GO2bank review: This company will take your $. St8 up. They are rude and faulty and dishonest. Don't learn the hard way like I and 98% of go2 banks customers.

Even after I sent photos of me holding my ID, then me holding my old go2 bank card, and other documents that proved my identity due to someone stealing my wallet and losing access to my account. They decided to still close my account and say I would receive a check by mail for the remaining balance just over $3000. I've been waiting since April 1, 2024, and today is May 28,2024. Still no sign of my check. Ultimately I know I am going to file a lawsuit which is fine. But this company has 0 credibility. I feel like this company manipulated me to prove that it was my account. The next think I know my address and phone number was changed and someone tried to use the card with Google but luckily my card was locked. Not only this, but their customers service sucked. Not one person could speak clear English, nor would they let me talk to a manager because someone changed my account phone number and address (which was probably someone that worked within go2). The whole process from start to finish just made my life miserable and hard as possible. And like I said I still haven't got my check and it's been almost 2 months since they claim that they closed my account. Legally they will pay for this. U can bring your money to the bank on that. Just make sure it's not go2 or green dot. God bless
