Disappointing Experience with Global Golf - Don't Make the Same Mistake!
I recently bought a set of golf clubs from globalgolf.ca and let me tell you, it's been a real adventure. According to the website, I was supposed to receive my order on May 6th, but here I am on May 12th and still no sign of my clubs. I don't know what's going on with canada post, but apparently, they haven't even picked up my package from the shipping facility yet.
I figured I should give global golf a call to see what's up, and I was greeted by someone who was less than helpful. After explaining my situation, the person on the other end of the line just straight-up hung up on me! I couldn't believe it - this is no way to treat customers.
I decided to give them another chance and called back, and while the second person I spoke to was friendlier, they didn't seem to know what was going on either. Eventually, they promised to send me a replacement set express post, which I was happy about. However, when I received the tracking number, I noticed that they had sent it via standard shipping instead.
Frustrated, I called back yet again to let them know about the mistake, but this time, they told me that canada post had already picked up my package. What? I called canada post to double-check, and they said they hadn't picked up anything from global golf yet.
Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with global golf. I would recommend that you save yourself the hassle and just go get fitted at your local golf store or clubhouse. This whole thing has been ridiculous, and I'm never going to order anything from globalgolf.ca again.
Steer Clear of Global Golf: My Experience with Warranties and Customer Service
I at first was real happy when I got my Taylormade Driver from Global Golf. The price was right and it came real quick. But, my driver's face started to cave in and I found out that Taylormade has this 2 year warranty that I coulda used, but Global Golf only gives you one measly year of warranty. Don't make no sense to me, but that's just what they said when I sent it in. So, now I'm outta a driver and they sent me this gift card that's supposed to help me get a new one. But here's the kicker, the gift card doesn't even cover the cost of an M4 driver, let alone the M6 I had before. What kinda scam is this? Their customer service was super rude to me too. I won't never deal with them again and I wouldn't tell no one else to either. Who knows if their stuff is even real, ya know? Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Global Golf.
Disappointing Experience with Global Golf: Poor Quality and Customer Service
Global Golf is a company that sells golf clubs. I ordered some Taylormade PSI irons from them and encountered some issues. When I received the clubs, my 9 iron had a hole in the grip, the head of my 8 iron fell off after the second time using it, and my 4 iron was bent. I was disappointed and decided to take the clubs to get repaired.
Afterward, I reached out to Global Golf and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give me my money back but offered to replace the clubs instead. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide the same clubs I originally purchased, and now they say there is nothing they can do for me. They did offer to give me different clubs of the same value, but since I bought them on sale, there was nothing else that I wanted. I just want my money back, and they won't do it.
Another issue I faced with Global Golf was with my credit card information. They claim that my card wasn't on their website and they couldn't give me one, but when I looked it up on the website, my card information was already in there. It's frustrating to receive such poor customer service, especially when they claim to have golf pros working for them who know what they're doing. Clearly, that's not the case if they can't see that the clubs have problems.
I advise against buying from Global Golf. My experience was negative, and the customer service was subpar. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer quality products and better customer service.
Disappointed with Global Golf: A cautionary tale of poor customer service and broken clubs
So let me tell you, I had some trouble with this place, Global Golf (globalgolf.com). I bought a used Taylormade driver that was supposed to be in excellent condition, but can you believe it? My wife used it just three times and the graphite shaft snapped. I sent it back to them after exchanging three emails and after 7 long days, I had to contact them again to finally get a gift certificate to buy another club from their site.
I was disappointed, but my wife has a tournament coming up in two days and we needed a club right away. So I had to pay extra to have it overnighted for $30.00. On the bright side, they did overnight the free headcover - although it was junk, at least it was free - but the club was nowhere to be seen. When I called them to enquire, they said that they had sent the headcover out right away and the club the next day, but it wouldn't be delivered for another 5 days. Can you believe that?
I've had it with Global Golf. I'll be going back to 2swing who actually gets the job done. My advice to you is to buy at your own risk. This business isn't what I'd call reputable. Although, to be fair, they did get the head cover over to me in a day, so I suppose that counts for something.
All in all, I'd say that this place is best avoided. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and it's just not worth the hassle. Stick with a company that you can trust, like 2swing.
Global Golf's U Try Program: My Experience with a Failed Purchase
So, I thought I'd give Global Golf's U Try program a try. But, when I placed my order, they said that my desired driver was out of stock. "Why did you take my order if you didn't have the club in inventory?" I wasn't too happy, but I went ahead and put my trust in them. I was charged $529.99 for the driver that I never received. Three whole days went by, and the charge was still on my card. I thought, "Okay, this has got to be fixed." So, I picked up the phone and rang them up. They said it would be taken care of right away. But, as you might have guessed, the charge still remained.
I started to get agitated. So, I made another phone call, and this time a manager promised that it would be taken care of manually. But, here I am, two days later, with no change in the charge. When I called customer service again to ask about it, they tried to tell me that nothing had been withdrawn. But, my debit card was over $500 short, and my bank hadn't received a release from them.
I've purchased from them a few times in the past, and this is the first problem I've had. Unfortunately, it will also be my last. I guess you could say that it was my last non-purchase.
Poorly Packaged and Scratched Clubs: Disappointing Experience with Global Golf
So, I recently got my hands on a set of used Cobra trails from Global Golf's website. The review I read before buying them had mentioned that they were in very good condition, which made me even more excited to receive them. However, when the package arrived and I opened the box, I noticed that there were no packing materials to protect the clubs during transit. Not only that, but some of the irons and my 4 hybrid seemed to have been scratched. It felt like the clubs were just thrown in the box without any care.
Naturally, I was disappointed with the service and quality of the product I received. I've been a regular customer of Global Golf and have always believed in their quality products and services. But this time, I felt like they should've been more attentive to how the clubs were packaged and delivered. I asked if they could replace just the 4 hybrid instead of returning the whole set, but it seems like they could only give me a full credit return.
I've been going back and forth with their customer service representative, and honestly, I don't feel like they're standing up to their name. As someone who works in the retail space, I feel like I know what I would do if I made a mistake like this. It feels like they're treating me like I'm the problem, rather than taking responsibility for their poor quality and service. The customer rep even admitted to being frustrated with me because I was trying to get an equal or better credit for their mistake.
At the end of the day, when I look down at my club head to hit the ball, I feel bothered by the scratches. I'm sure any other golfer who thought they were getting clubs in very good condition will feel the same. It's disappointing that I won't be returning as a customer in the future, but there are just too many other options out there.
Misleading product description and poor follow-up service by Global Golf
So, I just buy a club from Global Golf and I must say that I ain't satisfied with their service. I ordered the Scotty Cameron Special Select Squareback 2, and it didn't come with a head cover as described in the product description. I mean, c'mon, how hard it would have been to include that? I contacted them about it, and they did apologize (which is good) for not including the head cover in the club package. But they didn't have any in stock to send me, which means they knew it wasn't included before they shipped it to me. That's messed up, man! I mean, I can't use the club without the head cover to protect it.
To make it up to me, they offered me a refund of $25 if I wanted to keep the club without the head cover. But to be honest, that's not even enough to buy a cover from another vendor. Ebay has one for over 50 bucks, so you can see how little they're offering me. I would have preferred if they offered me a better solution, like a more reasonable refund, so I could buy a head cover from another vendor without having to spend a lot of money. And now, I have to waste my time to pack the club, label it, and head to FedEx to return it.
So, my advice is to beware of Global Golf's shenanigans. They deceived me by not including a head cover in my package and didn't provide a better solution to alleviate my situation. Their follow-up service is unreasonable, in my opinion. So, if you want to buy from them, make sure to go over the item description with a fine-tooth comb and check everything before you check out.
GlobalGolf.com: Unreliable Seller of Non-OEM Golf Clubs - A Cautionary Tale
So, I went online and visited GlobalGolf.com to make a purchase. I am an avid golfer and have purchased from them before, so I figured they were a reputable organization. After all, I've been playing for 15+ years, and have never had any issues till now.
I recently ordered a set of Titleist 718 ap1 irons (order 2MFKF44) from them, and when I received them, I was surprised to see that they came with TaylorMade grips. As someone who regularly purchases golf equipment, I thought something was off. However, I decided not to investigate further since I had made purchases from them before, and it didn't occur to me that they could have messed up.
During the fourth round of golf, my 5-iron snapped right off at the top of the club head. I was in shock, as I am usually quite careful with my equipment. I went to my local PGA store and the club repair man told me that the shafts are non-OEM and that Titleist doesn't offer them as a custom upgrade on the 718 ap1 irons. Moreover, he said that the reason the shaft snapped was that it was probably overheated when it was removed from a set of TaylorMade irons!
These were Titleist heads with TaylorMade shafts and grips! I was perplexed and disappointed. I purchased a replacement shaft on EBay for $67.46, and a friend installed it into my 5-iron. However, the real problem is how many more shafts will break in the future. Plus, what will be the cost of reshafting these clubs?
I immediately wrote to GlobalGolf and explained the situation to them. It's been seven days since I sent the email, and I still haven't received any response.
Let me advise you that if you're going to sell non-OEM clubs, you owe it to the potential buyers to be honest about what you're selling. It's bad enough that unlike every other seller on EBay, GlobalGolf does not show an actual picture of what they're selling! I could have purchased several other sets of these clubs with OEM shafts and grips for the same amount or less than what I paid GlobalGolf. However, like a real idiot, I went with an organization I trusted before.
All I'll say is "buyer beware." My faith in GlobalGolf as a reputable organization is in the past, and I will not be making any more purchases from them unless they make this right.
Global Golf Review: Terrible Customer Service and Inadequate Packaging Caused Damage to My $1200 Set of Irons
My experience with Global Golf was nothing short of terrible. I ordered a set of irons that cost me $1200 but my excitement quickly turned to frustration when it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. The package was shipped with FEDEX, despite the delays that were published, and I was left to fend for myself to expedite the shipment. I had to get help from FEDEX Australia otherwise my irons would still be sitting in the US.
But that wasn't the end of my problems. When my irons finally arrived, I was disgusted at the way they were thrown into the box with no protection whatsoever. It was clear they had been mishandled during shipment. I immediately contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the inadequate packaging that had caused damage to my irons. But, to my surprise, they completely ignored my complaint.
When I followed up, I received this response from them: "We ship to over 100 countries, sorry the packaging wasn't to your expectations". I was shocked at the arrogance in their tone and the way they dismissed my concerns. It was quite obvious that Global Golf didn't care about customer satisfaction at all.
In my opinion, once they have your money in their hands, they no longer care about keeping you happy or ensuring that you come back to them in the future. There are so many other retailers out there who value their customers and know the importance of providing good customer service. I will never make the mistake of buying from Global Golf again and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
It's a shame really, because I feel that their business model has potential but their lack of customer-centric focus is their Achilles heel. Instead of prioritizing the customer, they prioritize their gains which is not a smart strategy for any business to adopt.
Beware of Global Golf: Poor Customer Service and Shady Practices
Global Golf is the worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none. No exaggeration, folks. I swear. You should be warned that shopping with them could result in a ton of problems!
I initially ordered a new set of irons on 5/11/19, and I also wanted to include a trade-in of my old irons so that I could pay less for my new set. Unfortunately, Global Golf demands that you pay in full before they'll refund any trade-in amount. Consequently, they charged me the full amount upfront as soon as I placed my order.
Less than 20 hours later, I decided I wanted to cancel the order. I contacted the company via message, but they told me it was too late - my order had already been shipped. I asked for a tracking number, but I got no response.
The following day (Monday, 5/14), I finally received an email with a tracking number. However, when I called to find out why the "3-day" shipping would take until Thursday when I had paid for 3-day shipping, an employee told me that the "ship date" doesn't count toward the three-day period. So, basically, even though the clubs were still in their warehouse, Global Golf claimed it couldn't cancel my order.
Finally, I received the order on Thursday, 5/17. I promptly returned the order to my local FedEx store. However, I was dismayed that FedEx's website didn't show that my return had been received by Global Golf. When I contacted Global Golf, they simply informed me that it takes 5-7 days for a return to be "processed."
Surprisingly, I only got my refund on 5/31. Keep in mind that I placed my order on 5/11 and asked to cancel less than 24 hours later while the items were still in their warehouse. I found it pretty ridiculous that it took Global Golf three weeks to process my refund.
But wait, there's more. Do you remember the trade-in I sent along with my irons? I shipped it on 5/11, yet FedEx stated that the trade-in had been delivered on 5/15. By contrast, Global Golf only acknowledged receipt on the following Monday (5/20). From there, they claimed that it would take 7-10 business days to inspect and approve the trade-in.
Eventually, things came to a head: the trade-in was approved on 5/30. Unfortunately, since I had returned the original order, the store would now only give me store credit for my trade-in. They claimed that this was their policy. I actually read their policy and nowhere did it explicitly state that trade-ins on returned orders would only be paid via store credit.
Honestly, I was annoyed from the get-go. Hundreds of dollars remained in limbo for 3 weeks due to an order that I had tried to cancel less than 24 hours after placing it. I'm no complaining Karen or anything, but the whole path of my experience dealing with Global Golf was simply ludicrous. Even if you have no issues with the items you purchase, since they only show "representative photos" for used items, and are confident that you won't have to return them, you should know that Global Golf's customer service is poor, non-responsive, and shady.
In conclusion, if you don't want to waste any time or money, steer clear of Global Golf. They're not worth it. Instead, go for a company that values transparency, promptness, and customer satisfaction. Life is too short to put up with such nonsense.

Disappointing Experience with Global Golf: Delayed Shipping & Lack of Communication
I recently made a purchase from Global Golf, and the experience was not the best. The salesman informed me that my club will be shipped the next day, but it has been a week and all I received is a tracking number. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that their shipping partners are slow due to COVID and they could not provide me with a specific shipping date. I was disappointed to find out that they were selling items that were not on hand. This became quite frustrating for me and did not work out well. I believe that they must have been aware that my club would not be shipped within the time frame given by the sales representative. I would advise potential buyers to beware and think twice before purchasing from this retailer. It is highly unlikely that I'll buy from them again.
Disappointed with GlobalGolf.com: Incorrect Item and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered from globalgolf.com and was a bit disappointed with my experience. Although they're only 4 hours away, my order took quite a while to arrive. However, the real issue was that I received a regular flex shaft when I specifically ordered a stiff one. When I called in to report the mistake, the customer service representative didn't offer any solutions to make it right. They simply advised me to return the club and they would issue a refund.
What really bothered me was that they didn't offer to send me the correct club or even a coupon or discount code for my inconvenience. Instead, I was left to deal with the hassle of returning the club myself, which meant driving to a FedEx drop off location 20 minutes away. That's not a cheap trip either, with gas prices being so high.
Overall, I have to say I was disappointed with my experience at globalgolf.com. I had trusted them to deliver the correct items to me, but that didn't happen. Hopefully, they will improve their customer service in the future, or else they may lose a lot of loyal customers like myself.
Fair Value for Trade-In, but Disappointing Shopping Experience and Customer Service at Global Golf
I recently traded in a set of irons at Global Golf (globalgolf.com), and I must say, they offered me a fair value for it. I had the option to choose between cash and a gift certificate, and I went for the latter as I was eyeing some new equipment for myself. However, I was surprised to find that almost everything I searched for was a special order and would take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive. Mind you, I wasn't looking for any weird or out-of-the-way items.
This got me a little flustered and worried, so I decided to call their customer service (CS) to see if they could help me out. I shared my situation with them and told them I was looking to exchange my gift certificate for the original cash value I was offered during the trade. Unfortunately, the CS person couldn't do much and instead guided me to send an email to their supervisor.
I did as I was told and am currently waiting for the answer. This was a bit disappointing as I had expected better customer service from Global Golf. However, I remain optimistic and will update my review once I hear back from them.

Disappointing Experience with Global Golf: Poor Lob Wedge Quality and Unresponsive Customer Service
I recently purchased a lob wedge, the TaylorMade big toe, from Global Golf and to my disappointment, it arrived in a very poor condition. I wanted to send it back for a refund or replacement, so I contacted the customer service team. They responded promptly via email with instructions on how to return the item. However, just when I was about to ship it back, they suddenly recalled the email.
I was frustrated as I had already visited FedEx and was in the process of getting the shipping number and packing list. I attempted to contact the customer service team by calling them up three times, but unfortunately, they hung up on me every time. It was very unprofessional of them not to take my calls and resolve my issue.
I must say that I am disappointed with my experience with Global Golf. Their product quality was very poor, and their customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive. They do not take returns for their low-quality products, which is a huge disappointment for any buyer. My experience with Global Golf was not good, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
If you are looking for quality golf equipment and excellent customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't trust their promises and don't fall for their marketing tactics. Global Golf simply does not live up to their promise of delivering high-quality golf equipment.
Global Golf: A Bumpy Buying Experience and Lack of Customer Care
Got myself a driver from Global Golf and it was a nice ride. Thought it would be smooth sailing to get some accessories I wanted too, turned out to be choppy waves. Ordering was not easy, with unclear information and mixed messages from customer service. The order took two whole months to arrive despite the site telling me that it was delivered already and returns were not possible anymore. Not a great feeling of trust.
After finally giving up on the order and asking for a refund, it took two weeks for it to arrive. Not a very speedy process at all. Even worse was that there was no sign of an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience, all that they gave was a 'not our fault, blame the courier' attitude. It felt bad to be pushed around like this.
To add insult to injury, I requested to close my account and stop getting any emails but they still kept coming. No respect for my wishes at all.
In short, I advise to beware of this shop online and not take their promises at face value. Not worth the hassle and stress that comes with it, not worth it at all.
Global Golf's Poor Customer Service Leads to Frustration and Gift Card Resolution
I recently made an order with Global Golf and decided to trade in a club towards the order. I sent in the trade-in details along with the packing list. I placed a note on the packing list requesting that the credit card be reimbursed through PayPal. The trade-in value was for a whopping $120.00 dollars. After a few days, I received an e-mail from the company indicating that I had a gift card worth $102.00. I quickly picked up the phone to find out why my credit card wasn't reimbursed, as requested.
Unfortunately, the customer service agent was unable to provide a solution to my problem. Apparently, they did not have any records on file showing which credit card the order was originally made with. This left me with no choice but to take the gift card. Needless to say, I was left feeling extremely frustrated with the whole ordeal.
In the end, Global Golf's poor customer service will prevent me from making future purchases. It's important for customers to be careful when dealing with this company and any others that follow similar practices. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory.
Poor Customer Service from Global Golf - Disappointing Experience with Lost Shipment
Global Golf was referred to me by a friend, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my first purchase did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. Despite only being shipped from a location 1.5 hours away, my item seems to have gotten lost somewhere in transit. It's now been over two weeks, and still no one seems to know where it is.
To make matters worse, Global Golf hasn't done anything to make up for their mistake. I would have appreciated an apology or even a replacement item being sent my way. I could just return the extra one once it arrives, or they could make a freight claim to try to locate it. Instead, they seem to be completely washing their hands of the situation.
I understand that times are tough with the COVID-19 pandemic, but if Amazon can figure out how to work in this world, why can't Global Golf? It's just frustrating that they're leaving me hanging like this. My first experience with them has left me with a very poor impression, despite the referral from my friend.
Global Golf is a Fraudulent Operation - Beware of Shady Trade-in Offers and Useless Customer Service
So I just placed an order for a Taylormade Spider putter from Global Golf and it was a total disaster. When I finally got the package, it was a completely different brand and model, a Wilson putter. I immediately reached out to the company, but they refused to refund my hard-earned money for the mistake. To make matters worse, they told me that they actually sent the right club and that I'm lying about what I received. Come on, this is outrageous!
The box that arrived was damaged and by the looks of it, it had already been opened and re-sealed. It's definitely not the kind of thing you'd expect from a reputable online store. The company claims that the putter I received is not even one they carry, so it must have been a mistake made by somebody else. Their customer service is absolutely useless and they don't seem to care at all about customer satisfaction.
I had to deal with a guy named Rudi Fann who didn't provide any help whatsoever. Trust me, you don't want to deal with these people. Their trade-in offers seem like a shady way to get rid of unwanted and substandard clubs. I have no doubt that someone traded this garbage club in and Global Golf just boxed it up and sent it my way. It's a total scam!
I strongly recommend that you avoid this website. Their customer service stinks and they're clearly running a fraudulent operation. After going through all this trouble, I wish I'd never even looked at their website. Don't be fooled by their so-called deals and promotions. Save your time, money, and your precious golfing experience.
I've attached some photos to show you what I received and my proof of purchase with what I should've actually received. It's a total sham!
Disappointing Experience with Global Golf: Double Charge, Out of Stock and Terrible Customer Service
So, let me tell you about my experience with Global Golf. I ordered a set of Mizuno irons from their website and unfortunately, I was charged twice for them. That was really frustrating - STRIKE-1. Thankfully, I did get my money back for the second charge.
But things didn't get better from there. The other day, I received an email from them saying that they were running behind schedule in shipping my order. That's not ideal, but I could understand it. However, then I got another email saying that my order was out of stock - even though it was in stock when I placed my order and paid for it. Really disappointing - STRIKE-2.
I decided to call their customer support to see if they could give me any more information, but that turned out to be a disaster. I was caller number 16 and after waiting for 85 minutes, I finally made it to number 6. But then, they hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. I called back again, and this time I was caller number 7. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally made it to the number one spot in the queue - only to be told that the person I needed to speak to wasn't available. I was so frustrated - especially since they kept saying how much they valued my time. I called back a third time, and yet again was told the same thing - STRIKE-3. At that point, I was done.
Overall, my experience with Global Golf was really disappointing. I hope that they can figure out their inventory issues and improve their customer service. I won't be shopping there again anytime soon.
Terrible experience with Global Golf: Delayed shipment, poor resolution, and disappointment
I put an order on Global Golf on 8th May 2020 for a 2-day delivery. I was very excited to receive my club, but as of 11th August 2020, I still have not received it! It’s been such a long wait and I’m extremely disappointed. Whilst the 2-day shipment of the club has been refunded, I spoke to Fedex, and they told me that my club is still on a trailer. It has yet to be unloaded, and they cannot guarantee when it will finally arrive. It's a mess.
When I called Global Golf to explain what had happened, I asked them to send me one via overnight or through another vendor and cancel the current order. Unfortunately, they said that they would not be able to do this for me. The only option they provided was that I purchase a new club, and then cancel the old payment when I receive it. This did not seem like a reasonable solution to me. I was worried that if I agreed to this, I may end up with twelve clubs but only two payments and still no club. This whole thing has left me with a terrible feeling about the credibility of Global Golf. I do not think I will ever deal with them again and I will also avoid using Fedex because of this experience.
