Help - after many attempts, after sending my Pixel to Texas for WARRANTY service ---- MY FREAKING Google assistant comes ON TO help me all the time randomly.

1. I have searched the web for help.
2. I have uninstalled Google on Pixel and reinstalled, did not help.
3. I have RESET my voice many times - HEY Google, to no avail.
4. Radio on background will excite Ms. Google Assistant.
5. Computer Audio will excite Ms. Google Assistant.
6. I can have Pixel on silent and be quietly attending a meeting and ON COMES Ms. Google.

I have tried a factory reset - and YET you fool for a service warranty rep in Texas sent back to me - without ANY correspondence. Took returned to AT&T store and AT&T store representative said the Google Rep blew you off Mr. Customer (me, Steve) --- a software problem you have and NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE NOR SCREEN!

My point is Google do YOU GIVE A DAMN?

Google basically has told me to stick it. Not good for customer retention.

Now I await to see if Google is all Ai Or you have humans that work there.

Its virtually impossible to contact Google for support! You have to sign in to navigate etc. The problem I am having is that I can't even sign in to try and navigate to get support...
I have to speak to an actual human being to explain my account has been 'hacked' or that I can't sign in. If I do sign in with a new password google sees this as 'suspicious" and then all is suspends it again and so does the viscous cycle continue.
The problem is that many apps and accounts are linked to that email address which makes it extremely frustrating.

They are all small charges one at a time over the past few months, this is the second time they did this to me. I have no clue how they got my card infor. Unless it stored somehow when I ordered something. I am elder and on ssi only 780.00 a month and yes they did in fact cripple my daughters and I over the past few months taking out these and without my knowledge, or authorization. I reported them the moment I finally caught them, only to be denied a refund. I am not taking this sitting down. I reported to fta, state attorney general, bbb and now here. I pray someone will help me retrieve this money back as it has put us in a terrible bind and here at christmas. I am in bad way now and they could give a damn. I even emailed them after that and they still will not refund me. I talked to a person as well who told me there was nothing they could do. I feel powerless. So google as big as they are now we know how they are so large, they steal! Off people like me, I get 780.00 a month and that is it, out of that I have to feed 3, pay rent, electric, and other bills for 3 people. All from 780.00 per month and that is [protected]@! They take 320.00 in total and could not care any less about us, I tried to level with them that I am elder, do not play any stupid games and if my grown daughters did, they play fb free never would any of use waste money in this way we just can t. Any way they are grown and I am elder. I am beyond pissed! Anyone know how I can get this money back please help!

I have been using Google AdSense to monetise my 10 websites for over three years. I've had ups and downs with them, but it has largely been a good experience.

I support 3 employees under my business and rely on the Christmas advertising revenue to get me through the Q1 reduction in ad revenue.

AdSense has enacted the following on my account "The number of ads you can show has been limited. For details, go to the Policy centre."

No information is supplied to me other than that they may take more than 30 days to review my account. I contacted support three times and got pre-written replies providing no extra value.

I want my account to be unblocked so my earning potential is not damaged and I can pay my employees their Christmas wages.

At the very least allow me to earn the advertising revenue and hold it "for review" while you are investigating so when it turns out this was not caused by any wrongdoing on my half I can pay my staff.

This is theft plain and simple.

I recently purchased a Samsung S20 5G Ultra phone from Google Fi. Within a couple days I broke the screen. I sent the phone to Samsung for repair. Samsung claims this is a gray market phone, therefore repair is problematic. Please note, I am not expecting free repair, but even though I have been willing to pay Samsung (In fact I have already done so), but because it is a gray market phone, it is still a problem to get it repaired, Samsung claims this presents a parts problem. I have contacted both Samsung & Google many times, to no avail. It is unethical (if not illegal) to sell a gray market item without telling the potential customer, because of situations like this. The only thing Google has done is send an email threatening to charge me an additional $300 because the (broken, unfixable) phone is no longer activated.

So been trying to access my email that was hacked and everything changed on it. Google gmail phone help absolutely is horrific! They didn't help at all or even attempt to help. Don't know what to do now besides just accept it and move on along with cut my loss with that account which seriously sucks because it's tied to my xbox live account as well so screw you google customer service.

I was charged $10 for Google*Tree. I didn't purchase this. I have no idea what it is. I want a abrupt refund as soon as possible for this inquired service.

It is unacceptable to fire or censor an employee because you find the content of their research objectionable, especially if their position is an ethics researcher. As a professor of ethics, I stand with those who have objected to Google's decision to censor Timnit Gebru's research.

This is a violation of not just business ethics, and not just good practice, but ethics in general.

Hi - I keep receiving ads in a foreign language that I dont even understand - keep on blocking them but they just appear again! I've always been english! Cant be based on my activity while I was signed in to google and I live in south africa - think the screen shot is spanish? Whatever changes were made in the background pls fix them asap. Tried to purchase sw to block ads but even this doent work!

My Google account has been hacked, even though I have taken all the safety precautions that Google has indicated.

When I contact support, I do not get any results, knowing that I have documents that prove ownership of my account, but Google does not want to help me provide this information to it.

The account contains my personal data, my photos, etc., and I hold Google responsible for protecting this data. Please contact Google and ask them to return my account to me as I cannot access it.

On 09/03/2020 I had a charge for 169.99 for something called google fax and a 29.99 charge for google as well and these charges were made in London. I immediately notified google and advised I didn't make these charges and I received a email stating to check with my family members as they probably made them. I have no family members here and no one else had my card. I had just recently saved my credit card info on my google account when I purchased youtube and I'm assuming they got them there as there was no other way. I am drawing unemployment and there is no way I would spend 170.00 on anything right now much less faxing. I notified my bank (way 2 go program) and they credited the money back and then 3 months later reversed the credit stating the information they received from me is conflicting with information they received from google. This has caused me all kinds of problems and I feel google owes me my money back.

My son got his own gmail account and I have parental control.
I first online class with whitehat junior the teacher asked my son to create a new gmail account in order to sign up to code.org.
I told her he had one. She said he needs one where he is 21 years of age otherwise he will not be able to upload apps. I said there may be a good reason for this, but she insisted and took him through the process of making a new account where he is 21. this is the account [protected]@gmail.com
Find attached a screenshot of my complain to whitehat and their answer. I had multiple conversations with so called relationship managers with no results.
I am not ok with how this is going and I think you need to look into this. I think there is a good reason for parental control online and its important to protect children.

I have had the run around with google today and have tried a number of international phone calls and I can't see to find a way to speak with someone. I am appalled at how hard it appears to be to find someone to talk to. My father is 70 years old and no matter how hard we try to recover his password we can't and despite my email address looking similar to his they've decided it's not close enough. I am very upset with the lack of service and regard for those that are less tech-savvy. My father will lose any and all information associated with that email account if I can't find a way for google to help. I am happy to verify any and all information either myself or with my father.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Google's Trust agents, 1 they hacking my computer so I cannot use my account in Facebook, do not allow me to reset passwords in google or microsoft. It is saving my password account's to every google accounts even to account when I say never save. I received an email from someone that said that my computer do not suppose to be running. I got afraid and I delete by mistake, but this let me know why and how my computer was damaged in not working. I had to paid my money to get it fix. Whosoever, it be, now is trying to stop my software from working by tracking my every moves on web site. If it continues, I will report google and those whom work at the company from damage my property and from invading my privacy why on computer and searching the web sites.

I have been a google user since 2000's and previously used picasa which I saved lots of my photos. Then one day I got a messege that my account was suspended. And could not buckup my data.
