Unauthorized charges!!!
As practically every other complaint indicates, my agreement to pay $39.00 was morphed into $288.00! Numerous emails by myself, saying I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A YEARLY PLAN have been answered with “no refunds, see Terms and Conditions”. I have reported the charges as Fraud to my bank. This is criminal!

I canceled my subscriptions and everything yesterday on 17.MAY.2022. Since I booked not more than 14 business days prior, I want a refund for all the services. They charged me 288 Dollars! This is fraud, I only agreed to a monthly membership! If I did it was not obvious and not communicated clearly. I felt betrayed. So now I want a refund of everything I payed, because overall it did not meet any of my expectations.
Costumer Service-Agent Abigael reached out and told me they cannot give a refund. In my knowledge.. Due to the EU Laws and restrictions a shop must refund for online-services if its cancelled within 14 businessdays. So either refund or lawsuit.

G-plans supplements
I have canceled the subscription to the supplements that G-Plans offers multiple times because I am allergic and I keep getting charged $100 every month. I have contacted g-plans support 4 times and went back and forth through emails that they told me I wouldn't be charged anymore when money keeps getting taken out of my account. Just recently my Order #65918 has been processed as of 5/16, when I spoke with Jam from G-Plans support on 4/22/22 that sent me an email and I quote: "Hello Kaitlyn, This is a confirmation that your account has now been cancelled. Rest assured you will no longer have any recurring payments moving forward. If you wish to continue your subscription, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. Have a wonderful day! - Jam from G-Plans". This email was from Order #63799 that I tried to cancel and Jam assured me I wouldn't be charged anymore. It is 5/17/22 and I am charged again for the same supplements that were supposedly cancelled! I have never had so many issues with a company and I hope this gets resolved asap.

Refund the difference of my 10-month payment.
I purchased the G-plan on March 26, 2022. I received downloaded the starter plan and the very next day began reviewing all of the information. I first began by increasing my water intake. I signed up for the Facebook group and began meal prep. I have been very conscious of the food combination that has been suggested, I have not had any alcohol and I have exercised 3 times a week. So far I have gained 4 pounds.
This was not the goal at all for me. As a result, I have asked for the remainder of my money back. I was told that because I paid the annual fee I can't have my money back. I do not want to be a part of a program where I am gaining weight instead of losing weight and I am only asking for the fee that I paid to be prorated and I receive the difference in the amount.

G plans power plan trial
I’d been debating about trying g plans and decided against it, when I got an email saying something like “I won’t give up on you that easily” and offering a week trial free. I thought, couldn’t hurt.. put my payment info in and was charged just the $0.5 it warned me of. The issue is after seeing the meal plans and being underwhelmed, I was ready to cancel immediately— however I was met with a message saying I need to call to cancel since it’s the “power plan trial.” I call and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I leave a voicemail as prompted and send an email to support. I also replied to my “nutritionist and customer support” contact via email and explained the issue asking to have my trial cancelled. I’m afraid I won’t be able to do it before the week ends and will be charged a high fee I never wanted to pay. Desperately trying to explore all of my options before this happens! Based on a lot of reviews i’m now seeing, this company has a history of scammer behavior and funny charges.

Inability to cancel subscription
On 23/10/2021 I bought Pro Subscription from G Plans.
Since I haven't used the product up until now, I want to cancel and stop paying monthly subscription charges.
I'm unable to cancel my account via the app and also not via the website.

I can't phone G Plans since I'm in a different country and can't afford long-distance phone calls.
They have gotten paid for 7 months now, and I want to cancel my account with immediate effect.

G-plans online program
I was interested in learning about the program after seeing an ad online, so I clicked for more information. I thought I wanted to try the $39 program and then was taken immediately to a screen for an annual subscription. By the time I read about their supplements and saw the price for the subscription, I decided I didn’t want any of it. I attempted to back out of the website and thought I was successful in not completing any purchase. However, when I saw a confirmation email, I immediately emailed customer service asking for a refund. They refused. I cited federal law requiring refunds during the “cooling off period”. They advised that is their policy to not refund. I again cited the law and was provided with a customer service phone number. I called today and was met with the same refusal of a refund. I cited federal law and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor claimed that this law does not apply to subscriptions and that they do not issue refunds. When I asked to speak to the supervisor’s supervisor, she stated that her supervisor does not take calls and there was no one else I could speak to. She stated that she would cancel my account and that I would no longer have access to any help but can access the program for a year. I have not and have no intension to access the program. The refusal of refund is unacceptable to me.

Fraud/unauthorized credit charges
I purchased an introductory offer for $39. When I opened the offer the site prompted me to an additional offer of over $200. It would not let me exit and when I closed it, I received notification from my bank that two additional charges had been made to my account in the amounts of $151 and $98. I called the number listed but it's just a third party answering service that cannot refund annual packages. I have sent several emails. I want a full refund and they need to update the website because currently it's stealing.

Very sad I have to write this complaint. I was super excited about just seeing how this program worked and trying it out. I’m a military member and was just curious to see what the advertising hype was about compared to current plan. As I was paying, I received an option to upgrade for $20. This payment was charged to my card as $288. I reached out to your support team for a refund and have received no response. I am now trying on a more public forum. Please be advised that if this is not addressed and resolved I will be reaching out to our legal services. I would like to work around this issue with you. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I was on your website thinking I would be ordering a nutrition guide. However, when clicking on your link I was prompted to add nutrition bundles which I declined.
I stopped the process and and declined all offers, and stopped the process. My card was still charged $39, on 4/18/22. I did not receive any written correspondence confirming this purchase. My email address [protected]@hotmail.com was provided. I also checked my spam folder. Nothing from the company. Therefore, I am unable to provide a ticket or confirmation number.
I am not interested in subscription or product. Need you to refund $39.

Unauthorized charge
On April 8th around 7:50 PM- I was on my phone and a Pop Up showed up with GPlans- it stated that there was a $39 monthly nutritional plan and a 30 day Money Back Guarantee and I decided to try it since it was a risk free investment into my health and wanting to lose baby weight. I put in my card information for the $39 a month and a bunch of pop up ads popped up and I continuously clicked no, no, no to other things they advertised. The system was glitching and kept giving me error messages (which I screenshotted due to being concerned). I received a receipt for $39 to my email and another declined purchase receipt of the amount of $151, I assumed this was a glitch because I never ordered anything for that amount and since it said it was declined didn't press the matter. I later saw on my bank statement that 2 days later from the day of initial purchase (April 11th) that that they re-charged my card for $151 dollars without my consent. Upon seeing the amount on my bank statement (April 22nd) I immediately started emailing them on the Unapproved Charge. Due to no response, I emailed them again 2 days later on April 24th about the Fraudulent Charge. They responded April 25th at 12:08 am and did not address the concern of the unapproved charge. I emailed back the same day (April 25th) stating that I never agreed or made that charge and would like a refund. I sent 4 emails that day and got a response again the next day at 1:54 am and emailed back right away that they did not address my concern and to please contact me. I requested their customer service number and they ignored me. I called and my call did not go through to customer service. I emailed them another 15 emails and have yet to receive a response. I called customer service again and the call didn't go through. I left Voicemails to be called back. Today I received a call and they said that they would not refund me and I told them I did not make or approved the charge and they cannot recharge my account for something that I did not consent to or purchase in the first place or use my card information to make unapproved purchases. He said they tried to recharge my account for the $151 plus another $98 for an accelerated bundle 3 with supplements but only the $151 annual plan went through. His name was Isaiah and he said he was a supervisor there for a year and they get calls like this as I can see by the Better Business Bureau website and that I would not receive a refund and that there is no way to dispute it. I told him I only ever agreed to the $39 and he said to be blatantly honest you are not going to get a refund, there is no escalation passed me, someone else would not have stayed on the phone with you this long, you are not going to be able to do anything further. (I audio recorded it and have it saved to my phone). I told him I have no proof of purchase for $151 and received no receipt because I never made the purchase so he then sent me an invoice which does not match the date on my bank statement. When I tried to call the phone number in my bank statement for Gplans- it said that it was no longer in service. I have sent them screenshots of other people reporting the same things and issues happening to them, of the receipt I received, of the error messages I got when I initially purchasing. They scammed me, stole from my account, have horrible customer service, and the customer agent said Dr. Golgia and his team own the company and he would be the one responsible for making decisions and the one to be held responsible for issues but there is no way for me to reach him because they prefer customer support handle it and let me know that it is non-refundable. I told him I did not make the purchase and he said that If I did not make the purchase it would not appear on my account. I have proof of this conversation- It will not let me upload the voice recording but I have it available. If someone WANTS TO JOIN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW- my email can be found in the photos or respond to me.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund. I want to be able to dispute this and for the company to take accountability and listen to their customers.
Lies! One of your customer reps said you get these calls constantly about y’all fraudulently charging people and unfortunately the company protocol will not allow money back.

G-plans
April 14th - I saw an add/quiz on G-plans. Took it, found out some interesting information and for $40 bucks I was like what's to lose, and then they hit you with this package and that package and of course the "no thank you" is so darn small (viewing it on my phone) it almost missed it. WELL.. I did miss the fact that with the $39 you don't get a membership! which as far as I can tell is required SO You can either pay their one time low fee that Is NOT refundable or pay full price... But it gets better. The options are so small that you can't even read it over a mobile and it gets worse... even if you know what you are doing you don't have the ability to REVEIW what your ultimately buying when you go from offer to offer to offer. you click complete, thinking you hit every NO THANK you and BAM your hit with a $288 bill or more depending on if you hit all the right buttons!
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of my $288.01. Had I received the opportunity to see the FULL price after all the offers I would have canceled and not hit Compete.

Do not order ANYTHING from this company. I was intrigued at first and thought I was ordering a monthly plan. They ended up charging me $288. When I finally got a hold of a rep she stated I was charged that much because I ordered a yearly plan with supplements. I definitely did not agree to that. I requested a refund and was refused. The video stated there is a money back guarantee but it is a lie. They do not refund the $288 plan. To add insult to injury, my order was in February and I still have not received any product as of April 8th. The business practices of this company are very unethical. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BAIT-AND-SWITCH TACTICS.

Unauthorized credit card charge/refusal to refund
On February 23 I was exploring the G-Plan website. I took the quiz and then thought I was scrolling through pages for 30 minutes. When I realized this is a subscription service and really didn't have any health benefits for me, I tried to exit the website. I message briefly passed on the screen that my Pay Pal account had been accessed. I did not realize that I had given any permission to charge me for anything. I immediately emailed that I wanted the subscription cancelled. I received an email from Emma that I would not be charged. On February 24 G-Plans charged me $288.01. They agree that I am cancelled but refuse to refund my money. Then, on 4/3 they sent product, which I have returned. I am allergic to many of their ingredients, and did not want them in the first place.

I have also followed the instructions to login to my account (which doesn't work) and then do a password reset. When I click the link to reset my password, surprise, that also doesn't work.
How on earth do I get them to stop charging me for a plan I do NOT even have?!?

This company needs to be legally reported
This company is actually a scam, and for some reason no one has reported it to this level. Now is the time. I signed up for a 1-time $39 fee and then they charged me a second month. I attempted to cancel by calling which is what they say, but literally no one answers the phone. They will then tell you via email “you’re too late.”
So I looked into it and on the Better Business Bureau page (which it looks like they temporarily deleted), Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, Facebook, Reddit, etc there are HUNDREDS of people who were scammed in a similar way. I linked some below:

Finally, I did a little experiment of commenting on their Instagram about their malpractices abs they just delete comments. Then they block you. My friend and I did this from several accounts and also saw other people’s negative comments deleted. They delete any shred of exposure to their criminal behavior.
