Google Google reviews

Honest business reviews are being removed from Google ads. I, and many other customers have reviewed CBA Fence Pro in Gulf BReeze Florida and they are being deleted. My first review was placed on the 19th of May. It disappeared on the 20th of MAy. I have photo proof. I placed the review again every single day consecutively and it never gets posted. The business is likely losing revenue as a result of these unilateral actions.

Can you explain?

Desired outcome: As per FTC law all ads to this company should be immendiately reinstated.

Google Purchased car in full would not deliver

I have used Vroom and Texas Direct Auto before it became vroom and was very happy until now. I have purchased several vehicles and my last two experiences. I bought a Toyota Tundra about 2.5 years ago. Low miles looked great drove great. Went to the TDA location to pick up and drove it home. A few days later the weather cleared out and we had a sunny day. I noticed the paint in passenger rear panel and on the cab had slightly different hues. I started looking and found fresh paint overspray and masking tape inside the fender well! It was reported as accident free. They took it back and tried to match the paint two times and could not do it. That took a month! Finally they paid to have a pro shop fix it. My second experience was just this month. I bought a Cadillac SCT in cash. Paperwork signed money paid and got the notice that it shipped. A week later I got a notification that they found a defect in the sunroof and it will be shipped once fixed. BUT wait it was already shipped I was informed via email so I called. Originally on the website it said the car was here at the TDA location. I told the sales manager I was gonna come down and buy it and drive it home. I was told that it wasn’t actually there and they had to ship it to me at a 1200 dollar cost which I paid in full with the vehicle price. So I have paid for the car and I have a signed contract and delivery notification this is now my car, however when I call they will not tell me what exactly the issue with defect is or what parts are needed or when I can expect it to be finished. Nothing, they would tell me nothing except I can wait for an indefinite time or I can find another vehicle to swap with ( lol sure can’t wait to do this again!), or I can get a refund in 5-10 days. I talked with an attorney and I did some research and found the the Texas AG filed a lawsuit on vroom just months back after there were 5000 complaints filed in only a few months in Texas! After almost a month of getting no where except I did find out the vehicle was here all the while and the shipping charge was bogus and I have several documented false contradictions and also all of their people are rude after you pay so finally I just decided to get a refund. I used to be a fan and have sent several buyers there over the years however now I will tell you STAY AWAY. If they have done this to a repeat loyal cash paying customer and have such a bad reputation now then trust me your experience will most likely be a horrible one! Yes they have lower prices than most but there is obviously a reason. You get what you pay for. I got an in-house repair job that didn’t match and bought a car that they would not deliver! STAY AWAY FROM VROOM AND GET YOUR NEXT CAR FROM ANY OTHER DEALER!

Oh one more thing. I was thinking early in the process just a week after buying the CTS, that maybe I would buy another vehicle. This time I decided to do a trade in. I have a 2018 GMC Denali 2500 diesel with Alison transmission I bought for $67000 just over a year ago. Vroom gave me a trade in quote for $22000 LMAO! Other dealers were up at 47-50K because that’s what it’s worth! Vroom is a rip of lying company working on mega volume and praying on the unexpected so read reviews and then decide if they would be good for your next purchase. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I got my money refunded and am currently speaking with other dealers.

Google Vroom

This internet car sales company Vroom is horrible. They have not returned the title to my car, which I was going to trade them. Was unable to get approved by a bank for a newer car so we canceled the deal. That was in March! Every time I call they keep telling me that they're sorry and it'll be 7-10 more business days. I asked to speak to management or have them contact me and there is no management to speak to. I looked them up on the BBB website and they have a ton of people experiencing the same types of problems. The states of Florida and Texas are taking some type of legal action against them. How can a half-[censored] company like Vroom, be allowed to advertise on Google when so many people rely on Google for authenticity. I understand that you may not be able to gage a companies intentions at first, but what about when they get so many complaints and are basically using your platform to rip your users off. I think Google should have some type of system in place where you check with the BBB to see if these companies are abusing their privileges.

I seem to been charged £13.99 on the 11th of each month since February 2022 by G.co/Helppay#gb and l have no idea why or what this is, or who it is.

Google Fraud charges

Hello, i recently got a card (Gift card visa) for my 20th b-day (05/14/22) she (put $25$) on it. i checked my balance on https://mygift.giftcardmall.com/ it says GOOGLE*NGUYEN LE THAN G.CO/HELPPAY# 06 94043 US has charged you 0.99$ 24x. on the card it says that there will be no charge fees after purchase. i calling the company they said talk to you.

Desired outcome: refund the amount charged on my card.

Google Microsoft Software - Missing Outlook Emails

First, I give MS an "F". The most user unfriendly I've ever encountered. I regret the day decades ago when I learned MS.

I've tried calling (hang-up) using their Help to find chat (tells me what to do when I get to chat but not how to get to chat), and looking for an MS store thinking I would physically go there (they're all closed according to their website). I cannot stand this company! If anyone is seeking software and may require assistance, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to MS!

Google Impact window complaint

4/3/2021: Signed a contract with Window World along with 50% deposit they require. At the time I was told they would call to give me an installation date but to expect the July timeframe.

For brevity I am omitting all the dates and attempts and lengths I went through to attempt reaching this company for information and updates. Suffice it to say they have been extremely non responsive, non communicative as to order status, potential installation date etc.

11/2/2021: Due to unresponsiveness, I called the Corp office and spoke to someone in Customer service. I told them of the issue and was advised that this is a franchise operation but they would contact the office here in my area to have someone call me.

11/3/2021: I received a call from a woman identifying herself as someone in this area. She said she would be following up and would call me the following day. (Of course I did not receive a return call.) After numerous additional calls and Voice mail messages, I finally connecting with a young lady that informed me the problem was WW will not contact you until they have received everything on your order.

Again, I will not list all the attempts and conversations, bottom line after 10 months, I finally got an installation date.

2/7/2022: Installers arrive and there are items missing from the order. They check and find the items are in Orlando so installation is delayed until the following day.

2/8/2022: The installation begins and:

1. One window is broken also needs new screen

2. On another, one part sent is not what was ordered

and does not match the other window in the same

room so could not be installed

3. The order specifies a 94.5” sliding door.

They installed an 80”.

The bottom of the sliding glass door installed is not flush with the tile and has a 1/2” gap (you can actually see to the outside through it.)

The installers and customer service person both promise that I would receive a call by the end of that day (2/8). NO CALL received

2/9/2022: I call to say I have not received a call, the job is incomplete, the door incorrect etc. Once again, I am promised the supervisor would call by the end of the day NO CALL

2/10/2022: Nearing the end of the day, still not having received a call, I call the corporate office and am told they will reach out to the local office.

2/11/2022: NO CALL.

2/11/2022: I e-mailed the corporate office the above information.

2/15/2022: Still no contact, no return call. The broken window is beginning to show signs of rust. I sent the above information to News 5 Investigations.

2/15/2022: Called Riviera Beach Building inspection office

2/16/2022: Inspector came out

2/17/2022: called to say the front window bottom portion is installed incorrectly, they don’t make the top that will fit door size specified on contract. I told him that was what I was quoted for on all my estimates so it must be available. He asked for one of the companies I received estimate from, I gave him New South. He said he is working on it

2/18/2022: I text to check on progress. He said New South told him they couldn’t make the size for him

2/21/2022 Daisy called to say She saw that had contacted me. I told her of the broken glass and screen. She said that installation department would be contacting me.

3/4/2022 Text and LVMM at office. NR It's been almost a year AND you guessed it, the situation has not changed. I've also since run into a few people who cringe when I mention I am trying to do business with these folks. Apparently my story is just one of many. NR/8/2022 Text Kevin

3/8/2022 Text: He replied windows scheduled for next week

3/16/2022 I sent a text to letting him know i’d herd nothing from anyone. No response.

3/18/2022 Another text. No response

4/5/2022 Sent yet another text explaining that I had also called (at least 6 different times) inquiring about status and had received no response.

4/11/2022 Window World had contacted me to see they were scheduling the install for 11 and 12 of April. They did not show and did not call.

Desired outcome: Resolution of issue. Financial compensation for inconvenience.

Google Google Suite

A lady from Google Suites walked me through the steps. But she seemed mad and used belittling speech, so I had to tell her that I didn't trust her. I have been trying to close the account all the way back to December 2, 2021, but they still take $19.21 out every month. I even told them I won't worry about a refund. But again, on May 6, they took out another $19.21. Usually they were taking it out about the 1st to the 3rd of each month. Why the 6th this time? Are they evil? Why was she so mad at me? Finally, HOW DO I STOP THEM?

My reply to my post above:

Maybe they confused me with my domain name. I was very busy and really didn't think I'd need the domain name anymore. This was back on December 2. They didn't make it sound like the domain name needed to be kept. Actually when I developed the domain name in November, it seemed like there was confusion - something like whether my email was my domain name or I had to create a name or if the name had to be an email or not an email address. But shouldn't they be able to help me even if I can't find my domain name. Or maybe it is something more sinister? Who can I trust?

Also I contacted Discover (credit card through which they are taking money). Discover said they couldn't do anything for some reason. But also, about a year ago, Discover had to change my credit card which had an expiration date of June, 2021. There was a charity taking money out of my account. I just assumed they could no longer once my card changed. After getting a new card with different numbers, that charity still took money out. I called Discover and they explained that somehow a company can still take money out and I am the one that has to call the company to have it stopped.

Another issue with Google Suites is that I don't remember my domain name. Today when I tried to contact Google, Google said I need my domain name.

But shouldn't they be able to help me even if I can't find my domain name? Or maybe it is something more sinister? Who can I trust?

Desired outcome: Google! Stop taking money out of my account. At first I said you didn't have to refund, but now I want $19.21 back. Actually since I thought it was a free trial since October....but I admit I was confused - probably made mistakes.

Google Google Pixel 6 Pro

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! DO NOT BUY GOOGLE PRODUCTS! And if you do, pray not to have a problem with it. I purchased Google Pixel 6 Pro about two months ago and in the second month of use, a dead pixel (one pixel on the screen turned green) appeared on the screen and there seems to be a loose part inside the fone that makes noise when the phone is shaken (phone has never been dropped or exposed to water). I contacted both my provider (AT&T) whose customer service is as bad as if not worst than Google's and also Google to get my problem fixed. I went to the store I purchased my phone from and they told me it was Google's problem and they had to deal with it. I contact Google they tell me to contact my provider. I call my provider to get tech support and after 6 HOURS on the phone with them, the only information I got is that it is a "manufacturing defect" according to three different technicians. My phone is still under warranty and neither AT&T nor Google can access it (that's what they have been insisting on). It is a simple problem, the phone came with a defect and the least they can do is replace it or give me my money back. Instead, they have been avoiding me for the past two weeks and insisting on the point that "I understand your situation but there is nothing we can do about that" NO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION. It is ridiculous how Google treats its customers. I am doing all I can to let everyone know about this situation so no one makes the same mistake I made and buy a Pixel phone. It is their mistake and I am the one paying for it. I do not want to keep a thousand-dollar phone that is defective just because Google does not respect their customers and is not collaborating with me to solve the situation as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: I want a refund or a new phone.

Google I have tried three times to "Sign In" with my email address and your email Code

Cont'd. 6-digit numbers. Having completed the prerequisites of instructions, yet another instruction pops-up. This requesting, 'a phone number to which a TEXT Message can be sent to.' (I do not have a 'Smart' or any other phone for such to be possible. My questions are simple: First - Why? Second - What alternative method are you providing for Members such as I?

Please understand my frustration, as a senior citizen who looks for simplicity. Thank you, Bob Verney, Sr.

Google Please removed Baltimore Ballet’s all negative reviews once and for all.

Hello,

My students, parents, dancers and I have photographs proving that Google may have been blocking close to all positive reviews while generating/allowing negative reviews from unbeknownst accounts for Baltimore Ballet School and Company. We also have proof that Yelp has been practicing similar strategies as well.

There are three images showing how two very positive reviews were rejected since 2018, while an account named "K L" was allowed to leave a terrible review just three days ago.

There are two other positive reviews allowed and it's hard to tell the reason why.

Baltimore Ballet has not given any trainee positions since 2015 and it is also hard to understand why any human would decide to write such nasty expert review 3 days ago when they had the opportunity do so immediately after, assuming that the author was a trainee with Baltimore Ballet.

I am fully for this recent article, and I will contact them and others unless Baltimore Ballet’s all negative reviews are completely removed once and for all.

Hello,

I had already filed a complaint about the mishandling of the reviews of businesses on Google (good reviews being blocked or deemed as "not recommended" and bad reviews appearing from nowhere.)

I had recently received an email saying that a review had been removed. When I checked after receiving the email, the review and the star rating were both gone.

When I check it now, the star rating is gone but the review is back.

I can only imagine there may be someone mean and unprofessional behind this whole procedure.

I took screen shots of the event, and I am sending you one of them along with the email I have received confirming the removal.

Please rectify this situation once and for all.

Hello,

This is my third complaint following up the first complaint about the mishandling of business’ reviews on Google (good reviews being blocked or deemed as "not recommended" and bad reviews appearing from nowhere), and the second follow-up complaint to the same review being initially removed, and magically and gradually coming back.

Your company's term of use guidelines clearly states:

A content that does not represent a current genuine experience and undermines a business' reputation impersonating an authoritative source should be removed.

It does not state that a review which has been already removed would gradually come back with further implications. You can clearly see in the pictures provided that the 5 days old review first took a "new" stance, later became "relevant" in the order.

Each time I receive an email from Google about a review, it talks about "creating trust amongst the community" with a reply. The experience I had with Google reviews proves otherwise for your company.

The reviews submitted to the complaint board are also not public once sent. Please review the evidence I am sending about the mishandling of the situation and inappropriate content of K L’ s review and remove it once and for all.

Google Google Pixel Buds

My Son Nikolas bought some Google Pixel Buds Headphones with Wireless Chargin.

Estimated delivery date: 2021-08-04

After the Purchase my son determined that they didn't work. As my son couldn't deal with the return as he was out of country, I took on the responsibility to return the goods.

I contacted Google. Filed my request for a refund. Had a phone call with a Google representative to test the Pixelbuds. They did not work during this phone call. Then and much pleading, Google sent me a shipping label. I subsequently shipped the pixel buds back to Google. A week or 2 weeks later they acknowledged that they received the product. Then they said that it would need to be inspected before a decision would be made for refund. Then, if I read the email correctly, I would get the refund, but that would take 2 billing cycles, which is ludicrous. However, it's been more than 2 billing cycles and I have not had a reply back from Google Customer Care. Hmm. This has been going on for close to 9 months and there doesn't seem to be a resolution. FYI, the cost of the product was: Google Pixel Buds Headphones with Wireless Chargin $169.99

FYI, the product was purchased from Staples in Canada.

Google GSuite subscription

I have cancelled the subscription connected to the email address that once was [protected]@primaryaimtuition.co.uk however you have continued to withdraw money from my account, changing your reference so that when I block these transactions the you are able to continue your withdrawals. I would like to instruct that Google do not continue any withdrawals from my account under any reference and that I am reimbursed the fraudulent payments that you have not had permissions to.

Desired outcome: I am reimbursed the payments taken since my cancellation of the subscription and my account details are deleted from your records.

Google Youtube TV

Watch your bank accounts closely with Google YouTubeTV. This month I was double charged for youtube TV on the same day...66.87 twice. I have filed the appropriate form with google (which says it can take a week to respond) and have disputed one of the charges with my bank. This is disgusting conduct by Google during harsh financial times. We'll see how long it takes to fix this.

Desired outcome: A refund for 66.87 as I was charged twice for the same month.

Update: My bank informed me that this is a common problem with google and Walmart. My bank has credited me back 66.87. Still nothing from Google with the form I submitted which is not surprising.

1. I filed a complaint in January No. [protected] charges were made and I was told that the matter is being processed and I have not yet received a refund, .I see that they continue to debit with the credit card company that ends with the digits -1

Google Play gift card

I bought a $60 google play gift card from the store but the card won't redeem on google play. Google play says,

"Fix gift card error “We need more info to redeem your gift card. Send us details.”

It requires a form filled out with more information such as screenshots of the card and receipt of purchase.

I did this, I filled out their form and submitted screenshots of the physical google play card and store receipt but still no credits to my google play account I received an email reply from google saying my account is not eligible for appeal. I'm not appealing a case, I never received the $60 credit that I purchased. Google will still not redeem the Google play card.

Google Fraud/unauthorized transfer

On the 04/10 there was a card linked to my Google pay account without my consent and it wasn't in my name either DID I know the name of the bank as soon as I noticed witch was a couple hours after or next day I immediately opened a dispute with Google pay for the the 3 unauthorized transfer And about that fraudulent card that wasn't in my name and was linked to my account the dispute was open I received a update from Google pay support on 04/18 stating the can't refund my money and to resolve the dispute with the financial institution, how can I resolve it with the financial institution of the card isn't in my name and I also don't know that bank name of the card I tryed to get Google support to understand that more than once please help me resolve this issue am I suppose to just let someone link a fraudulent card to my account and just steal my money and let it go NO I REFUSE TO please help me get my MONEY back
