with information on how to refund. Of coarse that was their standard refund method which requires me to pay return shipping. Now tell me why I should be out money on a damaged product? They also sent me a 10% coupon code for future purchases which is laughable since that means you cannot return things in the future - sly. I also do not understand what they mean by the zipper was in tact - it's literally still in tact the actual metal zipper is defective. Not even so much as an I'm sorry. I responded to them about paying return shipping but my email has been ignored. A bit frustrated, these are $37 jean shorts, I can get the same elsewhere for less but I try to support small businesses. It wasn't a case of me needing a different size, or changing my mind, the product was damaged.

Cheap quality clothing that never arrives on time or at all! Customer service is terrible! They make you jump through hoops for a return/refund! On December 21st i recieved an order I placed with Glitzy Girlz Boutique in the mail. I opened my package and quickly found out how cheap and messed up the fabric was. One shirt I ordered had been cut and not even hemmed at the bottom and they all say to hand wash and do not tumble dry. I messaged the company about their poor quality and to find out where my first order was that never arrived. Their response was to go to their website for instructions on returning the items I was not satisfied with and as for my other order, I paid for insurance on it in case it was lost in the mail or something, so I would have to reach out to ***, which is the insurance people they use. I reached out to *** and nothing was done for days on end. Finally, I messaged Glitzy Girlz once again to recieve a response that the entire crew at post office had gotten Coronavirus and my package was being held up there. I then asked them to cancel my order and refund the money, however Hannah their customer service representative told me that was out of their control. Needless to say, I went to their website for return instructions and discovered they will not allow returns that are "sale price" or "clearance items" and they charge the customer shipping to return products they are not happy with. ALL of their clothes on the website are always advertised as on sale. Also, the return can be declined and customer has to pay shipping AGAIN just to ship it back to them! Too much hassle. In the meantime, my other package finally states it has been delivered, yet no package here! Order number *** that was ordered on December 17th is still nowhere to be found and states it was delivered as of December 26th. I messaged *** again, their insurance people they make you go through, and they are now asking for a police report! I am sick and tired of being hustled by this company and just want my money back for the items that never showed up! The total for this purchase of five shirts was $173.75! Refund policies are a joke with what you pay for the clothes. The customer service is horrible. I normally order from this company a lot. I usually get the t shirts and have never had a problem with them. This time I wanted to try something different so I ordered two shirts and a dress. Just for those three items plus shipping I paid a little over 100dollars. I thought it was pricey but they offered afterpay and figured just do it. So I did, it took awhile to get an update on my shipping or even to receive the item but because of COVID I wasn't going to make a fuss about it. I got the clothes tried them on and they did not fit one of the shirts was way too short, dress was a little big and the color was different from the picture and other shirt the sleeves were stitched weird. So I went to create the process for returns. I got my email and they provided me with the info to return the items I then emailed back and said no label? And they proceeded to email me back and say mo they don't offer labels. Their return policy is down at the bottom of the page really tiny so I didn't see it until after the fact. I had pretty much an email war back in forth with one of the customer support staff and her emails seemed very condescending and sarcastic. I asked her not to respond to me anymore unless it was a manger she proceeded to respond. I didn't get a sorry at all in the emails and just was unhappy with the whole experience. I asked where to leave a review because it doesn't let you on their site and they wouldn't answer that question. They had a manager call me I'm assuming so I wouldn't leave a review and she tried to assure me that the rep didn't mean anything by her emails. I accepted it because frankly I was just done. I take my item to the postal office to return and I was going to be charged 25 dollars! To ground ship! So I then took it to ups and it was 12 to ship. More than what I paid through them. So I've paid a total in shipping almost 20 dollars! To me that a little ridiculous when it's not my fault the clothes didn't fit. I can understand if I just didn't like them but THEY DID NOT FIT. I sent an email stating that I want a manger to respond and sent a picture of my receipt I asked again where to leave a review and they ignored that question once again. I also asked to have them email me because I can't call or be on the phone with a broken phone. They sent me the number and said FOR ME TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT MYSELF. I will never support them again.

Do you not ever order from this company! You will never get your item or a refund on your item, as I ordered from them over a month ago never received my item. They debited my account right away... Then tried to tell me that they couldn't refund me because the post office lost it! However according to the shipping updates it didn't ship until August I have just been gave the runaround so many times.
