I am complaining because someone has hacked my personal email
Since yesterday someone has hacked my personal account my email is or better said was

I have no longer access to my email account! I also noted that he changed the verification questions that I used to have and maybe even added another telephone number but for that I don't know! This person device was located at Limassol Cyprus, from Firefox 58.0, IP address: 93.109.92.130, February 10, 11:42 AM from windows it is an unrecognised device and I tried multiple times to remove it or even report it but he was keep changing my passwords and at the end he managed to change also the verification questions as I said and now google is sending me text messages to my personal phone which is [protected] (cyprus) but then when i enter the code it makes another verification question which I DIDN'T put!
I am kindly ask to recover my email but only when you call me or contact me on my phone [protected] which is the only phone you can find me!
I also had send some request from my new email [protected]@gmail.com
and is linked with my friends email as a recovery email which is [protected]@hotmail.com! Please I kindly request to help me and recover my email because is very important to me I am a student and is also linked to my university this person also hacked my ICloud cause it is connected with this email! I would like to hear from you either to my new gmail account or send it to my friends the most accurate way is via phone!

I am an individual not a company
On Saturday 2-10-18 I called [protected] in order to get help with a questionable pop-up claiming to be from Google Chrome stating that my financial account passwords may have been compromised and giving the number [protected] to contact. I had to reboot my computer to get out of that screen. I then searched Google customer service and was given the number above [protected]) to call. On calling that number the female who answered did not identify herself as being affiliated with Google. She directed me to call [protected] for technical service.
I called that number and spoke to an individual who identified himself as "Joseph" who addressed my issue. He took control of my computer and began diagnostics. He called me later and told me I needed to have a Dell firewall 2600 installed to remedy the problem and then removed. He told me I would need to pay $1500.00 as a deposit paid for by purchasing Google Play cards and I would be refunded $1495.00 paying $5.00 as "rent".
I bought the cards and supplied the information from the cards and purchase receipts by scanning them while he was in control of my computer. I also spoke to a man who identified himself as "Leo Garcia".
I was directed to leave the computer running while the firewall was installed and he would call me back. He called later and said to leave the computer running all night and he would call me around noon on Sunday.
I called [protected] Sunday around noon and again the female answering did not identify any affiliation with Google. I gave her the phone number given to me by Joseph [protected] ) and asked her to verify that Joseph and Leo Garcia were Google employees. She stated that the persons and phone numbers were legitimate.
At 12:32 PM I called Joseph [protected] ) since he had not called. He stated that more issues had been found and he would call me back. He stated that my computer had been infected with a virus from Russia and Nigeria and that a different firewall, Dell 3600, would have to be installed to correct the problem. He told me that I would have to pay a $3196.00 deposit to have it installed but Google would refund the entire amount.
I stated to Joseph that my issue with that plan was that I had never verified that anyone I spoke to was actually with Google and I would need to verify that before sending anymore money and the plan he was proposing was developing as a scam. Joseph then referred me to Leo Garcia.
I expressed my concerns to Mr. Garcia that I had nothing but their word that I was actually dealing with anyone from Google. I told him all I needed to do was to verify who I was dealing with. Mr. Garcia became very irate that I would suggest he was involved in a scam and offered me a pass to come to their facility in NY to verify it, which made me more suspicious since I am in NC and he knew there was no way I could come to NY. He said he would not speak to me any more, ended the repair activity on my computer and hung up. I had insisted that I needed more verification than a voice on the phone to verify I was dealing with Google before I sent more money to them. As far as I could tell, he could be the one responsible for the virus and since he had control of my computer since the pop-up the phone numbers may not be valid.
All I want is my computer repaired. I have no problem with posting the deposit if I can verify where it is going and I will be reimbursed.

Three unauthorised transaction were carried out from my debit card on 8th Feb 2018 at 4:29 pm from google*cryptapp, of three transactions: first debited Rs. 50, then Rs.5000, and subsequently for Rs 6000.
We have connected authorities in our SBI branch where they registered complaint with State Bank of India and provided ticket No. [protected].

In Nov, 2017, I contacted your company in good faith because I am a small business who need help and I honestly thought Google was a good company. A representative in India discussed with me what I needed - an ad to run for Christmas with a budget of $500. I gave him permission to set up the ad and that was it - they only reason I knew the ad was up and running was seeing it on the web. The next thing I know it is the end of January and my bank account is overdrawn and I am bouncing checks. I have received no bills, no updates - nothing. The only correspondence I received was that my bank account needed updating. How can Google justify this? Your 'Customer Account' Dept tells me this is my fault because all they did was set it up for me but where is the customer service in that - how was I to know I was going to keep getting charged for something I did not ask for nor did I want. This was a one time thing for Christmas only. I am at a loss as to how a company with Google's reputation can sit there and deny a small business a refund that is clearly justified. I know $1000 does not mean anything to Google but I can't pay my bills because of your so called help.

My pixel microphone no longer works as of 1/27.18 No one can hear me speak. I have reached out to support 5 times to have my phone replaced. Case number [protected] and [protected]. I am told it has been escalated, however no one has contacted me. I was told 24-48 hours, we have exceeded the 48 hours. My need for a replacement has gone into a dark hole. Such disappointing service. The phone has been trouble shot...the microphone has been identified, this as a manufacturing problem. Google is very aware of this problem and has been replacing phones for this. My phone is technically 45 days out of warrenty, it was one of the very 1st phones purchased. This is not my fault, it a manufacturing issue. I want my phone replaced. I leave to go out of the country next week. Timing to replace the phone is critical. Your immediate attention is requested. As a consumer I should be treated better than I have. I do not have a working phone, this is a true hardship.
I did want to add that I took it to ufixit as requested by the tech, they have very little knowledge of what to do (as I believe Google has been replacing phones for this problem). They quoted me $120 and said they "thought" that might fix it. As a consumer I should not have to pay for a repair that you admit is a manufacturing problem.

I was checking my charges on my credit card today (1/24/2018) and found an unauthorized charge from googleplayg.co/helppay#Ca. for $15.42 on 1/22/2018. I did not authorize this. I do not have an email stating this was done, do not have an order in history, etc. I would like to have a refund credited back to my card. I have no documentation, except my charge card statement.

Google Kabam has taken roughly 280$ out of my account the past month and a half . The thing is that I have an iphone . How can I get this money refunded ? This is the third time this has happened . The first time the money was refunded into my account in a matter of 2 days . google is censoring my emails!
I've been updating my family and friends on what really is happening in Washington, DC. Today, 1/17/2018, I sent an email and ended as usual with the American Flag. Then after sending I pulled it back up and the flag was removed! So, I sent another email to the same people complaining about the removal and put 15 American Flags on the email. ALL Flags were removed and replaced with little black squares! Another emailed received by a friend had a red and blue blur, no stars!

Hi, for the past 3 months a charge of £13.49 has come out of my bank account. It says Google telepathic. I have no idea what this is. I have now blocked this charge from my bank. I do have a Google play account which has no subscriptions on.

It's the transaction dates from 10th January 2018 to 12th January 2018.
It's roughly around the price of $965.00 there is roughly 60 transactions. I have cancelled my card. But the bank said if it's reversed it will go into my bank account. Failing that I an happy to provide my bank account details.
I have sent Numerous emails to Google Play store and the Developer. The Developer emailed me advising me to get The refund.i also forward that to Google Play store. And still refuse to refund my $960.00.

call made to my father stating they were a loan company sister - site from google play
My Father received a call yesterday from a loan company that said they were affiliated with Google Play. They offered my Father a 5, 000.00 loan at a 3% interest rate and said that they are able to do the low rate due to Google being such a big company. They explained the loan process and told my dad that all he needed to do was pay for insurance, provide banking information, ss# and taxes on the 5, 000.00. Total cost was over 600.00 when all was said and done. They also offered an additional discount if paid through Google Play and reminded him of how convenient it would be for him to pay with the cards for his monthly payments of 91.00. They sent my father to the store to put the money on the cards and asked my dad when a good time to call back would be. Dad followed direction and emptied the cards over the phone. We are devastated. My father was looking up loans to help pay for my mother's medications and now cannot even pay their bills. My father then went to the bank immediately to protect his account, change debit cards and then spent the evening on the phone cancelling his auto bill payment accounts. Today, 1/9/17 at approximately 12:10 pm we received another call from the same company asking for more money. I asked my father to stall them so I could reach out for help. All I could think of was to have him go along with "acting as tho" he would need time to get more money and they agreed to call back in an hour. They have not called back yet, but they will want to get more money. We called the Kenosha police department and an officer came by for him to fill out a case report but was informed there was not much they could do. We desperately need your help. I have no idea what these are and i never authorized the payments and have never set up any kind of automatic pay. I need this refunded to my card, or i will report you to the bbb. This is my child support card that youve taken it from. The only reason the card was on file is cause you make us put in a card number to ever get "free games". This is crap cause youve not just taken from me but my children.

Very simply. I am not receiving conservative emails. They are getting to my phone, but not to my gmail account on my computer. I even tried to forward conservative emails from my phone and they are not getting through. I hope google is not a political arm of the democratic party.
