Mr. Wilkerson and his team at Quality Home Repair and Renovations completed a bathroom renovation at our parents' home. They were very responsive to our requests. The job was completed on schedule and the work was done with excellence.

Nothing less that amazing! After calling numerous contractors that were suggested to us, Quality Home R & R was the only one that called us back and came to investigate our home repair needs. Mr Charles was not only prompt but took the time to explain what all was needed and answered the MANY questions we had. Our half bath, laundry room and kitchen needed major floor work. They completed the job and have returned twice to make sure their work was satisfactory and our needs were met. We could not be more pleased. We actually had Quality Home R & R give us a quote for 2 additional projects. I'm happy to say, they will be returning to our home to start on those soon.

The team sealed our entire crawlspace (2400 sq. feet) in TWO DAYS, and we are located 2.5 hours away! There was constant communication, during the entire process, which allowed us to remain at ease. We are so pleased that we entrusted QHR&R with protecting our home and health, and will definitely be contacting them if we have any future home repair concerns/projects.

Charles Williams, contractor/owner, and his crew are superior in every way. I wanted accurate assessment of a leak in my kitchen/den area before submitting my insurance claim. Mr. Williams promptly came, checked what was causing the leak and suggested how I should proceed with my insurance company. He then had his roofing crew inspect the roof and confirm his findings. An estimate of repair, with guarantee was offered within a day or two. When the insurance adjuster came, Mr. Williams was also at my house so that he could discuss the claim with him. When rain was predicted, Quality Home roofers were at my house beforehand and had the job done before noon. Mr. Williams was again on hand to see that the work was completed accurately and has checked with me to be sure there is no further leak. Soon the ceiling repair will be complete.

I want to emphasize the thorough, timely, satisfactory service received by this senior. No double talk, no hesitation to do as promised, and truly QUALITY, service. I plan to call Mr. Williams, Quality Home Repair and Renovations FIRST for any future home service needed.
