waiting on my refund since christmas day/same day I ordered
I ordered thinking it was a one time 39$ charge the very same day I ordered, I wrote them many times, FINALLY, I got a number to call and spoke to an agent working from home, she said it was cancelled and i would get a refund, my card still hasnt been refunded and it's now the 10th of january...I'm about to go balistic on someone...DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM

Misleading
I was all on board to spend the $39 but then was also charged $151 and $98 AND the $39! Which Sent me into the negative in my bank account and now I can't pay my bills. I tried to contact customer service for days now. I have emailed 4-5 time and called twice with NO response! I'm so upset and have no idea what to do now! I have never had these kind of issues with customer service before!

Call your card provider, I did and they gave me my money back and took on this claim themselves after I told them what happened. They call it chargeback go through to your fraud department and ask for chargeback as you never agreed this payment. They are such a bad company and the comments are all the same, blaming it on us and it wasn’t us that picked an annual subscription.
G plan subscription
Advertised as a one month 30 day money back guarantee but after this they tried to sell me a year subscription. I clicked the decline button for this and left the page. Everything was fine, I downloaded the app and went into my settings which stated 39.99 in the subscription. This changed after a few hours to an annual payment? In my junk email I found one saying you have signed up for the year subscription? I did not sign up for this. I tried to cancel the subscription and I emailed the business 5 times, this was not answered. I contacted my card provider who said the payment was declined but then the business tried to take payment again and it is now pending. I never signed up for the yearly subscription and I have looked online which states you can't get a refund on the yearly subscription. This is a massive scam, if the payment gets processed and they do not refund my bank fraud department will be dealing with the complaint. I just would like to register the bad business practise of this business and either have my payment cancelled or refunded by them. This has all happened in 24 hours of me signing up for one month only? How they can get away with this is beyond me?

I cannot cancel my account
I paused my account a while ago thinking it would stop the payments, but I realised after checking my payment history that monthly payments have been going out. I have tried cancelling my account many times but each time has lead to a number that doesn't pick up and then eventually hangs up on you. I am very disappointed with the cancellation process as it's nearly impossible to complete or even get in contact with someone to help me. Please someone cancel my account!

I cannot cancel my account
The date of the incident is 1/7/22. I thought I was buying a one time meal plan, but it turned out to be a monthly plan with a lot of upgrades they were trying to sell. I am not interested in this product and want to cancel. I have tried to cancel in the settings on the app, but it gives my a notice saying I need to call [protected]. When you call it just rings and no one answers and it eventually hangs up on you. I then tried to contact support at [protected] and it was the same ringing with no answer. Lastly I tried to chat with then online and got the automatic response to contact support at [protected]. I just want to cancel my account!

Unauthorized charges
I paid $39 for plan. It sent me to another screen with an offer to "upgrade" to the premium package which has a bunch of supplements that I cannot take. I immediately hit the back button to get out of the screen. I just looked at my bank account and there is a charge voided from GPlans for $1 and then another charge for $288! I did not order this package at ALL! This is completely fraudulent charges. I feel so violated. I have attached complaints from just a few other people who they did the exact same thing too. There are MANY. This is fraud and they need to be STOPPED.

My nutrition plan
So I watched the long video of g plan and I was actually excited. Then I quickly learned that this was just another scam. I signed up for a $39 plan. It didn't say it was a subscription for one. Then after paying for that a page came up to get the exellerated program. I went down to the bottom and selected no! It still brought me to that page and I try to get out of that page with out filling out anything. Then it boots me out completely. Then just few short hours later, I find that I was charged an additional $288! Are you joking me? I've reached out at least 5 times in the last 5 days. This lady, Mary tells me I'm not getting refunded anything. That I had to have selected that other program which is completely false. I want my 39 plus the 288 back and lose my email. What a scam. It's a real shame for people like us that just wanted some guidance to get on the right track.

Did you contact your bank? The SAME EXACT THING happened to me. It locked me out of their site once I hit the back button to get out of the screen where it offers the upgrade. I cannot believe they are still getting away with this. So many people online saying this happened to them too.
Refund
The price the company had in their website was for $29.99, they charge me $288.00 and overdraft my bank account. I called to cancel my service because I don't have the money, if they would have told me the full price, I would have paid for it when I had all the money. It Christmas time and now I have no money to get my my children gifts out of layaway I have been in crying ever since

Payment not refunded
On October 26, 2021 a payment to G-Plans in the amount of $39.00 was taken from my checking account. I contacted customer service on October 28 via email requesting to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. I was contacted by Devon who requested to know my reasoning and I responded back that the program was not suited for me.
October 30, 2021-contacted by Devon requesting my name, email and credit card information. I replied with the information.
November 2, 2021-contacted by Devon that they had no information on me. I responded back with a copy of my bank statement transaction showing a withdrawal of $39.00 to G-Plans. They responded that they would look into it.
November 8, 2021-I requested a status of my refund and submitted the email to Devon as well as customer support.
November 9, 2021-received a response from Devon saying that the issue has been resolved and to confirm that my account has been refunded and that I would not be billed further for their service.
November 10, 2021-I responded back that I have not received a refund. Devon replied that I need to check to make sure I do not have any active subscriptions and that refunds would take 7-10 business days.
November 22, 2021-After wait more than 10 business days, I emailed Devon to inform him that I have not received my refund.
November 27, 2021-Received an email from Devon saying that all charges were refunded if "eligible". He would follow up with an update.
November 29, 2021-I had an additional $39.00 taken out of my checking account from G-Plans and that's when I had enough. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and still have no resolution to my issue.

To whom it may concern, my issue is not with the cancellation subscription, that program has been cancelled. My issue is that you did not refund me my initial payment and on top of that, you took an additional payment of $39.00 on November 29, 2021. So, despite your company claiming that you do not have my email account on file and my subscription service is on an app, that is not the point. The point is somewhere my bank routing number and checking account number is on file because how would your company be able to withdraw funds? If you have this information, why can't the funds be redeposited back into my checking account?
When I first reached out to your customer support that was the first thing that I was told, that my account could not be found and it was created under another email account. I keep repeating myself numerous times in letting your company know that I signed up using my Gmail account: teenalop481@gmail.com. In fact, I've enclosed a screen shot of the email I received to my Gmail account from your company confirming my enrollment.

7 day trial subscription
was charged 168.00 and canceled on the 7th day. They won't refund. Canceled 9-4 however they just charged me again another 168.00. Don't act like they will refund even though was canceled 9-4. what a scam!

Upgraded without my permission
I input my info for a $39 one month service, however, I was billed 4 times total ling over $300. In the midst of all of the - but wait, there's more requests for me to add on services, I answered "No Thanks" to every question presented to me. After 4 or 5 of these, I closed out my browser - because, nobody has time for that. The following day I see the charges on my account and immediately contacted customer support. I have emailed back and forth several times only to be told that I did agree to all the charges and will not be refunded. I have asked for proof (show me logs of where someone from my ip address did, in fact, click on something agreeing to the $300), but have been ignored.

I was signed up for the annual plan due to page freezing
I did not sign up for the annual subscription. THEIR website froze and I backed out. I canceled my subscription. If you do not give me my money back I am reporting you to the FTC and disputing the charges. You practices are deceptive and your site states a 100% money back guarantee. You cannot steal money from people. ALSO I and I am reporting you to Meta. I will not stop until you are banned from the platform and stopped from scamming people.

Being charged for "Upgrades" I did not order - Refund refused
Signed up for 1 month trial for $39. I did NOT say yes to the add-ons, but I was charged anyway ($98). My credit card company flagged it so I was immediately able to call gPlans and request a refund. I was told no refunds and they said that I must have said yes...not true. Then 2 days later, I got another charge for $150 for an annual plan, which I did not sign up for either. I had not even been back on the site. I called again and was told no refunds again. I made it very clear that I did not order either package and wanted all of my money back. They refused. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company. Based on MANY other complaints on the web about this exact same shady practice, this appears to be how they run their business. I will absolutely sue them in small claims court if I have to in order to get 100% of my money back.

G-plan & upgrades
I asked within five minutes of this purchase to have it cancel. I both emailed and used their bot. I do not want the upgrade. I was willing to pay the $39 fee. But I was told it was too late.
It has still been less than 24th and they have sent me an email basically saying too bad. And whatever they have replied to each person here.
You cannot click their terms of service or even click the support email address if you sign up at Instagram.

I have been switch bait scammed. i signed up for what i thought was a free membership, being a very busy mother of two i was just swiping through all the pop up offers. i missed where they said it was only a 7 day free trial. i did not agree to any subscription but yet they took money off my account.

App and customer service (refunds)
Very disappointed with this app and customer service. I purchased what I thought was a 1 yr service at $151. It was actually $39 Plus $151. It deceptively has you choose between $39 a month or $151 for annual. When really it $151 +39. Once you opt for saving on the annual plan you are stuck. No refunds except for the 39$ monthly plan. You don't even get back the 39$ original charge. So now I have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge with credit card company.
The program wouldn't be bad if their app was easier to decipher. If you swap out their suggested foods for each meal with another of their suggestions there's no easy way to see each snack or meal by the day or by the week. So you constantly need to go into each meal or snack. See what it is and what the ingredients are. Most if which are not regular pantry items. Grocery lists can not be downloaded except to their 2 choices of delivery services.. If you eat out it is very challenging to trade food items. Not a very user friendly program and the customer service is disgraceful. I ordered it yesterday realized that it was not the program for me and I can't get back the $190 today.

Same here. Same Day...Within 30 minutes and looking at the subpar information. NO REFUND on a pending charge. Customer Service? Dr. Goglia & G Plan must not have any standards...“Slick Semaj in Nevada” Customer Service Rep by end of call he had self promoted to Supervisor...couldn’t make it any place else. Was denied Corporate Address...No Phone Numbers...No Owners Name...Escalation to anyone other than “Supervisor Semaj”...ALL DENIED! SCAM UNPROFESSIONAL Company!

I bought what I thought was a one time charge of meal plans that didn't work most of the time upon a second charge there is no phone number to call just a chat bot that sends you to email and via email was tried to be sold a different plan when I asked for a cancel and told there was a nonrefund policy when I asked for one on the basis of I didn't know this was gonna be a reoccurring charge.

Even though it never said it was a monthly payment, and I was only paying 36$, it took 59$ from me. I want my subscription from G-plans now! The service numbers don't work because I live in Australia. This is causing so much stress and anxiety, I don't have that much money to begin with, I just want my subscription gone..

I was told that if I didn't lose any weight and wasn't happy with the service that I would be fully refunded so I asked for my refund and I was told by customer service that it is stated in your terms and agreement that no refunds are allowed for any reason although you guys advertise fully refunded if not happy.
