This service is repulsive. I redeemed my gift card only to find that the majority of hotels that are offered are outdated and poor quality. When I finally went to bite the bullet to make a reservation, the website changed the date. I was on hold for an hour, being passed from one "department" to another, trying to get the date of my reservation changed...

My brother was stuck in Manchester with no were to stay I looked on global hotel and they showing availably for a hotel so bought the gift card on Clearpay as it was a emergency tried to book the hotel it was saying error so I phoned the hotel and said no rooms available. I have been trying to get a refund as I owe my brother the money and I am being told there will be no refund we are on Benfit’s and we don’t go on holiday through to me catching any infections the card has 400 balance and is no use to us
Desired outcome: Please refund because the card is no good and we are already in financial difficulty

I bought e-coupons for the Expedia Global Hotel Card worth $350, after checking the hotel's price on the Expedia hotels website. Once I got the e-coupons, I could not use them on the general Expedia hotels website and have to have to go to a different website from the same company called globalhotelcard.com. On this site, the same hotel and the same room costs $100 more. I have requested the company to solve this issue multiple times and they just make lame excuses and lie to not solve the issue. I believe that this is malpractice and against fair pricing.
Desired outcome: 1. Either give me the same rates for the hotel2. Refund my e-coupons

I book the hotel by using 3 of my egift cards from expedia group. Total of egift cards = $400. I had to cancel the hotel and move the reservation one day forward. I was told by your agent that after 24 hours the balance on your gifts cards will be back. I checked the balance after 24 hours and it's was $0 on all my cards. I called to the customer support . I spent 2 hours by talking with 8 different agents who couldn't help and just gave me the same number I need to call while I was already using that number . It's just awful how much time I lost and nobody could help. I checked my cards balance onhttps://www.showmybalance.com/ and it says : Security Restrictions prevent checking the balance on multiple cards... Now my egift cards even blocked. Of course I sent an email with all details and my Itinerary ID and explain I need to rebook my hotel but I have $0 balances on my cards when it will be return back. I've got an answer only on the next day ..and it was nothing helpful in the response . They asked please provide booking id BUT I already sent you my Itinerary ID, you can by using that info. I provided all info of my 3 gift cards, all screenshots and now I'm gonna wait again for one day until they will response me. I need to book hotel tomorrow but it seems that it's no customer support in this company regarding egift cards. No phone for the support, agents that lie about information, if you don't know something just say I don't know but do not say the balance will be back in 24 hours. It's terrible situation when nobody can help you!

I have found the website www.globalhotelcard.com. I thought that I found a good deal, because I had some discounted gift cards and I thought that I could use two or even three cards, but it turned out that I could use only one card per transaction. Also, I didn’t like the layout of the website and in order to get some results, I needed to fill long form. In my opinion, it was very inconvenient.
I booked an hotel with Global hotel card however due to an issue contacted them only to be find ti send them an email which i did and no one answered until the booking was voided and i lost my money . They have no phone number nothing .
