Worst customer service agent I've ever had. In life. His name was supposedly Israel, he very clearly asked for my social security number, his phone suddenly became difficult to hear and but I could hear him. I told him that I got a deposit and a debit for the exact same amount on the very same day. He told me to go to my local office, his tone was pompous and rude and offered zero resource or resolution. Great job for someone to have if they're gathering social security numbers.
Claimed loss: 162.00 was deducted the same day it was deposited. Deposit was from the deadbeat.
