Performance Golf Problem
Order the Straight stick, that was the easy part, was flooded with sales email, was called the next day by sale person trying to get me to by into vip coach videos for $499 told them know but he still enrolled me a bunch of stuff, after 14 days had a subscription charge of $29, then a charge for $499 now one answer if you call support just tells you to leave a message so then you have to email them to get answers, the cancelled the subscription $29 and refunded it, but the $499 they have to have someone call me about, if they don't refund it I will have to dispute it with my bank. what a pain

I have purchased two different tutorials from performance golf. For the last four months they have been charging me a $29 monthly fee that I did not authorize. They do not answer their phones to cancel and you get an answering machine with no call back. Too bad because the Hank Haney video was actually helpful.
Seems like a very poorly managed company for customer support.

I purchased 2 courses. ONLY TWO. I DID not sign up for a subscription of any kind. Yet I get a charge on my card this morning for $29.00. I try to call I get an answering machine. I email I get a response telling me they will look into the situation and get back to me. Standard auto answer email. Here is what is so disappointing. Does Hank know he is lending his reputation to this company and is aware of these practices? I doubt it and I really hope he does not know what is going on here. I absolutely enjoyed and used the content and it was very helpful. And I would have gone back and taken another session on some other things I might have wanted to work on. AT MY PACE. When I am ready. Unfortunately I will not with this organization. I cannot trust that it wont happen again. And before you send me an email telling me you will cut the price in half. Save it not interested. If you didn't give me the best deal on the 1st round you lost me.

Hi I bought a golf club from performancegolf. com. I really don't like it because it was not doing what it was shown in the video. Plus return process is a maze. And they charged me an unrecognized charge of $31.99. They don't have a good point of contact so you had to leave a message. It seems like their business is like a small family business so contacting them is not easy
Recommendation: Be careful and If possible, avoid them. Once you get involved with them, it is very sticky

I signed up for the Martin Chuck and Hank Haney programs for $47 and $69 respectively. I got a call from one of the big-wigs who talked me into trying the VIP program. I never used the program. Four months later I just realized that I have been charged $29 and $69 for programs I never agreed to. These program start charging unless you call to stop them. There is small print at the end of a multiple page promo that says the programs start up automatically unless you cancel.
I called Perf. Golf number several time before I got ahold of anyone. A gent names Gerard credited me $100 of $480 in charges. I told him I wanted credit for the other monthly charges and haven't heard back from him. There is a 365 day money back guarantee and still no response to my email.

The one swing slice fix program has changed everything! Life long big slicer, and the program delivered on its promises. My first time at the range after watching the program, 38 out of 40 *** went either straight or had a draw to them. 2 went right but werent slicing, just went down the swing line. Also the information I have now helps to know why the ball does what it does immediately. Its only been a few weeks, but I find I can make small changes and control the ball more than ever before. I will pay for the program in saved golf *** in no time! Thanks for the help I also have seen people saying they couldnt get into the app right away. I also emailed customer support, and was on by the next day. I sliced for 35+ years. That extra day was well worth it. And customer support got back to me and fixed the problem. ? All around!Thanks for the help!

Very informative videos. Definitely improved my game. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription but everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.
Top of the line golf learning experience. Im definitely a seasonal golfer, and then only once a week with maybe 15 minutes on *** before I play. Im still trying to dial in my drives. However, my mid to short iron game has improved greatly. Greatest benefit to date has been pitch and putting. Just finished a weeks vacation and shaved 13 strokes off after 5 games. Instruction videos are great, short and concise. Feedback is readily available,and email questions with very timely responses.The clubs are packed away until spring but Im very much looking forward to implementing as much guidance as possible from Performance Golf come golf season.

i'd like to file a complaint about Performance Golf Zone. They are deceptive in the way they do business. i paid for a 300 distance program for $47 and i couldn't access this program on the computer. Instead another program appeared which i may have inadvertently subscribed to as i was scrolling around. I also don't know if i subscribed to being on their membership list. All i wanted was their one program, the 300 distance program. Now when i emailed them that i want to cancel my order for the 300 distance program, they emailed me back that i need to contact their billing dept to cancel my Scratch Club membership which i didn't subscribed to (maybe inadvertently subscribed to). Because golf courses in my climate area have yet to open, I have not been able to practice much since buying this program. However, *** watched several of the instructional videos and found them to be well done. Ill update my review once I have some hands-on practice.

After hours of video tutorials and a warm-up at the range, my driver ball flight improved dramatically.
After investing a couple of hours watching all of the videos, then spending 10 minutes warming up with specific drills at the range, the change to my driver ball flight was dramatic. Much straighter, much further drives. On the course, instead of missing right, I now miss left - much of it due to how I unconsciously aim left to try to remove the 'big miss right' out of the picture. Honestly, the scores haven't immediately dropped significantly lower only because I now need to learn to trust my swing and learn to take dead aim. The One Shot Slice Fix videos are detailed and they work. After watching the instruction videos, I found it really helpful to watch the videos of the instructor working with different students to see how much he stressed certain things out on the range. When I was actually at the range, I could visualize the instructor standing there telling me the same things. Very pleased with the progress so far!
Have been using PG for 4 mths and starting to see benefits with my golf game. Driving has improved markedly and recently my short game has also improved. Looking forward to increases in other areas. Customer support has been timely, courteous and always address my issues. Even living in Australia has not been an issue. Great product.

Performance Golf video instruction is the closest thing I have had to an actual *** I may have potential, but I have never had the luxury of the time to play often enough to benefit from in-person instruction (maybe after I retire). The videos have provided helpful information that has improved my swing and the results. I have thus far eliminated my slice (most of the time) following the video advice and implementing the suggested proper setup, grip, swing, and follow through. It is the lack of frequency of play that mostly prevents establishing the required muscle memory and everything else that establishes consistency and improves performance. I can usually learn from watching others, so the videos, which are more generic (apply to a larger number of people) than specific, work well for me for now, and I frequently re-watch them before my once-a-month game to remind me of what I am supposed to be doing.
I had some questions about billing and access to my purchases and they were answered and resolved to may satisfaction in a timely manner. I am very happy with my dealings with performance golf. I have not been able to communicate via phone but email has been very satisfying.

These days, I always wonder "is this a scam?" when I see on line training offerings that cost money. However, I decided to take the chance because Performance Golf's training approach seemed sensible and easy to follow. When I signed up for the training, I inadvertently ordered an additional module that I didn't want at the time and did not notice until my credit card was charged. I contacted Performance Golf (thinking, "here we go, the fine print charges are going to kick in and I'll never get to speak with anyone there") and to my surprise, within hours they emailed me back and said they would refund the charge. Better yet, they actually followed through and issued the refund! If you are wondering if this company is for real, wonder no more because they are. Not only are their training videos great, they provide exceptional customer service. I highly recommend *** to anyone out there trying to improve their game!

The presenter does a great job and has broken down the lessons in a way that are easy to follow but also makes them interesting. The coaching sessions are great and I would highly recommend that anyone interested in improving their golf game purchase the Simple Strike Sequence. I have watched and purchased several instructional videos over the years and have had personal coaching sessions by some of the top pros in my area. The coach for this series is one of the best I have been exposed to and it is great to be able to review these sessions anytime after purchasing from Performance Golf. So if you are serious about your golf game, purchasing the Simple Strike Sequence is a wise decision!

I contacted them to cancel the subscription they have been charging me for for several months. They sent me an email in response offering to discount my monthly rate from $19 to $7.99. Advice to the those looking for a deal - ask to cancel your subscription and end up with 60% off on the monthly rate. The kicker was, in the email they included my login ID and my account password. Can't figure out what that had to do with my cancel request. The password wasn't even partially redacted! What ever happened to encrypted passwords? Why does their customer service have access to my plain text password and why are they sending it out via email to me or anyone else. So if you are concerned about your privacy, think about whether this outfit is PCI compliant and whether your login credentials AND your payment information will be secure when they have the inevitable breach. If this stuff is not appropriately encrypted you will find it for sale on the dark web very shortly thereafter. Hey PGZ President/CEO - are you reading this? You need a CISO. Stat.

I am finding the Sir *** Easy Tempo Technique to be so extremely useful, I have to say more . . Have been playing golf (or trying) for over 30 years with varying degrees of success successful enough to enjoy it, but never as successful on the scorecard as I felt I was capable.Some of the info in this series is so fundamental, but so well illustrated I realized I was doing it fundamentally wrong. Im finding small adjustments with small things as basic as grip, stance at address and hand position during the backswing are having a BIG impact. The tempo part is great too, Im just finding so much more in this series than I expected. These are things that have missed the eyes of countless teaching pros, but are being so well demonstrated by *** and *** that I am able to correct them on my own, on the range and on the course (with *** and *** help of course). I have completed several of the Performance Golf teaching series and have found all of them very useful and helpful. But none more so than *** and *** Easy Tempo Technique.

I had a feeling that they were going to do this, so I contacted them within minutes of my purchase to confirm I was making a one-time purchase and not a monthly subscription. They did admit that that is exactly what they intended on doing under the auspices of fine print that I never saw hidden in a long agreement. The person that I spoke with on the phone assured me that they would remove me from this subscription, and I would not be charged anything further. They then followed it up with a email confirming it. Approx. 2 weeks later, I saw that my credit card was charged the monthly fee that they assured me was canceled. I had a bad feeling about this company after listening to their relentless hard sell tactic that they use when you purchase the instructional video. I also saw many other complaints about this company after I made the regrettable purchase. My advice is to stay away from this company.

I have always appreciated **** Cogarno's golf instructional videos
I have always appreciated *** Cogarno's golf instructional videos. He has a very effective way of simplifying what other instructors make *** complex. As an 80-year old golfer with a 14 handicap, my distance has diminished over the years after a hip replacement and back fusion surgery, limiting my ability to turn. When *** offered a new program aimed at golfers with similar issues I decided to give it a try. Am I glad I did! After my first view of his Closed Coil system, I went to the range and it worked quite well. I was encouraged, but still dubious as what happens in practice has seldom carried over to the course in the past. On my first try, I shot my age for the first time ever, an exciting accomplishment, but was it sustainable? A week later, I shot a 78, my best round ever. I did not have to make radical swing changes, but made a few significant tweaks that were easily repeatable, creating great consistency as well as confidence. I have yet to incorporate all of his recommendations, but look forward to adding to my new base as I progress. I never knew golf could be such fun!

I feel that Performance Golf has great programs that I buy often. The sales pitches have to be endured as there is a very long sales pitch. After I make the purchase, there are at least two additional sales offers which are sometimes accidently selected.I know all businesses are out to make money. Based upon my regular purchases, I hope that I am a good customer that buys frequently. I do not have time to watch all the videos I purchase but buy items of interest. Frankly, I do not have the consistent time to use the Scratch golf membership and for me, is not worth the monthly charge.I do note that several of the programs are almost the same. It would be great if you could compare similar programs as I find my self purchasing very similar programs with slightly different names. I need to go back and see if I have bought similar programs and request a refund.I do like the 365 day guarantee. It would be nice if the purchases have a date that would help me. I guess I am a great customer as I have never took advantage of the 365 guarantee although I am sure I have never watched all the videos I have purchased.Continue to give me good content and I will remain a good customer!Regards

I've been playing golf consistently for the past five years and play at least once a month. for my entire career I've been a chronic slicer and have had multiple private and video lessons to get a foundation for my swing. The latest video series I have used is *** One Shot Slice Fix. I watched the entire series from home and benefitted from being able to rewind and review each *** After a day of watching his series I went out to the range and did his warm up's before hitting a bucket of ***. Before hitting my first drive I was skeptical about losing my slice right away as he promises, but the videos made me excited. To my disbelief my first drive was nice and straight, and the next drives had no slice. After getting in more practice and playing a few rounds I'm hooking my drives for the most part and only having a rare slice from time to time. I'm still working on some adjustments with my swing, but I can honestly say that *** program has given me the right tools that I need to improve it. Performance Golf is an invaluable resource for all golfer's, and their staff has been very supportive and have even personally followed up with me to see how my game is improving!

Lethal Lag was an exceptional course for me ! It is clear that Eric Corgorno understands the fundamentals of the golf swing and how to make great ball striking repeatable. The way he breaks down the swing and communicates this in the Lethal Lag Course is remarkable - every step presented in the course is very straight forward and understandable; the important parts are repeated by Eric slowly and carefully with good examples. Using the methods presented in Lethal Lag, I have significantly improved my ball striking; my distances have improved; I understand what I do wrong when I mis-hit a ball. For me there were quite a few "Aha" moments in the Lethal Lag program and I was pleasantly surprised. I am 66 years old and not many Aha moments jump into my life anymore - Lethal Lag gave me a good handful that I can practice at the driving range and execute on the course. I am confident my game will improve and I will be taking back some of those dollar bills I gave my friends in the past! My only disappointment is that I didn't get these insights 20 years ago when every golf instructor was trying to make me golf like Jack Nicklaus, instead of showing me the fundamentals for better striking and introducing Lethal Lag into MY game. Like in all aspects of life, character is only revealed through adversity. When something goes wrong, that's when you find out if you made the right decision. I found out this morning that I absolutely made the right decision in becoming a *** member and partnering with Performance Golf. ***, from the service organization is a first class customer advocate. We all know the 2 critical components of customer service: Timeliness, did they get back to you quickly. And of course Resolution. *** was extremely quick in responding to my concern, and immediately offered a win-win resolution for both myself and the company he represents. That's how you do it, too bad it has become a rarity these days. I now know I made the right call in not only becoming a *** member but also purchasing some of the packages from GREAT instructors like *** and the legendary ***. If you are on the fence about making the financial commitment to Performance Golf, as I was, then let this review ease your mind. If you purchase a video package from an instructor and you do not like it or believe it was valuable, PG will make it right. Just as they say they will. signed up for several series of lessons on Performance Golf. *** Plane, *** Finesse Wedge Mastery, *** One Shot Slice Fix, and now most recently, his Getting Real Distance classes. Each of these have been extremely helpful in changing my game for the better while teaching very similar techniques and mechanics and feels. All have been consistent and melded together so that Im have a much, much better understanding of swing mechanics, and have seen a real improvement at the range and on the course. I gave up my entire short game from 20 yds in to Siekmanns Finesse Wedge system over a year ago, and I love it. His teaching is cohesive with consistent fundamentals no matter the shot required around the greens and bunkers. I have no fear of chili dipping or sculling a pitch shot any longer. *** got my swing flowing with much better understanding of weight shift back and through and on plane; a huge help for a 75 year old guy like me. I realized some distance gains that are still improving *** had me correct a bad swing path and release that had me hitting the ball with a small draw and not the over-the-top push slice that invaded my old body. I had all but given up correcting the path thinking I was too old or inflexible. Turns out not to be the case. The very first drive I hit after working on my path and tour slot, I hit a small draw and was 20 yards further than I had ever hit it on #1 at my club. And Im happy to say it continued for the round. I even picked up yardage with my irons and hybrids. You may be thinking that Im just making it all up. But Ive been working with these tools for over a year, and The truth is in the results for me. To say that Im overjoyed at the improvements is a gross understatement. Thank you for giving an old guy like me another shot at the game Ive loved since *** when I first started caddying and playing.
Buying the Simple Strike Sequence was like descending into hell. Forced to watch interminable videos trying to flog me other programs, just to get to the buy page! Watched them all and paid, but still haven't got my access login. Getting more emails trying to sell me stuff but no SSS video. Feels like a scam!

I signed up for the new Rick Smith swing program and nothing else. I was promised free bonuses etc. However, the free swing analysis didn't happen but I did start seeing charges on my credit card I didn't authorize.
I have complained to the vendor directly and promised a refund that didn't happen so I am writing this post to warn other of these unethical practices.
I am very disappointed by this as there are some quality instructors associated with this platform.

A $319 bill on my charge card that I didn't order
I ordered the One Shot Slice Fix and paid the $47. I never ordered anything else. Today I found a charge on my charge card for $319. I called Performance Golf and tried to connect to their so-called Billing Department but there is nobody there. I called back and got Kristina in the subscription department. She claimed that I ordered the lessons over the phone with the first 30 days for free. Since I didn't cancel within the 30days, I was charged the $319. I didn't order anything over the phone. She claims they have a recording of it but they can't let me listen to it. I explained to her that I didn't order and didn't want any more of their lessons. She said she would elevate the issue and I should hear from someone within 48 hours.
Claimed loss: Loss of $319.00
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a prompt response and a $319 refund.

I signed up for one time promotional called Simple Strike Sequence for $49 with tax, total $49.82. Receipt shows $0 for Scratch Sequence and nothing about another recurring monthly charge for something I never ordered. Also, online account does not show that I ever ordered this recurring charge. My Receipt is clear about this. Nonetheless, every month Performance Golf charged my account $29 in August, September and October. Wish I had never dealt with these scoundrels as I see now this is a common problem with this company using my card to make unauthorized charges for things I never ordered or wanted.

Online Tutorial from Performance Golf
I bought a one time online course for $79.00 USD on September 28th, 2023 ( I'm in Canada) After I viewed the tutorial realized it wasn't for me. Waste of money but whatever I bought it.
On my visa bill on September 28th I was charged $97.00 USD and I just let it go.
They had phoned me a couple times after that asking if I wanted access to their library for 30 day free. I told them no, as I would not be buying anything else. Both times I refused the "free" trial.
On October 12 they charged me $29.00 USD. I have no idea for what? I have sent an email and left a phone message . Have heard nothing back yet.
I will keep calling and phoning. But beware buyers.

I purchased an item from them. After I received it, I wanted to send it back as it had minimal directions on how to use it. They authorized a refund if I sent it back. I did received a refund for it, but 2 days later was being charged for a $299.00 program that I new nothing about. Contacted them by phone, filed a dispute with my bank, kept emailing them and finally they agreed to refund my $299.00. I would receive that within 3 to 5 days. Never received that. They sent Chase bank a document about the program and said I did not cancel within 14 days. Chase has agreed with that. Even that I have emails back and forth from Performance Golf starting from the first day of the charge.
Desired outcome: Refund of the $299.00, for a purchase I did not authorize.

Purchased slice fix video. Declined all other offers and personalized coaching. 5 weeks later was changed 299 USD. After numerous attempts by email and phone for questioning what the charges were for there has been zero response. Nowhere in performance account does it show any sort of invoice of what subscription is being charged. I did not authorize any other charges, the most concerning part is that a different visa was charged from what I used to purchase slice fix video.

Swing video
I paid $50 for the initial video and specifically stated that I did not want any other products. When they fraudulently charged my card again, I closed that card account and opened another, new account with Capital One. I woke up this morning and saw a new charge from Performance Golf on the new card. This is absolutely fraudulent and outrageous. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up for this scam. I can't believe that PGA professionals are associated with these crooks. Performance Golf, give me my money back before I call the authorities.

I signed up for the fix your slice course with a one time fee of $47 a couple of weeks ago. I noticed today that a further $29 has been charged to my card and from reading these reviews today looks like they are going to continue on a monthly basis unless I take action. I have requested cancellation and a refund via email with no response so far. The $29/month was not made clear at all as I rejected any option of taking any of their other courses. This company should not be allowed to trade like this and consumers need to be made aware before purchasing.

Performance Golf/Blackfish Media is a bank-skimming fraudulent organization which hides behind such names as Sir Nick Faldo, David Leadbetter, Hank Haney, Eric Cogorno--their coaches--to continue hitting bank accounts after cancellations. Performance Golf is well known at Better Business Bureau, Facebook, and other online complaint boards as a disreputable business bordering on illegal. Performance Golf certainly must spend more time fending off complaints than actually helping golfers improve. They are rather good at the former, which is more a buy off using refunds to get customers to change their online comments. Those that have left online complaints, or actually spoken or emailed this company have been the brave ones, but I'm not sure that takes things far enough. Performance Golf continues withdrawing money from customer accounts without permission--and sometimes for months without being noticed. What is remarkable is that their name coaches are still participating in the scheme unknowingly. It is a scam! Performance Golf shouldn't be in business because the scheme is so obvious and clear as you research complaints--they are similar to mine. Performance Golf even tried to refund-buy-me-off by offering "All" their programs to me at no cost, which I declined. I said that I would rather tell their "name coaches" and have them stop doing business in such an inappropriate way. I doubt that will happen until they are stopped and their coaches feel the embarrassment of association with the group. Please research the complaints and stay clear of Performance Golf!

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a single Simple Strike Sequence course for $47 then they started charging me $29 per month for 3 months now. I checked my order confirmation and there is no fine print saying there will be reoccurring charges. Their responses to other customers stating their terms and conditions mentions the charge is ridiculous, the charges need to be in the order confirmation. They may as well say if you buy anything from them they can charge you one million.
They signed me up for a VIP class and charged me $299 afterwards. Again, my order confirmation does not say that I will be charged $299.
Called them and no one answers. Emailed them and no response.
Performance Golf Scam - Auto Subscription
I bought a single online course from Performance Golf - it was clearly outlined that it was a single charge and not a subscription or auto-enrollment. Just like other similar complaints from this board, they started to charge my credit card without my authorization.
I reached out to the Help department of the company asking for the subscription to be cancelled and the unauthorized charge to be refunded. As one would expect from such a scheme, I hit a bureaucracy wall and was given a phone number to call to proceed with my cancelation attempt. The phone is conveniently always busy and I can't get through to anyone.
Very disappointed with the level of customer service and bad faith from the company.

Performance golf course multiply charges
I purchased a specific course from performance golf and have been charged 5 times. I was under the impression that it was a one off fee for an online video course that I could watch at my own pace. Instead it seems like it’s a shady misleading subscription service. I did not receive any ongoing emails around this subscription despite not having logged in once. Only when my partner asked why I’m being charged $50 a month did I realise that I’d been charged for 5 months straight.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, a cancellation of any ongoing membership AND removal of any of my data from the companies website.

I bought an online course last September after seeing Performance Golf's promotion on Youtube. I only recently realized that they have been charging my credit card every month without even a hint of telling me they're doing this. When I purchased the course (the price was quite reasonable), I was being very careful to avoid signing up to any subscription service, as I had to click through pages of addtional stuff they were trying to over-sell. But there was NO CLEAR message that I'd be signing up to a subscription. I've emailed them now to cancel this subsciption and give me a refund! This is really poor business practice I have to say!

Since that time I recently discover they have been billing my charge card $69 dollars a month without my permission. I called the company and it is impossible to speak to a person. This charge should be stopped immediately and should refund past unauthorized charges.

I did not realize this was a subscription service; this said, every other subscription has the ability to cancel your service on the website and information on this available in their "help" service. I kept following the instructions and it will continue to not allow me to set up a login. But it would force me into watching a bunch of advertisements to try to get more money out of me. I purchased a basic training program from this company today as it looked legitimate. However, I was supposed to receive a welcoming email containing log in information for new members etc. as per usual sign up info. but this email never came as it's been several hours later and nothing. I tried calling the company contact information but the choices on the recorded voice option oriented recording leads you straight to either 'leave a message' or it straight away goes into a waiting mode with music playing and no one ever comes onto the phone to speak to you as I've been waiting and waiting and nothing. Very unprofessional and obviously sketchy. I want my $47.00 (US) returned to me and want others to know this is not a great way to operate a business as I clearly got zero for my money today. I purchased a training from PGZ for $79. on 4/5/22 Just noticed on my bank account there are more charges. $149.00 on 4/6/22 and again on 4/20/22 for $19.00 I did not authorize this. Upon some research I found that this company regularly does this to people and you have to ask for your money back. This is wrong and fraudulent! I requested my money back and I have not heard from them. They didn't ask for my money, they did not earn, therefore this is theft. Company's should not get away with this behavior, they often do this to consumers hoping it goes unnoticed. Shameful

Subsequently, I noticed an unauthorized $19 charge on my credit card for an unwanted membership. I suspected a scam, as I had declined all additional offers. This company deceived me and billed my credit card for months. They are a total scam and ripped me off! They conned me. I purchased a video on a website. That was legit but somehow unknowingly they signed me up for something that billed my credit card 19 dollars a month. I don't use that card much and it was on auto pay. Since I don't use it I didn't realize I was being charged. When I asked for my money back they said I couldn't get refunded! I feel violated and the fact they didn't honor my request is proof to me they are a scam operation with a confusing website designed to scam people. I still have know idea what I was paying for. What was the service. What was I getting for 19 a month. It's not much money but I just am so angry they denied my request and treated me like I was the bad guy. This company is not legit and needs to be reported as a scam operation.

Performance golf is not a legitimate golf company. They get you to purchase an item and then they start charging you recurring monthly fees of $29.00 and on December 25th 2023, I saw a charge of $499.00 I did not authorize. Be very careful dealing with this company as they will charge you for things you did not authorize.

I made multiple attempts to contact the company in order to free trials I didnt want, and there is no way to get a hold of anyone the phone number goes to a generic voicemail that is never answered. Do not fall for this scam. Its a shame because the content is good.
