Mixed Experience with ArmorGarage: Great Product, but Ordering Process Needs Improvement
This ArmorGarage stuff is pretty pricey, but I gotta say, it does what it says on the tin. I did have a bit of trouble with the custom chip colors though. I mean, I typed them in the comments like they said, but it wasn't super clear that that was the right way to do it. I ended up having to call and double-check, which was a bit of a pain.
And then there was the shipping. It took a full two weeks for my order to arrive, which was a bit longer than I was expecting. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone told me to open the 5 gallon bucket because sometimes there are supplies packed in there. I gotta say, that was completely wrong information. The rest of my order was actually on its way and arrived four days later.
To make matters worse, when the second shipment arrived, the chip colors were all wrong. I had to call again to get it sorted out, and they did send me the right ones right away, but it was still a bit of a hassle.
All in all, though, I'm pretty happy with the product itself. It's just a shame that the ordering process was a bit of a headache.
Disappointing Service Experience at ArmorGarage: Hours of Waiting for Routine Maintenance
I recently purchased a new vehicle from ArmorGarage and while the car itself is great, the service experience has been less than satisfactory. Every time I bring my car in for routine maintenance, such as a tire rotation or oil change, or even for something more involved like a car inspection or getting snow tires put on, I end up spending hours waiting. It's frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I make an appointment ahead of time. I understand that some things may take longer than expected, but it seems like they don't value my time at all.
I've tried to be patient and understanding, but after multiple visits with the same issue, I've decided that I won't be buying another car from them again. It's just not worth the hassle. I want to be able to trust that my car will be taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner, but that's just not the case here.
I'm disappointed that ArmorGarage doesn't seem to care about their customers' time. It's not like I have hours to sit around waiting for something as simple as swapping out tires. I have other things to do and places to be. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to spend so much time waiting for something that should be quick and easy.
Good Info but Ordering Process Needs Improvement: A Review of Epoxy Color Chips on Website
This website is pretty good, I gotta say. There's a lot of good info on there, but I had a bit of trouble when I was trying to look at the epoxy color chips. The dang web page wouldn't expand big enough for me to read the color codes! I mean, come on, how am I supposed to know what color I'm getting if I can't even read the dang code?
And then, when I was checking out my order, I didn't even see the comments section where I described the color chips I wanted for my epoxy floor covering. I mean, what's up with that? I thought I was being pretty clear about what I wanted, but I guess they didn't see it.
I did notice that in the floor color section, they say that Red Tile has "Custom Flakes" that you can note in the comments. So I'm guessing that the order taker looks at the comments section, but it would be nice if they showed that information in the "Review Order" section of our purchase.
Overall, I think this website has some good stuff, but they could definitely make it a bit easier to order the right stuff.
ArmorGarage Decking Review: Durable Product with Room for Improvement on Color Guide
I stumbled upon ArmorGarage's website while searching for a deck product that would last a lifetime. I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did! The website is easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quickly. The product itself is fantastic and I'm very happy with it. However, I do have a small suggestion for the website. While the color guide is helpful, it could use a bit more detail. It would be great to see more pictures of finished decks on the site, marked with the corresponding colors for reference. Perhaps ArmorGarage could ask customers to send in pictures of their finished decks, labeled with the colors they used, and add them to the website. I took a chance with the Nantucket grey color and white railings, and I absolutely love it! I wasn't too concerned about matching the color to my house, but I can see how that could be a concern for others. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend ArmorGarage to anyone looking for a durable deck product. If you're interested, I'd be happy to send in pictures of my deck for color reference.
Mixed Experience with ArmorGarage: Order Process Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough start with ArmorGarage. I tried to place my order over the phone, but no one answered and I had to leave a message. When they called me back, I answered but no one spoke to me. So, I ended up placing my order online.
I did get an email confirmation that my order was received, but I didn't get any shipping confirmation or tracking information. I had to call again, but this time I got a helpful person who gave me an arrival day that turned out to be correct.
When my order arrived, I was happy to see that everything was there and ready to go. However, I did notice that the two cans of top coat were seriously banged up and dented. I was surprised that they didn't leak, but I think ArmorGarage needs to address this issue.
I haven't used the product yet, but I plan to this week. After that, I'll be able to give a more thorough review. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic about ArmorGarage.
Top-Notch Products and A+ Customer Service from Armorgarage
We've been doing business with Armorgarage for a long time now, and we gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. We're a small handyman biz, and we've probably put in over 50 orders with them. Their customer service is A+ too. If you follow their instructions, you won't have any issues. Some of the other folks on here seem to be griping about stuff that's not Armorgarage's fault. Like, if your floor is jacked up to begin with, no coating is gonna fix that.
One thing we've noticed is that they always give you more than enough product for the square footage you're covering. So if you ran out, it's probably because your floor is all janky or you didn't put it on right.
Durable and Long-Lasting Garage Floor Coating: ArmorGarage Product Review
We bought ArmorGarage's product for our family shop that's 1152 square feet, a little over a year ago. My husband, my three sons, and their friends use the shop to service personal vehicles, our tractor, and to work on project cars. We've had several car engines removed and replaced using a steel wheel engine hoist, we've had hot steel splatter from an acetylene torch, and we've had several different chemicals spilled on it. But, we've had no failures in the product.
We followed the prep instructions carefully because there were several oil spills to remove prior to application. The prep was a bit of work, but it was worth it. The application was easy, and we were able to do it ourselves. We were surprised at how quickly it dried. We were able to walk on it within 24 hours and drive on it within 72 hours.
The product has held up well over the past year. It's easy to clean and has not shown any signs of wear or damage. We are building a new house, and we will definitely put this product on our garage floor. We highly recommend ArmorGarage's product for anyone looking for a durable and long-lasting garage floor coating.
Armor Garage Deck Finish Review: Lifetime Warranty Only Covers Material Replacement
Last summer, I bought some material from Armor Garage to redo my outdoor deck. It was pretty pricey, about $70 per gallon, and I ended up spending over $650 on the material, stripper, and other tools needed to get the job done right. I used a high-pressure washer and some extra stripper I bought locally to strip off the old finish. Unfortunately, the expensive stripper I bought from Armor Garage didn't work very well.
Once the wood was completely bare and dry, I followed the instructions and applied the finish. It looked great at first, and I was excited to finally have a deck finish that was guaranteed to last for the life of the deck. At 79 years old, I figured it would outlast me! But by the time spring rolled around, the finish was already flaking off.
I contacted Armor Garage and showed them before and after pictures. They offered to replace the finish with more of the same, but they suggested that I scrape and sand off the flaking finish myself. I wasn't interested in doing more hard work for nothing, so I declined their offer. Now I'm stuck with an expensive deck that looks terrible and will need to be stripped and refinished all over again.
If you're thinking about buying from Armor Garage, be warned: their lifetime warranty only covers material replacement, nothing more. Don't make the same mistake I did!
ArmorGarage Epoxy Review: Disappointing Sealer and Customer Service
The epoxy from ArmorGarage is pretty good, but the sealer is a different story. When it's wet, it's like an ice rink. My family and I have fallen on it so many times in the last 8 months. We spent $1500 on the kit and non-slip coating, but it didn't work. They told me to get a different non-slip sealer, which cost me another $200. But it was no better than the first sealer. I contacted Armor Garage, and they suggested I buy a third type of non-slip coating for another $560. I thought they would have done something to fix the problem since the first two times didn't work. But no, they just wanted more money. I'm not happy about it, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.
I have proof of purchase, which shows that I ordered around 850 square feet. For that amount, I needed 2 gallons of Top Coat and 2 quarts of Aluminum Oxide. The retail price for the Top Coat is $235 per gallon, and the Aluminum Oxide is $45 per quart. So, the total cost would be $560. But they offered me a discount and delivered it for $460.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the sealer and the customer service. I work in auto shops, and I know how important it is to have a non-slip surface. I expected more from ArmorGarage, but they let me down.
Disappointing Experience with ArmorGarage's Ultra Military Grade Epoxy Floor: Subpar Product and Terrible Customer Support
I recently bought 600 square feet of the Ultra Military Grade Epoxy Floor from ArmorGarage. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the amount of Epoxy they sent me. When I started applying the product with their "Calibrated Notched Squeegee," it became apparent that I didn't have enough. I had to use a roller instead, which turned out to be a disaster. When I contacted their support team, they didn't seem to care much. They told me that the topcoat/epoxy was applied too thickly, and that's why there were puddles. They also said that the roller fibers were pulled out by the epoxy because it was rolled after it began to set. They claimed that this was not a product issue, but I'm not sure how they could conclude that with the three horrible pictures I sent them. I paid $1500 for the product, and I expected better support.
When I spoke to them on the phone, they suggested that I must have mixed it too long. They said that it takes 10 minutes to apply the batch, but it takes 40 minutes to start to set. I doubt that I mistakenly mixed it for 30 minutes instead of 2-3 minutes. Their solution to my problem was to blame me and say that it wasn't a product issue.
According to the instructions, 3 gallons of mixed epoxy should cover 524-550 sq/ft. I ordered 600 sq/ft, but even an extra quart wouldn't have covered my floor. I would have needed over double what they sent me. To make matters worse, they forgot to send me the etching solution and TSP, which I had to go purchase myself.
In summary, I had a horrible experience with ArmorGarage. The product was subpar, the customer support was terrible, and the company was unprofessional. I would advise anyone to steer clear of them.

Frustrating Website Design, But Exciting Product Potential
This website is a real pain in the neck! It's so hard to figure out what colors match and the sample photos are a real headache to view. I hope they get their act together and update it soon. But, I gotta say, I'm still excited to give their product a try!
ArmorGarage Review: High-Quality Garage Flooring & Outdoor Surface Solutions with Excellent Customer Service
But once I found it, I was impressed with the variety of products and services offered by ArmorGarage. They have a wide selection of garage flooring options, including epoxy coatings, interlocking tiles, and roll-out mats. They also offer concrete repair products, sealers, and coatings for outdoor surfaces like patios and pool decks.
I decided to go with their Armor Chip garage floor coating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was straightforward, and the finished product looks fantastic. The coating is durable and easy to clean, and it has held up well to daily use and occasional spills.
One thing I appreciated about ArmorGarage was their customer service. I had a few questions about the installation process, and their team was quick to respond and provide helpful advice. They also offer a variety of instructional videos and guides on their website, which was helpful for a DIY-er like myself.
Overall, I would recommend ArmorGarage to anyone looking for high-quality garage flooring or outdoor surface solutions. While the website could use some improvement in terms of organization and presentation, the products and customer service more than make up for it.
ArmorGarage Review: Durable Products, Top-Notch Customer Service, but Coverage Could Be Better
I gotta say, I've been using ArmorGarage for a while now and I'm pretty satisfied with their products. I recently made my third purchase to finish up my counter and I gotta say, it looks pretty darn good. However, I do have a bit of a bone to pick with their coverage for the standard kit. I mean, come on, it could be better, right? But hey, at least the thick coat I bought did the trick. Although, I will say that the price for the extra thick coat is a bit steep.
Overall, I think ArmorGarage is a solid choice for anyone looking to spruce up their home or workspace. Their products are durable and long-lasting, and they definitely get the job done. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I had a few questions about my order and they were more than happy to help me out.
One thing I will say is that their website could use a bit of work. It's not the most user-friendly, and it can be a bit confusing to navigate at times. But hey, no one's perfect, right?
All in all, I would definitely recommend ArmorGarage to anyone looking for high-quality coatings and finishes. Just be prepared to shell out a bit of cash for the extra thick coat. But hey, you get what you pay for, right?

ArmorGarage Review: Solid Products, Lackluster Customer Service
I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with my experience with ArmorGarage. I mean, I shelled out a pretty penny - $1800, to be exact - and I didn't even get a tracking number for my order. What's up with that? I had to send not one, not two, but THREE emails just to get some info on when my stuff was gonna arrive. Like, come on guys, I thought you were supposed to be all about customer service or whatever.
Don't get me wrong, the products themselves seem pretty solid. I got some epoxy flooring and some garage cabinets, and they look like they're gonna hold up pretty well. But still, it's the principle of the thing. If I'm gonna drop that kind of cash, I expect a little more attention to detail, you know what I mean?
Anyway, I guess I'd still recommend ArmorGarage if you're in the market for some garage upgrades. Just be prepared to do a little extra legwork to get your stuff shipped out.
Disappointed with ArmorGarage: Confusing Website and Leaking Products
I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with ArmorGarage. I mean, come on, there's so much stuff on their website that it's hard to figure out what's what. I was hoping to use the part numbers on the products they sent me, but I can't even tell which can does what. It's like they're trying to make it hard for me to start my project.
And to top it off, a bunch of the cans they sent me were leaking. Like, seriously? I don't have time for this. I just want to get my project done, but now I have to deal with all this extra hassle.
Overall, I'm not impressed with ArmorGarage. They need to make things simpler and make sure their products aren't leaking before they send them out. It's just not worth the headache.
ArmorGarage: Great Website, Disappointing Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the info and reviews I found on ArmorGarage's website. They really seem to know their stuff when it comes to garage flooring and coatings. But when I called them up to ask a few questions, I gotta admit, I was a bit disappointed. The person on the other end of the line didn't seem all that interested in helping me out, and I got the feeling they just wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible.
Now, I know businesses can get pretty busy, so I'm not gonna hold it against them too much. But I do think they could benefit from either sending calls to voicemail when they're swamped, or maybe hiring a friendly intern to help filter messages and answer basic questions. It would definitely make for a better customer experience overall.
All in all, though, I still think ArmorGarage is a solid choice if you're looking for garage flooring solutions. Just maybe don't expect the friendliest phone service in the world.
Mixed Feelings About ArmorGarage: Great Products, But Shipping Costs Need Improvement
I recently made a purchase from ArmorGarage and I have to say, I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the quality of the products I received was great. The paint I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and it went on smoothly and evenly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shipping costs.
I understand that shipping costs are based on a variety of factors, such as dimension, weight, and handling. But I couldn't help feeling like I was being overcharged for some items. For example, I paid $30 in shipping costs for a single roller that weighed only one pound. That seems a bit excessive to me, especially when I can ship a similar item for only $5 through USPS.
I don't mind paying for shipping, but I do expect the costs to be reasonable and fair. In this case, I felt like I was being charged more than necessary. It's not a deal breaker for me, but it does make me think twice about ordering from ArmorGarage in the future.
Overall, I would say that ArmorGarage has some great products, but their shipping costs could use some improvement. If they could find a way to offer more reasonable shipping rates, I would be more likely to order from them again in the future.
ArmorGarage Garage Floor Coating Review: Disappointing Results After One Year
I spent a lot of money on painting my 2 car garage floor with ArmorGarage. I followed their instructions exactly as they wanted me to. However, after a year, the topcoat started to peel off, and now my garage looks so bad. I should have left it as bare concrete. It's frustrating to have spent all that money for it to peel up. If you're planning to buy it, don't say you weren't warned. I can provide more information and pictures if needed.
Disappointing Results: ArmorGarage Deck Products Bubble, Blister, and Peel Off in Less Than Two Years
I spent a lot of money on the deck products from ArmorGarage and now, after less than two years, it's starting to bubble, blister, and peel off. I even hired some people to help me prepare the deck, and we power washed it, applied deck stripper, and even sanded some areas, but it's still failing miserably. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this product. I would advise anyone considering buying it to save themselves a lot of trouble and money and not to buy it.
ArmorGarage's Lifetime Solution Falls Short: Paint Peeling After One Year
I was really excited to try out ArmorGarage's product, as it was advertised as a lifetime solution. However, after just one year, I noticed that the paint was already starting to peel. I was really disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I had spent on it - almost $1000!
I tried to get in touch with ArmorGarage multiple times to complain, but it was like pulling teeth. I sent four emails and called them multiple times, but all they kept telling me was to send pictures. I did send pictures each time, but never received a reply.
Now, it's been three years and the paint is peeling off in big strips. It's a total nightmare. I wish I had just gone with regular deck paint - I would have gotten more bang for my buck.
Overall, I would not recommend ArmorGarage's product. It's a waste of money and time.
