Dear Sirs,
You replaced my heating and cooling system on 8/2024. The furnace is not working properly. It never reaches the desired settings. Your Techs have been here many times and keep telling me that the office will call me. It appears the system you chose is to small for my home. Presently I am using my gas stove and electric heaters to heat my home. This can't continue. Where is your customer service?
