I am extremely happy with the communication regarding my package and the quality. It is exactly what i wanted and even though i found the website through facebook where i could be wary my entire experience with your company was amazing! I ordered a dragon ball z father's day shirt everything I added to the shirt came out exactly as advertised. It was a thick cotton shirt and i'm sure my children's father is going to love it as much as i did! My ordered arrived 3 weeks before the day I needed it.

A friend of mine showed me her coffee mug which was given to her by her sister. It was beautiful I loved it. I ordered a mug for my sister and myself in memory of my mother. I absolutely love the customized water bottle I ordered. Took awhile to arrive, which was to be expected, but was worth it. The pin/screw holding the cover onto the lid came out though, but the company was able to send me a replacement lid. Not only that, but they sent me a whole other customized water bottle as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially when the new bottle arrived much faster than the first. Was sceptical about trying them out at first, because never heard of the company before, but am glad I did.

I've made quite a few purchases from Gossby and have found them to be top notch with their products and their customer service. Any issues and they resolve them immediately. I ordered the wrong item by mistake one time. Could not correct or cancel it. I had to reorder but they gave me a partial credit and a coupon for an additional discount. Another time the lettering was a little smeared. Again I called and again the issue was resolved by making and sending another mug. All my orders except for one have been gifts. The recipients have loved them. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Picture below are all future birthday gifts for July and September. Thank you Gossby!
Gossby Company! Custom Coffee Cup and AMAZING Service!
The store custom designed a copycat for my sister. It was amazing because it look like the back of her and myself with our names below us. It was very special and they did an amazing job. Also the cops keep your coffee hot for hours which is really great! And I must say after my second purchase their customer service is phenomenal! There was a shipping issue with UPS not the store and they followed up on it and made sure it was delivered to my sister on time. I was so impressed and they followed up with me after she received your gift. Rarely do you say such great customer service with any store today. I highly recommend this company and to explore their amazing products. I give them five stars across-the-board.
Disappointed with Gossby's Shipping: A Review
I placed my order on Gossby back in April, with the promise that it would arrive in time for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When I reached out to customer service, they did refund the $6.99 shipping fee, but that didn't make up for the fact that my mom didn't receive her gift on time. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed and don't plan on ordering from Gossby again.
However, I will say that the response I received from customer service was polite and professional. They expressed their regret for the delay and took responsibility for the issue. They also promised to investigate the root cause of the problem and offered to refund my shipping fee while I waited for my package to arrive.
While I appreciate the gesture, I still wish my order had arrived on time. It's frustrating to have to explain to my mom why her gift is late, especially when I had specifically ordered it with plenty of time to spare. I hope that Gossby can improve their shipping processes in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

I recently made a purchase from Gossby.com and I must say, I had a bit of a mixed experience. I ordered two 11oz mugs with the same design on December 2nd, one as a gift and the other for myself. The shipping was done in a timely manner, but unfortunately, my order arrived a week later than expected. This was due to UPS shipping my order to a different state after it had already arrived in my state, ready to be handed over to the post office for final delivery.
Upon opening my order, I was disappointed to find that one of the mugs (the top one in the picture) was completely wrong, while the other (bottom one in the picture) was correct. Although I was happy with the one that was correct, I was disappointed that the other one was not what I had ordered.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience was not great. There was no phone number to call, and the live chat option and email support were not very helpful. I only received one response from the company, which provided evidence that my order was not correct.
Despite these issues, I am grateful that I at least received one correct mug to give as a gift. However, I do hope that Gossby.com can improve their customer service and shipping processes to ensure that future customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I recently bought two mugs from Gossby and unfortunately, one of them arrived completely shattered. I was pretty bummed out about it, especially since there was no bubble wrap to protect the mugs during shipping. As a result, the other mug had some paint chipped off of it too. I reached out to customer service and they seemed like they were going to take care of it, but it's been two whole weeks and I still haven't heard anything back from them.
To make matters worse, I paid $40 for express shipping because I needed the mugs by a certain date. Obviously, I couldn't use them as gifts anymore since they arrived damaged and late. I asked for a refund for the shipping, but they only offered to take 50% off. I agreed to this, but only if they were going to send out the replacement mugs right away. Unfortunately, I still haven't received them and it's been a while now.
I feel like I've been charged almost double the regular shipping just to wait for standard shipping. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. At this point, I'm not even sure if the replacement mugs will ever arrive. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Gossby so far.

So, I heard about this website called Gossby and decided to give it a try. They claim to be located in Louisville, KY, but I live in Cincinnati, OH and my order was supposed to arrive on May 7th, just in time for Mother's Day. However, it's May 6th and my order is all the way in California! I've been trying to call them for days, but every time I try, it says the call volume is too high. Finally, I got through today and asked why my order was in California when they're supposed to be in KY. Turns out, they're not even in the US, they're located overseas! And to make matters worse, my order won't arrive until May 11th, even though it left their facility on April 30th!
The representative I spoke to could only say that once the order leaves their facility, it's out of their hands. But come on, just be honest about where you're located and how long delivery will really take! I'm so disappointed and frustrated. This was supposed to be a gift for my sister who lives out of town, and to make matters worse, my nephew was recently murdered, so I wanted to give her something special for Mother's Day. Now, I have to wait even longer and mail it to her once it finally arrives. I just hope it looks like it does in the pictures on their website. I don't think I'll be ordering from Gossby again. My weekend is ruined.
Disappointing Personalized Mask from Gossby: A Review of Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out when I got my personalized mask from Gossby. I mean, just look at the picture - it's got these big ol' gaps on the sides that don't do much to keep germs in or out. And the elastic is just tacked onto the corners instead of being gathered up like it should be. I've got a pretty average-sized head, so I don't think it's just a matter of me being too big or too small for it.
To make matters worse, the mask was pretty expensive and it took a long time to get to me. I reached out to Gossby's customer service to see if I could return it or get a refund, but they told me that since it was a custom product, they couldn't take it back. I don't think that's a very good excuse - I mean, if the design is flawed and the product doesn't work, why should I be stuck with it?
Anyway, after some back-and-forth with customer service, they did end up offering me a refund. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on it, and I think that shows that they care about their customers. Hey there, I gotta say, I've been ordering a lot of stuff from Gossby lately. I mean, who wouldn't love a personalized mug or Christmas ornament, am I right? The whole idea behind it is just amazing! But, I gotta admit, there are a couple of things that could make it even better.
First off, I think it would be great if they added an option for height. I mean, that's a huge part of a person's physical appearance, right? It would be awesome if they could offer short, medium, and tall options for personalization. That way, everyone could feel represented and included.
Another thing I've noticed is that there aren't as many options for men and boys. It's hard to do anything family-related when I have to leave my husband and son out. It would be great if they could add more options for the guys out there.

I mean, I spent well over $100 on only seven small Christmas ornaments for my closest friends. And, on top of that, the shipping is a little ridiculous. Disappointing Experience with Gossby: Cheap, Poorly Made Ornaments and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two ornaments from Gossby, based on the advertisement photo. They were supposed to be a 3D ornament of our dogs that passed away. We uploaded photos, and we were under the impression that they would do custom ornaments, or at the very least a generic version of our breeds of dog on angel wings. But what we got was a cheap resin print out of our dog. They basically cut and pasted our dog from the picture we sent and glued it to a print out of angel wings and covered it in resin.
One of the ornaments never came, and the one that did come is ugly and blurry and scratched up. It's not what they advertised. I tried to contact customer service, but it was terrible. I called and the rep told me only the chat agents could help. I messaged the chat agents and told her what was going on, but all she kept saying was "there is a blue film on it, take the film off it". There is no film on it, and if there was, it wouldn't take away from the fact it's ugly and not what they advertised.
I paid 40.00 for the ornaments, and she had the audacity to refund me 30% off the shipping fee. The shipping fee was 10.00. This company is garbage, and they make garbage. Don't buy from them. I was really disappointed with my experience with Gossby. I was hoping for a beautiful, custom ornament to honor my beloved pets, but instead, I got a cheap, poorly made product that doesn't even resemble my dogs. The customer service was terrible, and they didn't even try to make it right. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Gossby Coffee Cups Review: Good Quality, but Unprofessional Communication and Weird Requests
I gotta say, I ordered a whole bunch of coffee cups from Gossby and they were pretty darn good. I mean, I really liked them. They were just what I was looking for. But, there was one thing that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. When I got an email from them and they were calling me by my first name, I wasn't too happy about that. I mean, who do they think they are? They don't know me like that. It's just plain rude and shows a lack of manners. I didn't give them permission to call me by my first name, so why are they doing it? And to make matters worse, they started the email with "Hey Cherri". I mean, come on now. That's not how you address someone in a professional setting. It's just plain disrespectful.
Now, I ain't one to complain too much, but this really got under my skin. I don't have time for people who don't show me the respect I deserve. So, when I get an email like that, I just delete it and move on with my day. Ain't nobody got time for that kind of nonsense.

And what's this about taking a photo of my experience? That just sounds weird to me. How do you take a photo of an experience? I don't know about y'all, but that just don't make no sense to me.
Overall, I gotta say that I liked the coffee cups from Gossby. They were good quality and just what I was looking for. But, they need to work on their manners and professionalism when it comes to communicating with their customers. And let's be real, taking a photo of your experience is just plain weird.

The other ornament was too dark to make out the details, which was a bit of a bummer. The ornaments were supposed to be identical, but they weren't.
The second order was even worse. I ordered three items, but they were packaged separately. The tracking information showed that all three items were delivered, but in reality, only two of them were. I contacted the company multiple times, but I kept getting the same useless response. They told me to look in my mailbox, search around my mailbox, speak with USPS and the carrier, and wait 3-5 more days. After multiple emails, I finally saw that the tracking information was changed, and it said that the missing item was in transit. But it was never even shipped! I wasted so much time and energy tracking it down, filing missing package claims, and trying to get answers. Finally, I got a half-hearted apology and an offer to refund half the shipping cost and the price of the ornament if it wasn't received by a certain date. But it was too little, too late.
Now, I'm on my third order, and I should have received it by now. But yesterday, I got an email saying that the items I wanted were out of stock, and they were sending a substitute. Very Disappointed
Have ordered many cups and adult size T-shirts and loved them all! Some were gifts, some were for me. I have never asked for measurements for ANY of the people I have gotten t-shirts for as gifts. So I never asked for measurements of the baby I was getting this for...BIG MISTAKE! Baby was rwo weeks old, healthy baby, so I got 12 months size, so he could "grow into it". I don't have babies, so yes I am clueless at buying baby clothes...BUT how many people ask for the measurements of the kid before buying clothes?!?! Anyway, the size 12-month onesie arrived, and it was the size of a washcloth, lucky if it would fit a doll a little bigger than Barbie. Called Gossby and rep. Asked if I read the sizing...$*! Long story even longer...I sent the onesie to the baby, it fit for a photo session, but I don't think the baby could move and gave the side eye, like what are you doing to me! So MORAL to this review is measure the kid, buy the biggest size possible and sent/give before it is born or wait until it is an adult size and give them their baby gift. Onesie was very cute, and parents liked it even though it did not fit well and was small, just wish the baby could have worn it normally. Will still order cups and adult sized t-shirts from Gossby, but not baby clothes!
Deceptive Business Practices

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Ordered a mug as a Father's Day gift. After waiting for it to arrive and seeing that the tracking showed that the mug had been in my home state and then been returned to the company, I reached out to find out what was wrong. The first chat with Gino told me that on his end the mug would be delivered that day. Shocking that it wasn't. So I reached out the next day. This person tried to tell me that the mug was scheduled to be delivered on that day instead. I kept asking and insisting that they look into it further since the mug had already been in Connecticut where I live and returned to Kentucky by the shipper. Sure enough they looked into it and found that the shipper returned it to the company due to an undeliverable address. Weird because the address is my address and I get mail here all the time with no problem. I confirmed the address with them which is the one that they had on file and they flat out admitted that the shipper was to blame and told me that they would escalate it and reach out to me in an email by the end of the day. Guess what? No email arrived. So the next day I reached out again. I was told that they were taking it to a team member and that I would be notified of the resolution by the end of the day. Guess what? No email. So I reached out again today. Now I am extremely angry and frustrated as Father's Day is 3 days away and I am left with no gift and the prospect of having to go spend more money in order to buy a new gift. I was told today that they were going to go to management to see if they could reprint another mug and send it out to me. I was told that I would have that answer by the end of the day today via email. I was asked for patience and kind understanding. I told the customer service rep that my patience had run out after all of the times that they had promised to email me and didn't. She asked if it was okay if she took the time to figure out the situation and emailed me and I told her that I guess it would have to be okay because I had no control over the situation. I told her that actions speak louder than words and I hope that she would prove me wrong about not believing that she would follow up. Well, here it is 11:00 at night and you guessed it, no email. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. If anything goes wrong, they will deflect and delay and push you off with empty promises of emails that never come, all the while not delivering the product or providing any kind of refund. Absolutely horrific customer service and I will be letting everybody know on every social media platform that I have access to.
