The system chargers me to speak with a customer service representative and the representatives are not that helpful. You have to do the absolute most to contact a customer service representative. I forget a security question that asked me what was my favorite number so I can send a bank transfer since I couldn't remember my the security question answer they locked that feature and many others including changing my password I called and spoke with someone and they told me my card is working just fine and they can cancel this card and send me a new card when I only want to unlock my online bank transfer feature I asked to be transferred to someone who could better assist me I was told nobody could help me because I should be the only person who knows my security question yes that is correct but shouldn't there be a way to reset or change it if ever I forget it but he says no he can't see anything but my online account clearly reads access is locked and as I said they charge you EVERY TIME you need to speak with a representative
Desired outcome: I need easier access and more helpful people working for customer service because why do I have to go through so much and pay to get help with my account that has MY money in it
