The "hassle free returns" was a total joke. They offered to like send me a return label for fedex but the nearest drop box was over 70 miles away. Like, seriously?!
I like totally complained and asked to talk to a supervisor. But like it was no use, he said to me "I take calls like this every day, we have a lot of complaints with this policy but there is nothing else I can do, you can either use our return label or purchase your own". Like, really dude? That's your solution, neither one was like "hassle free" at all.

Weird thing is, the club they sent me was used, but that's neither here nor there. I printed the return label off anyway, knowing they'd take almost eight bucks from my refund for it. What really rankled my feathers was finding out they only refunded 79% of what I paid, shipping and handling included. I gave those guys a holler to find out what the deal was and the rep told me that their policy is to dock a minimum of 10% for usage. They even went 5% above the minimum and wouldn't pay me back the $12.99 for shipping and handling. When I dug in my heels and mentioned that they sent me a used club to start with, the rep acted like I'm the one who screwed the pooch. The whole conversation was like talking to a brick wall and I ended up paying $65.98 - to be clear, that's for the restocking fee and shipping - for a USED club.
Save yourself some grey hairs and don't even bother with these guys. I know I sure won't be!
