In January 2023 we used your services. At the end of our trip, we returned a car and requested an confirmation document that everything is well, no car damage, no additional charges etc. Your employee did not want to give us that confirmation and he said we should call the service center where they said we should deal with it at the shelter in your store. In addition to that, your employee at the service center hanged up the call - very unprofessional. After some time arguing, we got some paper that does not say there will be no additional charges but did show the car is without damage.
Additionally, at the beginning of our trip, in your store, they charged us on both of our cards for no reason. The car was already paid, but they wanted to take a deposit on using different card because, as they said, the first card was not good. Long story short - the same expenses were charged on both cards for no reason.
A month later, on 07.02.2023., Gold Car Rental charged us with additional 50 EUR, but again for no reason.
I would like to get an answer why did you charge us with those 50 euros if we asked if there will be any additional charges, and your colleagues said no.
We would like to get a refund in full amount of 50 euros.
