Getting ripped off.
In December I bought one month of g-plans to try it out. Nowhere was it disclosed that this was an automatic monthly payment. I have no payed almost $200 because they refuse to cancel my account. I have left messages, made phone calls, and they will not return my calls or messages. I don’t know what to do. This is awful. Would not recommend!
Desired outcome: I NEED to get this account cancelled and would ideally like to be refunded. I am so disappointed in this business.
Unwanted Charges
I did go through the process of ordering, but was under the impression my charge was $39 and when I saw there were additional charges, I did not complete my purchase. Within minutes I received a confirmation email and found 3 separate charges for a total of $288 on my credit card. I immediately contacted the company to let them know that I did not complete my order and to cancel immediately. They did not cancel. I was unable to stop the pending charge with my credit card, and had to wait to dispute it once it was posted. They are refusing to refund my money. In addition, I received an email to a different email address confirming a shipment of product I don't want. This is very worrisome and concerning. Simply unethical on their part.

Cannit contact the company, they are never on the live chat and have sent many emails with no reply, I'mguessing theyll contact me after 30 day refund guarantee is past the date and use that as an excuse to not refund my money. This is a scam, they never show you a total at check out...intentionally so that it does not show that you are being overcharged. This is a TOTAL scam...beware!

Won't allow me to cancel plan
I submitted for cancellation over a week ago, but still got charged for another month. Today I tried to call customer service repeatedly and no one answers, therefore can't confirm account changes, like cancellations.
I started the service on January 23, paid $39. On February 14, I submitted to cancel the membership. Today, February 23, I was charged again.
Via their chat bot and the desktop site, I was routed to a customer service number to call to finalize cancellation. I called repeatedly but no one answers.
I have now emailed twice to their support line to cancel my account.
They are providing no way of cancellation and continually charging my card, although their site promotes easy cancellation.
Desired outcome: Cancel plan and refund for February 23, 2022 charge of $39. No further charges to occur.

Simply cancel my account
Will not respond to numerous requests for cancellation of my account. No reply has been received as of this date. I submit this complaint only because of their lack of any response and their continued billing attempts. The credit card they are trying to use no longer exists.
Retired and can no longer afford their product. This is not what I would consider good service levels. I have not been able to find a phone number for customer service.
I have included my cancellation requests, as well as the original sign up for 1 year, as attachments below. The initial year sign up has expired and I am requesting g-plans to cancel my account through the emails shown below.

Charged without my Permission
The product I ordered was $39. When checking out, they do not show you the total. When I received my receipt, it was a charge of $288. When contacting the company, they said they will not refund the money, even though it is a charge that was added to my order unbeknownst to me. This is a scam, they never show you a total at check out...intentionally so that it does not show that you are being overcharged. This is a TOTAL scam and I will be reporting it to anyone I can report it to. Shame on this company. Bad practice, bad bad. Shame on you...shame shame shame. Taking the money of people without them knowing it and then not refunding it back. SHAME!

Charged for services not authorized
I inquired into this company regarding their $39 plan. I went through the processes and agreed and signed up for the $39 charge. After the purchase I reviewed my bank statement and saw that I had 3 charges from them which I didn't authorize in the amounts of $39, $89, and $151. I have sent them 4 emails and they are refusing to refund the 89 and the 151 stating I signed up for the extra plan which is not true. I was only willing to pay 39 for this type of service. Once I saw the charges I immediately canceled the service and requested a refund. It has taken them over a week to respond to tell me no refund would be issued and now my bank is being told they were authorized so they won't refund the money either. I have reported them to BBB and will continue till they resolve this issue.

Unauthorized cred card charge
On 02/14/2022 when I signed up for the 39.00 plan I never agreed to tbe YEARLY plan. i reviewed the site and nowhere on the site did it say i was subscribimg to a yearly plan. The initisl charge of 151.01 was flagged by my bank and the charged dclined. I immediately emailed tbe company on the 14th of Feb and disputed this. They just emailed me and badicslly ssid I did signed up for the yearly plan. On 021522 the company sent the charge through. on 02/16/2022 I cancelled and emailed them for a third time but they say I cannot get a refund. I am going go dispute the charge with my bank.But I want my money back. Their customer service said i didnt cancel before tbe billing period. i cancelled within 2 days!

I am one of 100s of customers scammed out of $288 when I signed up for a $39 plan. I did not agree to the additional offers and their customer service states its no refundable and its been less than 24 hours. I will *** them we all should create a class action lawsuit and take them out of business.

Here is their method: We sign up for a 30 day special plan that can only be cancelled via phone. Then, they NEVER answer the phone. In that way, when you email them they say you have to cancel by phone or you are too late. It is a pretty simply scam but it has robbed so many. We don't have the funds to create a class action lawsuit. How can you help?
P.S. They also delete any comments on FB/INSTA alluding to all the above and they block you. In this way, they are able to silence the truth of their criminal behavior.

This company is a complete scam! I went through the whole check out process and checked out at the price of $39. When I got my receipt emailed to me, it was for $288! DO NOT give this company your banking information! They will charge you for things that you never agreed to! Also, customer service is a complete joke and completely useless! DO not use them. They will not cancel when you ask them to and will continue to draft from your account without your permission. I called for a refund after the drafted from my account without my permission and have yet to see the money put back into my account. I never used it the first year and now they think I owe them more money.

G-plans unauthorized charges
I bought the monthly nutrition plan for $39, but was charged $288. Customer service states that I chose the annual plan, which I did not. The G plans automated system changed it to the annual plan without showing me my total charge or letting me know that it was changed. The website from my phone was misleading and confusing. The company states that there is a 100% money back guarantee and you can get a full refund within 30 days for any reason. I was told that It is in the fine print that it states you cannot get a refund on the annual plan. This is misleading, dishonest, and fraudulent! I want a complete refund of my money of $288 that was wrongly charged to my account. I will continue to share my experience on every platform available to let the world know of their horrible business model. I have not used the APP or any other services from day one when I was charged for the year. I have emailed customer service several times and get no reply. There have been hundreds of complaints on the BBB and on social media, with many disgruntled customers; all for the same reason, that there money was taken in a misleading way. Interestingly, all negative comments have been removed but they can't remove the angry faces on Facebook. Yes, I should have done my research beforehand. I'm currently looking for an attorney for a class action lawsuit. Who is with me?

Same thing. Lured in with false advertisement. Tried to cancel immediately only to get stuck in a loop of chat bots and automatic replies. I disputed through my card, won and they still tried me for a 2nd time. I had to candy my card just to make them stop.

This company is committing fraud and they are deceptive. They take your money, and give you nothing and when you ask a question, they give you no real answer. They don’t answer their phone. Chat is not only not available 24/7 as they are supposed to be, but the buttons either don’t function or they take you to an email which they close out as soon as you complain.

Same situation for me...every single fraudulent thing that has happened to you has happened to me. I am all for filing a class action lawsuit against them & am in the process of retaining an attorney. The same thing happened to me. I was charged 39.99 and the charged another 187.00 for God knows what! I tried to cancel through the website. U have sent numerous emails for a refund but have not received any response. The phone number on the website is a scam as well. Class Action lawsuit!
Gplans is a SCAM. They will lure you into paying for a plan and then charge your credit card without authorization for every little thing. I accidentally bought something when my phone froze and I was trying to get out of the program and they would not credit my account. It was within 24 hrs.
They also offer a food plan to try for $1, but what you don't know is that you are signing up to buy 4 more for $$$$! They post messages that misinform the consumer.
DO NOT BUY OR SIGN UP FOR GPLANS. IT WILL COST YOU AND THEY DON'T REFUND. I HAD TO GO THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD CO.

I’m having the WORST POSSIBLE “customer support” from your company & can’t get anyone on the phone. Can’t cancel my plan. Tried to cancel last year and was told I couldn’t & would still be charged. But they reassured me they would set my account up to cancel after that. But here we are…a year later…and I was charged AGAIN. After sending an email BEFORE this renewal that I didn’t want this plan. AND…going into my “paused” G-Plans app that I haven’t used in the past year to check option to cancel. But you STILL charged me & I’ve been email “customer service” for 2-weeks and they take ZERO responsibility & deny a refund. PLUS… I’ve called your customer support line 10 different times & it puts you on hold & then says no one’s available and to leave a message. And NO one calls me back. WTF?! PLEASE help ASAP! 😩
Same thing as everyone else. I will join a suit since this company is still purposefully swindling people out of money. I have disputed the charges with my bank, filed a complaint with the better business bureau, left negative reviews everywhere I can find, reported the ads as a scam on instagram, and I also reached out to a class action lawyer. I have cancelled my subscription and haven't used the app outside of logging in to see how to cancel, and anything I get in the mail will be marked "return to sender" and mailed back to them with a tracking number so I have proof I didn't keep it. At this point it is about more than just getting my money back, it's about stopping predatory advertisement. This company needs to be STOPPED!

Practices… bamboozle you into a subscription when you think you’re buying a one time nutrition plan. Also cancelling is made difficuly. They hid the cancel button in small gray sentence instead of a button and then make you call them to cancel but they never answer

I also experienced the same situation and attitude. As soon as I’m saw they were charging me 288 I immediately tried to contact the company. Not even a minute passed before I sent them an email indicating this was not what I signed up for. No where did I agree to anything other than the trial. There are so many complaints everywhere on the internet about this company and they are all similar experiences. It is not like I waited even an hour to tell them to cancel. There was nothing on their website outlining they were going to not honor a cancellation. Now they keep sending me emails about how they are going to help. I would gladly join a class action as these people have no ethics or moral compass.
G-plans overcharges and excessive billing
On January 25th, I signed up for the $39 per month plan - that is all I wanted. They have designed the website to be exceptionally deceptive and trick you into pressing a button that costs you more and more.
I ended up with a charge for $98 and another for $151 for things I don't even know and cannot receive (products cannot ship to me in Costa Rica!)... I have written several emails with no luck. Now, I am online via Skype trying to reach them by phone... terrible terrible customer service and makes me lose all faith in the program.
So- my complaints are:
1/ Zero response to emails to [protected]@g-plans.com
2/ current wait time on phone over 10 minutes
3/ Deceptive marketing and fraudulent charges that I did not authorize.
Now, I am also concerned as to how to stop the $39 per month subscription.. if this is as difficult as it seems, I would rather cancel the whole thing.

Well I appreciate finally receiving a response. If you would review your support@g-plans.com email you would find all my emails including one immediately after I realized you had charged my credit card for much more than I had wanted... I can still report it to my credit card company as fraud and get it reversed... Honestly, the way you have set up the website is dishonest and deceptive.
I left a voice message today with both my phone number and my email address where you can reach me. I am beyond angry for the way this has gone and will continue to fight to get my money back and warn others to not utilize your website... Your inflexible and dishonest policies especially for whatever my $151 and $98 additional charges were for... on products I cannot even use and cannot receive to my home in Costa Rica... it's complete Bs that you aren't honest and honorable in reversing those charges...

This company needs to be shut down. They've been charging me since 2020 thru paypal without sending any products, which they confirmed.
When I contacted Paypal to get my refund, they've directed me back to Goglia Nutrition, who's refusing to give me my money back even though they confirmed they've never sent me anything!

Unclear subscription terms, low quality app, almost impossible to cancel.
I signed up for the $39/ month plan and when I navigated to the cancellation request page it made me goes through a repeated re-confirming process (The customer journey is designed in a way that make it extra difficult to cancel). They always have one highlighted button saying something similar to "No I'd rather keep my account..." in the middle, and a tiny, hard-to-see, grey line of cancellation option underneath (kinda formatted like a typical "terms & conditions" or copyright line on most websites).
After going through that long process I ended up landing on their final page that said I can't actually cancel on my own (lol) and have to make a call to cancel the account. And everyone knows what it's like going through the call-centre-support process.
Being in Australia I had to wait until the next day due to the difference in time zone to make a call. And after long wait and going through automated steps I ended up with the machine saying they were unable to take my call & please leave a message. Kinda expected from a company that express themselves in such a spammy way online.
The customer service team has reached out later on via email to help me cancel my account and get refunds. The user signup & cancellation journey wasn't great, but I appreciate the prompt response from customer service team. This issue has now been resolved.
Refuses to Let me Cancel My Plan
Much like everyone else on here, I was misled to believe it was a ONE TIME $39 payment. I was willing to pay $40 to see what the hype was about. Then of course once you're on the account it shows $39/month! I don't even like the setup of this app/plan so I immediately wanted to cancel it, but it said I had to call a #. Of which I've probably called upwards of 10-15 times WITH NO ANSWER. It's insane to me how anyone would allow this business to operate the way it does, it HAS to be illegal. The BBB needs to shut this thing down cause G Plans is a totally illegitimate business. Absolutely disgusted by how they've taken advantage of me and so many others.

I purchased the plan as it said $39. However, when I downloaded the iPhone app, after purchasing the program, it said $39/month. I tried to call several times on the phone numbers listed when you try to cancel and no one answers.
First, the $39/month is more than I am willing to pay as I thought it was a one-time purchase where you get a sample meal plan. They do a bait and switch when they then turn the purchase into a monthly subscription with weekly meal plans.
Secondly, they have you fill out a food list yet when you get the meal plan it has a lot of food that I said NO to.
I need to get this canceled and and very dissappointed in the LACK of service this company.
I had someone reach out shortly after this was posted and I posted a response to another person G PLan complaint. I was told to cancel through the app and let the video play all the way through before you say cancel the second time. Hope this helps others.
G-plans
I saw G-Plans advertisement on Facebook indicating $39 fee to sign-up for G-Plans weight loss program. I thought, that's a reasonable weight loss program. Then after completing signup form, a pop up window appears asking if your interested in three different supplements for $29.99. I wasn't interested in taking another supplement or vitamin. However you couldn't go any further in signing up for the G-Plans unless you bought the supplements. Thinking I would have an option to delete the supplements from my cart at payment processing, I clicked the ok button. So immediately after clicking ok, payment options appear without any indication of supplements being in your cart or total amount due. In my mind I'm still thinking I'm only paying for the Plans that I can access via G-Plans app. Never a mention of sending an email that will include an invoice. So at most I'm thinking my credit card will be changed $40, and if I actually did order the supplements at the very most $75.
To the contrary, while reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged $288.00 dollars for this program and I still have no idea what I bought! Phone number on CC statement indicates not a working #. I've emailed twice asking for explanation and an address to return the unopened package G-Plans mailed. I just want a refund of $288.00 back to my original form of payment, and account canceled! I need an address to send back unopened package. I have also filed a dispute with my CC company.

I too have been scammed by Goglia Nutrition. After I purchased the $39 plan, they tried to sell a yearly plan. I clicked on a yellow button to decline. Upon further inspection, the button stated, "No, I want it". How deceitful. I emailed support right away to let them know that I did not choose to purchase additional products from them and that their marketing practices are very deceptive. This wasn't a case of buyer's remorse, I never intended to purchase anything further. The way they are trying to get away with not giving people their money back is to state that their terms of service offer no money back guarantee for their yearly plan because it is so discounted. Well, great! What about those you duped into buying it because you made it look like they were hitting the decline button? Within their terms of service this is a paragraph that states the buyer has 6 hours to cancel their order. I have called several times and the phone line just rings. I leave messages and never receive return calls. I've written to emails which have also gone unanswered. I have filed a dispute with my credit union and they are doing an investigation. I looked them up on the BBB and there are infinite stores and complaints identical to mine. Something needs to be done about this! A class action suit needs to be filed. What this company is doing and getting away with is straight up theft and fraud.
Hello. I thought I was only charged 39$ a month and I could cancel after said month. I found the app was nothing for me and was ready to pay 39$ for my miscalculation. However, you did not make it clear that you would be retrieving a total of 190$ and only mentioned after I canceled my plan. Basically, you tricked me into signing up for a yearly plan that I do not want and I want a refund. I will not be using the services, this was scam and a complete waste of my time and money. I innitially paid 39$ keep your 39$ if you need them so desperately that you scam people but I refuse to pay 190$.

I am in the same situation. This is complete crap. I emailed immediately after looking at the plan that it won't work for my dietary restrictions. I have emailed twice and then emailed my specific "coach" Christina with no response. If I don't get a response today I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. This G-plans is the biggest scam I have ever seen and they use people like Khloe Kardashian to help boost sales for this. What a sick and twisted company. Emailed the support email twice with no answer.

Unethical behavior
I signed up for this product in error on December 26, 2021 at 3:22pm, I canceled my order on December 26, 2021 at 3:26 pm, and received confirmation from G-Plan office on December 26, 2021 at 6: 34pm. I tried following up several more times with emails and phone calls without response.
I tried getting to the support page on December 26, 2021, but kept getting URL not found. I went to the web site on December 28, 2021 and tried to live chat with someone, I was advised that my concerns would be passed on and I would hear form someone with in 2 hours. After receiving no response I followed up again on December 29, 2021 and they advised I would hear something within 24 hours. When I still did not hear back I called the office on December 31, 2021 and the phone just rang.
When I finally received a response, on January 6, 2022, 11 days later, I was advised that the product was non refundable and referred to terms and conditions. https://g-plans.com/pages/terms/
However, the terms and conditions state: "Product Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be processed within 6 hours from purchase. Please contact support and order will be cancelled and refunded. We are unable to cancel or stop orders from being processed after 6 hours from purchase."
I emailed them back on January 6, 2022, pointing this out. When I did not get a response back I reach out again January 10, 2022, and received the same response about products being non refundable.
I pointed out no one had addressed my questions about the Product Cancellation policy or my other questions. I was then advised "that part of the terms and conditions were only for subscriptions with any of our products". Which is what I was charged for. In fact every conversation I have with there office they kept referencing subscription and the products I purchased.
I reached out to BBB and my Bank to resolve this
