misleading advertisement and rude customer care service rep
I purchased tickets and paid additional insurance to protect my tickets for "free cancellation" just in case. I went to cancel soon after because I realized there was a scheduling conflict but was not able to get any refund. As the result my tickets were cancelled and resold and hundreds of dollars were wasted. I asked for refund and was then referred to insurance policy, stating only if you are sick and provide medical proof you qualify for refund. Seriously, if I cannot go for medical reason, having fever, I needed to go to see a doc to get a note? this is the worst company I have ever worked with and the customer care reps were extremely rude. I tried to dispute it and they refused to refund. i will never ever use this company and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends.

Horrible experience
I bought tickets through their site to the NBA Finals (a rare opportunity to get to experience) and an hour before the game got a call that they didn't have the tickets for me. The group then charged my credit card anyway and 17 days later still hasn't refunded me. This is a joke and I'd never do business with this group again. Stick to the big boys like stubhub for a better experience.
