In October , we purchased a competitor's Bed in a Box mattress but it wasn't a good fit and had to return it during the trial period. In searching for our next mattress, we decided that the Novosbed seemed to fit our needs. Ordering online was quick and easy. Mattress arrived within 10days. Upon unpacking, we noticed the mattress had a manufacturer's defect. We contacted Novosbed Customer Service within 24hrs and the service we received was exceptional. Very caring and understanding, always responding quickly and with great detail. A replacement mattress was ordered right away for us and they schedule the removal of the "defective" one. Having worked in customer service myself, I was very impressed. We ordered the Soft mattress and while it isn't as soft as I would like, both my husband (175lbs) and myself (120lbs) are sleeping well and feeling rested every morning. As a strict side sleeper, I previously suffered from shoulder pain (pressure point), and I no longer have any should pain with the Novosbed. Before the trial period was over, we did end up requesting the topper to make the mattress softer and it's been wonderful. We really like our mattress and would recommend.

I decided to purchase a locally made mattress. During the research process, I was interested in the high-quality mattress. Its specifications met my needs. It arrived at the specified time given when I ordered. The instructions for unpacking were excellent. I slept on the new mattress within 6 hours of unpacking. It is very comfortable and I would recommend this Company.

I am enjoying my Queen-sized *** mattress. Firmness is medium to medium firm. It is reasonably priced, and the delivery was on time. Would have been nice if the delivery person had rung my doorbell. I am 71 and could have used some help getting it upstairs. The box is convenient way to package the product.

I had chosen another Canadian bed-in-a-box company for my first online mattress purchase but unfortunately the mattress was just too hard for my husband and I. I'm a side/back sleep and my husband sleeps on his side/stomach and the mattress was making our bodies ache. So I returned that one and purchased a Logan & Cove one instead and it's been so comfy to sleep on. There's minimal motion transfer, has just enough bounce, and supports my lower back and hips well which is important for me as a back sleep. My husband appreciates it's supportive but soft at the same time. Customer service was great too. They had sent out the wrong size mattress and contacted me to inform me about it before the incorrect item even arrived. They were courteous and sent me a free gift for the inconvenience of sending the wrong mattress (even though they weren't weren't 100% sure if they did send the wrong one, it couldn't be confirmed until the order arrived to me). Turns out the wrong one was sent, I refused delivery, notified customer service that the wrong mattress was sent and the correct one arrived in a week or so. Great experience dealing with this company and I like their mattress and memory foam pillows.

What a treat it is to curl up in my *** mattress! Very happy with my purchase complete with wood foundation, mattress and comfort bundle! I had been thinking about for years and happy I finally did.

I ordered a king-sized mattress and split bed platform from a well-known online store. I decided to return the king and purchase two single-sized mattresses instead. The whole return process was incredibly smooth. The customer service from this company is exceptional. And the mattresses are really comfortable - we're sleeping so well and love the adjustable bed! If you're hesitant to make a purchase like I was, don't be. The quality is excellent for the price. Oh, and the shipping is quick - it only took a couple of days to arrive in a rural area.

This is my first high-quality bed - I sleep on my stomach/side and love the comfort it offers. The third party delivery service was not the best, but the customer service team were really great helping out with the delay.

After 25 years of sleeping in a waterbed i found it was becoming impossible to even get in and out of the bed due to my age (82 ) and size (6' 2") and health issues. So in march i started to research what mattresses where out there and would fit my needs. After combing through dozens of facts and details of mattresses out there i came across *** ( Goodmorning.com) that was rated the best for big people. I also saw they offered the podium adjustable bed that could could easily handle my weight and height. They also offered a 15 year warranty and a choice of 3 levels ( soft medium, firm ) top level layer upgrade (free) if needed. shipping directly to my home was also included in the cost. In March i placed and order for both the mattress and adjustable bed. Now 9 months later i can honestly say BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE when it comes to personal comfort. By the way, in late October my 30 year old grandson purchased a king size *** and just on December 3rd my daughter (50+) received here new queen size ***. I guess you can say we as a family are sold on an excellent Canadian company . great product , service and always there to answer enquires i will upgrade my comments next summer *** Vernon bc aa

I am a side sleeper and have been experiencing pain in my hips and knees. I researched several mattresses before deciding on a premium Mattress. After ordering, I received my mattress within a very few days. The setup was exceptionally easy, and I had my first sleep that same night. What a difference a mattress can make. After a few nights of sleeping on my new mattress, I noticed that the pain I have been experiencing for so long was beginning to dissipate to the point now where it is gone. I would highly recommend a premium Mattress. For myself, I only wish I had done so much sooner than I did.

Having been the owner of a Casper mattress, I was familiar with the whole online foam mattress model. As it was finally time to replace my old mattress, I did a deep dive into researching what was out there now, as the technology and businesses have grown since I last shopped. A particular brand came out highly rated for hot, side sleepers like me, and as an added bonus, they're manufactured locally, so I felt good about supporting my community! From the very first night, both my partner and I have enjoyed great sleep, with no adjustment period or any discomfort.

I ordered an original medium firm model queen mattress for our RV online based on a friend's advice for its quality, comfort, and value. My pre-purchase communication, as an F.N. Status Native, was incredibly honest and respectful. They followed through on a post-sale tax promise and made everything incredibly easy with expedient delivery to my door. I suffer from Arthritic Spinal Stenosis, and I too now share my positive sleep experience with my friends and family. My spouse and I now plan a repeat purchase in the near future for our home bedroom. We're very impressed.

GoodMorning.com We purchased a branded Queen mattress and followed the website's firmness guide.

We purchased a branded Queen mattress, among other items, and followed the website's firmness guide, which recommended a Medium. I considered switching to a Firm but hesitated, fearing the difficulty of exchanging it if it proved too hard. We chose the Medium, but I now regret not opting for the Firm as it's too soft. After nearly six months, I reached out to the company to inquire about an exchange for a firmer mattress. The representative informed me that they don't offer returns or exchanges, but they could send a complimentary Comfort+ kit. We're awaiting the kit to see if it improves the mattress firmness. Otherwise, I'll need to consider other solutions since the Medium doesn't support my back well—I experience significant compression when sitting on the edge. Despite this, their service has been outstanding, with punctual delivery and easy setup.

Queen ensured a smooth and well-coordinated delivery to a rural address. Excellent product! Excellent customer service! The product is so comfortable. It was delivered and set up within 20 minutes, and I slept on it within 12 hours. I ordered the medium hardness, which was a very good choice. I will highly recommend this product. On a side note, I have two sisters who also purchased this mattress, and they love it too!

I bought this mattress 10 mos ago. Extremely Happy with it. I have had multiple matresses over time including Serta Perfect Sleeper, high end memory foam, *** Beauty Rest etc. All started out fairly nice but the memory foam started to flatten according to my body position, the others started to '***' after time, and lose resilience. Even after a few months. I have broken my back twice and deal also with a condition called 'spondylolelesthesis' grade 2 now. And cerebral spondylosis. So for me, finding a decent mattress (never hoping for good, let alone Excellent) seemed unattainable. Plus I needed a mattress where I could lift corners to make the bed. Ha. Did I ever hit the jackpot with GoodMorning.com. Wow. I cannot begin to tell you what a difference it has made in my life. It's 'just right' resilience is heaven for my struggling body. Plus people, it has a 15 year warranty. Not *** but Fifteen years. I was so surprised by the warranty I ended up buying one. And now I can make the *** bed! Absolutely affordable. Extremely high quality. Very very happy with it. What a difference it makes in my quality of life. Oh, I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Yeah, dealing with a lot. Because I planned on purchasing my new mattress online I did several months of research, before choosing my Douglas mattress. My biggest reasons were, it was Canadian made, and it was reasonably priced. Of course once I had it I also found that the quality was exactly as described and the added bonus is being able to remove the top cover of the mattress for washing. I also read many reviews on their website before coming to my final decision. My first purchase was for myself. I was changing from a double sized bed to a single in order to give myself more space in my bedroom. However, I not only wanted a new mattress I wanted an adjustable bed as well and I was able to purchase that from Douglas which was an added bonus, and it too was reasonably priced. I was excited to get my adjustable platform and mattress and get it set up. I wasn't really sure what my first night on a new mattress would be like, but I slept comfortably and deeply from the very first night. I also purchased the mattress protectors as well and I was very pleased with them too. I was so pleased with my purchase from Douglas Mattress that I later purchased a new Douglas mattress for my daughter, as well as the mattress protectors and she too had a comfortable nights sleep from the very first night. We are loving our Douglas mattresses. They deliver exactly what is advertised about what makes them exceptional mattresses.

I moved abroad for a new job with a related company. My spouse would join me once I settled in. I chose a local mattress over a European one and ordered it, facing payment issues due to outdated banking. I reluctantly used Paypal linked to my Czech account. The mattress, made to order, arrived after a short wait. I hadn't realized this due to not reading the site properly, expecting immediate availability like in Europe. The mattress, once received, was as good as promised, fitting our bed and comfortable with a cooling effect. Two months in, it's still in perfect shape. I'm pleased with it, though I wish for more space for a larger bed. I'd recommend this mattress to others.

I had one of the original memory foam beds for many years. It was ok, but in winter it was really hard. My wife and I use to fight over who would go to bed first in order to warm the bed up for the other. Well, that was fun, but after a few years, the bed was becoming less and less comfortable, almost painful. A friend of mine at work mention Douglas beds and how good he found his bed. So when I got home, I took a look at what they were offering. I found the right bed and ordered it with my *** expecting it to arrive in a couple months. I got home from work a week later and the bed was there. I hadn't realized how small the bed was going to be when it arrived and was concerned that it was not going to be big enough. There were no reasons to be concerned, the bed was big enough and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Life goes on and I found myself out of my apartment, not of my own choice. My bed and everything else in the world was in a storage locker for three months before I was able to find a new place. During that three months, I was sleeping in the lunch room at work. My bed was a lounge chair and a desk chair for my feet. It was very uncomfortable and had long lasting detrimental affects to my posture and agility. I have been in my new place for five months now and I attribute my regained agility and mobility to my bed. I have been sleeping all night and waking feeling better every morning. With luck, and a little more time, I'm hope full that I will be back where I was at 95% and improving. Thank you, Douglas beds, for my life back.

Come July, it will be two years that I have been sleeping on my wonderful Douglas Mattress. I have tried many, many mattresses searching for relief *** Some were obscenely expensive while others should never have made it to market. In the last two years (I'm rounding out the time I've had my Douglas) I have had night after night of painless sleep. Good, deep sleeps. Every two or three months, I have my hubby rotate the mattress and once again I climb into bed each night knowing that I will not have to fight my way out of grogginess in the morning due to sleep deprivation brought on by restless sleep. Now, I do think I have to be completely honest here. There is one thing that I have issues with. I will be turning seventy-nine this fall so I don't kneel down to say my prayers at night anymore. Too painful, so I say my prayers all tucked and snuggled in my wonderful bed. Well I'm only able to say half my prayers now because I fall asleep ten minutes after I get into bed and that's just not enough time for me to ask for forgiveness and blessings. So every morning I have to apologize to God and the saints for falling asleep again! But I know they forgive me. So, if you *** need a great nights sleep I think you owe it to yourself to get yourself a Douglas Mattress and use up every one of those trial period days the company offers you and test this marvel out for yourself. If you don't like it you can always send it back, no questions asked. I'll wager that when your hundred day trial period is over, you will not be sending this mattress back. It really is a marvel.

I needed a mattress fast due to having to unexpectedly having to throw out our damaged old guest room mattress five days before my in laws were coming to stay after moving out of their own house. I ordered online on a Saturday of a long weekend and then called customer service and left a message about my desperate need for a mattress to be expedited. I was surprised to receive a call from them on Monday, which was the holiday. The CSR named *** was very understanding and offered some reassurance that although he couldn't promise anything that there was a good chance they could get me a mattress in time. I called Tuesday and was told they hadn't heard back yet from the manufacturing office but received a phone call back with in a half hour that they would be shipping it out either but the end of the day or first thing in the morning. I received an email it was shipped and would arrive on the Wednesday, a day earlier than I expected which was great as I was able to get it set up and the bed made before my in-laws arrived. I was even more impressed by the quality and comfort of the mattress once I saw it in person. It is very well made and plush. You definitely need two people to bring it into your house and get it where you want to set it up. Set up was fast and easy, we had it up and ready to go fully made in less than an hour. The only thing I would change is for there to have been set up instructions included either on the box or in the box as I had to quickly check online. I was very thankful they were polite, very responsive, upfront with information, followed up and delivered fast. I will recommend them and would buy again. Great Canadian product, service and price.

1. I looked at several other mattress companies. They had so many mattresses to choose from, I would not have known which one to pick. I love that you had only one, and the price was better than any of the others. 2. I had no intention of buying a bed, but the adjustable bed looked so amazing, and was so reasonably priced, that it didn't take much convincing for me to make that purchase too. 3. I had a pre-sales question. My email received a response within a few minutes. No auto-reply saying you got my email. Just a real person answering my question QUICKLY. Thank you! 4. The order process was very easy to navigate, and I was pleased that I could pay for it over 6 months with no charges. I will probably have it paid off in a couple of months, but it was great to have that leeway. 5. No waiting. My bed and mattress were here in less than a week. 6. No assembly. My daughter and grandson screwed on the legs, unpacked the mattress and we all jumped on. SOOOOOOOOO comfortable that my grandson decided he wants one too, so his parents have ordered a new one for him. We are currently awaiting its arrival. 7. I am very short and when I saw that the height of the bed was adjustable, I asked my daughter and grandson to take off the mattress, flip the bed on its side and remove two sections of leg. I now LOVE how low it is - and it's easy for my old dog to get on too - but my knees are giving out and I think I will have them put back one section to raise it to the middle height. How great is that! To have three choices of height! 8. I am 76 and my health is starting to fail. My kids think it's great that I will have this bed when I NEED it, and they joked that they will come in and roll me over every couple of hours. ;-) 9. The only negative thing I will mention for absolute transparency, and it is mentioned on your website, is the chemical smell from the mattress. Someone suggested I put some lavender drops under my nose and sprinkle it on my pillow, which I did, and it helped. I have now slept on the bed for three nights. The chemical smell is gone and I have never felt so much comfort. It is soft/plush and yet gives complete support. I cannot imagine anyone ever buying a bed and mattress from anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

GoodMorning.com DON'T BUY THIS MATTRESS

DON'T BUY THIS MATTRESS. This company just changes the rules when you call to have the mattress returned. It is not just a simple call as stated in their 2016 ads and original terms and conditions, which was changed. I ordered this trial about 61 days before hip surgery. *** My first night on the mattress was about 92 days into the trial period. It was just too soft. Prior to my surgery I had requested the additional soft pad, which is still in the box. I never put it on. I immediately contacted Novosbed requesting a return. I was told I had to provide pictures and Novosbed would decide if I could return the mattress. I told them I was unable to go up the stairs due to my knees *** I also pointed out their "Terms and Condition" never mentioned pictures. This has now changed. I then request a firm pad and stated I would pay for the pad since I already ordered the soft pad. Novosbed stated No. *** I called as per the terms and condition of 2016, and was willing to pay for a firm topper, but I was told NO. I decide to write the CEO of Novosbed. I explained what happened. I appealed for his help and surely an owner of Novosbed he could help. His response shocked me.. I will paraphrase, He spoke to the CS representative and was told there are no exceptions. *** especially since I was willing to purchase a topper from them even though I did everything originally requested to return the mattress. On my limited income and now facing more surgery while still trying to get well this issue *** This CEO has no regulation but the policies that the owners put in place, yet he used his staff as an excuse not to help me. *** My mattress has been standing up in my room for the last 4 years. No one even wants it for free. Shame on Novosbed.

We bought a twin "Juno" memory foam bed on 22-Feb-2020. It's been on a bed and used like any other bed. We never took it off the bed. We took off the cover to wash it and saw that the top foam layer of the bed has split in many places. We contacted the company and they said it's not their fault. They only looked at a few pictures and said it's wear and tear. I don't think it's normal for a 2 year old bed to have many 8-10" tears in the top part. The warranty says it covers this kind of damage. It says "Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling". This is what happened and they said it's not covered.

They said in their email that they can honor tax exemptions for Status Cards, but they need a photo of the front and back of the card to make the arrangements. They cannot authorize the tax exemption before purchase, so the tax will be refunded after purchase. After placing the order, customers should send a follow-up email with photos of the card for confirmation. Customers can also leave a note in their shipping instructions if they want GoodMorning.com to follow up with them first. The name on the card must match the name on the order exactly. If customers do not feel comfortable emailing the card information, they can fill out the GST189 rebate form, which is available on the Canadian Revenue Agency's website. Customers can also take their order confirmation to their local government office and fill out a physical copy of the form.
