Just placed my 6th or 7th order from Goggles4U. I did have one issue with my very first order but it was taken care of quickly and a new pair sent. I finally talked my wife into trying Goggles4U and she ordered two pair of progressive glasses one with tint and one clear. She has been wearing those for about a month and a half and is so pleased that she ordered another pair today. I am thrilled because she has always ordered her glasses from the eye doctor and they typically cost $700-$800 a pair. By using coupon codes on Goggles4U she has spent a total of about $165 for three pairs all with progressive lenses. Manufacture and shipping does take some time but I couldn't be happier!

Goggles4U.com Best glasses I ever purchased

Best glasses I ever purchased. I stopped purchasing glasses from my eye doctor because they were extremely overpriced even with insurance! Ever since I purchased 4 new glasses from goggles4u, I haven't bought from anywhere else since. They have extremely low priced frames and they do it's job. I entered my prescription manually and the lenses are literally the same as my glasses I had from my eye doctor. I'm not even gonna lie. I always lose my glasses but ever since I bought from goggles4u I can have as many backup glasses as I want. I bought 4 glasses and it was all under $100. They always give promo codes and specials. So I am deeply satisfied with my experiences with goggles4u.

I purchased a pair of glasses online took about 1 month to get and I could not see out of them ,the prescription was totally off .so I called and they said they could do another pair of progressive lenses for 45 more dollars and would be about a month ,it is now going on 2 months and I haven't heard I thing ,I called them and they said they sent me an email a month ago ,which I never got to tell me it would cost more money,why didn't they call me they have my phone # ,I told them I want my money back it is almost 3 months .i have a pair of glasses I can't see out of and I am out 70.00. please don't use this company .buyer beware they are terrible,I am a salesperson for 35 yrs And I never experienced such poor customer servicel

Repeat customer here. My husband and I have several pairs of glasses from Goggles4U that we are very happy with. Yes, you don't get the one-hour service that you can get elsewhere, but you also don't have to pay ridiculously high prices either. Our prescriptions have always been correct. You have to measure your own PD, but if you're uncomfortable measuring that yourself, you can get it from the provider of your last pair of glasses. They don't volunteer the information, but they will give it to you if you ask. Also, you have to adjust the fit of the glasses yourself once you receive them. Not a big deal. You can save a ton of money if you act as your own optician. I have dealt with their customer service when I had an issue with a pair I received that had a defect, and they were wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Goggles4U.com I ordered one pair on June 23

I ordered one pair on June 23. To date (July 21) have not received glasses yet. I emailed them asking for the status of my order and got this reply: We would like to inform you that your order has been shipped from our production facility and is currently in-transit to our UK facility. As soon as it is received there, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail and will be delivered to you accordingly. In case of further assistance feel free to reach us back. Just got on "live chat" asking for an updated status and was told that the production facility is in Thailand. I asked to cancel the order and told that was impossible. Replied with "It's been a month so I'll wait a little longer" and stated that if it takes another month, I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company. Derek said "ok" and left the chat. I think I've been scammed!

I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago and have been told for a week that they are in "final production". I chatted with Eddie (a supervisor) and he stated that that response was the general response their representatives give to their customers. Even though it's been in final production for a week now he stated it could be one, two or three weeks. He couldn't give me a time frame. If there is a delay in getting materials and production, please tell customers that. We as consumers, appreciate that more than being mislead. Partial refund on shipping and still no eta on production time. Eddie stated that I can report it and leave negative feedback but it will not make much difference because other's will leave positive feedback hence making my reporting redundant. To me as a customer, that is intimidation and a threat. VERY dissatisfied. DO NOT ORDER!

Goggles4U.com I've had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company

I've had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. I was blown away when my glasses arrived but then let down over and over as the frames cracked and broke. I bought an inexpensive single vision pair to try out the service. I really liked them so I ordered some bifocals. I stopped wearing the others when I got them. The bifocals cracked after a few months as did the original pair but I didn't say anything about them since goggles4u offered to replace my bifocals without charge. I was thrilled then the replacement pair broke after a few months and they replaced them again. In between I bought a pair of no line bifocals to use on special occasions. I had to start using them once everything else was broken. At this point all these glasses (5 pair) are cracked or broken. They didn't want to offer a refund of the original bifocals until I wouldn't back down from asserting they gave me defective merchandise. They finally consented to a refund which I still haven't seen after a month. Unless you are only looking to have your glasses for only a few months, DON'T BUY FROM GOGGLES4U!

don't waste your hard earned money to get glasses from them as they are more expensive then the other guys or the optician ,i ordered my glasses from them and they were totally off from my prescription , i was not able to read the near things clearly ,when contacted goggles4u. they accepted they there might be fault in making the glasses and they will make me a new pair and instead of replacing me glasses with the new pair ,they asked me for more money ,when i was asked why i have to pay more when i already paid for that ordered ,after couple of emails i was told that i was not charged for my prescription when i ordered my glasses ,so i asked how come you guys made me glasses when i didn't paid for them ,like seriously ,i paid the total amount including the shipping cost ,any now they denied to replace my glasses and said they will refund my money ,and now they want me to ship the garbage glasses to them and pay shipping again to get my money refund back ,please don't let people take your hard earned money to take away that easily ,i will suggest don't waste your money and time EditDelete Share Reply

My sister ordered glasses from Goggles4U based on my recommendation on 25 September , the order was first sent to a state up North, called about it they sent a second order out to here and was told she could keep both pairs of glasses. As of 4 December we still do not have any glasses, they have been sitting somewhere since 22 November , as the tracking code stated it was out for delivery at 7:10 am, the next posting was also on 22 November and it stated "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in ATLANTIC BEACH, FL XXXXX on November 22, at 10:06 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." My sister still does not have her glasses as of 7:06 pm on 4 December . I spoke to customer service and will not give her a refund until they find the glasses, we both are senior citizens on limited incomes, and she needs her money. I will not personally purchase any more glasses from them and will also send out a message to every person I have recommended them to, since Goggles4U is not interested in taking care of the customer, also believe me I would not have given them 1 star if I did not have to do so.

First of all nobody at this company remotely acts like they know what they are doing, not that they have ever worked in this job before. Customer service is terrible! They constantly lie, intentionally. Also the representatives have no idea about their inventory and which services are offered. I was told that I couldn't get photochromatic on my lenses because they were too thick. I paid to have the thinnest lenses possible on two pairs, but that $82 charge twice was not added to my lenses. I paid extra because one of my eyes is worse than the other and my glasses would appear crooked on my face. But both lenses together would be so heavy that they are not usable. I very highly doubt that the other additions as far blue light and digital protection were added either. This company stopped responding to me after I waited much longer to recieve my glasses, than what was paid for and guaranteed by this company. After asking for them to stop my order, I was refused multiple times my request to cancel this order. I was eventually told that I would recieve a refund and to wait for a call but the call never came through. This company is scam. They need to refund me for not completing my order and not following what was ordered on the invoice. I don't want to have any more problems with these guys, I'm just waiting over a week for my phonecall and responses from the company.

N. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. I purchased 5 pair of glasses on 05/31 didn't. get them till the week of June the 11th. Tried on the first pair and I couldn't see out of them, I called and stated I wanted a refund and was told I needed to scan them a copy of my prescription and it must be from a DR and I asked why? I didn't see anywhere on their site where it states I needed to do that to purchase them, This is another way to prolong the wait so they can run your 15 day warranty down! I asked what if I had said, I didn't like them or they didn't fit my face, they could not answer me. They know it will take a long time to get these glasses by the time you get them and try them your warranty is expired! As, a consumer I should have the right to return any product within the time frame for a refund! How do I know they wont lie and say I put in the wrong prescription #, I could barely understand the agent, this company has got to be in China, I was transferred to a so call manager and it was like he was reading from script! I want a REFUND! This company needs to be shut down.. By, the time I get to the DR to get a copy the warranty will be expired! The warranty starts from the day of the invoice this is a joke, because it toke 9 to 10 days for them to arrive.They are robbing consumers the reason I ordered them was because I couldn't get an appointment to get a new exam because they were so booked up, from just reopening due to the pandemic.

I ordered several pair of prescription... We ordered & purchased several pair of prescription eye wear .for my wife & myself. The company just can't get it right. The pair purchased before this pair have the wrong prescription .. So we were blamed for incompetence . It took about a month to get her glasses through shipping... only to find out they were exactly the right frames & lenses. ,," just not the right prescription . Well we contact customer service.. they said send them back for an additional $15.00 and they would make a new pair. . Well told customer service we did not have another month to wait on glasses. So they agreed to give us a credit of $40.00 how they arrived at this total of $40.00 we do not know. So if we pay $15 for ship and the glasses cost without discount around $114.00 . So we decided to re-order hoping for correction what choice do we have. We were leaving for a couple of weeks and really needed the eye wear . So we ordered thinking they would get them back to us quicker and credit the account as promised. So we gave them an additional $114 dollars. No credit to this day.. After paying the additional $114 they sent the new glasses the frames were right..the prescription were right the lenses were wrong . I mean really. I have a larger list of wrong then right. I try to give the benefit of doubt but honestly. please do yourself a favor use your local eye care in your neighborhood. You will knock of a lot of wasted time and money. You can waste your money on this mail order company ..." Us personally" we will not waste another dime. Good Luck !

Goggles4U.com Bought glasses March 18th

Bought glasses March 18th. Didn't receive them until April 14th. Soooo I paid for "expedited shipping" which means absolutely nothing to this company. You'll get them when you get them. I cant drive at night without my glasses and I lost mine on a trip visiting family. So I needed some asap. Ordered. My order was stuck processing. I contacted multiple customer service reps and was told by 2 to "wait a few more days" no actual update on my glasses after expressing how I needed them. I emailed was basically told the same thing and they explained my glasses take 14 to 21 days to process then will be shipped and will get here when they do from THAILAND. I paid to get them quickly. Obviously that was a waste of money so I asked for a refund on shipping. They gave me partial. More time went on I called again asking what was going on. They said my glasses were chipped on 2 separate occasions and had to be reshipped to start over. I wasn't notified at all the multiple times I tried getting an update on my order. This is horrible customer care and customer service. I should have been notified something was wrong with my order and itll take longer. I was upset so they decided to grace me with the rest of the refund for shipping. I ordered 2 pairs. One regular prescription one prescription sunglasses. The clear prescription glasses make me so sick i can't even walk in them. They were emailing back and forth after I expressed how upset I was that after all that hassle the prescription is wrong. I called and I asked for a refund they were really resilient but I received a full refund. A few days later I gave the sunglasses a try again and not only is the prescription completely wrong on these as well but they're made so horribly the WIND knocked out a lense. It just flew out of my frame. Literally. Do not waste your money on this company for something you depend on such as prescription glasses. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

This will be a long review - I purchased 2 pairs rimless progressive glasses and they broke right at the place where the screws go in - so they replaced them with another 2 pairs and these as well broke within a few months At exactly the same spots at the screws and when I reached out to them about this - saying that there is a manufacturing defect and that the lenses break at the spot where the screws they did not have a reply to this and they said that they cannot do anything as the glasses were out of warranty ( later came to know that the warranty is for 3 months ) and that they cannot keep on replacing - they kept saying that they had already gone over and beyond to replace them - they NEVER EVER TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD NOT CHOOSE RIMLESS - almost after 15 to 20 emails back and forth - and my insistence to talk to the owner I was finally given a managers name and email ( they have their reasons for not giving these out ) and *** the manager tells me that either he can refund the amount or he can only exchange rimless in single vision and the reading glasses in another rimless frame - which ofcourse did not work for me as I need progressive - He was unable to provide a satisfactory answer as to why would the lens make a difference for rimless ? And that I can get progressive if I choose with rim glasses - And then they wanted me to ship the broken ones back to them ( from CANADA) and once I sent them - they say refund on credit card is not possible , so it was a store credit -although I selected 2 rim frames - they are huge and I am not happy but they are treating this issue differently and linking the past issue - when I went to request them to exchange them , they said they have already done exchanges in the past and that they are LOOSING MONEY - this situation would not have arisen if they had done the right thing first time and now they don't want to refund me the money I spent - It's been back and forth with the customer service and they keep insinuating that i am breaking the glasses - and then they keep hiding behind their 3 months warranty - the supervisor says we have to report with 15 days if there is an issue but what happens if the glasses break within a few months - ? THEY TOOK A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION AND THEN another 7 weeks to process the exchange and then claim that the issue is more than a year old. VERY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE - BETTER SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND CHOOSE A COMPANY STANDING BEHIND ITS PRODUCTS .

Goggles4U.com Original purchase was made on January 4, 2022

Original purchase was made on January 4, 2022. Total price, including shipping, = $39.06. I contacted customer service via email first and received no response. So, I tried the chat (***) and was told the factory in *** had discovered a flaw and the glasses had to be remanufactured. Then a few days later, I received a reply from the email that stated the factory was experiencing inventory issues. I asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund. On January 28, I received a refund of $9.95. When I contacted the chat (*** again) this morning (2/4/2022), I was met with evasive answers, long waits between chats, and misinformation. I was told I had agreed to a shipping refund only. Why would I want a refund on the shipping if I wanted to cancel the order? To date, I have received a partial refund of $9.95. I have no glasses. They had supplied me no shipment tracking information. The order statuson their website states "Complete". I would like the remaining $29.11 refunded immediately.

Goggles4U.com I received defective items and was promised refunds

I received defective items and was promised refunds. However, I have yet to receive them. Case I: I ordered eyeglasses in April and received a broken pair. I requested a refund via online chat and the agent agreed on May 16. I followed up about the refund on May 22, but I still haven't received the funds. I am requesting a refund for this order. Case II: I ordered eyeglasses in Oct 2017 and received a stained pair. A replacement was sent, but it never arrived. The company agreed to issue store credit in Oct 2017, but later retracted the credit in May , claiming it was a mistake. I am requesting a cash refund instead of store credit. Goggles4u.com advertises a "100% money back guarantee". However, my experiences in 2017 and 2020 suggest that the website is fraudulent, making false promises, selling defective items, and avoiding responsibility. It is dishonest and unreliable.

I ordered glasses on 3/12. I have yet to receive the medically necessary glasses. I purchased glasses on 3/12 and paid extra for priority shipping as I need glasses to see and function. I never received them, nor did I get any update from the company. I inquired multiple times and was told that they had been shipped on 3/21. I inquired again on 3/29 and was told they HAD ARRIVED IN CALIFORNIA. and I would be updated "soon". I inquired again on 4/2 and was told they are "in transit right now" and to "kindly wait a few more days". On 4/8 I ONCE AGAIN contacted them and was told they will arrive in a California facility in 24 - 48 hours and that I would get tracking information once they arrive in my home state. For a month now I have been getting the run around about the glasses. This has caused me great harm because I kept putting off getting glasses elsewhere due to their communications that the glasses would be arriving. I am legally disabled and on a fixed income and this has caused me great hardship because I dont have the money to buy glasses since I spent my money with this company. Their written shipping policy states 10 - 12 days ( it does NOT specify business days)

Poor Quality Product, Pathetic Delivery & Bad Customer Service Invoice #XXXXXXXXXX Order #XXXXXXXXXX I ordered & prepaid for prescription sun glasses on 02-May-2020 with assurance that these will be delivered within 20 days. After several followups after 20 days, finally got delivery after 38 days, almost double the promised time duration. During this time the customer care had absolutely no clue where in process were the glasses, could never provide a specific & honest reply. After i received the product I found that these were the regular thick lenses whereas i specially paid extra for the super thin lenses. The shading on the lenses was bad. These were made in such a way that lenses could pop out of the frame any time. As usual after several emails to customer care, they finally responded that they need a picture of the product. Instead of confirming from their production they needed a picture from me. I sent it. Finally they admitted it was their mistake but then again I have to struggle a lot to get the refund. I have written them several times but no reply. I have had Delivery, Customer Service, Product Quality & Refund Issues with this company. Please help me to get my refund.

Glasses ordered on 12.07.20 as of 01.08.21 I have not received the glasses. It should not take a month to get glasses delivered. I placed an order on 12.7.20 and as of 01.08.21 I have not received my glasses. My order number is ***. I paid $43.26 with my master card for two pair and I ask them where the order is and they keep saying it's coming. I check the USPS website and the status is the same. I understand with the pandemic mail is slow, but it should not take a month to receive my glasses. They offered to refund me the $5.95 for shipping but that's unacceptable when their website states it could take 14-21 days to receive the glasses. Each time I reached out to customer service, I get the same answer to wait a few more days and I should receive them. I let them know that I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can assist me with getting a refund. I've ordered from this company in the past and did not have any issue with receiving my glasses. When I request a refund, the rep. (***) said that's not their policy and the only thing they can do is send me two more pair of glasses (which will take 14-21 days) or refund the shipping. I would like a refund and I told them I will not be ordering from them again.

Goggles4U.com I ordered two pairs of glasses from Goggles4U on 4/18

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Goggles4U on 4/18. They have still not arrived and I cannot get anywhere with customer service. I have contacted customer services at Goggles4U via chat 5 separate times regarding this order. It has been nearly 6-weeks since I ordered and I was never given any indication that there would be a severe delay in processing and/or shipping. Each time I have reached out to customer service, they are unable to give me a definitive answer as to when these will arrive. Even when they were marked as "shipped" it still gives an inconclusive amount of time for delivery. Customer service has dismissed me every time I've reached out and the last time I asked them what they could do for me and all they said was "We can apologize" and then disconnected the chat without another word. I am appalled by this (lack of) customer service. I realize that the world is having issues regarding COVID-19 but there are many companies out there handling these issues with grace and respect for their customers who are spending their dollars with them. Many of us have uncertainty around our next paycheck and yet this company thinks it's okay to delay shipment and production of their products without so much as alerting the customer! Did they hope I would forget that I ordered these?

glasses ordered never received. *** says tracking number created, not sent. chat with *** said not responsible. I would like glasses or money the following is cut and pasted from *** XXXXXXXXXX 7/19 *** Complete View Order the following is cut and pasted from *** with tracking number: "Label Created, not yet in system A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to *** Check back soon." Engaged in chat with *** who stated this number was too old. My family and neighbors have brought in mail while I was stuck out of the country due to my job and Covid. No problems with other packages or pieces of mail. *** stated that *** mailed thousands of packages and that I am the only one with issue and he could offer no resolution for this *** pair of glasses that I never received. He also said he would send copy of this chat, which I have yet to receive. Almost two months abd still gave not received order I ordered my glasses the 1st of September. It started out with them using the excuse that they got messed up in production and it just got worse from there. Then I thought I was finally getting what I ordered when I had a notification that they had shipped. Like a joke I Received an empty envelope which by the size alone, could never have held 2 pairs of glasses. This led me to believe they were never sent to begin with. Why they would do this is beyond my imagination but I find it odd that I had complained often about not receiving them only to receive an empty package after the multitude of excuses. of course they apologized and said they would redo my order and wouldn't you know it? What I ordered was no longer available. My choices were somewhat limited for the replacements which I also felt was odd considering they had so many to choose from in my original order. This 2nd order has been in so called production for the last 3 weeks. I was told it would take 8 to 10 days total. All I get are excuses and empty promises.. i paid for expedited shipping that they should stop fraudulently offering since it is impossible for them to provide due to being as i now know, OVERSEAS. I now intend to call my credit card company for full refund and let every agency i know learn of their practices.. From everything I have experienced they either have no clue of what they are doing nor do they care or they are completely fraudulent and a hit-or-miss company. They also try to make it seem as though they are out of California but are apparently out of China.

I ordered 2 pairs of progressive prescription eyeglasses from goggles4u.com on December 23, using a discount code provided by goggles4u. I have ordered from them before, and while there were errors with my orders, they were quick to resolve the issue. However, this time, I have encountered multiple problems with my order. First, I only just received it today, nearly 7 weeks after I placed my order. Second, I only received one of the two pairs I ordered. Third, the prescription is completely wrong. When I contacted customer service, they sent me a screenshot with the wrong prescription. They claimed that my second pair of glasses "is on its way" but couldn't give me a timeframe, that the incorrect prescription is what I entered at the time of my order, and that I was only charged for singe-vision lenses. I know that I entered my correct prescription, and that I was charged for progressives, with a discount code to lower the price. I explained this to them, and they adamantly refused to hear me. I asked to speak to a manager, and was informed one was "not available." When I stated I would return the incorrect pair, wanted the second pair canceled, and wanted a refund, only then did they offer to send me a correction--at full price. Only after I reiterated my demand for a refund and informed them I was filing a complaint did they offer to send me the correct prescription at no charge, with a "guarantee that it will arrive within 10-12 business days." This is unacceptable. I believe they pulled a bait-and-switch in an attempt to get more money, and are only offering a solution when facing a filed complaint.

Goggles4U.com Both are defective

Both are defective. Only complained on 1 Promised a refund or replacement for both, now they want more money sent to a *** address with no invoice I didn't complain about the first pair because I didn't notice they fall off my face when looking down. Prescription and transition worked perfect so I just bought another pair with thicker plastic frames and progressive. They cut into the sides behind my ears and it hurts horribly. I can't wear. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Email and response from supervisor?promised replacement for both but when I found a better pair, "designer " just one for both and no promo code offered. They now want more money but sent thru *** and removed my glasses from the cart so no invoice to prove. You can't review on their site fir the glasses ordered because I can never log in and they don't even keep prescriptions on file. Plus they ask for *** extra for 2 hour processing but takes WEEKS to arrive in the mail. I don't think they know what they are doing. All live chat reps just keep asking for more info over and over for hours probably hoping we just give up. With ALL promotions and codes each pair was *** and one was $over *** I had to pay an extra fee before shipment on the first pair because they said maybe to small. They do get the eye prescription, progressive and "transition"right but if we can't wear the frames... anyways...I believe most of their on-site reviews are fake. The real ones are in sitejabber and trust pilot. I didn't complain about the first pair never closing because *** and under is a good deal. Actually, I think they ended up being over *** The pair with cotton ball type stuff is just not ok. Very painful. I have bought 59 or more glasses and NEVER have had the problems I've had with these last pair at least.

Goggles4U.com I received 2 pairs of prescription glasses

I received 2 pairs of prescription glasses. After eventually being able to see my Doctor. He determined both pairs were incorrectly made.Denied refund My order number was XXXXXXXXXX, placed in 12. In 1, I received the first pair on a timely basis. The 2nd pair was ordered and also received on a timely basis. I had a follow up appointment with my Eye Doctor in 3. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic. My appointment was rescheduled in May, unfortunately that appointment was canceled and rescheduled for July . Today, i was seen by Dr. *** During my exam i made him aware of a few issues i was having with both pairs of glasses. He had both pairs analyzed and determined both pairs were made wrong. This was the reason for me having the issues. He typed his findings on his letterhead and signed the letter. Tonight I called customer service spoke to *** and *** who both denied my request to remake or refund my money. The explanation given was totally unacceptable by me. After explaining my problem in detail. Both *** and *** denied my request. They essentially told me the glasses were made correctly and to the prescription submitted. After haggling for over an hour, he offered to sell me 2 new pairs at the same discounted price. A whopping 59% off regular prices. Although this was very kind, it is still unacceptable. They missed the point, if I was able to see my Doctor, I have documentation in writing the glasses was manufactured incorrectly. So either way if I notified them immediately or outside the warranty period. The glasses were deemed faulty. Basically that their factory made them correctly and my Doctor is wrong with his diagnosis. They both said it was out the warranty period. They wouldn't take in the fact, I was unable to see my Doctor on scheduled appointments due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After discounts and a credit. I paid approximately $68 and $75 totally $144 for both pairs.

Goggles4U.com I want a refund

I want a refund. goggles4u is giving me the runaround, saying wait for the product to arrive. I order a pair of glasses on June 26th and received it on July 24th. However, the glass was incorrectly made because it made my right eye blurry. On July 25th I contacted Goggles4u for a refund. A customer support representative offered a replacement. I initially declined because I do not have confidence in their manufacturing quality, and it will take another month to receive it. The customer support representative assured me that the glasses will be made correctly this time, and he will put a priority note on my order so it will only take 10 to 12 working days to received it. Also, I can order a different frame if I want to. I decided to give another shot and ordered with a different frame. On July 26th, I went to local optometry and had them check the glasses to confirm that it is incorrectly made. The optometrist who examined the glasses confirmed that the right lens axis was way off. She suggested that have Goggles4u remade. To be helpful, I contacted Goggles4u and let them know this confirmation. On August 12, I have not received my glasses and noticed that my order status is still under production. I contacted Goggles4u about this issue. They said that due to the system glitch, my RX had not been updated. They have notified production and the production process should start immediately. My RX has never been changed, so there is nothing to "update". Glasses are manufactured in Asian country somewhere. Even if they make and ship the glasses immediately, it will take another two weeks to receive it, which means that it is taking a month to receive my order from the order date. This was the exact situation I wanted to avoid. That is why I wanted a refund in the first place. I requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Now, they responded and said that my order was indeed forwarded to their production department on July 28th. However, there is a backlog that causes the delay. All they do is lie after lie after lie. I replied and reiterated that the promised date has already been passed *** the glasses will not be here any time soon. I just want my money back. I have not heard back from them. I do not want to deal with Goggles4U anymore.

2 PAIR OF GLASSES HAVE BEEN LOST IN THE "MAIL" SINCE 25 SEPTEMBER. 1 PAIR OF GLASSES WERE TO BE FREE PER ***, REFUSED REFUND & GLASSES I have ordered many pairs of glasses from Goggles4U and service has been great, my sister on the other hand has not any service what's so ever. Order # *** and a promised Order # ***. The original order # *** was made in 25 September , and landed in some state up north, I gave her you email and told her how helpful you were with me. The second order was another pair of glasses that you were going to order for *** failed and apparently failed to do so. I have referred so many people to Goggles4U, now I am wondering why and I soon will have a new prescription for my glasses. What will it take to make a pair and overnight them to her address or to mine, really, I think you owe her two pairs because she was informed by you to keep the first pair and you would order another pair for her at Goggles4U? Please advise me ASAP what you are going to do to get her glasses to her. We live on Naval Station Mayport if you want to add that under the address line. My sister ordered glasses from Goggles4U based on my recommendation on 25 September , the order was first sent to a state up North, called about it they sent a second order out to here and was told she could keep both pairs of glasses. As of 4 December we still do not have any glasses, they have been sitting somewhere since 22 November , as the tracking code stated it was out for delivery at 7:10 am, the next posting was also on 22 November and it stated "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in *** on November 22 at 10:06 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." My sister still does not have her glasses as of 7:06 pm 4 December . I spoke to customer service and will not give her a refund until they find the glasses, we both are senior citizens on limited incomes, and she needs her money. I will not personally purchase any more glasses from them and will also send out a message to every person I have recommended them to, since Goggles4U is not interested in taking care of the customer.
