I ordered a couple of things from Primitive Power and they came pretty quick. The stuff I got was all good quality and worked like it should. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this site to anyone looking for some cool gear. The prices are decent too, not too expensive. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back for more.

so i was lookin for some power tools and came across Primitive Power. gotta say, their website is pretty easy to navigate and they got a good selection of stuff. i ended up gettin a drill and a circular saw and they both work great. shipping was pretty fast too. only thing is, their prices are a little higher than some other places i looked at. but overall, im happy with my purchase and would shop here again.

I gotta say, Primitive Power ain't the easiest company to deal with. They don't always answer their phone or emails, and when they do, they don't always give you straight answers. It's like they're trying to avoid you or something. But once you finally get through to them, they do have some pretty cool stuff. Their power tools are top-notch and their prices are reasonable. So if you're willing to put up with a little bit of hassle, Primitive Power might be worth checking out.

I gotta say, Primitive Power is the real deal. They hooked us up and answered all our questions like champs. They were quick and didn't leave any stone unturned. Can't wait to get our solar set up!

So, I was told that Primitive Power was accredited, but turns out they ain't. It's a real pain to get them on the phone, but they'll text you back and tell you to text them instead. Honestly, they should just shut down.

I paid too much for energy that I didn't even want. The sales guy from PRIMITIVE Power scammed me and stole my banking info. They charged me $21,000 and added my info to Loanpal. The paperwork said $85,000! They even took money from another account that wasn't on the contract. They put 70 panels on my house and garage and now we have water damage when it rains.

Primitive Power is like a part of Empire Solar Group that sells solar stuff. They say they're good at talking to you and helping you out, but when things go wrong, they just tell you to talk to Empire. They sold me a solar project that was supposed to start in September , but the people they hired to do the work were really bad at it. They put panels on my roof in places that weren't part of the plan, and it took until December to finish the project (and I still don't have power). Primitive Power didn't talk to me at all during this time, and I had to keep asking for updates and help, which they just sent back to Empire Solar Group. Basically, they only care about selling stuff and don't care about you once they have your money.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service at Primitive Power. I've been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, but it seems like they just don't wanna talk to me. I've called 'em up a bunch of times, but no one ever picks up. They did send me a text asking for some info, but when I gave 'em my number to call me back, they never did. And when I tried emailing 'em, the messages just bounced back to me. It's like they don't even exist! And yet, they still have the nerve to send me a generic text asking for referrals. Like, seriously? How 'bout you help out the customers you already have before trying to get new ones? (Oh, and by the way, when I tried responding to that text for help, it bounced back too.)

June 17 *** Solar Panels Sale and Install
It's been over 60 days since the installation of my solar panels, but my power hasn't changed to solar yet. There's no # attached to the installation agreement, and the business hasn't tried to fix the issue. Primitive Power isn't returning my calls or texts, and they won't work with Empire Solar, the installation company, to switch my power to solar. They've left me hanging, even though I paid for the project. When I had trouble with the installers, they disappeared. I finally got in touch with the sales rep, but nothing was done. Don't trust Primitive Power - they only care about your money, not what happens after. The project isn't finished until I start using solar power.

I got a solar panel system from Primitive Power a few months ago, but because of the pandemic, they couldn't install it right away. But when things got better, they finally came and put it in. They did all the electrical stuff and checked everything out. But now it's almost December and my solar panels still aren't working. I'm supposed to start paying for them soon, but I can't if they're not doing anything. I've tried calling the company a bunch of times, but they're not getting back to me. They only answered once and then stopped. I don't think anyone should use this company. I don't know what's going on with them, but they're not doing their job. I saw they're good with the ComplaintsBoard.com, but that doesn't mean anything to me. If they can't fix my solar panels, they need to take them away. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work and still have to pay my electric bill too.
