I paid for ALL the upgrades etc on a customised bobble head and it arrives and…

1) box is dirty (the gift box I paid extra for)

2) The cheap printed label was crap and crooked (which I paid extra for)

3) The hair was far to dark drown on the male

4) the “salt n pepper” hair on the male was rubbish

5) they confirmed with me the faces which I approved but not the rest (body etc) I’m unhappy with the white shoes they chose to put on the female and I would have advised navy blue as per the dress but the dress covered the feet in the photo

6) I paid for the guarantee customer satisfaction - I want it fixed they keep coming back with “u approved the faces” oh and last email “u didn’t approve the faces” - yes I approved the faces but NOTHING ELSE

Yes their photos on their website and social media looks amazing and you pay hundreds of dollars to get what you are after BUT no

They won’t even answer all my questions as listed above and more they just keep talking about the FACES

I paid over $120 for a bobblehead as a birthday present. I reviewed the timeline stated that they needed to customize the order and to ship it. Base on the most conservative dates given (e.g. 2-4 days for delivery, I went with 4 days; 3-5 days for development w/o review, I went with 5 days). Based on all accounts I should have received it by August 18th. The package was not delivered until 23rd! I paid an extra $40 for the fastest delivery possible, and honestly I do not know if my sister liked it. She didn't call me with rave reviews so I don't imagine it was anything special... When I contacted Customer Service they only shared canned information that I already knew and shared with them about timeframes and tracking delivery... Very disappointed, will not buy again!

I ordered a bobblehead for my boss. I'm a teacher and collected money from the school staff to have the bobblehead made for our principal.

I paid for the VIP service, the company sent a proof. I had them make some changes. The company then sent me the bobblehead head and it had hair. My boss is bald. I informed them that I couldn't give him a bobblehead with hair. They agreed to remake the bobblehead head if I paid $25.00 in shipping.

A few days later they asked me for my address, even though they had already previously shipped me the incorrect bobblehead head. Due to this delay the bobblehead head will not arrive on time. I requested a full refund. They offered a 60% refund, which is unacceptable. Their site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I want a full refund. My boss is retiring, and now I have to rush to find a new gift from our staff.

Me and my hubby deciced to immortalize our wedding day with a custom bobblehead from MyFaceBobbleHeads.com. But man, was I disappointed! The faces on the bobbleheads were really off, and my kids thought they looked so creepy. Also, I spoke to the company's people and they said there ain't nothing they can do. Talk about customer service. It was really a big waste of dosh and time. Trust me, you don't wanna go with these guys.

So, I came across My Face Bobble Heads when I was looking for a customized gift for my friend's birthday. At first glance, they seemed to be a US based company but turns out they were not! But hey, that's alright! They still did offer some cool-looking bobbleheads.

I ordered one for my friend and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, it took longer than I expected. In fact, it took almost three months for me to receive it. I tried contacting their customer support but no one replied back to my emails. That was a bit annoying! I mean, who likes to wait that long without any updates?

Anyway, when the bobblehead finally arrived, I noticed that the head didn't shake as much as I thought it would. It was a bit disappointing! And to make things worse, the bobblehead was damaged when it arrived. I double-checked to Confirm if the damage was not from me. I just couldn't believe it!

I can't blame the delivery service because it was clearly damaged during the production process. It seemed like their quality control was not up to the mark. I regretted ordering from them and wished I had gone somewhere else.

So I just got my package from My Face Bobble Heads, and it's kinda really disappointing. The figure's head isn't even bobbling when I paid extra for that feature! On top of that, the head looks normal and kinda small compared to the body, which is supposed to be all funny and exaggerated. What a bummer, right?

And to make matters worse, I ordered a custom Star Trek uniform body for my bobble head, but all I got was this generic, plain uniform that doesn't even have any details or anything. Not even a Starfleet insignia!

I tried talking to customer support about it, but they weren't very helpful. It took a lot of back and forth just to get 30% of my money refunded. And don't even get me started on PayPal, they were NO help at all.

The face was not even close to the photograph that I provided, the nose was really big, and the overall appearance was that of a 45-year-old woman with a chubby face that was not good for a young audience.

Moreover, the basketball team they made for the doll didn't even exist. It was really disappointing to see such an error, and I am not sure if they were asleep while putting everything together. Also, the shorts of the doll were broken which was not what I expected from a company that sells custom made bobbleheads.

The worst part was that everything was delayed by two months. I had to follow up multiple times only to get a substandard product. Man, these My Face Bobble Heads people really don't know how to get stuff done on time. I ordered a birthday present for my hubby and thought I was golden with their "3 days sculpting time" and "7-10 day shipping" promise. But noooo, it took a whole 19 days just to get it in the mail! And even then, the package is stuck at "shipping label created" with USPS for another 5 days. What's the point of saying you can make a custom bobble head in 3 days if you can't follow through on the shipping? Timing is everything when it comes to giving gifts, you know what I mean? I feel like I got scammed by these Chinese manufacturers! And to top it off, I lost a total of $300! It's a shame that I trusted this website and company and ended up losing my money for a terrible product! I strongly urge others to stay away from My Face Bobble Heads!
