Jacks team did a awsum job!
Jacks team did a awsum job! We had acrilic windows out in our screen room, as well as insulashun throughout and a new roof. Turned out so much better than we expected! Definately recommend Graham for all of your home improvement wants and needs!
They put in windows in our screened-in lanai a few months ago and we really like the windows but the installation and service after the sale
They put in windows in our screened-in lanai a few months ago and we really like the windows but the installation and service after the sale ain't so great. The windows leak real bad when it rains and the door on the outside don't seal. Two different repair guys tried to fix the leaks but nothin' worked. I called the office a bunch of times to get work orders done but they take forever to respond. Still waitin' for a response from my last call a week ago. I probably wouldn't have gotten the work done if I knew it would cause so many problems. I wanted to use this area in any weather but it just ain't possible.
This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST. They EXPLOITED my mom and her neighbor. No written contract, didn't pull a permit, didn't finish the job, and had her forge my name on the insurance checks for $18,000. Who does this to an 84-year-old senior citizen? Jack or Kelly *** won't reply to my emails anymore. Thank goodness for the Attorney General for helping us. Polk county has a group called "Senior versus Crime" that helps anyone who's been illegally tricked. I'm listed as an owner on the title, so I can move forward and press charges against them to protect my mother from further elderly abuse. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I think this was on purpose, like a bait and switch
I think this was on purpose, like a bait and switch. They gave me a contract and took my deposit. But then the next day, they jacked up the price by 2,000.00. They didn't really explain much, just said the sales guy messed up the pricing.
Carport was instaled by Graham Aluminum
Carport was instaled by Graham Aluminum. It has been leeking constantly but with very little help from the company. I have called numerous times, visited the business and complained about the leeks. Some one came out to look at it and promised to repair the leeks. During the year 2020, several visits were made to my house by a person from the company but the issue hasn't been corrected. Product_Or_Service: Carport instaled.
In August , Graham Aluminum put up a new patio roof at the back of my house near the pool
In August , Graham Aluminum put up a new patio roof at the back of my house near the pool. They promised me that once it was done, there wouldn't be any water leaks. But guess what? The roof has been leaking for two whole years now! They've sent different folks to fix it multiple times, but the darn leak just won't go away. The last time I spoke to someone about it was two weeks ago, and they said they would check it out "again." But since then, I haven't heard a peep from them.

I got Graham Aluminum & Home Improvement to put in all my windows and a French door
I got Graham Aluminum & Home Improvement to put in all my windows and a French door. They did a pretty good job overall, but there were a couple of issues. One of the windows doesn't have any trim, which is a bit annoying. And the French door turned out to be a bit of a disaster. We had a perfectly fine door before, but we wanted one with blinds, so we had them install it. Right from the start, it wasn't great. One of the doors doesn't even open because the latch is broken. And the blinds frame is all bulging and messed up. They didn't even bother to remove the old concrete from the bottom when they installed it, so now it leaks debris and water from the bottom. It's a real pain because I can't even lock the door properly without slamming it. I asked them to replace the door, but they refused and said they could just fix it. But I really didn't want a fixed door, I wanted a new one. So now I'm stuck with a leaking French door.
On 3/9, I paid $500 to Graham Alum
On 3/9, I paid $500 to Graham Alum. for some awnings to be put up before 4/1. But guess what? It's 4/21 now and still no awnings, no calls back. On 3/9, this guy Kevin F(sales rep) from Graham Alum. took my $500 down payment from my credit card and promised me that the job would be done before the end of March. He said I would owe him $900 more when it's done, and I agreed (signed receipt and all). But then, around 3/27, I tried to get in touch with Kevin, left a message, but he never called me back. I called the office, and Kevin still didn't call me back. Then, on 4/8, I went to the office myself, and they told me there were some problems with shipping causing the delay. Finally, about a week later, this guy David Larrimore shows up at my house with some awnings that I didn't even order. And guess what? They didn't even give him all the parts he needed to do the installation. So David made some calls and took some of the parts back with him, I guess to find the missing ones. But here we are on 4/21, and I'm stuck with useless awnings, and nobody is telling me anything. I've tried reaching out to David and Kevin so many times, but no luck. And they haven't even responded to my email. And just so you know, I have my signed receipt and my bank statement showing the $500 payment, in case you need proof.
They was hired to redo my roof and siding
They was hired to redo my roof and siding. They came and started the work but never returned to finish. This company was hired to redo my roof and siding, Contract was drawn up and signed on 9/2. The work was started on [protected]. Bill who was our salesman/representative came by to check on progress and pick up payment on [protected] where 2 checks were given to him for $5000.00 each. On [protected] A check for the remaining balance Was given to him in the amount of $10792.00. The majority of the work is done there are just finishing up to do on the back side of the roof and install the gutters along the back. The house looks great and we are happy with it BUT it seems like they got final payment and we no longer exist because we cannot get them to come finish up and they are holding up other projects that are waiting. I called Bill's personal cell number 3 times, I visited where they advertise at the Marketplace, I called the main office and I also visited the office about getting the work done. Men were finally sent after I visited the office 10/21 they came to finish the roof 10/22 but here we are a week later still waiting on the gutter to be installed. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT PAY UNTIL ALL WORK IS FINISHED! When you call them they say I will call you back and you don't get a return call. It's a shame because the workmen did their job and the house looks great but something is wrong in the office side. There is no communication with their customers UNTIL they want to get paid. Then the communication is nil again! I JUST WANT THE JOB I PAID YOU FOR DONE THAT'S ALL!
Took 4 months to complete building permits process
Took 4 months to complete building permits process. They gave me an option for hurricane shutters that wasn't even an option. I signed a contract with Graham Aluminum on 4/16 and they said the work would start in 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, but they didn't even finish the permit process until 8/20, more than 4 months later! It's all Graham Aluminum's fault. I wasted so much time talking to them and the Polk County Building department. I also checked online. The NOC was done wrong and they had to submit it 3 times. Plus, the front porch inspection failed because Graham Aluminum didn't include the stamped engineered plans. Finally, the permits are done. But the real problem is with the back porch. I originally wanted a quote for a front screen enclosure and accordion shutters for my back patio doors. I'm really scared of hurricanes, so that's what I wanted. The General Manager, Kevin F, told me it would cost $3,800. Then he suggested another option: acrylic windows instead of screens and a stronger door with a deadbolt. I asked about the hurricane rating of the windows, but he just said they use them in Miami-Dade County, so I thought they would be a good option for extra protection. That's what I decided to do. But when the permit paperwork came months later, I found out that the windows have to be removed when the wind is over 75 mph. HOW CAN THIS BE AN OPTION INSTEAD OF HURRICANE SHUTTERS? And the windows should have stickers saying they need to be removed, but there are no stickers. I'm a senior and I don't have anyone to help me remove these windows. If they had pulled the permits before starting the work, I would have seen them and stopped the installation. I wasted my money on something that doesn't even protect me from hurricanes. Now I want Graham Aluminum to pay for another company to install the shutters, to make up for their misleading sales advice, the time I spent dealing with permits, and all the frustration they caused. Kevin called me last week and said they won't pay for the shutters to be installed.
