The installation was very professional and efficient. The work and quality are excellent as well. It was not easy to find someone to install high quality windows into a brick foundation, but Kubala had no trouble at all.

The installers were excellent! They were very professional and finished the job quicker than expected. The overall service with Kubala was great as well and we are very happy with our new windows and patio door. We recommend Kubala Home Improvements!

Workers showed up on time. Went right to work. Wore there mask all day. Very professional,clean,neat,.replaced my large bow window and double side window. Very pleased with the quality of product.workers cleaned everything and put back all furniture,they even vacuumed.will use them again.

Wonderful experience! I can't express how extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled the guys were! I had 6 windows including 2 large picture windows installed in less than 4 hours! The windows really changed the look of the front of the house for the better! I'd recommend Kubala Home Improvements to all my friends and family! I will be using them again in the future!

From the first phone call to the company to the installation, it has been a smooth process The products offered are top quality just like the service. We had a great experience with Kubala Home Improvements. The person that came out to the house to consult with us was very professional and helpful to us with selecting the appropriate windows for our home. He explained the process through and through and it went pretty much exactly as planned from the ship date right up to delivery and installation. We were told it would take no more than two days to install all of the windows and the installation completed the work in about a day and a half and were very professional. We're very happy with the new windows and the entire experience that we had with Kubala Home Improvements.

Kubala Home Improvement was recommended to us by our neighbor when we bought our home 7 years ago. After shopping around, we bought 13 replacement windows from Kubala and have been very pleased with our windows and the entire process from sales to installation. We made one call during the past 7 years (for what turned out to be a non-issue) and their response was immediate and resolved our concern. We also had an energy audit a few years back and the inspector said our windows were efficient and installed properly. This year we decided to replace our 7 basement windows and went right to Karbala Home Improvement. The windows are in and we love them. The experience was the same!

We felt valued as customers from the initial phone call to set up our free estimate. Our salesperson, John, was excellent - he was friendly, knowledgeable and we really felt like we'd known him our whole lives. That's something you get with a family owned business and not a massive manufacturer. Our windows were built and delivered much faster than quoted and the overall price for our big project, 22 windows, was tens of thousands less than big name competitors. The installers were beyond respectful of our property, as well as friendly. They worked efficiently, installed all windows beautifully and the clean up was superior - you wouldn't even know they were here. We are so impressed with Kubala we'll be recommending them to everyone we know and will have them come back in the future for more projects.

The installation of 11 replacement windows went exceptionally well and they look great inside and out. Kubala is obsessed with quality and customer service and it has been really refreshing to find that such a gem of a company still exists. I could list all the details as to what makes the windows so great but it would take up a lot of space. Suffice it to say that you will have choices in ordering your custom windows and you will know all the details as to how they are manufactured and which window features are proprietary. The windows were as promised and the installation team was efficient, neat and also focused on customer satisfaction. Having seen so many poor replacement windows, the most difficult part for me was accepting the idea that replacement windows could be as good or even better than new construction windows. You can see the quality, you can feel the difference in heating and cooling your house and you will thoroughly enjoy working with everyone at Kubala, a first class company.

We have been needing to replace our doors for some time now. The old doors were quite old, did not close properly, we're not energy efficient and we're quite drafty. We contacted Kubala Home Improvement for a quite thinking we would shop around. Well, we quickly found we did not need to shoot around as our quotes were based upon different materials, styles, efficiency ratings, and our saleswoman, Tia, made the whole process extremely easy and actually very enjoyable. Once we made our choices for a new entry door with a storm door and a new back door with storm door and basement door, she set us up to have the measurements taken by another member of the Kubala team. Rick was equally as knowledgeable about the business and was meticulous with his measurements to ensure the doors would not only fit, but that the casings and interior and exterior trim would be perfect. In approximately 4 weeks time we were contacted by Tia to schedule our install. We picked a day that we would be home and Todd & Brian we're there bright and early to get started on pulling the old doors and prepping for the new install of three doors and two storm doors. They were amazing. They put up plastic sheeting to encase their work areas to keep demo and construction dust and dirt to a minimum which also helped prevent heat loss. Their attention to detail rivaled Rick's meticulousness in his measurement taking. You think slapping a new door into an existing opening sounds pretty straight forward, but I will tell you, there was so much more to it and these guys are seriously master craftsmen. We are so very pleased with our results and the hard work they put into the job definitely shows in the final product. Could not be happier.
