Goode has always performed to the highest quality service. Recent job - replacing a hot water tank- was handled by Ian & his co worker. Both techs were knowledgeable, friendly & really hard working. The job took well over 5 hours & they worked straight thru to finish the job. Goode is always responsive, no nonsense, & skilled. Good is on my permanent go-to list!

A plumbing problem is never something you want to have but its even worse during a quarantine. We were hesitant to have someone come to our home but knew we could not fix the issue ourselves. Jonathon was able to get to us immediately, took all the proper precautions and was quick to get the work done. He communicated ever step of the way and was knowledgeable, kind and courteous.

I was very much impressed with the professionals at Goode Plumbing. Mike *** and Mike K were our saviors today. I felt that they had my best interest at heart in their recommendations. They were very thorough in examining what the issue was and providing solutions. They showed me the camera footage of where the blockage was and what we could do to mitigate it. I will be using them in the future again!

We were told the installation of new water heater would take about 1 hour. It did! John explained to us the advantages of a new heater and the particular manufacturer Goode uses. The discussion was informative and clear. On the day of installation Jonathan did an exceptional job letting us know key steps along the way and "introducing" us to the new heater. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

Fantastic! Their quote to replace my 50 gallon water heater with a tankless unit was not the cheapest, but the plumber they sent made suggestions that the other 3 plumbers I got quotes from did not even bring up. They were polite, clean, professional and I would recommend them highly. They left the area they were working in cleaner than when they arrived! I already scheduled them for other work in my house.

Goode is exceptional. They responded to my inquiry very quickly, tried to help me solve the problem on my own to save me the expense fo someone coming out, gave me steps to try to schedule sooner when I was scheduled far out, and were so kind, patient, and thorough in solving my issue. It was great because contractors and repair people all too often are just about the job and charging as much as they can. But not these guys. They are about quality AND service. Almost never happens. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you Goode!

Goode Plumbing performed work for my new neighbors in our easement about one year ago. In the process they uprooted my 35 year old Nikko hydrangea, as well as plantings of hemerocallis and bulbs of narcissi and hyacinthoides. They left the area a mess: cut into the concrete base of a planter area on my side, left excavated rubble and debris everywhere, including the branches and rootball of the aforementioned Nikko hydrangea. They also mounded the excavated soil and debris upon plantings of ferns and bags of compost. Despite repeated requests to clean up the area, and assurances that the situation would be corrected, nothing has been done.

Goode was recommended by our neighbors who had some emergency work done during the stay at home period. I called on a Monday and Alex came out promptly to give the estimate and arranged for Drew to do the work the same day. They both wore masks and booties inside the house and observed social distancing. He capped two interior water lines, removed and sealed two old exterior faucets and installed a new frost free faucet in a more accessible location. He took his time, was thorough and was ultimately able to do the job without any interior demolition. He cleaned up completely. When I noticed later that evening that an upstairs basin faucet was sluggish as a result of the water having been turned off, I called Goode and Drew returned in the morning and corrected the problem. They are professional, personable and I recommend them.

Goode Plumbing to the rescue... My wife and I first used Goode Plumbing shortly after the torrential rain [protected]) where our basement flooded. We wanted a permanent solution to prevent further issues. Goode installed a "flood control system" in our front yard. In doing so, we discovered that the water service was a 3/4" lead pipe... we decided to install a 1" copper service (also Goode). Throughout the process, the Goode crew was professional and efficient. A few months passed, and we wound up with another problem - our waste sewer collapsed (cast iron doesn't last forever - our home was built in 1928). Because of our recent experience with Goode, we called on them again. This was an emergency situation and they rearranged their crew schedule in order to accommodate us. The crew was again professional and efficient. We were back in business within a couple of days. We would like to point out several Goode employees who were instrumental in the work performed: Anthony Ricci, Trevor T., Frank C., Jose M., and Julio R. Thank you all... Plumber came to fix drain problem. He had to go to truck and came back with $1,020 bill. Repair took less than hour. Apartment complex thought price was too high for quick fix.

I got Goode Plumbing to do my bathroom remodel. They asked me to pick out a bathtub, which I did. They said it would be delivered on 11.16.22. But when it was time to install it, they said it wouldn't fit and I had to pay more money. I called them on 11.14.22 to ask about delivery and installation, but they said it was backordered and wouldn't arrive until ***. They didn't even bother to tell me it was delayed. When I asked for the order number, they refused to give it to me. They also wouldn't give me any proof that they ordered it on time. When I asked to speak to the managers, they said they were out of town and wouldn't help me. Their customer service is terrible and they didn't care about my project being delayed for almost a month. If they use my money to order something, I should be able to know what's going on.
