Despite having paid through Paypal and receiving confirmation from Unifury that the items had been shipped, the USPS tracking information paints a different picture- indicating that the items have not yet been shipped. This is obviously frustrating and disappointing.
To compound matters, I have reached out to Unifury via email thrice but received no response. Their phone lines are similarly unresponsive, with the voicemail box repeatedly indicating that it is full and unable to accept additional messages. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a business, and it has only served to further dampen the festive mood of the season.
It is my hope that Unifury will take a more proactive stance in addressing customer concerns and ensuring that their products are delivered in a timely, efficient manner. There's still time for them to salvage the situation and earn back customer trust- but this will require a concerted effort on their part. Fingers crossed!
