GoldOller Real Estate Investments review: Return of my funds

I was planning on moving here in December 2023, however, I didn't because of things beyond my control. I put down a $200 holding fee and was told it would be refunded. I called and finally spoke to someone after a month of reaching out (via phone and email), and was left on hold until the call timed out. I call back, and no answer. I was told on January 17, 2024 it's finally being processed but it's only after I called their Corporate Office and now it's being sent. This is concerning!

I have been in contact with Ayanna Shahid in the Finance Department. She has emailed me and told me it would be processed and mailed out to me. This was in January 2024. I've been reaching out to her and spoke with her on Friday, 2/9/24 and she said she would follow-up when she returned to her office. I've heard nothing, and I've reached out Monday, 2/12 and today — Tues., 2/13. It's been a hassle and very frustrating dealing with this company from Leasing to the Corporate Office on getting my money back!
