PXG - Worth every dime!
PXG Fitting Experience As a former military photojournalist in the early 80’s, who spent time in Beirut, with the Marines, after the embassy was destroyed and 241 US Military personnel lost their lives, in service of our country, I was naturally intrigued by the Bob Parson’s story and the growth of PXG. I had never been fitted for a driver and had been...
Read full review of PXGPXG does not stand behind their products
PXG does not stand behind its products. I have been a loyal customer for several years with irons, fairwoods, and a putter. The white line on the putter began to peel away after a few months of use due to a defect. PXG admitted that this was a defect and replaced the putter immediately. The new putter has the same defect and they will not repair it saying that it must have been damaged. This club is in pristine condition except for the defect. Any other major club brand stands behind their products but they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager about my issue. I thought I would be a PXG supporter for life but they have lost a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. This lack of integrity will cost them way more than doing the right thing and just repairing my putter.
Recommendation: Buyer Beware!!
For a company that touts itself as the best club company in the world, they have a lot to learn about customer service
For a company that touts itself as the best club company in the world, they have a lot to learn about customer service. Bought set of graphite 0211 and found out why they were on sale, the performance was bad. 1-2 clubs shorter than my old gamers (blades). Sent them back after discussion with "Player Support" to try and fix problem. PS said that my 30 day return clock would be reset after adjustments. They are now saying that is not true and do not want to take the clubs back. On top of that they CHARGED me shipping to send clubs back and I also had to pay to send them. I am a master fitter and club maker and have dealt with all of the brands. Never have I felt so poorly treated with respect to service/technical info and customer satisfaction. I will never deal with them or recommend them. Knowing how to treat customers is paramount to becoming a great company.
I ordered irons at 2 degrees flat, and when they came, not one iron was at 2 degrees flat, and most of the lofts were way off. I decided to send them back and eat the re-stocking fee. They received the clubs 14 days ago, and I have been told they processed the return but are having delays in processing the refunds back to customers...what? Not customer friendly at all!
Ordered a new driver. After receiving it, I went to the range with three other golfers. We were all excited to try it as we heard how forgiving it is supposed to be. Not one of us could hit a straight shot, no matter how many attempts we made. Just a terrible driver that sounds like it is broken when you hit it. Wrote to PXG and they apologized for it and said I could return it. A $199 driver that cost me $14 shipping to get will now cost me a 15% restocking charge plus shipping that was $51, so I now have about $100 in a crappy driver that I don't even have. Now that I shipped it back, I have not seen my credit and got the excuse that their refund people are way behind so it might be a while. From beginning to end, these people come up with excuses. Just a crappy company with a crappy product that they do not back. They didn't lose a dime but I lost about $100. Lesson learned, don't buy from these guys.
There is no doubt the clubs are good, HOWEVER they have one of the WORST customer services departments in Golf, Sports, and Retail. They are RUDE as can be, not helpful, have NO knowledge of how their company works, misinformation, no corporate structure, the owner is no where to be found. I have been dealing with them for months and will NEVER buy another piece of equipment from them. Do yourself a favor. If you want PXG, good luck. They are good clubs, but the company is not worth it. Go buy ***, much better company.

Recently purchased full set of latest generation of PXG clubs. Had a Super Stroke grip put on my putter. Shocked when I discovered, a few days after delivery, the grip was put on crooked. No big deal, they agreed to repair it in a day. After waiting 2 WEEKS and no call from PXG, I stopped by to pick up the putter. Not ready! The gentleman at the front of the store told me that the grip had just come in and it would be ready in a few minutes. Translation, they forgot to change the grip and then lied to cover themselves. Not what you would expect from such an expensive company. Love the clubs, but the lack of service is disappointing.
Purchase a new putter, looks great! Unfortunately the paint starting chipping off after the 5th use. Terrible craftsmanship. After speaking with a rep, they will not replace because it is "normal wear and tear". DO NOT waist your money, go with a known brand that works and lasts.
I purchased a golf driver 6 days ago. I received it today. I look at the website and it's advertised for $30.00 less. I call and talk with a representative and he tells me he can't credit my credit card for $30.00 but will give me a $30.00 credit on their marked-up merchandise. I am not going to purchase anything from a company that could have told me up front the price is going to be $30.00 cheaper in a couple of days. I said I'll send it back and reorder, he said a restocking fee would be added on top of a shipping fee. This company is a complete scam. It's what's wrong with our country today. The driver doesn't even look like the picture on their website. Very, very disappointed. Never again!
DO NOT BUY!I purchased a PXG driver and hit a ball high on the face and it got damaged. Not the top of the crown...the face. I took it to the PXG store in ***, . and spoke with Al the store manager and he told me there is nothing they could do for me. I told him that even the pro's miss hit shots too. I felt they should have replaced it. I guess if you hit the sweet spot every time, you are good to go. Very disappointing
I wanted to post a thank you to Matt T****, my fitter during my fitting in Scottsdale yesterday
I wanted to post a thank you to Matt T, my fitter during my fitting in Scottsdale yesterday. I had purchased my Gen 2 0311 XF,s a few months ago and wanted to see if they were a proper fit for me or if I needed to tweak the shaft, lie, or go to a different PHX club. Matt asked me what brought me in to get fitted and listened to my response. Rather than the expected hard sell, Matt took the time and showed me respect even though at 76 yrs old I am rather a lost cause when it comes to a perfect (or even close) swing. I did get to try the new 0211's and gained about 10 yrs from my Gen 2's. He even took the time to adjust my woods to my swing even though I had scheduled an iron fitting only. I stayed with what I have, but Matt gave me a tremendous boost in confidence in knowing what I was playing fitted me perfectly. To Matt and all the folks at PXG in Scottsdale, I salute you, as a Viet Nam Army vet. I am proud to be a part of the PXG troops.

Custom clubs are not what I received, despite PXG advertising that they build custom clubs for their customers, a service that is included in their high price tag. My experience with them was to take what they offer at this high price and be content that you're playing with their clubs. The fitting was a constant argument about how I wanted the clubs built. Having played golf at a 10 handicap or lower for over 20 years and with clubs that match my specifications, I believe I understand my game. PXG refused to fit the irons with the shafts I requested, insisting that their chosen shafts were superior. After a lengthy session with the fitter over the phone, he finally agreed to my specifications for loft, lie, and grip size, and my order was placed for Gen 3 players irons. Four weeks later, I received my clubs with a build sheet that did not match the ordered specifications. I had to have all irons adjusted to the correct specs, as many were off by several degrees. The grips were the wrong size and I had to replace them all. PXG offered to correct their mistakes if I paid for return shipping and a fee. It was more economical to have the clubs fixed locally than to risk PXG messing them up again. The customer service and support were terrible, as was the quality control. On a positive note, I do like the heads but will need to replace the shafts this winter when the playing season slows down. Overall, I believe PXG is not worth the price they ask for what you receive. I would not recommend PXG to anyone.
Save your money. They could care less about their customers. Stick with brands that will actually work with you.
I ordered PXG irons. I am out of a $125 return fee for the irons. On the PXG irons, because of the head design, the swingweight cannot be adjusted. Due to mid-size grips and a half-inch reduction in the shaft length, the swingweight decreased from a D0 to a C5. C5 is typically a swingweight for women's clubs or for seniors. My swing speed is too high for this club (C5). I struggled to control the club face and feel I should have been informed about this before making the purchase. I had even called and consulted with a PXG fitter twice before placing my order. PXG refused to waive the 15% fee or the return fee, leaving me out of pocket by $125. A standard men's swingweight for irons is around a D2, but this important piece of information was ignored by PXG. I advise against buying these PXG irons due to the non-adjustable head weight.
Ordered a PXG driver. the online order form asks you the length of the shaft you want. I asked for 45 inch shaft. Club came and shaft is 44 inches long. I email them and they tell me they mean the club length. Why does your order form say shaft length and not club length then. They tell me I can return the club for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping there and back for the replacement. I told them I can buy the exact shaft with grip and pxg tip for less. They responded back to me that they would wave 30 dollars for the club return to me. LOL I can sell the shaft they sent originally online as used for 50 dollars. Really is misleading. If you order a driver from them understand they mean club length not shaft length even if their order form says different. I have never had an issue with any of their competitors when I have ordered a 45 inch shaft. Really a poor response on an obvious issue with their online order form. Words matter and written words matter more. The fact that they refuse to correct their error is a warning for anyone thinking of ordering from this company.
After looking at a friends clubs, I recently bought a full bag promo package of PXG irons and *** for about $3200 (same price as my friend
After looking at a friends clubs, I recently bought a full bag promo package of PXG irons and *** for about $3200 (same price as my friend paid about a month back). PXG shipped me different hybrid club then my friend and when I asked them to correct it and send me the same club as him, I was told that my friend had got different club by mistake. If I want the same, I can return my club, pay shipping and 15% restock fee and then reorder the other club with higher price. I havent even hit my clubs and they are still in the box as delivered yesterday. PXG customer service is arrogant and just doesnt care about how a customer feels once they have got their money. I feel let down and wont recommend anyone else to buy PXG. PXG rep had initially copied my golf club head pro on my order and I will ensure that I share this customer service experience with my club pro so PXG isnt welcome in our club and thereby save my fellow club members from such poor customer service.
I probably should have read these reviews before following through with the purchase. I have a similar issue. Bought a driver less than 30 days ago, and with the price you pay; if you top a ball or two you'd expect the club to hold up. Mine did not, and I was told it is not covered under warranty, nor can it be returned damaged. It is sad when a Veteran who started this company doesn't take care of either active duty or veterans. Save to say I would never recommend PXG to any one from this point forward.
is the worst. I placed my order on May 14th. I was told my golf bag would arrive in the first week of June. I selected that particular model of bag because the rep said it was in stock. When it did not arrive, I called to find out the estimated delivery date. After many calls, I was told that a shipment of bags was arriving at the end of June. When I called to find the status I was told that the shipment was delayed. I asked for an ETA and they offered a refund (I did not ask for one). They did not offer a specific number so I sent them an email with my estimate which included shipping for which I had already paid and taxes. They responded with a restocking fee of 15% and no mention of shipping or taxes. A restocking fee? I had not even received the shipment and neither had PXG! Absurd. I asked to speak with a manager (rep always referred back to his manager) and he refused. I sent several emails with no estimated date. I contacted my local rep who offered to follow up but did not get any meaningful response. Several emails later and no estimated delivery date, on July 29th I received an anonymous unsigned email from PXG notifying me that the bag was on backorder. Really! I forwarded the email to my local rep and he promised to follow up. On Aug 19th I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply that a shipment was coming in "next week". On August 30th I contacted my local rep who said there was a shipment on the way. Asked whether one of those bags was for me, he said "my fingers are crossed".I think these guys are clueless when it comes to customer service. Had they told me back in June that it would be September (or whenever) I would have been more satisfied. Meanwhile they should have reversed charges on my credit card until the bag shipped. Highly unlikely to order any item from PXG in the future. Good clubs, bad customer service.
I would not even rate them with one star. They claim you have 30 days to try the club, then they charge a 15% restocking fee. You also lose your initial shipping cost, which is way too high, plus you have to cover the cost of shipping the item back. So, you end up losing about 100 dollars just for a free trial of the club. It's a total rip-off; this is a bad company with no class.
I purchased the Proto driver, a complete set of irons including wedges in early spring. Two weeks later, I discovered the full bag promotion on their website. I called the company, and they agreed to honor the promotion, so I returned to the store, paid the difference, and also invested an additional $250.00 for an upgrade to the black leather stand-up bag.
After using the bag exclusively on the back of a cart, I noticed that one of the legs was broken. I reached out to PXG and provided them with the pictures they requested. Subsequently, I received an email informing me that the issue did not fall under warranty and that I would be responsible for the $30.00 repair fee plus the cost of shipping. Having already spent nearly $3000.00 on clubs and accessories, I was taken aback by their insistence that I cover the repair costs. I am certain that I did nothing to cause the damage to the leg and am adamant about not paying PXG any additional fees.
Regrettably, I had persuaded my cousins and a very good friend to purchase these clubs. In total, we have invested over $8000.00 with PXG. Their stance over a $30.00 fee will ultimately cost them $20,000.00 in future sales from us. I've decided to return to using Ping products. I will get the bag repaired locally and make it a point to inform others that this company, in my experience, seems more interested in taking your money than standing behind their products.

I purchased a [protected] driver in June
I purchased a [protected] driver in June. It took *** two weeks to build a club. No I understand that Im not the only person buying clubs and irons. But you would think it would not take that long to put a club together. So it gets shipped from *** and went to *** at *** it stayed and did not ship for 5 days. *** said must be bad label or lost. Possible it was sent back no one knew? Then it showed up in MO. It sat for 6 more days with no movement. After six days it tracked to *** then ***. All total it took over two weeks to arrive. When delivered I was told I needed to check the package because it just didnt look right. It was very soft and limp. When opened it was very wet inside. Apparently it had been in water and still had water in it. The driver said he didnt load his truck so never saw the package. I contacted *** and was told to take pictures and send them to ***. Nothing happened and I dried out the driver and cover and tried to use the club. Just not happy and *** had been no help. *** never buy a peg club again and will go with
ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY GOLF CLUBS DIRECTLY FROM PXG
Just bought a new set of PXG 0211 DC clubs 5-pw a week ago from PXG and wow, what an experience! Upon opening the box, 4 out of the 6 irons were damaged with scuffs and scratches. It's surprising since it comes directly from the manufacturer. Their inspection process somehow let these clubs through. And that's only half the story. Contacted customer service to explain the issue and thought it was resolved. Sent the whole set back to PXG, following what I believed was the correct process. Days later, I received my PXG box with only 4 clubs - two were missing. Contacted customer service again, expressing my frustration. They said they'd call back in 30 minutes... it's been 3 hours! Be cautious with this company if you order directly from PXG. Terrible customer service and product quality. Here are the pics of the marked clubs. For the price paid, I expected perfection, meaning free of any blemishes. This also affected my tournament and league play commitments. Thanks, PXG, for an awful experience!

Custom clubs NOT, PXG advertising states they build Custom clubs for their customers that's service is added to their high price tag. My experience with them is take what we have at this high price and be happy that your playing our clubs. The fitting was a. Constant argument about how I wanted the clubs built, I have played golf at a 10 hcp or lower for 20+ years and I have played clubs with my specs, I think I know my game. PXG would not shaft the irons with the shafts I wanted, told the shafts they use were as good if not better NOT. After long session with fitter (phone) he finally agreed to my specs for loft, lie and grip size my order was placed for Gen 3 *** players irons. 4weeks later received my clubs with build sheet that was not what the specs were ordered. Had to have all irons bent to proper specs, all irons were off many by several degrees. Grips were wrong size and needed to re-grip all irons. PXG would fix their mistakes if I paid for return shipping and a fee. Was cheaper to do the fixing of the clubs locally than to have PXG s*** them up again. Terrible customer service and customer support and Terrible quality control. One positive is I do like the heads but will need to re-shaft this winter when playing slows down. Overall I think PXG is not worth the price they are asking for what you get. Would not recommend PXG to anyone.
Trusted their "phone fitting" offer so ordered full bag GEN4 clubs (14 clubs, max * wedges)
Trusted their "phone fitting" offer so ordered full bag GEN4 clubs (14 clubs, max wedges).Through the phone, I made changes to my order a couple of times (all before they start putting it together so all was fine) I finally arrived at 12 clubs and 2 SGII wedges. The wedges are most expensive in the set hence the limit of *.When I received the set, 1 of the wedge was wrong. Ordered *** and received *** instead. They offered to send a label to replace the 54 with the 56. Before accepting this, I asked for a few alternate options, including paying for the hybrid in full to have my Full Bag deal with wedges and keep the hybrid as well (no free club, just paying extra for a 15th club). They said no to that.I then asked, fine, just send me the label to replace the 54 with the 56 for me.They now say they've reviewed and won't replace the club because I told their agent I want to keep the wedges and get a 58. NO I DID NOT SAY THAT. It isn't hard to re-listen to the recording, but no, they chose to believe some nonsense like that and decide not to fix their mistake that they admitted.Basically now I'm stuck with wrong wedges. They won't fix the order and have not confirmed either way. This has been weeks. For paying *** for a new set of club, how great it is to be stuck with wrong clubs and seller won't replace?!Oh, restocking fee for the full bag deal is 50%.

Exceptional service to the community is appreciated
Service to the community is appreciated. His dedication to his brother and fellow Marines is to be congratulated. His story and his company's story is a wonderful success story. What is not to be applauded is PXG's horrible customer service. The incidents I've experienced are too long to duplicate here (I've written the story in other forums). Once you buy your clubs, you're on your own. They make a big deal about the weight system, but just try to get a particular swing weight for your irons. Even though I was told they would help me, they wanted $50 labor and $60 shipping. This was to correct their error. Then, to top it off, they actually wrote that they couldn't guarantee all my irons would have the correct weights. PXG, dump your service manager. Your company has the worst service policies I've dealt with. I'll be glad to provide a rundown of what your customer service policies are doing to your brand. I'm afraid your clubs will crash once the buzz wears off. When it does crash, it will be a drop off the cliff because you are not building customer loyalty. I was so frustrated with PXG I just sold my Gen 4 irons 6-GW and 52 & 56 wedges. I sold them for $1,200 just to get rid of them. Bye bye PXG. I'll buy more if and when I hear the company has changed its policies and begins treating customers with respect instead of like unwanted guests at a golf course trying to save a dime.

I am a loyal customer of a renowned golf brand, having bought a driver, two hybrids, and irons in 2020
I am a loyal customer of a renowned golf brand, having bought a driver, two hybrids, and irons in 2020. The irons' swing weights were slightly off, so I had them adjusted by my local club builder. This wasn't a major issue, and I used the clubs for almost a year. In June , I upgraded to a new set of irons, fitted at a local studio with excellent service. However, my iron game weakened after using the new clubs. Assuming it was an adjustment period, I didn't worry until a month later when my club builder found every iron had specification flaws. The lies and lofts were all incorrect, with some irons deviating by 3 degrees. The ordered specs were 2 degrees flat. After having them corrected by a local pro, my game improved. I informed the manufacturer of the quality issues and the cost to fix them, seeking a credit and further compensation. Their response was disappointing, suggesting I return the clubs for inspection, despite them being already fixed. I expressed my dissatisfaction and decided to no longer support the brand due to their declining quality control and lack of empathy. I advise others to verify new clubs' specs with a master club builder. I've since removed the brand's accessories from my gear and will not endorse them further.
I have been having issues with this company and cannot get them to resolve my issue
I have been having issues with this company and cannot get them to resolve my issue. I like their irons and decided to fly to Scottsdale to get fitted. Prior to flying, I called to confirm that they would have their newest equipment available to me as it had recently been released. They informed me that it would. I arrived at my appointment only to find that with wedges and woods were not available for left handed golfers. They were very apologetic. Because there was a "full bag promo", I decided to purchase clubs hoping that the woods and wedges would work out. Once I received that clubs, I determined that one of the wedges was not gapped appropriately and the woods were not effective. I returned them and was told I had to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. This upset me since it was their fault that this had to be done. I was also told that they cannot simply exchange clubs. Because I had no idea what woods/shaft etc would work, I did not reorder those but I knew that I needed a 54 wedge. When I called to order, I asked if I could get the new wedge for the same price as the one I returned, once again bc it was PXG's fault that this happened. The person I talked to understood the situation and said he would ask his managers and call me back in a couple of hours. I never heard back. Several days later I called again to figure out the status and spoke with someone new. I told him my story and he agreed that something should be done. This person told me the original person I spoke with was working the next day and he would leave a message to have him call me since he in theory already spoke with management. Once again, I never received a phone call. So I called again and spoke with someone new again. I told this person my story and she understood and said she would try to find out what was going on. She put me on hold and eventually came back and told me that PXG decided to not honor the original price and that I would have to pay more for the 54 wedge than the 56 that I returned. This floored me. I already spent nearly $300 on restocking fees and shipping for a mistake that PXG made, not me! So I asked this person to have management call me and she took down my number and told me she passed it along. THEY NEVER CALLED! Their customer service on the surface is great. The people I talked to at least gave me the impression that they understood that PXG was at fault but their management is horrible. They simply did not care that they screwed up and had no problem expecting me to pay for their mistake.

Rusting shafts on all pxg 0211 irons
I originally contacted PXG back on 1/10/2023 when I noticed small pin sized rust dots on all of my irons. On 1/15/2023, PXG sent me a label so that I could send my irons in to be re-shafted under warranty. Fast forward to 8/9/2024, while cleaning my clubs after a round of golf, I noticed the same pin rust spots on my irons again. That same day, I notified...

My husband and I recently purchase clubs from you. The fitting was great. I bought 4 woods and my husband bought a complete set. There was a promotion on at the time where if you bought a complete set, you would receive a bag.
He bought the woods and then 3 days later the rest of the set. They wouldn’t honor the bag because the purchase was split.
We are both single digit handicaps that play a lot of golf year round. We are also Canadians, so this purchase was 40% more than if we lived here. I know it’s not your fault that our dollar is what it is right now but to not give a bag with a $5100 order is in my opinion pretty cheap.
We are impressed with your product but not your customer service. Order #SO-1123199

I recently bought a driver for $229.00, then it was listed at $199.00
I recently bought a driver for $229.00, later it was listed at $199.00. I called PXG and spoke to a representative who said they couldn't refund my money but offered a $30 credit valid until September 30. When I called to use it on 9/30, I was informed the credit was not being honored.

On 8/15 I ordered a new Gen 4 driver and paid $356 and some change
On 8/15 I ordered a new Gen 4 driver and paid $356 and some change. On 10/2 I hit a drive and the shaft broke about 6 inches below the grip. I called customer service. After describing what happened I was told that there would be no problem because the break occurred within normal play and was asked to send some pictures. I sent the pictures and then got a response 3 days later that said after looking at the pictures they would not warranty my club because of the location of the break. I replied asking them to call me because it felt like they were saying I did something to break the club. After waiting, I contacted them today and was told that because it did not break near the hosel it was not covered. I have played for 30 years and have never had a club break before. The shaft is defective. I still own previous drivers that I played for years that haven't broken. This seems like a recurring issue with the company. I wanted a new shaft but not now. Now I want a refund.

I visited PXG to get my son a Gen4 Full Bag and left satisfied, until a week later.
I visited PXG to get my son fitted for a Gen4 Full Bag and left very satisfied, until a week later. Ordered 14 clubs including an 0811X Driver, 0341X 3 Wood, 0311XP Irons, Sugar Daddy Wedges, Battle Ready Putter, a stretch fit cap and the carry stand bag. My clubs arrived within a week, exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, my hat and bag didn't. I contacted PXG and received an update. Both items are on backorder with no timetable for delivery, possibly up to 3 months, and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is frustrating since we don't have the bag for the clubs or the hat that was part of the deal. All I'm told is to be patient and they are sorry. So PXG has my money and I have to give my son his clubs without a bag and hat, not knowing when they will arrive.

I went to a PXG fitting to get the best fit clubs for my golf abilities
I went to a PXG fitting to get the best fit clubs for my golf abilities. I hit my owned clubs then fitted for PXG clubs. I stated at the fitting that Ive always used stiff shat shafts and that if I had miss hits they were from hitting off the toe of the club. I received my new clubs that didnt perform the way I thought they would. I relayed my concerns that the clubs werent the best fit for me. I asked for the information from the fitting to see what clubs were used and their performance. I was told that information is not saved. I was scheduled to return to fitter to recheck. I hit the old and new clubs then asked to assemble a club matching the old clubs. The fitter gave me that set up and mislead me to think it didnt out perform the clubs I bought. I requested a copy of the information on the clubs I hit from the second fitting. The club that I asked that matched my old set clearly out performed the set I was sold. I lost almost 700 dollars returning the clubs because of shipping and restocking fees. I feel that I shouldnt have to loose money on an inferior product that should have been corrected.

31 Dec 2021 - ordered golf clubs, received them, had issues, and sought a refund.
31 Dec 2021 - ordered a set of golf clubs (5-PW). By 10 Jan 2022, I received the golf clubs. On 14 Jan, I tested the swing weight and consulted with PXG about potential upgrades. I declined their offer to upgrade to Gen 4 irons for an additional $1000 and requested a refund. On 4 Feb, PXG informed me they needed to issue a check due to my expired credit card. Despite providing updated expiration dates, they insisted on a check. By 18 Feb, I had not received the refund and contacted PXG multiple times without success. On 3 Mar, I was told a check was approved and mailed. By 17 Mar, still no check, I visited the PXG store and was directed to call their service number. On 18 Mar, I drove to PXG Corporate, only to find no one available to assist. Despite courteous staff, I've been unable to get a response from the finance department for 6 weeks and am still awaiting my refund.

I played with this club 12 times since receiving it and the crown or top of club came loose. This is second complaint filed and have not heard back from PXG as yet. I am interested in getting it fixed or replaced. Please let me know because I need a good driver.
