I have asked on several occasions for my account to be cancelled and no further charges to be taken. A rep called Ashley said that they would help after I explained that I would not like to call the US from the UK just to cancel my account. It's been another 6 days and ashely has not replied to my requests to cancel the monthly subscription. You are crooks making things impossible for people to cancel so that you can continue to steal their money. Shame on you. Please cancel my account and stop charging me.

My payments won’t stop despite canceling my account
I signed up for the $ 39.00 a month program back in March 2021 However, I found their advice was not a good fit for me and I canceled in either March or April 2021 using their instructions. However, I continued to be billed for the membership and only saw I was still being billed by chance today. I want to get this stopped, and if at all possible, I would like to have my payments refunded. My account was under the email [protected]@yahoo.com. Any help I can get would be great.

I want to cancel my subscription, but the company is making sure I don't! I have sent e-mails, contacted them on Facebook, through chat in their app, and still no answer. It seems it is impossible to reach them. I do not use the app, never did and I want to stop paying the 39, 00 monthly subscription. I don't even want a refund, I just want to cancel the subscription.

Pro program refund
So, I was fooled by marketing speech and bought the pro plan, no addons. When I looked into the program and app I was immediately disappointed and decided I wanted the promised 30 days money back quarantee. I have been contacting the customer service for over a week now and no response. My emails are ignored and nobody responds in the chat. They say that covid affects their support, but one week no response is ridiculous! Only proof of my payment is this email that doesn't even have a reference number.
I'm already pissed off by g plans and it seems I need to get my money back the hard way. (screenshot of the "receipt" included)

I want to cancel my trial version before it is billed. I maked it on the web and they asked me to call by phone (which seems inappropriate since I am from Uruguay and the acquisition of the program was done via the web). Anyway, I made the call and they didn't answer me. My English is pretty basic so making the call is very difficult, therefore, I hope that the subscription will be canceled by this means. I hope it will be canceled before generating monetary charges.
I find it abusive to put obstacles after obstacles to be able to cancel, it is my decision to do it when I want.

I can't cancel my payments
I am not using the app anymore, but they're still charging every month into my account. I researched, and it said I had to log in on the website to cancel my account, which does not work. Since I paid online I can't cancel through the app leaving me with no other way of canceling the monthly payment. If you could please help me cancel my no longer wanted account and stop the monthly payments.

Just like the others I was misled into believing the 30 day money back guarantee. But it is only for the 30 day pro plan they say. I read everything on the page and I don't remember reading anything not a hint that other plans cannot be cancelled.
I opened the web page, set everything, gave my dietary restrictions got a plan with foods I cannot eat and everything in ounces. I cannot change the units to grams although the service rep says I can. I even sent him a screenshot. I cannot use the plan as is.
The app won't work on my phone? I have an lg xpower 3 with the latest android. Sure it opens I login - it shows me some ads and crashes.
I cancelled the plan the next day and they will not return my money. Nor are they able to fix the technical issues.
Sorry no customer number - no copy of the transaction nor the business conditions. Just the credit to my credit card.

weight loss program - deceptive guarantee / refusal to issue refund
On July 25, 2019 I signed up for the G-Plan program, hoping that it would help me shed a few pounds.
The program included a preliminary quiz to determine body type and food allergies in order to customize the menus and shopping lists.
The ProPlan subscription was $39.99 per month, which I signed up for. A number of upsell screens followed, and I added the "Two Weeks Accelerator" for $29.99 which was pitched as a way to significantly increase my results during the first two week.
I had several problems immediately:
1. Some of the ingredients on the recipes included foods that I had listed as an allergy. When I wrote to the customer support team about this, their reply- several days later- was to just ignore those foods. There were no suggestions for alternatives.
2. The shopping list for recipes did not include the "free foods" which are all of the other ingredients that actually provide flavor and variety to a meal. You had to go to a separate part of the website to track down this information and manually add it to a separate shopping list. This makes it difficult to plan the recipes and is a huge time waster.
The shopping lists are also not clear on certain items. For example, on the app, when shopping for chicken, it says "Chicken without..." and the rest is cut off. Is that chicken without bones? Without skin? This is one of several other problems with the ingredients that caused stress.
3. The recipes are confusing and in some cases inaccurate. For example, one recipe said to bake chicken and potatoes in the same dish at a certain time and temperature. I followed the directions and the potatoes were still hard and uncooked and had to be re-baked for another 45 minutes at a higher temperature.
If the chicken had been baked at the higher temperature and time needed for the potatoes, it would have been inedible. A response from customer service blamed it on my oven, which works perfectly with recipes from other sources.
The recipes have other problems, notably directions that are confusing or ambiguous.
4. The plan requires you to eat 5 or 6 times a day and drink a huge volume of water. This was fine my first week because I was off of work. Trying to maintain that schedule (including 8+ daily trips to the bathroom to pee) would not be possible when working. The program is pitched as an elite plan that works for celebrities. That is fine if you have a celebrity life-style, but not easily achievable for people who have standard jobs.
5. The Two-Week Accelerator was supposed to increase my weight loss. However, the first week I gained 5 lbs., following the program.
6. Customer service is very sluggish to respond. Sometimes my inquiries were ignored completely. Other times it took several days to get a response.
I was not happy with the problems with the recipes, specifically the food allergy items showing up. The customer service is mediocre. And bottom line, I was not happy with gaining weight.
I cancelled the subscription on August 9 and received a refund for the $39.99 Pro Plan. However, on August 20, when reviewing my bank account, noticed that the $29.99 for the Two-Week Accelerator had not been refunded. I sent an email to support on Aug. 20 requesting that the $29.99 be refunded.
On August 25, I finally received a response from Isaac stating:
"Based on our terms and conditions, G-Plans offers a 30 day money back guarantee on our ProPlan subscription within first 30 days of signing up. Any additional add-on or upgrades are non refundable."
I replied on Aug. 25 to Issac, stating the I did not get what I paid for because their program did not match the advertising, and touted a 30-day money back guarantee. I requested that the issue be turned over to a supervisor.
Two days later on August 27, I received a reply from Issac stating:
"Unfortunately, Based on our terms and conditions, any additional add on is non refundable." The email included a link to their detailed terms and conditions, which were not clearly stated on the sales page with the "30-day Money Back Guarantee" message.
On 8/28 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That is when I discovered that they have a D- rating. If I had done my homework beforehand, I would have never done business with this company.

Took the test its plastered all over instagram so I tried it, looked good so I purchased it. It is a monthly recurring fee of $39 yes every month! The meals are not editable the app is junk did not work.
Tried to get customer support only got auto-responder. Emailed on numerous occasions emails left unanswered to ask for my refund.
Went to paypal and asked them to refund my money... They cannot, they must dispute it and once escalated can take up to 30 days!
I am posting everywhere I can about this ripoff company!

unauthorized charges from goglia nutrition
I have never heard of this company. I noticed a charge on my account from them with the phone number - I called explained that I had not ordered and cancelled whatever they were charging me for. I was assured that it was over and done with. 7 days later the company charged my account again. This time $121.00. Not authorized charge, so I call again, speak to a woman who barely speaks english. Refused to refund my money and said canellation is not posible. What the heck?!?! I asked for a manager - she told me they did not have any supervision. Well, thats fantastic! I insisted that I be refunded and advised her that I had already spoke to someone about this matter and was assured it was taken care of. I was told that they would only refund 25% of what I was charged. What?!?!?!?! Absoulutely unacceptable! I did not order anything. I did not recieve anything! And I am not paying for something I did not order. I advised that I was calling the bbb, her response was "it happens". Seriously! I just want to be refunded the full amout they illegally charged me, and be done with it.

Trying to cancel the payments and it wont allow you to.
You are forced to call international, so you have to call after midnight from where i am. When you do call you get a Bot and not a personal and you cant cancel.

Doesnt let you cancel subscription. there is a cancel subscription option in the app however when you click. it it tells you that you must call
