The salesman informed me that my club will be shipped the next day, but it has been a week and all I received is a tracking number. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that their shipping partners are slow due to COVID and they could not provide me with a specific shipping date. I was disappointed to find out that they were selling items that were not on hand. This became quite frustrating for me and did not work out well. I believe that they must have been aware that my club would not be shipped within the time frame given by the sales representative. I would advise potential buyers to beware and think twice before purchasing from this retailer. It is highly unlikely that I'll buy from them again.

I recently ordered from globalgolf.com and was a bit disappointed with my experience. Although they're only 4 hours away, my order took quite a while to arrive. I had the option to choose between cash and a gift certificate, and I went for the latter as I was eyeing some new equipment for myself. However, I was surprised to find that almost everything I searched for was a special order and would take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. Mind you, I wasn't looking for any weird or out-of-the-way items.
This got me a little flustered and worried, so I decided to call their customer service (CS) to see if they could help me out. I shared my situation with them and told them I was looking to exchange my gift certificate for the original cash value I was offered during the trade. Unfortunately, the CS person couldn't do much and instead guided me to send an email to their supervisor.

Got myself a driver from Global Golf and it was a nice ride. Thought it would be smooth sailing to get some accessories I wanted too, turned out to be choppy waves. After finally giving up on the order and asking for a refund, it took two weeks for it to arrive. Not a very speedy process at all. Even worse was that there was no sign of an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience, all that they gave was a 'not our fault, blame the courier' attitude. It felt bad to be pushed around like this.
To add insult to injury, I requested to close my account and stop getting any emails but they still kept coming. No respect for my wishes at all.

After a few days, I received an e-mail from the company indicating that I had a gift card worth $102.00. I quickly picked up the phone to find out why my credit card wasn't reimbursed, as requested.
Unfortunately, the customer service agent was unable to provide a solution to my problem. Apparently, they did not have any records on file showing which credit card the order was originally made with. This left me with no choice but to take the gift card. Needless to say, I was left feeling extremely frustrated with the whole ordeal.
In the end, Global Golf's poor customer service will prevent me from making future purchases. It's important for customers to be careful when dealing with this company and any others that follow similar practices. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory.
Poor Customer Service from Global Golf - Disappointing Experience with Lost Shipment
Global Golf was referred to me by a friend, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my first purchase did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. Despite only being shipped from a location 1.5 hours away, my item seems to have gotten lost somewhere in transit. It's now been over two weeks, and still no one seems to know where it is.
To make matters worse, Global Golf hasn't done anything to make up for their mistake. I would have appreciated an apology or even a replacement item being sent my way. I could just return the extra one once it arrives, or they could make a freight claim to try to locate it. Instead, they seem to be completely washing their hands of the situation.
I understand that times are tough with the COVID-19 pandemic, but if Amazon can figure out how to work in this world, why can't Global Golf? It's just frustrating that they're leaving me hanging like this. My first experience with them has left me with a very poor impression, despite the referral from my friend.
Global Golf is a Fraudulent Operation - Beware of Shady Trade-in Offers and Useless Customer Service
So I just placed an order for a Taylormade Spider putter from Global Golf and it was a total disaster. When I finally got the package, it was a completely different brand and model, a Wilson putter. I immediately reached out to the company, but they refused to refund my hard-earned money for the mistake. To make matters worse, they told me that they actually sent the right club and that I'm lying about what I received. Come on, this is outrageous!
The box that arrived was damaged and by the looks of it, it had already been opened and re-sealed. It's definitely not the kind of thing you'd expect from a reputable online store. The company claims that the putter I received is not even one they carry, so it must have been a mistake made by somebody else. Their customer service is absolutely useless and they don't seem to care at all about customer satisfaction.
I had to deal with a guy named Rudi Fann who didn't provide any help whatsoever. Trust me, you don't want to deal with these people. Their trade-in offers seem like a shady way to get rid of unwanted and substandard clubs. I have no doubt that someone traded this garbage club in and Global Golf just boxed it up and sent it my way. It's a total scam!
I strongly recommend that you avoid this website. Their customer service stinks and they're clearly running a fraudulent operation. After going through all this trouble, I wish I'd never even looked at their website. Don't be fooled by their so-called deals and promotions. Save your time, money, and your precious golfing experience.

Disappointing Experience with Global Golf: Double Charge, Out of Stock and Terrible Customer Service
So, let me tell you about my experience with Global Golf. I ordered a set of Mizuno irons from their website and unfortunately, I was charged twice for them. That was really frustrating - STRIKE-1. Thankfully, I did get my money back for the second charge.
But things didn't get better from there. The other day, I received an email from them saying that they were running behind schedule in shipping my order. That's not ideal, but I could understand it. However, then I got another email saying that my order was out of stock - even though it was in stock when I placed my order and paid for it. Really disappointing - STRIKE-2.
I decided to call their customer support to see if they could give me any more information, but that turned out to be a disaster. I was caller number 16 and after waiting for 85 minutes, I finally made it to number 6. But then, they hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I called back again, and this time I was caller number 7. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally made it to the number one spot in the queue - only to be told that the person I needed to speak to wasn't available. I was so frustrated - especially since they kept saying how much they valued my time. I called back a third time, and yet again was told the same thing - STRIKE-3. At that point, I was done.
Overall, my experience with Global Golf was really disappointing. I hope that they can figure out their inventory issues and improve their customer service. I won't be shopping there again anytime soon.
Terrible experience with Global Golf: Delayed shipment, poor resolution, and disappointment
I put an order on Global Golf on 8th May 2020 for a 2-day delivery. I was very excited to receive my club, but as of 11th August 2020, I still have not received it! It’s been such a long wait and I’m extremely disappointed. Whilst the 2-day shipment of the club has been refunded, I spoke to Fedex, and they told me that my club is still on a trailer. It has yet to be unloaded, and they cannot guarantee when it will finally arrive. It's a mess.
When I called Global Golf to explain what had happened, I asked them to send me one via overnight or through another vendor and cancel the current order. Unfortunately, they said that they would not be able to do this for me. The only option they provided was that I purchase a new club, and then cancel the old payment when I receive it. This did not seem like a reasonable solution to me. I was worried that if I agreed to this, I may end up with twelve clubs but only two payments and still no club. This whole thing has left me with a terrible feeling about the credibility of Global Golf. I do not think I will ever deal with them again and I will also avoid using Fedex because of this experience.
