No Stars...We contracted with them on May 2nd and everything seemed to be going smoothly until we received a phone call this morning that our household goods were an hour out from the destination; 1500 miles of Jupiter! Never did we get a phone call from them telling us they were ready to leave Florida although 1 employee actually argued with me today that he had called either me or the other person on the contract. Both of our phones show that a call did not come from them confirming the delivery date of TODAY. We scrambled to find help (3 men we have to pay for their services) to meet the truck, prepare an area in the garage & NOT in the house where everything could be unloaded. The painting in the house won't be completed until the end of the week is why the furniture couldn't be put inside. Good Greek Moving & Storage has not communicated according to what they initially told us and an employee wants to argue he's right; not a good business practice..Since all phone calls are recorded they simply have to produce the recording of calling us with the truck's schedule!
Stay tuned as this unfolds and I only hope they consider their reputation before my next review.
Sadly Good Greek was a total disaster to deal with
Sadly Good Greek was a total disaster to deal with. They were the only bad experience we had with our home renovation, every contractor and sub did their job, even the city of WP Beach was easy to work with.. Good Greek damaged thousands of dollars worth of electronics, 65 inch TV, Peloton, Dish Washer, Lladro, China, Art, displays, clothing, (the list goes on), and tried to ignore us with stories on the phone about how sorry they were and how they would get right back to us about our problems. After 5 phone calls, a rude manager told me that we had put in a claim and that I had to make sure it was complete as i could only file one claim. After 5 minutes I got him to admit I never put in a client and that he had emailed us a claim form. Short version, buyer beware as this is all a *** since the documents you sign when they are doing the moving and storage contract state that you are only allowed 50 cents per pound of what is moved, and stored. We were never offered any additional insurance options, we were just left with thousands dollars of damage and a terrible taste in our mouths. Anyone who wants to ask us about this personally we will be glad to go into ll the DOCUMENTED detail so you do not have the same experience.

Good Greek Moving moved us from Pompano Beach, FL to Greenville, SC in April . The initial meeting and quoting was very professional. However, when the movers showed up extremely late, they did NOT have the required inventory tags to keep an accurate count of boxes and belongings. We tried to label stuff on our own w/ markers but missed quite a few items. We were a little relieved when our stuff was loaded on a smaller truck and wasn't sharing space w/ any body else' belongings. However, when the movers arrived in Greenville, it was in a different truck w/ other peoples items. We had to do a ton of rehab on the house we bought and had to load everything in our garage. Again, NO INVENTORY TAGS. After about 2 months of work on the house, we started unloading boxes. It was at that time we noticed multiple clothing items missing. We estimated at least 3 clothing boxes were missing that had our most expensive formal wear items. We estimate $[protected] worth of items GONE. We purchased the Movinginsurance.com extra insurance for this very reason. However, they say we missed the window to file a claim. Good Greek did NOTHING to assist in this issue when I asked them to intervene. Movinginsurance.com is obviously a scam to get money and not deliver on any claim even thought we WERE within the window to file a claim. I will never use them nor would I ever recommend them.
Awesome team, super easy to deal with. Great hard workers very helpful. Had a good experience with them & have recommended them a few times already. Highly recommend.
We have moved 4 times in the past five years and this is the worst move we have ever had. Expensive and nothing but problems and broken items. The move started on December 17 and ended on December 24.
Originally the move was supposed to be completed in 2 days, including them packing our items and moving half or more of our household to the new house about 24 miles away. The 2-day move was set up for December 17th and 22nd, but for some reason my phone wasn't ringing on the 17th so they didn't come until the 18th after I called them. The first crew was very professional and wrapped and packed everything perfectly, no complaints. They delivered the load to our new house but didn't set anything up since it was so late, which did cause us a problem by having the rooms filled with boxes and all the rest in the garage.
The next day we went to try setting things up but it was almost impossible because there was very little, we could do with nothing set up, I am disabled and my wife can only do so much. We should have stayed that night and had everything done, our fault.
On the 22nd a different crew came and seemed to do well but nothing was wrapped properly, including pictures and lamps stacked together in boxes with little to no wrapping. They filed a truck but didn't fill it properly so they moved what they could and did put things together and some things in the right rooms. Finally, on the 24th they completed the move but had one mover that was worthless and screwed a lot up.
We have been unpacking since then and found a lot of broken items, clocks, pictures, crystal, a table leg and more. Who knows how many more things we will find? Worst move ever. The company said fill out a form with pictures and descriptions, nothing more. BUYER BEWARE!
They promote they are the "best moving company in South Florida
They promote they are the "best moving company in South Florida". They responded to me quickly but offered me a "second moving date of the day" in which 3 personnel arrived at my house at 3:30 p.m. It took them 10 hours to move me 1/8 of a mile. They finished slowly at 1:30 a.m. (11 hours total charge with 17% up-charge.) Most insultingly I was given $1700 quote for a move I have done with the same furniture 4 times in the last 5 years and it has never exceeded $2000, yet they charged me almost $4000 ($3949 to be exact!) with an additional underhanded *** of $150 for tips to move a granite table which they said they could not do with the limited personnel they had available, but which I stated emphatically when I ordered the service. Additionally it was never explained to me when I contracted for the service that once they loaded the truck my furniture would be HELD HISTAGE until I paid the full amount of their "anticipated" unloading time. This service included 3 unprofessional boys who who took a one hour break for dinner at 8:00 p.m.; one of whom work was constantly on his cell phone throughout the service. Not only am I upset about the attitude of the workers and their unprofessional-ism but when I called the company they refused to acknowledge my quote.

As I expressed to the concerned party, this had to be the worst moving service ever.!
We were finally able to sort through the mess left behind by Good Greek moving. I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am with the experience with this moving company. I was so certain Good Greek Movers would provide me with reliable, top-of-the-line service while respecting my personal property, but that was not the case.
To begin with, your staff was far from professional, showing up in an unmarked rental truck instead of one displaying the Good Greek Logo. They not only disrespected our belongings but they also refused to fill the truck, forcing us to rent two more small U-Haul trailers.
We were also asked, "How can we afford a sweet house like this?". I was guilt-tripped into providing a large tip. I felt taken advantage of because my husband was not present.
But of even greater concern, all of our expensive furnishings and new floors/walls were damaged and gouged.
Everything from the bed frame, mattress, mini refrigerator, rare Harley tool chest, glassware, to items from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn were all damaged in one way or another. Besides monetary losses due to damages, some of these items, which cost thousands to replace, now look old and destroyed.
This experience added unnecessary stress to what I hoped would be a happy experience. Given your high fees compared to other moving companies, I thought this would be a smooth move from our townhome to our new house (local). We paid thousands of dollars, $7,850.00 in total, we ended up doing most of the work and paid extra. I am beyond heartbroken and would never recommend this company.
I would have been better off dumping the stuff at the side of the road and spending the money on new furnishings.
The worst loading experience and I have moved many times. Company did not train men; they didn't know how to move an apartment, or take care of antiques (one man broke a dresser leg...after I told them that 2 men should move this large antique piece), or use an elevator, or load a truck. Three of us did more than they did and had to tell them what to do. Company kept calling their men to get my payment after I called the company to let them know the situation. Be forewarned; this company is not good at anything (including overcharged me) except their misleading marketing. I hung up the phone after manager in the office kept me on hold for 30 minutes. BEWARE. There is nothing good about this company...nothing.
I had high expectations due to the confident, professional tone sent by company owner. My experience was very mixed.
Three guys showed up, two of them absolutely non conversant in English (only spoke Spanish), with lead guy speaking very very very limited English. From the moment the lead guy called from the gate of my development asking for my code, I knew he was at the wrong gate and told him exactly how to go around the main gate so the guard would let him in. He said "ok ok" like he understood. After 15 minutes of them not showing up, I called the main gate to see if they arrived. The guard said they had not. It takes 2 minutes to go from the gate they were at to the gate I sent them to. I got in my car, went to the gate they were at, and the main guy was out of his truck still trying to look up my name and code! I knew right then I was in trouble with this move. They followed me to my house, and the office called me stating they were having trouble getting into my development, and I told them what happened. I explained to office guy, who spoke English and Spanish, exactly how I wanted things loaded into my storage unit, with things I wanted access to by the front the unit so I could retrieve them as I needed. Basically, this was done, but not exactly how it should have been because i could not communicate with this crew. There was no bond, link, or read of any kind because of the lack of communication.
In addition, one of the guys carelessly loaded an iron bar stool on his dolly that toppled off the dolly because he did not set the stool correctly in the first place. Scratched the iron and broke the bottom plastic piece off the leg. He acted as though he did nothing wrong!
The other guy broke the leg off my foyer table. To my pleasant surprise, the lead guy went to the truck, brought out some tools, glue, etc. and attempted to fix the leg, Not sure how successful this attempt was, because piece is in storage and not in use.
On a positive note, you could see that this crew, for the vast amount of what they accomplished, had been trained how to do things properly. They really did have knowledge on how to move and relocate
However, carelessness and lack of concentration resulted in the breakages that occurred. and the lack of communication just set a tone of non caring. I was just another non Spanish speaker who they had to move. Yes...that is exactly the tone that was set. The lack of communication REALLY was the issue here.

I was told the movers will be at my place way before 9am so they could start packing and disassembling furniture
I was told the movers will be at my place way before 9am so they could start packing and disassembling furniture. The elevator in my building "opens" for movers and such at 9am. I was told that way they would be ready to take things down exactly at 9. But they didn't show up until 9:30am.
Everything started pretty fast and they were moving along quickly but after a couple of hours I could tell they lost steam. When they arrived at the delivery location, they only unpacked the furniture. They left several heavy boxes in the foyer/entryway (so my husband and I had to take them in). I have already found a broken lamp. The mirrors and paintings are still in their boxes. I am afraid I will find something else broken.
As they were packing up at the pick up location, they forgot 2 items: a screen/room divider made of wood and a small China cabinet until I reminded them. They ran out of those thick furniture covers (that look like bedspreads) so they packed those 2 things with pieces of other boxes and that clear packing material.
I was told by the rep that came to our place the week before that the whole process would take 4 hours: from packing, to pick up, to delivery and assembling back the furniture. Well, it took them 8 hours!
It was a very pricey move, so I was not expecting any of these things to happen.

Well let's start. I went with this company because the owner is a retired police officer, as am I. I've used several moving companies in the past, and this one is by far the worst. They were contracted to arrive between the hours of 7 am and 11 am on the 30th of June. They never showed up. After several calls and being told they were unloading from another job and would be on their way, I was still waiting at 11:15 am. I called back at 2:15 pm and was met with more excuses. They then promised to be there between 7 am and 10 am on the 1st of July, but they didn't arrive until a little after 1 pm. The salesman, who seems to have a talent for dishonesty, assured us that all the furniture would be wrapped with moving blankets, which turned out to be untrue as they wrapped it in plastic wrap instead. Meanwhile, we had hotel reservations for two nights, which cost us 300 dollars. Due to their delay, we lost one night's stay, which we couldn't cancel on the same day, resulting in a loss of 150 dollars for the 30th of June. I called the salesman and requested a refund for the night we lost. He said he'd get back to me, but I never heard from him again. Despite my attempts to contact him several times, he wouldn't answer.
On April 7 Good Greek came to move my two bedroom apartment from a condominium. The move was scheduled to go one half of a mile. There was a second stop planned in Doral to unload a couch, television and a room divider. The three gentlemen arrived at the scheduled time and took the entire day to load the truck. I was then told that they were unable to unload the truck at my new apartment due to the condominium rules. This was a set up! They took my mattress and box spring off the truck and said they were taking the truck back to their facility and would return the next day. In other words, my furniture was being held and I had no recourse. Long story short, they returned the next day, unloaded my furniture to the total of $5,301.09. I was charged for fuel from West Palm Beach to Key Biscayne round trip, twice. I was charged for overnight storage and the list goes on and on. My neighbor in my former condominium was charged by another company to move a three bedroom apartment from Key Biscayne to Coconut Grove and paid $700. Please be aware of the poor practice by Good Greek of taking advantage of a retired senior. Buyer beware!
I had sold my home in Weston Fl faster than anticipated. Saw ads for Good Greek so I called. I had to pay for a move to their storage and pay for 10 weeks of storage. I also paid an additional fee for them to pack my boxes. Totally I paid $8870.00 for everything. When it was all over. I had missing pieces. How do you loose a 32" round coffee table glass insert? They packed lamps that the socket leaned on the box so it broke. I had furniture covered but still major damaged to it. Since I paid for them to pack nothing should have been damaged or missing. They also tell you that you get a $300.00 gift card to City Furniture. Has not happened. I called and said it's in the mail. Three weeks later no gift certificate. I emailed the owner and CEO of Good Greek. NO reply. I sent a claim form with no answer on that as well.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!
WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! This company will nickel & dime, overcharge, & then say they will "make it right" & do nothing but make excuses. I used Good Greek in 2019 for a move from Boynton Beach to WPB. The move cost $1100. In Sept of 2020, I needed to move again. I called Good Greek & made the reservation. The move was less than 1 mile, literally 3 streets. I was told that it would cost "about the same" if it were the same furniture. It was the exact same furniture. Once the movers had my furniture at the new place, I was charged for the move... $2013.34! Good Greek gave multiple excuses as to why this move costs so much more, such as... 1) it was $149/hr in 2019 & now it's $159/hr, 2) we sent 3 men in 2019 & only sent 2 this year, & 3) the extra hr that is charged for their transit to & from the warehouse was considered "overtime". I understand an increase in costs, but I was told when the move was confirmed that again... "it will be about the same as last time." A negative review was place on Yelp! & a reply that apologized & told me to contact customer service to "make things right" soon appeared. After having to make several calls, not being called back, & then speaking with "customer service" multiple times, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. In the end, I was offered $100+. Overall, extremely poor customer service & only concerned with the bottom line.
I am sorely disappointed with my move experience
I am sorely disappointed with my move experience. I had an excellent meeting with the salesperson. Your company was not the lowest price but you offered to me a sense of security with the ability to be flexible on move times and the ability for company personnel to look in on move progress directly from your office. Unfortunately the moving team that was sent to me, tried to tell me that I had to again sign separate paperwork or as the drive told me "we will not move you." He stood over me as I called the office, I guess that was to be intimidating. That was my first encounter with the office when they told me it was a language barrier. Why would you send someone that could misunderstand my instructions? When they left the apartment I was moving from they left Gatorade bottle in front of the unit. When the truck arrived at the new location they were given instructions. All of the items on the truck were left on the first floor including items clearly labeled as bedroom and wardrobe boxes. The drive absolutely refused to go to the second level. I have photos of the numerous boxes left for me to move around which I physically could not move. The driver said he couldn't move it because of the time restrictions of the complex although this information was given to the company in advance of my move. Although the move was on August 31 I still have not been able to move all the items upstairs. The very last thing the drive said to me prior to leaving is that I should have paid more. The experience was one that I would never expected from this company and I would never recommend anyone use them.

Expressing my disappointment with the moving service provided by Good Greek Movers.
Expressing my disappointment with the moving service provided by Good Greek Movers. The experience was appalling. The movers were unprofessional, arriving in an unmarked rental truck, and they mishandled our belongings. They didn't fully utilize the truck space, necessitating additional rentals. Their behavior was inappropriate, including making personal comments and pressuring for a large tip. Our expensive furniture and home finishes were damaged, incurring significant losses. Despite the high cost of their services, the move was far from smooth, adding stress to the process. The damage to our items, some costing thousands to replace, has left them looking old and destroyed. Overall, this was a distressing experience, and I strongly advise against using this company.

I decided to use this company because of their adverting on TV and their support of the locals sports teams. Boy, was I surprised and disappointed in how inept and uncaring this company is.
On Friday 10/02 I called Good Greek to find out the schedule for pickup the next morning. The gal on the phone me that we are the first pickup Saturday morning and that they would arrive between 6 and 8 am. We sat in and house all packed up waiting for them to arrive. At 8:20 I received a call saying that they were running late and would be there around noon. Just more lies. Without going thru each and every call I placed and each and every lie I was told. The truck finally arrived at 6:30 pm. The team prepped the truck to start. We then walked thru the house to show them what was being moved. Next thing I knew they were heading for their truck. They told me it was to late and would not move us that evening. Off they went. At one point they even told me that they would send 2 trucks to expedite the move. Again more lies. I asked a minimum of 10 times to either get *** the owners phone number or have *** call me directly. I was told over and over that "*** the owner" "does not work weekends". At this point all I wanted was someone to be truthful with me. The truck finally showed up at 7:45 Sunday morning. I will also be putting in a complaint with the State of Florida Attorney General. Consumers should be protected, not held hostage by companies with these business practices. In closing, none of this would have happened if we were just told the truth up front. It is now after 1 pm on Monday and still no call from "The Good Greek ***". What a joke. I am sure if we worked for the Miami Dolphin's, Marlins, Hurricanes or Gators we would have been treated totally different. Shame on them. I gave them 1 star only because the team that showed up on Sunday morning were great. I wish they had a better company to work for.
They force you to sign and pay upfront before the job is even complete
They force you to sign and pay upfront before the job is even complete. They frualuantly forced me to be charged for service from 7:30 to 11:30am or else the movers would not continue moving everything without payment. Not only that but they email you a virtual doc to sign the day before that forces you to enter your credit card information or else it does not allow you to finish. But worse, in person they force you to fill out your credit card info again on printed version! And then they call their customer service line and provide the CC info... out loud, and outside! With the money scam that they have going on, the fact that this company can't afford credit card readers is beyond me, absolutely no security in payment. Their contract clearly stated 2 hours minimum at $159/hr, + I had to pay $159 (advised for 1 time charge for travel fee) and they mentioned that there would be a 17% surcharge. I needed to move a king size frame, dresser, end table, rug, and couch to my condo, only 2nd floor. And all the items were located in a storage unit. So when they arrived at 7:30am, they left the storage unit at 8am and arrived at my condo at 8:30sm (distance was 5.7 miles) They finished moving everything inside by 9:50am, so it was rounded to 10am finish time. So I should be charged for 2.5 hours of labor + 1 hour of travel time 3.5 × $159 = $556.50 + ($94.60) 17% surcharge total = $651.10. If they charge tax it should be an additional $45.58 making it $696.68 total... keep in mind I already paid a $100 deposit so I should have had a remaining balance of $596.68 but I was charged 836.98 (if you include the deposit the total was $936.98). I have called several times for an itemized receipt for proper review, but they say they will and I never receive it. They only gave me a refund of 96.02, which does not equal a refund of 1.5 hours! With the tax and 17%. Which should be just under $300 of a refund! I am looking for to collect my stolen $200 from this company. The only good thing was that the movers were fast and friendly, and the furniture was not damaged. I feel sorry for the movers dealing with the customers directly because they should not have to deal with the lack of honesty and integrity in Good Greek's customer service, sketchy policies and fraudulant payments.

I used Good Greek Moving to move my property from South Carolina to New York and could not have been happier. The two movers were great and really took care of my stuff. So when it was time for me to move my stuff, this time from a storage unit in New York to my new place in Virginia the first call I made was to Good Greek. This move was beyond terrible.
It starts with the mover *** calling saying that he is not bringing some of my items because they are flammable or broken (fan and other items). Well okay, I can understand but what I don't understand is all my belongs were packed up in either trash bags, 18 gallon totes, or chests. Nothing was openly viewable and I know nothing was broken when I left. So when I asked him about this, he admitted to going through my belongs. When I asked for pictures to show me what was being left and what was broken, he said he did not have time for that. Then they were late on delivery, and were extremely rude. The "broken items" or "flammable items" that no pictures were provided to proof such claim, were not brought plus other items were not delivered.
As soon as *** called saying he was not bringing some of my items, I started calling the company. Two days on phone with the company talking with 2 different manager, the operations manager, and a guy called Ace (who won't even take my calls) to get the same result: tough luck. Our Mover said it was flammable so it was flammable. When told it was the same exact items that they moved in May, they suddenly have no record of my move in May.
The company is jerking me around about my belongs being left behind and being broke. The items, the ones they claim are flammable, are: Kitchen utensils, a crock pot, coffee pot, laundry soap, Mr. Clean and a bucket plus other such items. The broken item they did not move was a standing fan that was missing one screw. They broke an antique glass lamp that was wrapped in sheets and blankets. It just needed to be boxed by them, but they broke it instead and instead owning up to it, they just denied it.
All I want are my belongs, which I paid to have delivered to me, delivered. I have pictures to proof that what was left behind is not flammable and the mover is a liar. Not only that, he is a thief, because I have other belongings missing that are not in the unit and yet was not delivered to me either. Not only that, the staff are rude and have done nothing but made fun of me thinking my problem is a huge joke.

I don't often bother to leave bad reviews, but I feel like future and potential customers need to be warned regarding Good Greek and their services. Honestly, at this point, it's been over a year since we moved, and we are still dealing with them. It's been an absolute comedy of errors. Some of our main issues are: 1. They didn't show up on the day we contracted them for. We clearly communicated that we needed to fly out right after they picked up our things, but we agreed to re-schedule our flights for the next day (the absolute cut off for when we had to leave) as they promised to send extra guys out and be done by 5pm (when we had to leave for the last flight). Lo and behold, they were not done when they said they would (in fact, they were there till 10pm), and we were left scrambling finding a neighbour who could stop by to let the guys out. 2. As a result of the above, A LOT of things were left behind. When we brought this to Good Greek's attention, they basically told us to take a hike. When we kept pressing the issue, they blamed us for not being there for the inspection (we would have gladly been there, had they showed up the day they said they would, or even finished up on time the next day). 3. They finally agreed to go and pick up the remaining items... but have now (a year later) still not delivered them. Whenever we call, they tell us that (Jenna? I may be wrong on the name) is not in right now, but they will leave her a message and get back to us. Every single time. Sometimes the guy on the phone will say that they will look for the items straight away and get back to me that day. Still waiting for them to call me back. 4. A number of items were broken, and we filed a claim with them (they make it as difficult as possible, and you have to send in printed pictures via mail). They "lost" the initial claim, so I re-sent it again, and have USPS proof of delivery. They have also confirmed (over the phone) that they received the claim, but every.single.time I call them to follow up, they are "just about to" send me an email to respond to the claim. Unsurprisingly, no email has been received (going on 7 months of "just about"s), and calling them further just gets you further lies. So in short- they won't show up when they are contracted to (not even the same day), will not pick up everything they promised thy would, will lose your items, and break quite a few in transit as well. So book them at your own risk. I've been trying to resolve this privately with them for over a year, only for the rep to lie on the phone and nobody every bothering to follow up re where our missing items are and answering our question re what compensation we have the right to for the broken items (one of them being an expensive antique table).

Hired them to move my personal belongings, clothes, kitchen and garage content on 7/15
Hired them to move my personal belongings, clothes, kitchen and garage content on 7/15. They were given the scope of work and knew that we were not able to be present fir the move. They came, moved less than half of what was supposed to be moved, clogged my toilet and demanded payment or they wouldn't drip off my stuff they did get. I have plenty of pictures of what was left. Had to hire new company to finish. Called company and they told me to pound sand. $2,200. They charged for boxes that are all half full. Total scammers.

I hired the GOOD GREEK MOVING & STORAGE to move my one bedroom condominiums belongings to a local storage address: NO "SHOW" ON SCHEDULED DATE AND NO CALL FROM THE MOVING COMPANY 1. On Friday, June 25, the Court ordered me to vacate the condominium by Wednesday night, June 30. The Court gave the landlord possession. Another rental was waiting. If I failed to vacate timely, the landlord had the right with a phone call to the Sheriff's Dept. to move all of my belonging to the parking area. The association management could put all in the large trash containers immediately. 2. On Friday, June 25, the same day, I secured a moving company "the Good Greek Moving Co." to move all of my belongings to a storage in Boca Raton. I described to the moving company all of my belongings of my partially furnished one bedroom condo of less than 800 sq. f., gave the location, my bank information for the deposit. Upon completion of the move I would have to pay $199.00 per hour. We
A representative named Billy came to my home for a quote on a move. He said I should lock in a move date and pay $100 deposit to lock in the price. The deposit would be refundable if I decided not to use them. I ultimately decided to use a different company and I requested a refund of the deposit. I called to office number and was told they can't refund from the office and that I would have to speak to the representative that took the deposit. I called the representative, Billy, and he never answered. I left voice mails and sent emails and never received a response. They did not show up on the scheduled move date so I know they received the cancellation.
I hired Good Greek Moving and Storage move the contents of my home on 9/23
I hired Good Greek Moving and Storage move the contents of my home on 9/23. I specifically chose them because they claimed they could move my piano, as not all moving companies are willing to do this. When the movers came, I told them to be especially careful with my precious piano; however, when they were unpacking it I noted that they damaged the corner of the leg of the piano. The movers acknowledged the damage and took pictures as well. They told me to reach out to the office, which I did. The customer service rep which I dealt with apologized and told me he would attempt to make it right. I had to file a claim, but they only offered to pay $300, which isn't even half of the cost to repair it. After a few emails, it was apparent that they will not pay to repair the damage.

Got quote on phone based on sq footage and description of items
Got quote on phone based on sq footage and description of items. Relatively small move to a close by location. Actual hours charged (which I question,) were way more than quote. Charged $171 for 'supplies' which means shrink wrap and tape. They might have used $40 worth of those, so they WAY overcharge this. Charged 18% 'fuel surcharge,' but base it on hours, not fuel used or distance traveled. Ended up $274 in 'fuel surcharge' and they probably drove a TOTAL of 12 miles! Ridiculous. Tight move, getting lots of stuff into little place. They were not prepared to unload items in logical manner, so many things just got placed anywhere - a lot of extra moving work for me. Quite a few dings/scratches. Nothing worth claiming, but they managed to get black scrapes on white furniture that was completely wrapped in a moving blanket. Not sure anything can be done at this point, unless they do the right thing and consider the scope of the move and refund something. Customers BEWARE

We have moved 12 times over the years for work
We have moved 12 times over the years for work. These were not experienced movers. They just did not know what they were doing. They did not know how to treat quality wood furniture. They did not know how to tilt and twist large items through doors. They asked us how to move larger pieces of furniture. They did not complete the move for five days. Now the worst part, all the things they broke or damaged. Thousands in crystal including family heirlooms, a granite table, a shattered floor lamp, and numerous pieces of wood furniture that were not properly padded and have scrapes and dents. When I saw them rolling the round top of a $6,000 dining room table down the hallway on delivery, I knew there was going to be a lot of damage once we unpacked. Given their complete failure to to deliver what they promised, I am going to share our complete experience with anyone, everywhere, including their "official movers of" partners. They should understand just who they partnered with.

We hired Good Greek Moving & Storage for a Dec
We hired Good Greek Moving & Storage for a Dec. 30th 2020 move.. When I booked them, They asked how many bedrooms etc.. I asked them if they could send someone to the house to see what all will need to go. I was told, that won't necessary.. I also told them , there is going to be an extra stop.. I was told NO problem.. When the movers arrived, the loaded up " All we can" I told them, but there's so much more here that has to go PLUS there's the extra stop.. Driver told me , he didn't know about an extra stop.. Until he went and got the paper work. Then he says "Ohh there it is, they usually put that on the front page up top.. They never went to the Extra Stop, they didn't even get ALL the stuff from the orginal stop. I attached numerous pictures of the poorly packed truck that was only 2/3's full ..I put in a claim and they offered me less then $100 for all the damaged items.. Told me: "I'll even round it up to $100, but you can't file a complaint or give a bad review. I want a refund
